Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a shoe fastening system and an intermediate adapter for a shoe fastening system.
[0002] Modern roller skate systems consist of boot components with differently designed undersides and differently designed frames with wheels. Therefore, it is not always possible to attach a specific boot component to a specific frame.
[0003] The technical objective of the present invention is therefore to increase the compatibility of a shoe fastening system.
[0004] This problem is solved by the articles according to the independent claims. Technically advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims, the description, and the drawings.
[0005] According to one aspect, the technical task is solved by a shoe fastening system consisting of a shoe part; a rail with rollers; and an insertable intermediate adapter to compensate for the gap between the rail and the shoe part. The intermediate adapter is inserted in the ball of the foot area between the rail and the shoe part. The intermediate adapter can also be removed by the user.
[0006] The intermediate adapter allows for easy compensation of height differences between the rail and the shoe component. This enables the use of additional rails for the shoe component, thereby increasing the compatibility and combination possibilities of the shoe components and rails within the shoe fastening system.
[0007] In a technically advantageous embodiment of the shoe fastening system, the shoe part has a flat underside. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage that the shoe part can be adapted to many rails.
[0008] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the shoe fastening system, the rail has a surface in the heel area that is raised compared to the ball of the foot area. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage of good driving characteristics of the shoe fastening system.
[0009] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the shoe fastening system, the shoe part comprises at least one sliding mounting plate for screwing in a fastening screw for the intermediate adapter. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage of simplifying the fastening of the intermediate adapter.
[0010] According to a second aspect, the technical problem is solved by an intermediate adapter to compensate for the gap between a rail and a shoe component, with three through-holes for a fastening screw. The intermediate adapter achieves the same technical advantages as the sports shoe described in the first aspect.
[0011] In a technically advantageous embodiment of the intermediate adapter, the first through-opening is located in the center of the adapter, the second through-opening on one side, and the third through-opening on the other side. For example, one side of the adapter is the side to the right of the rail, and the other side is the side to the left. This achieves, for instance, the technical advantage of enabling efficient power transmission.
[0012] In a further technically advantageous embodiment of the intermediate adapter, at least one of the through-openings has a slot shape for sliding the fastening screw. The slot shape can be oriented such that the mounting position of the shoe part on the rail can be shifted forwards and backwards. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage that the intermediate adapter can be adapted to different shoe parts.
[0013] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the intermediate adapter, the second through-opening on one side of the adapter is offset to the rear relative to the third through-opening on the other side. This also achieves, for example, the technical advantage that the intermediate adapter can be used for a shoe fastening system with good force transmission.
[0014] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the intermediate adapter, the adapter comprises a central section that is recessed relative to the side sections for the insertion of a rail. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage that the shoe fastening system exhibits high integral stability.
[0015] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the intermediate adapter, the adapter comprises a central section that is raised compared to the side sections. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage of further improving the adaptability of the intermediate adapter and allowing it to be used even with wide rails.
[0016] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the intermediate adapter, at least one through-channel of one of the through-openings projects out of the intermediate adapter towards a shoe part. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage that the intermediate adapter can be easily inserted at the intended position on the shoe part and is additionally supported against the shoe part.
[0017] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the intermediate adapter, the adapter includes beveled side surfaces. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage of improved flow resistance of the shoe fastening system.
[0018] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the intermediate adapter, the intermediate adapter is made of plastic. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage that the intermediate adapter can be manufactured with low energy expenditure.
[0019] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the intermediate adapter, the adapter is formed with an internal cavity. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage of reducing the amount of material required to manufacture the intermediate adapter.
[0020] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the intermediate adapter, the inner cavity includes a support structure. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage of increased stability of the intermediate adapter.
[0021] Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings and are described in more detail below.
[0022] They show: Fig. 1 a view of a shoe fastening system; Fig. 2 another view of a shoe fastening system; Fig. 3 another view of a shoe fastening system; Fig. 4A views of the underside of a shoe part; Fig. 4B views of a fastening block for integrating the mounting plates; Fig. 4C views of further fastening blocks for integrating the mounting plates; Fig. 5 views of an intermediate adapter; and Fig. 6 views of a further intermediate adapter.
[0023] Fig. 1 Figure 1 shows a view of a shoe attachment system 100. The shoe attachment system 100 is, for example, a roller skate or inline skate. The shoe attachment system 100 comprises a boot part 101 and a frame 103 with wheels 105. The boot part 101 surrounds the foot and is made of a hard material (hard shell - hard boot) or a soft material (soft shell - soft boot). The shell of the boot part 101 can be made of carbon, fiberglass, composite material, or a mixture of these materials. The frame 103 is made of metal, composite material, carbon, or a mixture of metal and composite material and serves to rotatably attach the wheels 105.
[0024] The flat underside (soul plate) of the shoe part 101 is mounted on the rail 103 without an intermediate adapter (UFS - Universal Fixation System).
[0025] Fig. 2 and 3The figures show views of another shoe fastening system 100. An intermediate adapter 107 serves here to compensate for a gap between the rail 103 and the shoe part 101 and can be used in the ball of the foot area between the two elements. The intermediate adapter 107 allows the gap between the rail 103 and the shoe part 101 to be compensated for. The intermediate adapter 107 is attached to the shoe part 101 and the rail 103, for example by means of fastening screws. The shoe part 101 has predefined slots, holes and recesses for attaching the intermediate adapter 107.
[0026] In the shoe fastening system 100 shown, the rail 103 has a surface in the heel area that is raised compared to the ball area of the rail 103. The rail 103 has a corresponding step in the longitudinal direction.
[0027] The Shoe Fastening System 100 can include two different intermediate adapters 107, which are suitable for the most common shoe fastening systems. The Shoe Fastening System 100 allows for a UFS two-point fastening (flat and already integrated into the shoe part), a 165mm two-point fastening (11mm distance at the heel), and a Trinity three-point fastening.
[0028] Fig. 4A Figure 1 shows a view of the underside 109 of the shoe part 101. The shoe part 101 has the flat underside 109. The underside 109 comprises the sole of the shoe part 101. The intermediate adapter 107 is compatible with the 165mm mounting standard or the Trinity mounting system. No intermediate adapter 107 is required for the UFS mounting standard.
[0029] The underside 109 of the shoe part 101 includes sliding mounting plates 129 for screwing in a fastening screw for the intermediate adapter 107. For this purpose, the mounting plates 129 include an opening with an internal thread into which the fastening screw with the external thread can be screwed.
[0030] Within the shoe part 101, the mounting plates 129 are slidably mounted in corresponding receptacles 133. The receptacles 133 are formed by corresponding recesses in which the mounting plates 129 can slide back and forth. The mounting plates 129 are, for example, made of square or rectangular metal plates. The receptacles 133 for the mounting plates 129 can be cast into the shoe part 101 from the outside or inside using an injection molding process. They are thus integrated into the underside 109 of the shoe part 101. The receptacles 133 for the mounting plates 129 are, for example, formed by aluminum housings in which the mounting plates 129 can slide. This achieves high strength.
[0031] The mounting plate 129-1 in the heel area is movable both longitudinally and laterally. For this purpose, the mounting plate 129-1 is received in a guide element 131, which includes a transverse slot. The guide element 131, together with the mounting plate 129-1, is movable longitudinally. In the transverse direction, the mounting plate 129-1 is again movable within the guide element 131. The shoe part 101 includes a T-shaped slot to allow the mounting plate 129-1 to move in both the longitudinal and transverse directions.
[0032] The front central mounting plate 129-2 in the ball area is movable longitudinally along the shoe part 101. The side mounting plates 129-3 and 129-4 in the ball area, however, are movable transversely along the shoe part 101. This allows for the use of different intermediate adapters 107 and facilitates easy compensation of mounting tolerances. Rails with the UFS mounting system can be moved forwards and backwards.
[0033] Fig. 4B Figure 1 shows views of a one-piece mounting block (UFS mounting block) 135 for integrating the mounting plates 129 into the shoe part 101. The mounting block 135 comprises a frame 137 in which the receptacles 133 for the mounting plates 129 are formed. Corresponding slots 139 for sliding the mounting plates 129 are arranged in the receptacles 133, oriented longitudinally or transversely. The mounting block 135 determines the distances between the receptacles 133.
[0034] The one-piece mounting block 135 is integrated into the shoe part 101 during manufacturing and can be made of aluminum or other materials. The mounting block 135 determines the relative positions of the receptacles 133 on the underside of the shoe part. The mounting block 135 is, for example, cast into the shoe part 101 from the inside or outside, or bonded to it. This further increases the stability of the shoe part. Alternatively, the mounting block 135 can also be part of the shoe part 101 itself, such as carbon fiber or a composite material.
[0035] Fig. 4C Figure 1 shows views of a two-part fastening block 135-1 and 135-2 for integrating the mounting plates 129. A first fastening block 135-1 is located in the rear heel area, and a second fastening block 135-2 is located in the front ball of the foot area. The function of the two fastening blocks 135-1 and 135-2 corresponds to the function of the one-piece fastening block 135. However, due to the two-part design, the fastening blocks 135-1 and 135-2 can be used with different shoe sizes.
[0036] Fig. 5 Figure 1 shows views of an intermediate adapter 107 for insertion between the shoe part 101 and the rail 103 for the Trinity mounting system. The intermediate adapter 107 is made of aluminum, plastic, or composite material and is inserted between the rail 103 and the shoe part 101. The intermediate adapter 107 includes three through-holes 113-1, ... 113-3 for the insertion of the fastening screws. The rail 103 can be attached to the shoe part 101 via the intermediate adapter 107 using the fastening screws.
[0037] The first through-hole 113-1 is located in the center of the intermediate adapter 107, the second through-hole 113-2 on one side 115-1 of the intermediate adapter 107, and the third through-hole 113-3 on the other side 115-2 of the intermediate adapter 107. The first through-hole 113-1 is circular with a diameter of 6 mm.
[0038] Corresponding to the function of the mounting plates, the lateral through-openings 113-2 and 113-3 have a slotted shape extending perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. This slotted shape allows the respective fastening screw to be moved within the through-openings 113-2 and 113-3, for example, by up to 7 mm. Furthermore, the second through-opening 113-2 on one side 115-1 of the intermediate adapter 107 is offset longitudinally backwards relative to the third through-opening 113-3 on the other side 115-2 of the intermediate adapter 107.
[0039] The intermediate adapter 107 further comprises a central section 117, which is recessed relative to the side sections 119-1 and 119-2 for the insertion of a rail 103. The recess of the central section 117 is, for example, 6 mm deep. This allows for a low-profile mounting. In plan view, the intermediate adapter 107 is U-shaped. The side sections 119-1 and 119-2 are arranged laterally on the central section 117 and are longer than the central section. A through-channel 127 of the through-opening 113-1 projects from the intermediate adapter 107 towards the shoe part 101, for example, by 5 mm.
[0040] The intermediate adapter 107 comprises chamfered side surfaces 125 that widen the intermediate adapter 107 towards the shoe part 101. This widens the contact surface of the intermediate adapter 107 on the shoe part 101. The intermediate adapter 107 includes an inner cavity 121 with hexagonal or honeycomb-shaped support structures 123. In this way, the weight of the intermediate adapter can be reduced, making it as light as possible.
[0041] The intermediate adapter 107 allows the rail 103 to be centrally attached under the boot section 101, with the option of moving the rail forwards, backwards, or sideways. The intermediate adapter 107 can be manufactured in one piece or in multiple pieces.
[0042] Fig. 6Figure 1 shows views of another intermediate adapter 107 for the 165 mm mounting system. This intermediate adapter also has three through-holes 113-1, ... 113-3 for passing through mounting screws. The middle through-hole 113-1 has a longitudinal slot shape that allows the mounting screw to be moved.
[0043] In contrast, the two lateral through-openings 113-2 and 113-3 are designed as holes with a diameter of 6 mm. In this case, M6 mounting screws can be used. Generally, the diameter can also be other sizes, so that M5 to M8 mounting screws can be used.
[0044] These serve to directly attach the shoe part 101 to the intermediate adapter 107. The second through-opening 113-2 on one side 115-1 of the intermediate adapter 107 is offset longitudinally backwards relative to the third through-opening 113-3 on the other side 115-2 of the intermediate adapter 107. The through-channels 127 project from the intermediate adapter 107 toward the shoe part 101, for example by 5 mm. The lateral through-channels 127, in contrast, are chamfered to facilitate insertion into the shoe part 101.
[0045] This intermediate adapter 107 comprises a central section 117, which is raised above the side sections 119-1 and 119-2, for example by 6 mm. The rail 103 is attached to this central section 117. The two side sections 119-1 and 119-2 are arranged laterally on the central section 117.
[0046] The intermediate adapter 107 enables the creation of a universal interlink system for inline skates, allowing the attachment of various 103 rails, such as the Universal Fixation System (UFS), Trinity, and the standard 165mm mount. The intermediate adapter 107 can include a mounting block made of aluminum or other materials.
[0047] The rail can generally be attached to the intermediate adapter 107 or to the shoe part 101. The intermediate adapter 107 can be attached using screws, rivets, or a quick-release system in the corresponding holes, slots, and recesses.
[0048] The intermediate adapter 107 can be attached to the underside 109 of the shoe part 101 from the outside of the shoe part 101. Alternatively, the intermediate adapter 107 can also be attached to the underside 109 of the shoe part 101 from the side or from the inside. A locking pin system can be used to attach the intermediate adapter 107.
[0049] The Shoe Mounting System 100 can be used with various wheel sizes between 50 mm and 150 mm. Different wheel configurations are also possible, for example, 2 to 5 wheels or more. The Shoe Mounting System 100 can be used not only for inline skates, but also for ice skates or short skis (snow blades).
[0050] The shoe fastening system 100 and the intermediate adapter 107 can be manufactured using 3D printing, CNC machining, or additive manufacturing. The shoe fastening system 100 and the intermediate adapter 107 can also be manufactured using carbon fiber layers and carbon fiber compression. The shoe fastening system 100 is compatible with a shoe component 101 with a flat sole.
[0051] All features explained and shown in connection with individual embodiments of the invention can be provided in different combinations in the object according to the invention in order to simultaneously realize their advantageous effects.
[0052] The scope of protection of the present invention is defined by the claims and is not limited by the features explained in the description or shown in the figures. REFERENCE MARK LIST
