Description

[0001] Device for holding and cleaning bottles

[0002] The present invention relates to a device for holding and mechanically cleaning internal surfaces of hollow bodies, preferably bottles or the like, which is arranged for use on a pull-out dishwashing basket used in a dishwasher, wherein the device consists of an elongate support rail which is equipped with clamping elements along a longitudinal axis of the support rail in order to establish a detachable clamping connection with a dishwashing basket.

[0003] Devices for cleaning bottles or similar items are already known in the prior art as bottle cleaning devices. Examples include German publications DE 102020 110229 A1, DE 2020 20 110 139 A1, or DE 10 2009 039 585 A1. These publications disclose bottle cleaning machines used in the beverage industry to clean reusable bottles. These technical arrangements and designs for cleaning used reusable bottles commonly utilize caustic baths and caustic sprays, also known as caustic soaking, to soften dirt, labels, glue residue, or the like. It is common practice to completely immerse the bottles in the caustic baths to treat both their exterior and interior.Furthermore, these bottle washing machines typically include a bottle feeder and a bottle conveyor that moves the bottles through the system. The conveyors contain bottle holders that transport the bottles upside down, i.e., with the opening facing downwards, and spray nozzles that inject cleaning fluid from outside through the bottle neck into the passing bottles to clean them. It has proven disadvantageous that this form of cleaning internal surfaces, for example, is not applicable to bottles in dishwashers. This technology, with conveyors that move through the system in the conveying direction, with the bottles being guided past spray nozzles, is not applicable to dishwashers.A nozzle arrangement, particularly for cleaning the interior surfaces of cavities, with at least one spray nozzle for generating at least one spray jet is disclosed in DE 102011 082 702 B4. The disadvantage of this spray nozzle is that this embodiment is not suitable for holding and cleaning bottles in dishwashers.

[0004] Dishwasher baskets for dishwashers are also well known in the art. For example, the dishwashing basket from document DE 15 102012 219 818 A1 is mentioned here. Such a dishwashing basket is used to hold dishes, in particular a variety of different items of crockery. Below such a dishwashing basket is a rotating spray arm, which uses its spray nozzles to spray the dishes with dishwashing liquid, thus washing them. The major disadvantage of this cleaning method is that the arrangement of the spray nozzles on the rotating spray arm and the spray nozzles themselves are not suitable for cleaning the interior surfaces of bottles through the narrow bottle neck.Furthermore, the dishwasher baskets are unsuitable for holding long objects such as bottles or similar items, as these must be held securely in an upside-down, upright position on the rack or dishwasher basket for reliable cleaning and drying during the cleaning cycle. The familiar 1- to 2-liter glass or plastic water bottles cannot be placed vertically due to the lack of space in the dishwasher basket. There is also no suitable holder for baby bottles.

[0005] A remedy for this disadvantage is the device disclosed in EP 0 367 559 B1 for holding bottles with narrowed necks. The device consists of an elongated fastening part which can be attached to a dishwasher basket via a fastening device. The fastening part has several pairs of clamping parts for holding bottles. Each pair of clamping parts is suitable for receiving and clamping the neck of a bottle. The bottles are inserted vertically and upside down into a respective pair of clamps, which are ring-shaped. The disadvantage of this embodiment of the fastening device is that there are no spray nozzles that engage separately in the bottles to clean the internal surfaces. A further disadvantage is that different bottle neck diameters cannot be accommodated by the clamping parts.

[0006] The bottle washing apparatus disclosed in document EP 3 319 499 B1 is considered the most obvious prior art. This is a device of the type described above, which uses a dishwashing basket in a dishwasher as a support. The elongated bottle apparatus, which extends across the entire width of a dishwashing basket and has a relatively low height, is attached to a dishwashing basket via clamping elements located on the underside of the bottle apparatus. The bottle apparatus has a non-rotating spray unit on its upper side, which is provided with spaced-apart spray nozzles that spray a cleaning fluid upwards and directly into the respective cavity of a bottle. Projections are arranged to the right and left of a spray nozzle. The projections prevent bottles placed upside down with their openings on the spray nozzles from shifting sideways. To prevent bottles placed on the spray nozzles from tipping over in the dishwasher basket, they are supported laterally by several rungs that can hold dishes. To supply cleaning fluid to the bottle washer, the spray unit is equipped with a connection. When the dishwasher basket is inserted into the dishwasher, the connection corresponds to a connection opening in the rear wall; the connection opening contains a safety valve. A disadvantage has proven to be that the bottle washer is not suitable for holding larger glass bottles and larger plastic bottles and for cleaning the interior surfaces residue-free.

[0007] The state of the art still involves cleaning all kinds of bottles in the home. In the home, individual bottles are cleaned using cleaning brushes. There is a wide range of bottle brushes available for this purpose. These are designed in a variety of ways so that the brush fits through the narrow bottle neck and can also reach and clean the entire interior of the bottle. The disadvantage, however, is that the narrow neck of a bottle only allows the insertion of a brush that fits through the bottle neck. Once the brush has been opened inside a bottle, it is no longer suitable for cleaning the entire interior. The object of the present application is to avoid the existing disadvantages and to improve upon the prior art.

[0008] The device according to the invention relates to a bottle washing system for dishwashers, preferably for household dishwashers. Dishwashers for private households are typically manufactured with a capacity of 12 to 14 place settings and a width of 60 cm (European standard EN 1116) or a niche width of 55 cm (Swiss standard system). Place settings are standardized in the European standard EN 50242 and feature a standardized rack for the dishes to be cleaned.

[0009] Therefore, to solve the problem, it is necessary to use a device with the properties of a dishwasher shown above and described below in order to achieve the required cleaning effect on bottles. Dishwashers are generally used for the mechanical cleaning of cookware and tableware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, which does not include bottles with narrowed necks. Cleaning occurs according to Sinner's circle through the interaction of the factors time, mechanical energy, temperature, and chemicals. Rotating nozzles spray the strongly alkaline detergent solution against the dishes. However, the generated, moving spray jets do not reach the inside of bottles with narrowed necks. To clean the interior surfaces, the high pH value of the lye, the grease-dissolving surfactants, and factors such as temperature, exposure time, pressure, and flow rate of the water jets are very important for loosening soils. However, current dishwashers do not meet these requirements for bottles, vases, or similar items. Furthermore, dishwashers have several wash programs that differ in duration and temperature range. The wash programs are divided into a pre-wash cycle (cold water without detergent) to remove easily removable food residue, a main wash cycle (temperature approximately 30 to 70 °C with detergent), and a final rinse cycle (temperature approximately 65 to 85 °C). The dishes are cleaned in these two wash cycles, while the final rinse cycle removes the contaminated rinse water and dries the dishes.Furthermore, this prevents the formation of limescale and water stains. These wash programs are generally suitable for cleaning the interior surfaces of bottles, vases, and similar items.

[0010] The underlying task is therefore to find a solution for cleaning the internal surfaces of cavities, preferably those of bottles with relatively narrow necks, in conventional dishwashers using existing washing programs. The solution consists of a bottle washing system integrated into a dishwasher basket, which is described below.

[0011] The object is achieved according to the invention by means of a device having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments emerge from the associated subclaims.

[0012] The device of the bottle rinsing system according to the invention consists of a support rail which has at least one connecting element for receiving a holding means for pipes, wherein the holding means is arranged on a flat surface of a flange of the support rail, at least one holding means, at least one pipe, at least one cleaning lance and at least one support bracket.

[0013] To meet the requirement of using the bottle rinsing system on a pull-out dishwashing basket in a dishwasher, the device is equipped with an elongated support rail. The support rail has an L-shaped profile formed by a vertical flange and a horizontal flange. The L-shaped profile can be made of an isosceles profile a=b, preferably a unequal-sided profile a

[0014] The support rail is designed to create a detachable clamp connection with a dish basket, specifically on the inside of a dish basket. The vertical flange of the L-shaped profile of the support rail has clamping means on the underside and along its longitudinal axis. These clamping means comprise several base wires of the dish basket that run transversely to the longitudinal axis of the support rail. The horizontal flange of the support rail also has clamping elements. These clamping elements comprise a wire that runs transversely to the base wires at a certain parallel distance above them. These clamping elements run parallel to the longitudinal axis of the support rail. Depending on the design of the dish basket, the support rail can be arranged lengthwise or transversely on the inside of the dish basket. Preferably on the inner base in the side or rear area of the dish basket.

[0015] A further advantage of the support rail is that the support rail has at least one further differently designed connecting element, preferably three further connecting elements, which are arranged at a distance from one another on a vertical longitudinal side of the support rail. One connecting element of the support rail corresponds to a connecting element of a holding means in order to fasten the holding means to the support rail. The support rail is an angle profile consisting of two flanges spaced apart by 90 degrees. The vertical longitudinal side refers to the inside of the vertical flange of the support rail. Two of the three connecting elements are each located at the free ends and the third connecting element is arranged centrally on the support rail between the two other connecting elements, viewed in the longitudinal direction. In a first embodiment, the connecting element can consist of openings in the support rail, which accommodate at least one corresponding pin, which can have different shapes and is arranged on the holding means. Analogously, in a second embodiment of the support rail, instead of the openings there are elevations in the form of pins, for example, which engage in the corresponding openings in the holding means and thus create a secure connection. A connecting element therefore consists of two interlocking fastening means, which create a connection between a support rail and a holding means. Therefore, other connecting elements such as screw connections, rivet connections or the like are also conceivable. In a special embodiment, the connecting element between a support rail and the holding means can also consist of adhesive or an adhesive bond.A connecting element is therefore used to attach a holding means for pipelines, whereby the holding means itself can consist of a clamping means. In a further special embodiment, the support rail can already be formed in one piece with one or more holding means. The holding means formed in one piece with the support rail are each located at the free ends of the support rail. However, this does not apply to the holding means, which is provided with two openings and arranged centrally between two holding means. This means that in this embodiment only the intermediate holding means, preferably one holding means, need to be connected to the support rail. In another embodiment, the holding means arranged centrally on the support rail is integrated thereto, and the two holding means to the right and left of the centrally arranged holding means are mounted on the support rail with connecting elements.

[0016] Such a holding means, attached to the support rail, advantageously has at least one opening for receiving a rotatable pipe. Such a holding means can be designed, similar to a clamping means, as known from the prior art in electrical engineering, for attaching inflexible plastic conduits. The clamping means for the conduits consists of a clamping sleeve. However, the clamping clamp for the bottle rinsing system must accommodate the pipe in such a way that, on the one hand, it is fixed to the support rail and, on the other hand, can rotate about its own axis of rotation in the opening of the holding means. As will be shown below, the holding means also has further tasks to be solved. Therefore, an inventive holding means is required. According to the invention, a holding means can also have a connection and / or a valve for the inlet of a cleaning fluid.

[0017] A holding means can also be formed from a bearing block. A bearing block is an element that can accommodate, for example, a plain bearing and hold it in a specific position so that a shaft can rotate therein. Advantageously, a bearing block on the support rail is used as the holding means here, which, as provided by the invention here, can accommodate a rotatable pipe, preferably made of plastic, in at least one opening. The two bearing blocks arranged at the free ends of the support rail have an opening designed as a blind bore. This means that the two bearing blocks are open on one side and closed on the side opposite the opening. After mounting on the support rail, the open sides of the bearing blocks face each other with their openings, with the openings lying on the same center line, while the closed sides of the bearing blocks face outward in the longitudinal direction of the support rail. According to the invention, a bearing block can also have a connection and / or a valve for the inlet of a cleaning fluid. Furthermore, it can be summarized that a pipeline T-piece formed from a pipeline is rotatably arranged in a holding means or bearing block, wherein the pipeline T-piece has a branch to which a cleaning lance is detachably connected.

[0018] The middle bearing block, which is arranged between the two outer bearing blocks, has a through opening and is also located on the same center line as the blind bores of the other two bearing blocks. In this advantageous arrangement of the bearing blocks and their designs, pipes are inserted into the bores. To prevent cleaning fluid from escaping from the bearing blocks, a sealing ring, preferably an O-ring, is arranged at the inlet of each bore to prevent the cleaning fluid from escaping. In a further advantageous design of the bearing blocks with the blind bores, the sealing ring can be omitted because the ends of the pipes inserted into the openings in the bearing blocks are closed. This is the case when the connection for the cleaning fluid is provided in the center of the bearing block arranged between two bearing blocks.

[0019] The middle bearing block has another inventive feature. The special feature of the bearing block arranged between two bearing blocks is that it has a connection for the inlet of cleaning fluid, whereby the connection can also consist of a detachable connection coupling. The design of an external bearing block or the external holding means, which are arranged to the right and left of the middle bearing block on the support rail, can also advantageously be designed with a connection for the inlet of a cleaning fluid. The other special feature is that the middle bearing block with the through opening can have two valves and thus also assumes the function of an opening or closing valve for the inlet of the cleaning fluid.

[0020] The inventive support rail thus offers a number of advantages resulting from the arrangement of the bearing blocks on the support rail. One advantage arises from the bearing blocks being arranged in a row and on the same center line, but at different distances, preferably equidistant. This allows multiple cleaning lances to be available for the bottle rinsing system. A further advantage is that the pipes inserted into the bores of the bearing blocks are designed to rotate through a specific angle, preferably between 0 degrees and 90 degrees.

[0021] According to the invention, a pipe in the form of a T-piece is inserted between two opposing bearing blocks, allowing the pipe T-piece to rotate due to the two bearing blocks. In this first embodiment, the right or left bearing block has a connection for a cleaning fluid. This bearing block also contains a valve that can be opened and closed to allow the cleaning fluid to flow into the pipe T-piece.

[0022] In a further advantageous embodiment, three bearing blocks are arranged on the support rail. This means that the three bearing blocks arranged on the support rail form two distances, with each distance being equipped with a pipe T-piece. In this second embodiment, the connection for the cleaning fluid is located in the middle of the three bearing blocks. This middle bearing block also contains two valves for the supply of cleaning fluid to the two pipe T-pieces, which can be opened and closed. One valve regulates the supply of cleaning fluid for the pipe T-piece connected on the left and the other valve the cleaning fluid for the pipe T-piece connected on the right. The two opposite free ends of the pipe T-pieces are therefore inserted into the respective bores of the opposite and spaced-apart bearing blocks.

[0023] A pipeline tee forms a connecting link that, in most cases, allows for a branch to an existing connection. Tees are available for various technical applications. In this case, the tee is used for pipe connections as a fluid distribution system. The pipeline tee represents the basic element for the bottle rinsing system in the fluid distribution system. In a further advantageous embodiment of the support rail, these can also accommodate four bearing blocks, creating three spaces between the bearing blocks, each of which accommodates a pipeline tee, resulting in three connecting links or three branches. It is also conceivable to arrange further bearing blocks on the support rail, thereby increasing the number of bearing blocks and thus the number of pipeline tees and branches. As the number of pipe tees increases, so does the number of cleaning lances connected to them. However, the smaller the distance between the pipe tees, the smaller the distance between the cleaning lances becomes. The elongated support rail can extend the entire length of a dishwasher basket and thus accommodate multiple cleaning lances.

[0024] According to the invention, the pipeline T-piece fulfills several functions. The first function is to serve as a closure for a valve. The valve is closed when the cleaning lance rests horizontally on the bottom wires of a dishwasher basket. The second function is to pass cleaning fluid through. Cleaning fluid passes through when the valve is open. The valve is open when the cleaning lance is positioned at a specific angle from the horizontal to a vertical position. The angle is determined by the diameter of the bottle to be cleaned and the size of a support bracket on which the bottle rests. The third function is the rotatability of the pipeline T-piece within a specific angular range, advantageously between 0 degrees and 90 degrees. The opening and closing of a valve occurs due to the rotatability of a pipeline T-piece in the bearing blocks. When the branch of a pipe tee is in the horizontal position, the valve is closed. When the pipe tee is turned counterclockwise, the valve opens, allowing the cleaning fluid to flow through the connected cleaning lance, thus cleaning the interior of a hollow body. Fourth, the branch of the pipe tee serves as a connector for a cleaning lance.

[0025] In a first embodiment, the connection at the branch of the pipe T-piece can consist of a screw connection into which a cleaning lance with a corresponding thread can be screwed. In a second advantageous embodiment of the connection, a connection coupling, preferably a quick-change coupling, is located at the branch of the pipe T-piece, into which the cleaning lance and its corresponding counterpart can be inserted. This makes it possible to quickly and easily replace a cleaning lance and, for example, to descale it. In a special embodiment of the pipe T-piece, the connection of the branch is designed such that it has an additional rotating element that interacts with the cleaning lance. This rotating element is designed such that the rotation of the cleaning lance is achieved with the aid of the cleaning fluid. This allows the cleaning lance to rotate around its axis of rotation. In particular, the cleaning lance's axis of rotation is aligned with the same axis of rotation as the swivel joint, which is oriented along the same centerline as the branch of the pipe T-piece and perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the pipe T-piece. It is generally conceivable for the rotating element and the branch of the pipe T-piece to be jointly formed at a detachable connection point on the associated cleaning lance. Due to the rotating element, the cleaning lance forms a rotating element.

[0026] The cleaning lance according to the invention has many advantages. The cleaning lance is formed from a hollow body, preferably a tubular body, which is closed at its tapered end and has an opening for the supply of cleaning fluid at the other end. Advantageously, the opening can be formed with a connecting coupling. In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the connecting coupling, a rotating element is also provided, whereby the cleaning lance becomes a rotating body. Furthermore, the tubular body has openings distributed over its circumference or on its outer surface and over the length of the tubular body. The openings can be distributed symmetrically over the circumference and at equidistant intervals along the length. The openings are designed as pointed nozzles for the passage of cleaning fluid in order to wet the inner surface of a cavity and thus clean it.The diameter of the tubular body, or cleaning lance, is approximately adapted to the diameter of the bottle neck. The diameter of the cleaning lance is smaller than the diameter of a bottle neck by a certain amount to allow the cleaning fluid to flow freely from the interior of a bottle. To use a cleaning lance arranged inside a dish basket, it can be lifted from its lying, resting position. In the resting position, the cleaning lance rests on the base wires of the dish basket and the valve in the holder or bearing block is closed so that no cleaning fluid can flow through the cleaning lance. In this resting position, the dish basket can be used for normal dishwashing. If one or more cleaning lances are to be used to clean bottles, one cleaning lance is raised by a specific angle of between 0 degrees and 90 degrees, whereby the pipe T-piece opens a valve in the holder or in the bearing block. A hollow object, preferably a bottle, is then placed with its neck over the cleaning lance, with the other end of the bottle, namely the bottle belly, being placed on an unfolded support bracket. The support bracket is foldable and can be folded up from a basic position and folded down again. In the basic position, the support bracket rests on the base wires of the dish basket. Once the dish basket has been pushed into the dishwasher, the cleaning process of the bottle washing system can begin. After the cleaning process, the dish basket is pulled out again and one or more bottles are removed from the cleaning lances. The cleaning lance is now lowered again. Lowering the cleaning lance into its rest position closes the valve in the retaining device or bearing block. When using the bottle washing system, specifically when loading the device with bottles, it is also possible to fill the empty spaces in the dishwasher basket with dishes and use them for cleaning.

[0027] An embodiment of the invention is shown purely schematically in the drawings and is described in more detail below.

[0028] It shows

[0029] Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a completely inventive bottle rinsing system integrated in a dish basket for dishwashers;

[0030] Fig. 2 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of the support rail according to the invention as shown in Fig. 1 for placement in the interior of a dishwasher basket; Fig. 3 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of the support rail with holding means according to the invention with integrated T-pieces as pipes for the flow of the cleaning fluid to a connected cleaning lance;

[0031] Fig. 4 shows a schematic representation of a cleaning lance with rotating element and connecting coupling; and

[0032] Fig. 5 shows a schematic representation of a support bracket for bottles.

[0033] An embodiment of a bottle washing system according to the invention consists, as shown in perspective in Figures 1 to 5, of a device 1 for holding and mechanically cleaning the internal surfaces 33 of bottles 29, wherein the bottles 29 are arranged in a pull-out lower dishwashing basket 17 of a dishwasher. The bottles 29 are placed with their bottle neck 37 over a cleaning lance 9.1, 9.2, wherein the bottle neck 37 rests on a support bracket 38 and the bottle belly 41 rests on a support bracket 10.1, 10.2 (see Figure 5). The cleaning lance 9.1, 9.2 is rotatably connected to pipes 8.1, 8.2, which are mounted in holding means 3.1, 3.2, 3.3. The holding means 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 are fastened to a support rail 2, wherein the support rail 2 has clamping elements 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 6 (see Fig.2) which are connected on the inside 19 of a pull-out dish basket 17 to the wires 15, 16 of the dish basket 17. One wire 15 forms the bottom wire transverse to the insertion direction 54 and the other wire 16 forms the bottom wire longitudinal to the insertion direction 54. The cleaning liquid flows in via a connection 22 arranged on a holding means 3.3. From the connection 22, the cleaning liquid then flows through at least one pipe 8.1, 8.2 and then at least one cleaning lance 9.1, 9.2, which, with its spray nozzles 32, distributes the cleaning liquid inside a bottle 29 and cleans the internal surface 33. The cleaning liquid then flows back into the dishwasher circuit from the opening in the bottle neck 37 of a bottle 29 placed obliquely on a support bracket 10.1.

[0034] The device 1 of the bottle washing system shown in perspective in Fig. 1 essentially consists of a device 1 for holding and cleaning the internal surfaces 33 of two bottles 29, wherein the device 1 is equipped with a bottle 29. The device 1 is arranged for use on a pull-out dish basket 17. For reasons of clarity, the rotating spray arm arranged below the dish basket 17 is not shown. A dishwashing basket 17 serves to hold dishes and is expanded in its function according to the invention by the device 1. The device 1 consists of an elongated support rail 2. The support rail 2 has a longitudinal axis 35 (see Fig. 2) which is spaced parallel to the long side 24 of the dish basket 17 and runs in the direction of the insertion direction 54.This advantageous arrangement of the support rail 2 on the dish basket 17 allows the connection 22 for the cleaning fluid to correspond with a docking opening on the rear wall of the dishwasher tub (not shown). The elongated support rail 2 is equipped on the underside 36 along the longitudinal axis 35 with clamping elements I 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 (shown in Fig. 2 for clarity). The clamping elements I.

[0035] 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 comprise the floor wires 15 arranged transversely to the insertion direction 54 of a crockery basket 17 in order to enable a detachable clamping connection 18 on the inner side 19 of a crockery basket 17. Furthermore, the support rail 2 has several connecting elements 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 (see Fig. 2) for receiving three holding means 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 (see also Fig. 3), which support two pipelines

[0036] 8.1, 8.2 are. The holding means 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 of the pipelines 8.1, 8.2 are arranged on the flat surface of the vertical flange 14 of the L-shaped profile 11 of the support rail 2 (see Fig. 2 and Fig. 3). The two pipelines 8.1, 8.2 each consist of a pipeline T-piece 25.1, 25.2 (see Fig. 3). At the branch 26.1, 26.2 of each pipeline T-piece 25.1, 25.2, a cleaning lance 9.1, 9.2 (see Fig. 3 and Fig. 4) is arranged. A cleaning lance 9.1 is in the horizontal rest position 39 and rests on the floor wires 16, which run transversely to the insertion direction 54. The floor wires 16, at the resting point of the cleaning lance 9.1, point in a U-shape toward the floor pan of the dishwasher to accommodate a lowered cleaning lance 9.1. In the rest position 39, one valve 51.2 in the central holding means 3.2 is closed, while the other cleaning lance 9.2 is in the working position 40.In the working position 40, the cleaning lance 9.2 is raised counterclockwise by a specific angle 52 (see also Fig. 3) and the valve 51.1 in the holding means 3.3 with the cleaning connection 22 is open. In this position, angled from the horizontal floor wires 15, 16, the working position 40, a bottle 29 is placed over the cleaning lance 9.2, with the cleaning lance 9.2 protruding through the bottle neck 37 into the interior of the bottle 29. So that the bottle 29 to be cleaned can be positioned in the working position 40, the bottle neck 37 rests on a support bracket 38, which prevents the bottle 29 from slipping against the holding means 3.2, 3.3. As an alternative to the support bracket 38, a pin 78 arranged in the branch 26.1, 26.2 of a pipeline T-piece 25.1, 25.2 can also serve as the support 13 (see Fig. 4). At the same time, the cylinder belly 41 of the cylinder 29 rests on a folded-up support bracket 10.1 (see Fig.5), which can have different shapes.

[0037] Fig. 2 shows a schematic representation of the support rail 2 of the device 1, which is formed in the angle profile and can be seen from Fig. 1, consisting of two flanges 12, 14 angled at 90 degrees. The reference numerals shown in Fig. 1 are adopted analogously here. The angle profile of the support rail 2 forms an L-shaped profile 11, which consists of a vertical flange 14 and a horizontal flange 12. The horizontal flange 12 has a plurality of recesses 42, 43, whereby three webs 44, 45, 46 are formed in the horizontal flange 12. Two of the three webs 44, 46 are each located near the free ends 23.1, 23.2 of the horizontal flange 12 of the support rail 2 and the third web 45 is arranged centrally on the support rail 2 between the two other webs 44, 46, as seen in the longitudinal direction 35.These two outer webs 44, 46 each have an opening 47, 48, which run in the web 44, 46 and are perpendicular to the vertical flange 14. These openings 47, 48 accommodate the wires that form the support bracket 38 for supporting the bottle neck 37 of the bottle 29 (see Fig. 1). Furthermore, the horizontal flange 12 has a through opening 49 in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal axis 35, which is arranged in the corner region of the vertical flange 14 to the horizontal flange 12. The opening 49 forms a longitudinal slot, which is designed as a clamping element II 6. The clamping element II 6 comprises an upper wire.

[0038] 16 of the dish basket 17 (see Fig. 1). Furthermore, the elongated support rail 2 has clamping elements I 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 on the underside 36, along the longitudinal axis 35. These clamping elements I 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 encompass the bottom wires 15 of a dish basket.

[0039] 17 and form, with the base wires 15, a detachable clamping connection 18 on the inside of the crockery basket 17 (see Fig. 1). The clamping elements I 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 are arranged in the vertical flange 14 of the support rail 2. The distance between the clamping elements I 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 is determined by the distance between the base wires 15 of the crockery basket 17, which run transversely to the insertion direction 54.

[0040] Furthermore, on the inner side 20, along the vertical flange 14 of the support rail 2, further connecting elements 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 are arranged. The connecting elements 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 are each located below the horizontal webs 44, 45, 46. In a first embodiment, a connecting element 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 can consist of at least one opening 50 in the support rail 2, which corresponds to at least one corresponding hook (not shown) on the holding means 3.1, 3.2, 3.3. In an alternative embodiment, instead of the openings 50 there are small elevations, for example in the form of hooks (not shown), which engage in corresponding openings in the holding means 3.1, 3.2, 3.3. Further different connecting elements 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 between the support rail 2 and the holding means 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 are conceivable.

[0041] Fig. 3 shows a schematic representation of a concrete embodiment of a support rail 2 with three holding means 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 arranged thereon according to the invention. The reference numerals shown in Fig. 2 are adopted analogously here. The holding means 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 are designed as bearing blocks 4.1, 4.2, 4.3. The bearing blocks 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 are connected to the support rail 2 via connecting elements 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 (see Fig. 2). A bearing block 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 serves to accommodate a pipeline 8.1, 8.2. A pipeline 8.1, 8.2 is designed as a pipeline T-piece 25.1, 25.2. At each of the pipe T-pieces 25.1, 25.2, a branch 26.1, 26.2 is formed, at each of which a cleaning lance 9.1, 9.2 (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 4) is arranged. The pipe T-pieces 25.1, 25.2 serve to conduct the cleaning fluid. Between the three bearing blocks 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, which are arranged directly below the webs 44, 45, 46 on the inner side 20 of the L-shaped profile 11 of the support rail 2, there are two integrated pipe T-pieces 25.1, 25.2. Depending on the angular position 52 of the branch 26.1, 26.2 between 0 degrees and 90 degrees, preferably between 0 degrees and 45 degrees, from the pipe T-piece 25.1, 25.2, a valve 51.1, 51.2 in the bearing block 4.2, 4.3 is opened or closed. The opening and closing of a valve 51.1, 51.2 is achieved by rotating a pipe T-piece 25.1, 25.2 around a rotation axis 21. If the pipe T-piece 25.1, 25.2 is rotated counterclockwise, the valve 51.1, 51.2 opens. If the pipe T-piece 25.1, 25.2 is rotated clockwise, the valve 51.1, 51.2 closes. The first valve 51.1 is located in the bearing block 4.3, which has a connection 22 for the cleaning fluid. The branch 26.2 of the pipe T-piece 25.2 is located in the angular range of approximately 45 degrees, which corresponds to the working position 40 of a connected cleaning lance 9.2. In the working position 40, the valve 51.1 in the holding device 3.3 is open. The other branch 26.1 of the pipe T-piece 25.1 is located in the angular range of 0 degrees, which corresponds to the rest position 39 of a connected cleaning lance 9.1. The valve 51.2 integrated in the middle bearing block 4.2 is closed. In another embodiment of the middle bearing block 4.2, the valve 51.2 is operated manually, etc. By turning an operating element 53, the valve opens or closes.

[0042] 51.2 and thus regulates the flow of cleaning fluid to the cleaning lance 9.1. The cleaning lance 9.1, 9.2 closes on the center line 74 of the branch 26.1,

[0043] 26.2, see the following Fig. 4.

[0044] Fig. 4 shows a schematic representation of a cleaning lance 9.1 with a rotating element 28 and a connecting coupling 27, which is arranged at the branch 26.1 of a pipeline T-piece 25.1. At the branch 26.1, near the free end 59, there is a pin 78 which is arranged transversely to the branch 26.1. The pin 78 forms a support 13 for supporting the bottle neck 37 of a bottle 29. The reference numerals shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 are adopted here analogously. The pipeline T-piece 25.1 has a branch 26.1, to which, in a first embodiment, a cleaning lance 9.1 is detachably connected. Branch 26.1 forms the connecting piece to cleaning lance 9.1 and therefore has an internal thread 57 at the free end 59 for connecting a cleaning lance 9.1. The cleaning lance 9 is provided for detachable connection.1 is provided at one of the two free ends 60 with an external thread 58, which corresponds to the internal thread 57 in the branch 26.1 of the pipe T-piece 25.1. The other free end 55 forms the tip of the cleaning lance 9.1. The connection at the branch 26.1 of the pipe T-piece 25.1 consists in a first embodiment of a screw connection provided with a sealing ring 61. In a second embodiment, the connection between the branch 26.1 and the cleaning lance 9.1 consists of a quick-release connection coupling 27, which consists of a plug-in coupling. A plug-in coupling is a secure connection that can be established quickly and easily with a simple movement of the hand and can be separated again just as quickly. The connection coupling 27 is a through-coupling and a (plug-in) nipple with a free passage; neither component has a valve. A plug-in coupling 27 is used for the quick, detachable connection of the cleaning lance 9.1 from branch 26.1. Plug-in couplings are closed by a linear, axial movement and lock automatically.

[0045] In a third embodiment, the connection between the branch 26.1 and the cleaning lance 9.1 is designed such that an additional rotating element 28, which interacts with the cleaning lance 9.1, is connected to the quick-release connection coupling 27. This rotating element 28 is designed such that the cleaning lance 9.1, with the help of the cleaning fluid flowing through it, causes a rotation 62. This allows the cleaning lance 9.1 to rotate about its axis of rotation 63. Advantageously, instead of the rotation 62, an oscillating movement of the cleaning lance 9.1 can also occur. In particular, the axis of rotation 63 of the cleaning lance 9.1 is arranged on the same axis of rotation of the rotating element 28. The axis of rotation of the rotating element 28, in turn, runs along the center line 74 of the branch 26.1 of the pipe T-piece 25.1. The center line 74 is perpendicular to the rotation axis 21 of the pipe T-piece 25.1. Due to the rotating element 28, the cleaning lance 9 is formed.1 a rotation element.

[0046] The cleaning lance 9.1 is formed from a hollow body, preferably a tubular body, which is closed at its tapered end 55 and has an opening 56 for the supply of cleaning fluid at the other end. Either the branch 26.1 or the connecting coupling 27 or the rotating element 28 is connected to this opening 56. Furthermore, the tubular body has openings 31 on its circumference or on its outer surface 30. The openings 31 are distributed along the length of the tubular body. The openings 31 can be distributed symmetrically along the circumference and / or at equidistant intervals along the length. The openings 31 serve as pointed nozzles 32 for passing the cleaning fluid through to wet the inner surface 33 of a cavity of a bottle 29 (see Fig. 1) and thus clean it. The diameter 64 of the tubular body or of the cleaning lance 9.1 is approximately adapted to the diameter of the bottle neck 37. The diameter 64 of the cleaning lance 9.1 is smaller by a certain amount than the diameter of a bottle neck 37 so that the cleaning fluid can flow unhindered from the interior of a bottle 29. The length 75 of a cleaning lance 9.1 is approximately adapted to the height of a bottle 29. Because bottles 29 vary in size, there are correspondingly different lengths of cleaning lances 9.1. However, the free end 55 of the cleaning lance 9.1 is a few centimeters away from the bottle bottom 76. Due to the arrangement of the spray nozzles 32 and the diagonally arranged openings 31 at the tapered end 55, the inside of the bottle bottom 76 (see Fig. 1) is optimally cleaned of contaminants. The cleaning lances 9.1, 9.2 can be changed quickly and easily thanks to the connecting coupling 27.

[0047] Fig. 5 shows a schematic representation of two support brackets 10.1, 10.2 for supporting bottles 29, as shown in Fig. 1. A support bracket 10.1, 10.2 is formed from the same wire 65 as a dish basket 17. A support bracket 10.1, 10.2 is attached to the base wires 15 on the inside 19 of a dish basket 17 (see Fig. 1). To attach a support bracket 10.1, 10.2 to the base wires 15 of a dish basket 17, clamping means 67.1, 67.2, 67.3, 67.4 are arranged at the free ends 66.1, 66.2, 66.3, 66.4 of the wire 65. The clamping means 67.1, 67.2, 67.3, 67.4 engage the base wire 15 of the dish basket 17. Furthermore, the wire 65 of a support bracket 10.1, 10.2 is rotatably mounted in the clamping means 67.1, 67.2, 67.3, 67.4. Due to the rotatability of a support bracket 10.1, 10.2, it can be folded up from a basic position 68 into a support position 69 and folded down again.Between the basic position 68 and the support position 69, an angle 34 of between 80 degrees and 120 degrees, advantageously 90 degrees, results, wherein the support bracket 10.1, 10.2 releasably engages in the clamping means 67.1, 67.2, 67.3, 67.4 in the support position 69. In the unfolded support position 69 of the support bracket 10.1, a bottle belly 41 of a bottle 29 can be placed on the cross brace 70.1, 70.2, as shown in Fig. 1. The cross brace 70.1, 70.2 consists, as shown, of a horizontally arranged wire which has two free ends and a length of between approximately 3 cm and 10 cm, preferably 10 cm. The cross brace 70.1, 70.2 can also have a curved shape, approximately the radius of the bottle's belly 41, thereby ensuring a stable position for the bottle 29 (not shown). In the basic position 68, the support bracket 10.2 is folded down and rests on the base wires 15 of the crockery basket 17.In the basic position 68, the cleaning lance 9.1 can be placed on the horizontal support bracket 10.2 and is then in the rest position 39. A support bracket 10.1, 10.2 has an approximately rectangular shape. The horizontal sections 72.1, 72.2, 72.3, 72.4 of the wire 65 are arranged in the clamping means 67.1, 67.2, 67.3, 67.4 so as to be rotatable about their center line 71. The sections 73.1, 73.2, 73.3, 73.4, which are integrally formed with the horizontal wire 65 and angled at 90 degrees, merge integrally into the adjoining cross brace 70.1, 70.2. The cross braces 70.1, 70.2 are spaced parallel to the center line 71 of the horizontal portions 72.1, 72.2, 72.3, 72.4 of the wire 65. A special feature of the support bracket 10.1, 10.2 is that the vertical portions 73.1, 73.2, 73.3, 73.4 of the wire 65 do not merge straight or perpendicularly into the cross braces 70.1, 70.2, but rather by a specific radius 77.1, 77.2, 77.3, 77.4 are bent, whereby the two cross struts 70.1, 70.2 are not in the same plane as the horizontal and vertical wire 65. The plane of the cross strut 70.1, 70.2 is spaced from the plane of the horizontal and vertical wire 65 by a certain amount. The amount corresponds approximately to the diameter 64 of a cleaning lance 9.1. In the basic position 68 of the support bracket 10.2, the cross strut 70.2 is therefore located slightly below the base wires 15 of the crockery basket 17 and serves as a support for the lying cleaning lance 9.1, which is also in the rest position 39 (see Fig. 1).
