Description

MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL CONTACT COMPONENT, AND CORRESPONDING CONTROL MODULE AND FAN UNIT

[0001] The invention relates to a mechanical electrical contact component for establishing electrical contact between a printed circuit on an electronic card and a stator part such as a stator winding of a motor, in particular of a motor-fan unit for a heating, ventilation and / or air conditioning installation of a motor vehicle. The present description also relates to a control module comprising a printed circuit card and at least one such mechanical contact component fixed to the printed circuit card. The invention also relates to a motor-fan unit, in particular for a heating, ventilation and / or air conditioning installation of a motor vehicle, comprising such a control module.

[0002] It is known to implement a printed circuit board to control a device. For example, a motor of a motor-fan unit for a heating, ventilation and / or air conditioning system of a motor vehicle includes such a board to control the rotation of the motor of the motor-fan unit.

[0003] Electronic and / or mechanical components are usually attached to this printed circuit board to form an electronic control circuit.

[0004] Furthermore, the electronic control circuit is in contact with a stator part of the motor, in particular stator coils, for example three in number. According to a known solution, this contact is made by means of electrical terminals or electrical contact blades, extending for example perpendicular to the printed circuit board. These electrical terminals are connected to the printed circuit board via a mechanical electrical contact component (called a "leadframe" in English, sometimes translated into French as "conductor-beam" or "connection grid" or even "connection frame").

[0005] Such an electrical contact mechanical component is generally formed from a metal plate cut and bent to form a flexible part having a portion for attachment to an electrical terminal or electrical contact blade, and a plurality of attachment tabs for insertion into holes through the printed circuit board.

[0006] However, depending on the folding, the shape of the component can be complex to produce and relatively bulky, which requires a corresponding space on the electronic card. However, a constant objective is to minimize the size and in particular to reduce the size of the electronic card to facilitate its integration into the motor-fan unit, while allowing to increase the transmitted power and reduce the current consumption.

[0007] In addition, the mounting tabs are generally in the form of thin rods. The mounting tabs are intended to ensure electrical contact between the mechanical component and a printed circuit on the electronic board. These tabs can be soldered to the printed circuit board, particularly by wave soldering. To ensure satisfactory electrical contact, the mounting solder must extend all the way around each mounting tab. To achieve this, all faces of each mounting tab must be covered with a layer of tin. Thus, each mechanical component with electrical contact must generally be immersed in a tin bath after being formed. This step is expensive.

[0008] Other methods for attaching a mechanical electrical contact component to a printed circuit board have been tested, in particular, a technique known as surface mounting (also known as "Surface Mount Technology" or SMT). In this case, the mechanical electrical contact component does not have fixing lugs, but has a flat surface intended to be soldered to the board, in particular on the face of the board, on which the control circuit is etched. However, attaching an electrical terminal to the mechanical electrical contact component applies a relatively high stress to the mechanical electrical contact component. Known solutions with such a surface mounting technique do not allow for a fixing that can sustain such stress.

[0009] Furthermore, when transporting the circuit board to a soldering area, the component must be held in position to prevent it from falling before soldering. According to a known solution, the component has additional positioning tabs designed to grip onto the circuit board. However, this adds a step to the process of assembling the component onto the circuit board.

[0010] The present invention aims to provide a mechanical electrical contact component which does not have one or more of the drawbacks of known mechanical electrical contact components.

[0011] To this end, the invention relates to a mechanical electrical contact component, made of an electrically conductive material, configured to be fixed to an electronic card so as to put a printed circuit on the electronic card into electrical contact with an electrical terminal, in particular of a stator part of an electric motor of a motor-fan unit of a heating, ventilation and / or air conditioning installation of a motor vehicle, said component being configured to be fixed to the electronic card on the one hand, and to the electrical terminal on the other hand.

[0012] According to the invention, said component comprises a portion for attachment to the electronic card, configured to be inserted and soldered into a complementary orifice of the electronic card.

[0013] Furthermore, said component comprises at least two support tabs configured to bear against the electronic card and arranged on one side of said component opposite said fixing portion along a plane normal to the electronic card extending between the support tabs and said fixing portion when said component is mounted on the electronic card.

[0014] Such a component is smaller and takes up less space on the electronic board than previous solutions while allowing the same or even more power to be transmitted than in previous solutions.

[0015] The through-hole portion for fixing to the electronic board allows the component to be positioned on the electronic board before soldering, and the support tabs come into contact with the electronic board, preventing the component from tilting, for example when transporting the electronic board to a soldering area or stopping transport, without requiring other positioning elements such as additional positioning tabs intended to grip the electronic board.

[0016] Finally, such a part is simple to manufacture and has a reduced manufacturing cost compared to previously known solutions.

[0017] Said component may further comprise one or more of the following characteristics described below, taken separately or in combination.

[0018] The portion for attachment to the electronic card may be configured to be inserted along an insertion axis and the component comprises at least one axial stop element configured to form a stop against the electronic card along the insertion axis.

[0019] This is, for example, at least one shoulder. According to an exemplary embodiment, the component comprises at least two shoulders on either side of the portion for attachment to the electronic card. The two shoulders can be arranged opposite the two support tabs.

[0020] According to an exemplary embodiment, the portion for attachment to the electronic card is intended to be soldered in a complementary orifice on a central area of the electronic card.

[0021] The portion for attachment to the electronic board, with the shoulder or shoulders, may be intended to be closer to the center of the electronic board than the support legs.

[0022] The electronic card may be intended to be transported, for example, to a soldering area, in a transport direction from back to front. The support tabs may be intended to be located closer to the front periphery of the electronic card in the transport direction than the portion for fixing to the electronic card.

[0023] The portion for attachment to the electronic board may have an elongated cross-section. For example, it is rectangular in shape.

[0024] The attachment portion to the electronic card may form a large single attachment portion intended to be inserted into a single complementary hole in the electronic card, for example oblong in shape, which provides a sufficient cross-section to transmit energy while reducing the bulk on the electronic card compared to a solution having several attachment pins of smaller cross-section and which must be spaced apart from each other.

[0025] Said component may comprise at least one connecting element connecting the fixing portion to the electronic card and the support tabs.

[0026] The connecting element is, for example, made in the form of a tab.

[0027] The connecting element may extend along a plane normal to the portion for attachment to the electronic card.

[0028] According to an exemplary embodiment, the support legs respectively have a first branch connected to the connecting element and a second branch bent relative to the first branch, so as to form a support foot configured to be arranged flat against the electronic card.

[0029] The support feet can rest against the electronic card.

[0030] The first branches of the support legs extend, for example, parallel to the portion of the component that is attached to the electronic board.

[0031] The second branches of the support legs can be bent at 90° relative to the first portions.

[0032] The second branches of the support legs can extend parallel to the connecting element.

[0033] Said component may comprise one or more folds.

[0034] At least one fold may connect the connecting element to the attachment portion to the electronic board.

[0035] At least one fold may connect the connecting element to another attachment portion at the electrical terminal.

[0036] At least one fold may connect the connecting element to at least one support leg.

[0037] The component can thus be at least as flexible as in previous solutions, so as to reduce the transmission of vibrations from the electrical terminal of the stator part to the electronic board and limit the risk of damaging the electronic board. The component has a simple shape to manufacture without requiring a multitude of bends to achieve this flexibility.

[0038] The fold(s) are, for example, made in the form of at least one bent portion.

[0039] The fold(s) are for example made in the form of at least one “U” shaped portion.

[0040] For example, at least one "U"-shaped portion may connect the connecting element and the fixing portion to the electrical terminal by extending at least partly between the support tabs, said component comprising a recess between each support tab and the "U"-shaped portion.

[0041] The portion for fixing to the electrical terminal and the connecting element extend, for example, along two respective planes inclined relative to each other, forming an angle greater than or equal to 100° and less than or equal to 120°.

[0042] The invention also relates to a control module, in particular for a motor-fan unit of a heating, ventilation and / or air conditioning installation of a motor vehicle, the control module comprising an electronic card having a printed circuit and at least one mechanical electrical contact component, as defined previously, fixed to the electronic card.

[0043] The portion for fixing to the electronic card is, for example, soldered into a complementary hole on a central area of the electronic card, being in electrical contact with a track on the printed circuit.

[0044] The mechanical electrical contact component(s) are therefore oriented towards the inside of the electronic card. The central area is called the dead zone, i.e., devoid of power components. This provides more copper surfaces on the periphery of the electronic card and therefore more power.

[0045] According to one example, the electronic card carries at least three mechanical electrical contact components, each intended to be connected to a respective phase of a brushless motor.

[0046] The invention also relates to a motor-fan unit, in particular for a heating, ventilation and / or air conditioning installation of a motor vehicle. The motor-fan unit comprises an electric motor with a stator part, a control module as described above, and at least one electrical terminal arranged in electrical contact with the stator part on the one hand, and with the mechanical electrical contact component on the other hand.

[0047] The attachment portion to the electrical terminal is for example welded to the electrical terminal.

[0048] According to one embodiment, the electric motor is a brushless motor.

[0049] The stator part of the motor comprises a stator and, for example, at least one stator winding. The electrical terminal may be arranged in electrical contact with a stator winding.

[0050] Other advantages and characteristics of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the following description given by way of illustrative and non-limiting example, and the appended drawings among which:

[0051] [Fig. 1] shows an example of an embodiment of a motor-fan unit according to the invention.

[0052] [Fig. 2] shows a motor support of the motor-fan unit of Figure 1 on which is fixed a control module comprising an electronic card carrying mechanical electrical contact components.

[0053] [Fig. 3] is a perspective view of a mechanical electrical contact component before assembly on the electronic board.

[0054] [Fig. 4] is an enlarged view of Figure 2 showing in more detail two mechanical electrical contact components assembled on the electronic board.

[0055] [Fig. 5] is a side view of said component.

[0056] [Fig. 6] is a top view of said component.

[0057] In these figures, identical elements have the same reference numbers.

[0058] The following embodiments are examples. Although the description refers to one or more embodiments, this does not necessarily mean that each reference relates to the same embodiment, or that the features apply only to a single embodiment. Single features of different embodiments may also be combined or interchanged to provide other embodiments.

[0059] In the description, certain elements may be indexed, for example first element or second element. In this case, it is a simple indexing to differentiate and name close but not identical elements. This indexing does not imply a priority of one element over another and such names can easily be interchanged without departing from the scope of the present invention. This indexing also does not imply an order in time.

[0060] Figure 1 illustrates a motor-fan unit 1, in particular for a heating, ventilation and / or air conditioning installation for a vehicle.

[0061] The motor-fan unit 1 (or ventilation device) comprises in particular a fan wheel 3, an electric motor 5, and a support 7 for the motor 5, hereinafter called motor support 7.

[0062] The fan wheel 3 rotates around an axis of rotation A. The motor 5 is intended to drive the fan wheel 3 in rotation around its axis A.

[0063] In particular, it may be a brushless motor 5. The motor 5 comprises a rotor and a stator part (not visible in the figures). The rotor is, for example, an external rotor. The rotor may have a cup shape fixed to a motor shaft. The fan wheel 3 may be fixed directly to the motor shaft. The rotor may comprise magnets, for example fixed to an internal face of the cup. The stator part may be internal, i.e. arranged inside the rotor. The stator part comprises a stator and, for example, at least one stator winding, in particular three stator windings. The magnets of the rotor may be arranged radially outwardly relative to the stator windings. The term radially is understood relative to the axis of rotation A.

[0064] The engine support 7 is intended to allow the motor-fan unit 1 to be fixed in a vehicle, in particular an automobile.

[0065] The motor support 7, better visible in Figure 2, may in particular comprise two rings, an inner ring 7A and an outer ring 7B. The two rings 7A, 7B may be coaxial around an axis coinciding for example with the axis A of rotation of the fan wheel 3.

[0066] The rings 7A, 7B may be connected to each other by elastomer material. In particular, the elastomer material may form a decoupling ring 9 between the inner ring 7A and the outer ring 7B. The elastomer material is, for example, polystyrene-b-poly(ethylene-butylene)-b-polystyrene or SEBS. This makes it possible to limit the transmission of vibrations generated by the engine 5 and / or the fan wheel 3 in the vehicle and / or external stresses to the engine 5 and / or the fan wheel 3.

[0067] The inner ring 7A may be intended to be fixed to the engine 5. The outer ring 7B may be intended to be fixed, directly or indirectly, to a structural element, in particular of a vehicle heating, ventilation and / or air conditioning installation. In the example illustrated, the engine support 7 comprises a peripheral air deflector 11 to which the outer ring 7B is fixed. The air deflector 11 may be intended to be fixed to the structural element.

[0068] The motor support 7 advantageously carries a control module 13 of the motor 5. In particular, a support part such as a heat sink 15 can be fixed to at least one of the rings, for example the internal ring 7A and carry the control module 7. For example, the heat sink 15 can have a recess defining a location for receiving the control module 13. The recess can be surrounded by a projecting rim. Finally, referring again to FIG. 1, a cover 17 can be fixed on the motor support 7 so as to cover the control module 13. The fixing can be implemented by any suitable means, for example in a non-limiting manner by screwing. The cover 17 thus defines with the recess on the heat sink 15, a housing for receiving the control module 13.

[0069] The control module 13 comprises an electronic card 19 (figure 2) having a printed circuit.

[0070] The control module 13 may also comprise at least one connector electrically connected to the electronic card 19. This connector 21 allows the electrical supply of the electronic card 19 and, consequently, of the motor 5, when it is connected to an electrical harness in particular of the vehicle. In particular, when the electronic card 19 is powered, the stator windings can create a magnetic field causing the rotation of the rotor and consequently of the fan wheel 3.

[0071] The electronic card 19 carries one or more components. These may be electronic and / or mechanical and / or mechatronic components. In particular, at least one mechanical electrical contact component 23 is fixed to the electronic card. In the particular example illustrated, three mechanical electrical contact components 23 may be provided, each of which may be intended to be connected to a respective phase of the brushless motor 5. A minimum distance must be provided between two mechanical electrical contact components 23 in order to avoid electric arcs. This distance is adapted according to the power.

[0072] Such mechanical electrical contact components 23 are called “leadframe” in English, sometimes translated into French as “connection grid” or “connection frame” or even “contact beam”.

[0073] Such a component 23 or leadframe is made of an electrically conductive material and makes it possible to connect, to put into electrical contact, an electrical terminal 25 arranged in electrical contact with the stator part of the motor 5, for example to a stator winding, to the electronic card 19, in particular to the printed circuit. Thus, the stator windings can be powered via the components 23 or leadframe and the electrical terminals 25, thus allowing the motor 5 to be controlled.

[0074] Such a component 23 or leadframe is described in more detail below with reference to Figures 3 to 6.

[0075] The component 23 or leadframe is configured to be fixed to the electronic card 19. To do this, the component 23 or leadframe comprises a portion 27 for fixing to the electronic card 19, hereinafter called the first fixing portion 27. According to the embodiment described, the component 23 or leadframe comprises a single first fixing portion 27.

[0076] The first fixing portion 27 is for example flat or substantially flat.

[0077] The first fixing portion 27 is intended to be inserted into a complementary orifice 191 provided on the electronic card 19. The first fixing portion 27 is therefore through.

[0078] The first fixing portion 27 may have an elongated cross-section. The first fixing portion 27 is, for example, rectangular in shape. It is, for example, produced in the form of a tab.

[0079] The complementary orifice 191 is advantageously provided on a central zone of the electronic card 19. This is more precisely a so-called dead zone, that is to say that it is devoid of electronic power components. The power components are preferably provided on the periphery or in the vicinity of the edges of the electronic card 19. The component 23 or leadframe is arranged towards the inside of the electronic card 19. This provides more copper surfaces on the periphery and therefore more power.

[0080] The shape of the orifice 191 is complementary to that of the first fixing portion 27. This orifice 191 may be of elongated shape. Depending on the embodiment shown, it has an oblong or substantially oblong shape.

[0081] Thus, when mounting the component 23 or leadframe on the electronic card 19, the first fixing portion 27 can be inserted into the orifice 191 of the electronic card. The first fixing portion 27 can be unique and be inserted into a single complementary orifice 191 of the electronic card 19. The first portion 27 has a larger section compared to a solution having several fixing pins each of smaller section than the first fixing portion 27 and having to be spaced from each other. This makes it possible to increase the mechanical strength of the component 23 or leadframe and to have a sufficient section to transmit the energy while reducing the size on the electronic card 19.

[0082] The first fixing portion 27 extends for example along a first plane PL II. This is advantageously a plane normal to the electronic card 19.

[0083] The first fixing portion 27 may be intended to be inserted along an insertion axis B. The component 23 or leadframe comprises at least one stop which bears against the electronic card 19, when the first fixing portion 27. Such a stop forms an axial stop element, that is to say along the insertion axis B, which makes it possible to block the insertion movement.

[0084] This is for example at least one shoulder 29. According to an exemplary embodiment, the component 23 or leadframe comprises at least two shoulders 29 on either side of the first fixing portion 27. The shoulder or shoulders 29 come into plane support against the electronic card 19. They define a surface intended to be in contact with the electronic card 19, when the first fixing portion 27 is inserted through the electronic card 19.

[0085] The first fixing portion 27 is intended to be soldered into the complementary orifice 191 provided on the electronic card 19, so as to come into electrical contact with a track of the printed circuit. This can be done using a wave soldering process. Electrical contact between the electronic card 19 and the component 23 or leadframe is thus ensured.

[0086] On the other hand, the component 23 or leadframe is configured to be fixed to the electrical terminal 25. H comprises for this purpose, a portion 31 for fixing to the electrical terminal 25, hereinafter called the second fixing portion 31. This second fixing portion 31 may be intended to be welded to the electrical terminal 25. When it is welded to the electronic card 19 and to the electrical terminal 25 of the stator part, the component 23 or leadframe ensures the transmission of energy from the electronic card 19 to the stator, for example to create a magnetic field and turn the rotor.

[0087] The second fixing portion 31 can extend along a second plane P2 distinct from the first plane PL. The two planes Pl, P2 are inclined relative to each other.

[0088] The second fixing portion 31 is for example rectangular in shape. It is for example made in the form of a tab. The second fixing portion 31 may have a width greater than that of the first fixing portion 27.

[0089] The second fixing portion 31 advantageously has a boss 33. The boss 33 has, for example, a convex shape. The boss 33 or its convexity is intended to be oriented towards the electrical terminal 25 of the stator part. The boss 33 is in the example illustrated on a face of the second fixing portion 31 which is not oriented towards the first fixing portion 27. This boss 33 facilitates the electrical contact of the second fixing portion 31 with the electrical terminal 25. The second fixing portion 31 may be flat or substantially flat with the exception of the boss 33.

[0090] The component 23 or leadframe further comprises at least two support tabs 35. These support tabs 35 are intended to come into contact with the electronic card 19 when the first fixing portion 27 is inserted into the complementary orifice 191.

[0091] The support legs 35 can be arranged opposite the first fixing portion 27 and the possible shoulder(s) 29.

[0092] The support tabs 35 on the one hand, and the first fixing portion 27 and the possible shoulder(s) 29 on the other hand, can be arranged on two opposite sides of the component 23 or leadframe. These are opposite sides along a plane P normal to the electronic card 19 extending between the support tabs 35 and the first fixing portion 27 when the component 23 or leadframe is mounted on the electronic card 19. This is for example a plane P parallel to the first plane PL

[0093] In particular, two shoulders 29 can be arranged opposite the two support legs 35.

[0094] To position the component 23 or leadframe before soldering, the first fixing portion 27 which is intended to be soldered, can be inserted into the complementary orifice 191 of the electronic card and the support tabs 35 come to bear against the electronic card 19. It is not necessary to provide other positioning elements such as additional positioning tabs intended to be inserted into or clawed onto the electronic card.

[0095] The first fixing portion 27, with the possible shoulder or shoulders 29, may be intended to be closer to the center of the electronic card 19 than the support tabs 35.

[0096] The electronic card 19 may be intended to be transported, for example, to a welding zone, in a transport direction from back to front, shown diagrammatically by the arrow F. The support tabs 35 may be intended to be located closer to the front periphery of the electronic card 19 in the transport direction than the first fixing portion 27.

[0097] These support tabs 35 make it possible to limit, to prevent tilting of the component 23 or leadframe, during the transport of the electronic card 19. In particular, the support tabs 35 make it possible to prevent tilting of the component 23 or leadframe forward, or even to prevent it from falling, when the transport of the electronic card 19 stops.

[0098] Advantageously, the support tabs 35 are intended to come flat against the electronic card 19. For example, the support tabs 35 each have a first branch 351 and a second branch 352.

[0099] The first branch 351 extends for example parallel to the first portion 27 for fixing the component 23 or leadframe.

[0100] The second branch 352 is bent relative to the first branch 351, for example at 90°. This second branch 352 forms a support foot intended to be arranged flat, in plane support, against the electronic card 19.

[0101] The support legs 35 and more particularly their second branches 352 forming support feet can be arranged behind, depending on the direction of transport, another orifice 192 provided on the electronic card 19 and intended to be crossed by a terminal electrical 25. This other orifice 192 may be of elongated shape, for example oblong or substantially oblong.

[0102] Furthermore, the component 23 or leadframe may comprise at least one connecting element 37 connecting the first fixing portion 27 and the support tabs 35. More precisely, the first branches 351 of the support tabs 35 are connected to the connecting element 37. This connecting element 37 may also connect the first fixing portion 27 and the second fixing portion 31.

[0103] The connecting element 37 may extend along a third plane P3 distinct from the first plane PI and / or the second plane P2. This third plane P3 is inclined relative to the first plane PI and / or the second plane P2. For example, the connecting element 37 may extend along a plane P3 normal to the first attachment portion 27. The third plane P3 may be inclined relative to the second plane P2 by an angle α which is for example greater than 90°. The angle α between these two planes P2, P3 is preferably between 100° and 120°.

[0104] The second branches 352 of the support legs 35 can extend parallel to the connecting element 37.

[0105] The connecting element 37 may be flat or substantially flat. H is for example made in the form of a tongue. The connecting element 37 may have at least a partial rectangular shape. In the example illustrated, the connecting element 37 has a rectangular shape, on a first side connected to the first fixing portion 27. The shape of the connecting element 37 may possibly be widened on a second side opposite the first side along the plane P normal to the electronic card 19. The widened side of the connecting element 37 defines a contour approaching for example a trapezoidal shape.

[0106] The connecting element 37 may have at least in part a width similar to the width of the first fixing portion 27. According to a particular exemplary embodiment, the part, for example rectangular, of the connecting element 37 may be of the same width or substantially the same width as the first fixing portion 27. The width of the rectangular part of the connecting element 37 may be less than that of the second fixing portion 31.

[0107] Finally, component 23 or leadframe may include one or more folds giving it flexibility. This flexibility or elasticity of component 23 or leadframe allows to limit the forces exerted on the first fixing portion 27. Thus, the vibrations can be filtered. In other words, this makes it possible to reduce the transmission of vibrations from the electrical terminal 25 to the electronic card 19, thus preventing the electronic card 19 from being damaged.

[0108] The fold(s) are for example made in the form of at least one bent portion and / or at least one “U” portion.

[0109] For example, at least one fold may be provided connecting the connecting element 37 to the first fixing portion 27. It may be a bent portion 39. According to the example illustrated, the bent portion 39 is curved at a right angle.

[0110] Alternatively or additionally, at least one fold may be provided connecting the connecting element 37 to the second fixing portion 31. This may for example be a “U”-shaped portion 41. This “U”-shaped portion 41 may extend at least partly between the support tabs 35. To do this, the component 23 or leadframe comprises a recess 43 between each support tab 35 and the “U”-shaped portion 41.

[0111] The “U”-shaped portion 41 may have a width similar to that of the first fixing portion 27 and / or the rectangular part of the connecting element 37.

[0112] According to yet another variant or in addition, at least one fold may be provided connecting the connecting element 37 to a support tab 35. This may be a bent portion 45. According to the example illustrated, the bent portion 45 is curved at a right angle.

[0113] Furthermore, the component 23 or leadframe may have a constant or substantially constant thickness between all of its different portions.

[0114] Thus, such a component 23 or leadframe can be produced in a simple manner so as to optimize the space required on the electronic card 19 while allowing the transmission of energy, when it is soldered to the electronic card 19 and to the electrical terminal of the stator part.

[0115] The first fixing portion 27 makes it possible to position the component 23 or leadframe on the electronic card 19 before soldering, and the support tabs 35 on the opposite side ensure the stability of the component 23 or leadframe, preventing the latter from tipping or falling before soldering.

[0116] The first fixing portion 27 may be unique and larger than in previous solutions with several fixing pins of smaller section and having to be spaced from each other, which makes it possible to have a sufficient section to transmit the energy while reducing the size on the electronic card 19.

[0117] In addition, the shoulder or shoulders 29 make it possible to increase the stability of the component 23 or leadframe on the electronic card 19.

[0118] Finally, thanks to the bent and / or “U” portions, the component 23 or leadframe is at least as flexible as in previous solutions, which makes it possible to filter vibrations and avoid damaging the electronic card 19.
