Description

Foldable display structure comprising shelf supports forming structural reinforcement

[0001] The invention relates to the field of cardboard and point-of-sale advertising, commonly referred to by the acronym “POS”.

[0002] The invention relates more specifically to a foldable display structure. State of the prior art

[0003] Document FR 2 679 521 A1 describes a foldable display structure forming part of the prior art. This structure is made from a cardboard panel comprising cutouts and folding lines allowing the structure to be formed into volume for use.

[0004] In this area, there is a need to improve display structures in order to reduce their size during transport while simplifying their volume layout.

[0005] To this end, the invention relates to a foldable display structure comprising two side walls and at least one support element, the support element comprising a central part and two side parts configured to each cooperate with a respective one of the side walls in order to be able to maintain the support element in a receiving position in which it is capable of supporting a tray arranged on its central part, each of the side walls comprising at least a first part and a second part connected to each other by at least one folding line configured to allow movement of the side wall between a first position, in which the first part is folded against the second part, and a second position, the structure being configured to be able to be placed in a use configuration in which the side walls are in the second position and in which the support element is in the receiving position. According to the invention, when the structure is in the use configuration, the lateral parts of the support element are each arranged opposite the first part and the second part of the side wall with which it cooperates so as to oppose a movement of the side walls from the second position to the first position.,

[0006] Side walls comprising such a fold line make it possible to easily modify the configuration of the structure and in particular the arrangement of the side walls. When the side walls are in said first position, that is to say when said first part is folded over said second part, the structure is folded and thus has a reduced size which in particular facilitates its transport. To put the structure in volume in order to place it in the configuration of use from such a transport configuration, the placement of the side walls in said second position can be carried out by simply unfolding the side walls.

[0007] The invention makes it possible to take advantage of the principle of changing the configuration of the structure by folding / unfolding the side parts while ensuring reinforced support of the structure in the usage configuration.

[0008] Indeed, in the configuration of use, the lateral parts of the support element are each arranged opposite the first part and the second part of the side wall with which it cooperates. Thus, the lateral part of the support element which cooperates with a first of the side walls is arranged opposite the first part and the second part of this first side wall, while the lateral part of the support element which cooperates with the second side wall is arranged opposite the first part and the second part of this second side wall.In other words, in the use configuration, the lateral parts of the support element are arranged on the lateral walls so as to extend on either side of the folding line, thus opposing a folding of the lateral parts along said folding line and thus ensuring that the lateral walls are held in said second position and, consequently, the structure in the use configuration.

[0009] The support element thus constitutes a structural reinforcement which prevents untimely folding or sagging of the side walls when the structure is in the operating configuration.

[0010] The invention also makes it possible, more generally, to reinforce the structural strength and to increase the admissible loading of the structure.

[0011] In one embodiment, each of the side walls includes at least one cutout configured to receive an end of the side portion of the support member that cooperates with that side wall when the structure is in the use configuration.

[0012] Preferably, for each of the side walls, said end of the side wall forms a tab.

[0013] In one embodiment, said cutout and said fold line of each of the side walls are spaced from each other in a direction orthogonal to a plane in which the central part of the support element extends when the latter is in the receiving position.

[0014] In one embodiment, each of the lateral parts of the support element comprises a reinforcing part connected on the one hand to said end which it forms by a first fold line and on the other hand to the central part of the support element by a second fold line.

[0015] The first fold line and the second fold line of each of the side parts are preferably parallel.

[0016] Of course, in the context of this embodiment, the first fold line and the second fold line of each of the lateral parts of the support element may be oblique to each other, depending for example on the geometry of the support element and / or the side walls of the structure.

[0017] In one embodiment, said fold line of each of the side walls passes through a plane parallel to a plane in which the central part of the support element extends when the latter is in the receiving position.

[0018] In one embodiment, each of the sidewalls includes an inner layer and an outer layer that are superimposed relative to each other when the sidewalls are in the second position.

[0019] Preferably, each of the lateral parts of the support element, where appropriate said reinforcing part of this lateral part, bears on a surface formed by the internal layer of the lateral wall with which this lateral part cooperates when the structure is in the use configuration.

[0020] In one embodiment, for each of the side walls, the inner layer forms said cutout.

[0021] In one embodiment, for each of the side walls, the outer layer forms said fold line.

[0022] Preferably, for each of the side walls, the inner layer comprises a cutting line which is superimposed on the fold line when this side wall is in the second position.

[0023] In one embodiment, for each of the side walls, said fold line of this side wall is a first fold line, and the inner layer and the outer layer are connected to each other by at least one second fold line.

[0024] The second fold line may be oblique or, more preferably, perpendicular to the first fold line.

[0025] In one embodiment, the structure is configured to form several floors, said first portion of the side walls delimiting one of these floors and said second portion of the side walls delimiting another of these floors when the structure is in the use configuration.

[0026] The invention also relates to a display comprising a structure as defined above.

[0027] In one embodiment, the display includes at least one tray configured to be disposed on the at least one support member when the structure is in the use configuration.

[0028] Preferably, the at least one tray is removable.

[0029] The display may also include a covering, for example covering part of the structure in order to improve the structural strength of the display and / or its aesthetic appearance.

[0030] According to another aspect, the invention relates to a method for creating a structure as defined above.

[0031] In one embodiment, this method comprises positioning the side walls in said second position and positioning the at least one support element in said receiving position.

[0032] According to another aspect, the invention relates to a method for changing the configuration of a structure as defined above.

[0033] In one embodiment, this method comprises folding or unfolding the side walls so as to transition the structure between said use configuration and a transport configuration.

[0034] Other advantages and characteristics of the invention will appear on reading the detailed, non-limiting description which follows.

[0042] It is shown on a display stand 1 according to the invention in a configuration of use, also called “presentation configuration”, in which it forms a generally rectangular parallelepiped piece of furniture extending vertically.

[0043] In this example, the display 1 comprises an internal structure 2, also called a “frame”, which is shown separately on the and described in more detail below with reference to figures 2 to 5.

[0044] The display 1 also includes a covering 3 partially enveloping the structure 2, as well as removable trays 4.

[0045] In the presentation configuration, the structure 2 and the cladding 3 form two side walls 5 and 6, a rear wall 7 and an openwork front wall 8.

[0046] In this example, the rear wall 7 is formed by the structure 2, the front wall 8 is formed by the cladding 3, while the side walls 5 and 6 are each formed by both the structure 2 and the cladding 3.

[0047] The front wall 8 comprises sections 10 spaced vertically from each other and delimiting front openings 11.

[0048] In the presentation configuration, each of the trays 4 extends in line with a respective one of the sections 10 so that the front openings 11 allow a user to view and / or take items (not shown) arranged on the trays 4.

[0049] In this non-limiting example, the display 1 comprises four trays 4 which each define a respective one of the levels of this display.

[0050] With reference to the, the structure 2 comprises support elements 16-19 configured to be connected to the side walls 5 and 6 and to the rear wall 7 formed by this structure 2 so as to be able to support each one of the respective trays 4 of the display 1.

[0051] Structural and geometric characteristics of panels 30, 60 and 90 making it possible to form the structure 2 of the display stand 1 will now be described with reference to figures 3 to 5.

[0052] In this example, the panels 30, 60 and 90 are made of cardboard and each include cutouts and / or cutting lines, as well as fold lines. In Figures 3 to 5, the cutouts and cutting lines are shown in solid lines while the fold lines are shown in broken lines. Of course, these panels 30, 60 and 90 may include additional cutouts and / or cutting lines and / or fold lines.

[0053] Figures 3 to 5 show the panels 30, 60 and 90 in a flat configuration, that is, in which they are neither folded nor expanded.

[0054] In this flat configuration, each of the panels 30, 60 and 90 comprises two parallel surfaces defining between them a thickness of these panels. By convention, for each of the panels 30, 60 and 90 of figures 3 to 5, the surface visible in these figures is called “first surface” and the opposite surface, not visible in these figures, is called “second surface”.

[0055] In the following, unless otherwise indicated, an element is said to be vertical or horizontal by reference to the orientation of this element when the structure 2 which it constitutes is in presentation configuration.

[0056] With reference to the, the panel 30 comprises seventeen parts 31-47 connected to each other by vertical fold lines LP1-LP16: parts 31 and 32 are connected to each other by the fold line LP1, parts 32 and 33 are connected to each other by the fold line LP2, parts 33 and 34 are connected to each other by the fold line LP3, parts 34 and 35 are connected to each other by the fold line LP4, parts 35 and 36 are connected to each other by the fold line LP5, parts 36 and 37 are connected to each other by the fold line LP6, parts 37 and 38 are connected to each other by the fold line LP7, parts 38 and 39 are connected to each other by the fold line LP8, parts 39 and 40 are connected to each other by the fold line LP9, parts 40 and 41 are connected to each other by the fold line LP10, parts 41 and 42 are connected to each other by the fold line LP11,parts 42 and 43 are connected to each other by the fold line LP12, parts 43 and 44 are connected to each other by the fold line LP13, parts 44 and 45 are connected to each other by the fold line LP14, parts 45 and 46 are connected to each other by the fold line LP15, and parts 46 and 47 are connected to each other by the fold line LP16.,

[0057] The portions 33 and 37 each comprise four cutouts 50, or “openings,” which in this example form generally horizontal grooves. For each of the portions 33 and 37, the openings 50 are vertically spaced from one another. The openings 50 of the portion 33 and the openings 50 of the portion 37 are horizontally aligned two by two. Vertically, the openings 50 of the portion 33 are aligned with one another, each having one edge aligned with the fold line LP3. The openings 50 of the portion 37 are also vertically aligned with one another.

[0058] Parts 41 and 45 are symmetrical with respect to parts 37 and 33, respectively, and therefore also include openings 50 (see).

[0059] Part 39, also called the “central part”, comprises two openings 51 and two openings 52 which each extend generally horizontally.

[0060] The portion 38 includes three openings 54 each extending generally vertically and being vertically spaced apart from each other. Each of the openings 54 of the portion 38 extends substantially along the fold line LP8.

[0061] Part 40 being symmetrical to part 38, the latter also includes three openings 54.

[0062] The panel 30 further comprises horizontal fold lines LP21-LP26 and horizontal cutting lines LD1-LD6 crossing the panel 30 horizontally so as to define a vertically lower portion P1, a vertically middle portion P2 and a vertically upper portion P3 each formed by respective portions of the portions 31-47.

[0063] The lower part P1 and the middle part P2 of the panel 30 are connected to each other by the fold lines LP21-LP23, while the upper part P3 and the middle part P2 are connected to each other by the fold lines LP24-LP26.

[0064] More specifically, with reference to the, the fold line LP21 connects to each other the lower part P1 and the middle part P2 of the part 35 of the panel 30 and, symmetrically, the lower part P1 and the middle part P2 of the part 43 of the panel 30.

[0065] The cutting line LD1 extends in continuity with the folding line LP21 so as to delimit the lower part P1 and the middle part P2 of the parts 31-34 of the panel 30 and, symmetrically, the lower part P1 and the middle part P2 of the parts 44-47.

[0066] The cutting line LD2 extends in the continuity of the folding line LP21 so as to delimit the lower part P1 and the middle part P2 of the part 36 and of a first portion of the part 37 of the panel 30 and, symmetrically, the lower part P1 and the middle part P2 of the part 42 and of a first portion of the part 41.

[0067] The fold lines LP22 and LP23 extend vertically on either side of an imaginary line passing through the lines LD1, LD2, LD3 and LP21 so as to define vertically between them two intermediate portions 59. The fold line LP22 delimits the middle part P2 and a first of the intermediate portions 59 formed by a second portion of the part 37, the part 38 and a first portion of the central part 39 of the panel 30 and, symmetrically, the middle part P2 and the second intermediate portion 59 formed by a second portion of the part 41, the part 40 and a second portion of the central part 39 of the panel 30.Concerning the fold line LP23, this delimits the lower part P1 and the first intermediate portion 59 formed by said second portion of the part 37, the part 38 and said first portion of the central part 39 of the panel 30 and, symmetrically, the lower part P1 and the second intermediate portion 59 formed by said second portion of the part 41, the part 40 and said second portion of the central part 39 of the panel 30.

[0068] Said intermediate portions 59 are delimited by vertical cutting lines LD7 extending from the folding line LP22 to the folding line LP23 so that these cutting lines LD7 each join a respective end of the cutting lines LD2 and LD3 (see).

[0069] The above description relating to the delimitation of the lower part P1 in relation to the middle part P2 applies by analogy to the delimitation of the upper part P3 in relation to the middle part P2, the set formed by the fold lines LP24-LP26 and the cutting lines LD4-LD6, also called "second set of fold and cut lines", being similar to the set formed by the fold lines LP21-LP23 and the cutting lines LD1-LD3, also called "first set of fold and cut lines" (see).

[0070] In this example, the lower part P1 of the panel 30 thus forms four of said openings 50, the middle part P2 forms eight other of said openings 50 and the upper part P3 forms four other of said openings 50.

[0071] Furthermore, the lower part P1 of the panel 30 forms a first of the two openings 51 and a first of the two openings 52, while the middle part P2 forms the second opening 51 and the second opening 52 (see).

[0072] With reference to the, this figure shows panel 60 as well as a reference system defining directions D1, D2 and D3 orthogonal to each other.

[0073] In the flat configuration of the, said first surface and said second surface of the panel 60 are spaced from each other in the direction D3.

[0074] Panel 60 has symmetry with respect to an axis A1 parallel to direction D2.

[0075] The panel 60 comprises a central portion 61, a rear portion 62, a rear locking element 63 and two lateral tabs 64 and 65.

[0076] The tabs 64 and 65 are spaced from each other in the direction D1 which defines a lateral direction.

[0077] The central part 61 comprises in this example three parts 66-68.

[0078] The portion 67, also called the “main portion”, is connected on the one hand to the rear portion 62 along a fold line LP61 and, on the other hand, to each of the portions 66 and 68 along a fold line LP62 or LP63, respectively.

[0079] Portions 66 and 68, also referred to as "connecting portions," are each connected to a respective one of tabs 64 and 65 along a fold line LP64 or LP65, respectively.

[0080] Regarding the locking element 63, this forms a tab connected to the rear part 62 along a fold line LP66.

[0081] In the configuration of the, the fold lines LP61 and LP66 are parallel to the direction D1, the fold lines LP64 and LP65 are parallel to the direction D2, while the fold lines LP62 and LP63 are oblique to the directions D1 and D2.

[0082] With reference to the, this figure shows panel 90 as well as a reference system defining directions D1, D2 and D3 orthogonal to each other.

[0083] In the flat configuration of the, said first surface and said second surface of the panel 90 are spaced from each other in the direction D3.

[0084] Panel 90 has symmetry with respect to an axis A2 parallel to direction D2.

[0085] The panel 90 comprises a central portion 91, a rear portion 92, a rear locking element 93 and two side portions 94 and 95.

[0086] The lateral parts 94 and 95 are spaced from each other in the direction D1 which defines a lateral direction.

[0087] The central part 91 comprises in this example three parts 96-98.

[0088] The part 97, also called the “main part”, is connected on the one hand to the rear part 92 along a fold line LP91 and, on the other hand, to each of the parts 96 and 98 along a fold line LP92 or LP93, respectively.

[0089] Portions 96 and 98, also referred to as "connecting portions," are each connected to a respective one of side portions 94 and 95 along a fold line LP94 or LP95, respectively.

[0090] Regarding the locking element 93, this forms a tab connected to the rear part 92 along a fold line LP96.

[0091] Each of the lateral parts 94 and 95 comprises two portions 101 and 102, which form a so-called reinforcing part, and a lateral end 103 forming a tongue.

[0092] For each of the lateral parts 94 and 95, the portion 102 is connected on the one hand to the part 101 along a fold line LP97 and, on the other hand, to the part 96 or 98 along the fold line LP94 or LP95, respectively.

[0093] For each of the side portions 94 and 95, the tab 103 is connected to the portion 101 along a fold line LP98.

[0094] In this example, each of the portions 101 and 102 of the panel 90 has a generally rectangular shape elongated in the direction D2.

[0095] In the configuration of the, the fold lines LP91 and LP96 are parallel to the direction D1, the fold lines LP94, LP95, LP97 and LP98 are parallel to the direction D2, while the fold lines LP92 and LP93 are oblique to the directions D1 and D2.

[0096] Steps for forming and assembling panels such as those just described will now be presented in order to form structure 2 illustrated in the figure.

[0097] In this example, the structure 2 of the is formed using a panel similar to the panel 30 of the to constitute the side walls 5 and 6 as well as the rear wall 7 of the structure 2, two panels similar to the panel 60 of the to constitute the support elements 16 and 18, and two panels similar to the panel 90 of the to constitute the support elements 17 and 19.

[0098] Concerning the volume formation of the panel 30, from the flat configuration of the, the parts 31 to 38 are moved relative to each other by folding along the folding lines LP1-LP6 and LP8 so that the second surface of the part 31 comes to bear on the second surface of the part 33, the first surface of the part 31 comes to bear on the second surface of the part 35, the first surface of the part 33 comes to bear on the second surface of the part 37, and so that the parts 37 and 38 form a right angle with the central part 39 (see figures 2 and 3).

[0099] Parts 40 to 47 are positioned symmetrically, by folding along the fold lines LP9 and LP11-LP16, so that the first surface of parts 40 and 41 is arranged opposite the first surface of parts 38 and 37.

[0100] The panel 30 is thus arranged in the configuration in which the parts 31 to 38 of the panel 30 form the side wall 5 of the structure 2, the parts 40 to 47 of the panel 30 form the side wall 6 of the structure 2 and the central part 39 of the panel 30 forms the rear wall 7 of the structure 2.

[0101] In this configuration, the openings 50 of the part 33 are each aligned with a respective one of the openings 50 of the part 37 to form two by two openings which open on the one hand onto the first surface of the part 37 and on the other hand into an internal space of the side wall 5 extending between the parts 33 and 35.

[0102] In the same way, the openings 50 of the part 45 are each aligned with a respective one of the openings 50 of the part 41 to form two by two openings which open on the one hand onto the first surface of the part 41 and on the other hand into an internal space of the side wall 6 extending between the parts 43 and 45.

[0103] In the configuration of the, the panel 30 generally has a U-shaped profile and the side walls 5 and 6 each comprise an inner layer and an outer layer.

[0104] In this example, the inner layer of the wall 5 is formed by the parts 37 and 38 of the panel 30 and the outer layer of this wall 5 is formed by the part 35 of the panel 30. Symmetrically, the inner layer of the wall 6 is formed by the parts 40 and 41 of the panel 30 and the outer layer of this wall 6 is formed by the part 43 of the panel 30.

[0105] For each of the side walls 5 and 6, the inner layer and the outer layer are superimposed on each other and spaced apart from each other by a distance corresponding substantially to twice the thickness of the panel 30, the inner and outer layers of the side wall 5 receiving between them the parts 31 and 33 of the panel 30, the inner and outer layers of the side wall 6 receiving between them the parts 45 and 47 of the panel 30.

[0106] When the panel 30 is in the configuration of the, the support members 16-19 can be assembled to the panel 30 in the manner described below.

[0107] Concerning the support element 16, the panel 60 used to form this support element 16 is assembled with the panel 30 by inserting the tab 65 into the two openings 50 made in the lower part P1 of the parts 33 and 37 of the panel 30, inserting the tab 64 into the two openings 50 made in the lower part P1 of the parts 41 and 45 of the panel 30, and inserting the tab 63 into the opening 52 made in the lower part P1 of the panel 30.

[0108] In the same way, the panel 60 used to form the support element 18 is assembled with the panel 30 by inserting the tab 65 into two of the openings 50 made in the middle part P2 of the parts 33 and 37 of the panel 30, inserting the tab 64 into two of the openings 50 made in the middle part P2 of the parts 41 and 45 of the panel 30, and inserting the tab 63 into the opening 52 made in the middle part P2 of the panel 30, the openings 50 being of course those located at the same level, vertically, as this opening 52.

[0109] In this way, the support elements 16 and 18 are placed in the position illustrated in the, called the "receiving position", in which the tabs 64 and 65 each cooperate with a respective one of the side walls 5 and 6 and in which the central part 61 of each of the support elements 16 and 18 extends in a plane substantially perpendicular to the walls 5-7 of the structure 2.

[0110] Concerning the support element 17, the panel 90 used to form this support element 17 is assembled with the panel 30 by inserting the tab 103 of the lateral part 95 into the other two openings 50 made in the middle part P2 of the parts 33 and 37 of the panel 30, inserting the tab 103 of the lateral part 94 into the two openings 50 made in the middle part P2 of the parts 41 and 45 of the panel 30, and inserting the tab 93 into the opening 51 made in the middle part P2 of the panel 30.

[0111] The illustration shows the support element 17 in a first intermediate mounting position in which the tabs 103 are inserted into their openings 50, in which the tab 93 is not inserted into its opening 51 and in which the portions 101 and 102 of each of the side parts 94 and 95 are oriented in a first direction in the vertical direction, so that the fold lines LP94 and LP95 of the support element 17 extend vertically above the fold line LP21 of the panel 30 (see Figures 2, 3 and 5).

[0112] The support element 19 is also shown in a second intermediate mounting position which differs from the position in which the support element 17 is located in that the portions 101 and 102 of each of the side parts 94 and 95 are oriented in a second direction in the vertical direction, so that the fold lines LP94 and LP95 of the support element 19 extend in this case vertically below the fold line LP24 of the panel 30 (see Figures 2, 3 and 5).

[0113] The transition from the first to the second intermediate mounting position is achieved by lowering the central part 91 of the support element 17 / 19 causing a rotation of the portions 101 and 102 of each of the lateral parts 94 and 95 relative to the central part 91 around the corresponding fold line LP94 or LP95.

[0114] In said second intermediate position, the support element 19 is arranged so that the fold line LP98 of each of its lateral parts 94 and 95 extends vertically above the fold line LP24 and the fold lines LP94 and LP95 connecting these lateral parts 94 and 95 to the central part 91 of the support element 19 extend vertically below the fold line LP24.

[0115] In other words, in said second intermediate position, the portions 101 and 102 of each of the lateral parts 94 and 95 of the support element 19 extend so as to vertically cross the fold line LP24 of the panel 30, so that said second surface formed by the portion 101 of each of the lateral parts 94 and 95 of the support element 19 bears on said first surface formed by the upper part P3 of the part 41, or respectively 37, of the panel 30, and so that said second surface formed by the portion 102 of each of the lateral parts 94 and 95 of the support element 19 bears on said first surface formed by the middle part P2 of the part 41, or respectively 37, of the panel 30.

[0116] The same applies to the support element 17 which, when in said second intermediate position, is arranged so that the fold line LP98 of each of its lateral parts 94 and 95 extends vertically above the fold line LP21 and the fold lines LP94 and LP95 connecting these lateral parts 94 and 95 to the central part 91 of the support element 17 extend vertically below the fold line LP21 of the panel 30.

[0117] In other words, in said second intermediate position, the portions 101 and 102 of each of the lateral parts 94 and 95 of the support element 17 extend so as to vertically cross the fold line LP21, so that said second surface formed by the portion 101 of each of the lateral parts 94 and 95 of the support element 17 bears on said first surface formed by the middle part P2 of the part 41, or respectively 37, of the panel 30, and so that said second surface formed by the portion 102 of each of the lateral parts 94 and 95 of the support element 17 bears on said first surface formed by the lower part P1 of the part 41, or respectively 37, of the panel 30.

[0118] For each of the support elements 17 and 19, from said second intermediate mounting position, the insertion of the tab 93 into the corresponding opening 51 makes it possible to place these support elements 17 and 19 in the receiving position.

[0119] When the support elements 16-19 are in the receiving position, the central part 61 / 91 and the rear part 63 / 93 of each of these support elements extends in a plane substantially perpendicular to the walls 5-7 of the structure 2, making it possible to support a respective tray 4 (see).

[0120] In the receiving position, the arrangement of the lateral parts 94 and 95 of the support elements 17 and 19 relative to the folding lines LP21 and LP24 of the panel 30 makes it possible to avoid untimely folding of the lateral walls 5 and 6 of the structure 2 and more generally to reinforce the structural strength of the assembly and thus increase the permissible load on the plates 4.

[0121] When the structure 2 is thus assembled with the support elements 16-19 placed in the receiving position, the aforementioned covering 3 is arranged around the structure 2 in the manner shown diagrammatically in the and locked onto the structure 2 using tabs (not shown) inserted into the openings 54 formed by the panel 30 (see figures 2 and 3).

[0122] The trays 4 are then arranged on the support elements 16-19 (see figures 1 and 2).

[0123] The various folding and cutting lines made in the panels 30, 60 and 90 not only allow the structure 2 to be put into volume in the manner described above but also allow, after removal of the trays 4, the structure 2 to be folded into three to place it in a transport configuration. The diagram shows the structure 2 in an intermediate configuration between this transport configuration and the configuration of the.

[0124] The structure of the support elements 17 and 19, in particular their portions 101 and 102 forming reinforcements, makes it possible to maintain these support elements 17 and 19 in the receiving position when the structure 2 is in the configuration of use while opposing a displacement of the side walls 5 and 6 from the position that they occupy towards a position in which the parts P1, P2 and / or P3 are displaced relative to each other around the folding lines LP21 and LP24, in particular towards a position in which they are folded down on each other such as in the transport configuration.

[0125] Among other advantages, such a structure 2 can be put into volume for use from the transport configuration in which it has a reduced footprint.

[0126] Of course, the preceding description is not limiting, the structure 2 being able to comprise a number of floors greater or less than four and / or folding and / or cutting lines organized differently.

[0127] For example, in an embodiment not shown, the structure 2 comprises one or more support elements formed using a panel which differs from the panel 90 in that the side portions 94 and 95 are devoid of the fold line LP97. Such a variant may make it possible to further increase the structural reinforcement function provided by these side portions 94 and 95 when the structure 2 is in the use configuration. In the context of such a variant, the change in configuration of the structure 2 is preferably carried out by placing the support element(s) thus formed in a position in which the tabs 103 are detached from the side walls 5 and 6.

[0128] In an alternative embodiment, not shown, the structure may be designed to be folded in four, thus defining three horizontal fold lines, and may comprise three support elements similar to the support elements 17 and 19 so as to be able to reinforce the structure at each of these horizontal fold lines.
