[0001] The invention relates to a fence fastening device for attaching mesh panels to fence posts, comprising a fence post, a support bracket, and a fastening screw. The support bracket has a through-hole for the fastening screw and can be fastened to the fence post by means of the fastening screw. Furthermore, the invention also relates to a support bracket for attaching two mesh panels to a fence post, the support bracket having a front side, a back side, and a through-hole for a fastening screw extending from the front side to the back side.

[0002] Fences made of mesh panels are widely used in both private and commercial areas to demarcate or fence off properties. The individual mesh panels, consisting of multiple vertical and horizontal bars, are available in various heights and widths. These types of mesh panels are often referred to as double-bar panels because the vertical bars are typically welded to several pairs of parallel horizontal bars. Due to their minimalist design, mesh panel fences blend into any environment. Their applications are diverse thanks to the various designs and manufacturing methods.

To secure the mesh panels, one mounting plate per support trestle can be pressed against the outer vertical bars of the attached mesh panels using the screw. Alternatively, to using one mounting plate per support trestle, a cover strip extending the length of the fence post can be attached to the support trestles or the fence post using the screws.

[0006] The present invention is based on the object of providing a fence fastening system as described above, which is particularly simple in design and allows for easy attachment of mesh panels to fence posts. Claims

1. Fence fastening (1) for fastening mesh mats (2), with a fence post (3), a support bracket (4) and a fastening screw (5), wherein the support bracket (4) has a through-hole (43) for the fastening screw (5) and can be fastened to the fence post (3) by means of the fastening screw (5), characterized by that in the fence post (3) a hole collar (31) with an internal thread (32) is formed into which the fastening screw (5) can be screwed.

Fence fastening (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the support frame (4) has at least one locking element (45) on its rear side (42) facing the fence post (3), and that at least one opening (33) for receiving a locking element (45) of the support frame (4) is formed in the fence post (3).

Fence fastening (1) according to claim 2, characterized in thatthe support frame (4) has a plurality of locking elements (45) on its rear side (42) facing the fence post (3) and a plurality of openings (33) are formed in the fence post (3) for receiving a respective locking element (45), the through-opening (6) being arranged centrally between the locking elements (45).

4. Fence fastening (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the hole collar (31) in the fence post (3) has a length (L) which is greater than the wall thickness (d) of the fence post (3).

5. Fence fastening (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the hole collar (31) in the fence post (3) is produced by flow drilling or as a punch thread.

Support frame (4) for fastening two mesh panels (2) to a fence post (3), the support frame (4) having a front side (41), a rear side (42) and a through-hole (43) for a fastening screw (5) extending from the front side (41) to the rear side (42), the front side (41) serving to attach bars (21) of the mesh panels (2) to the support frame (4) and the rear side (42) serving to attach the support frame (4) to a fence post (3), characterized by that the support block (4) has at least one locking element (45) on its rear side (42).

7. Support stand (4) according to claim 6, characterized in that a plurality of locking elements (45) are arranged on the rear side (42) of the support block (4), and that the through-opening (43) is arranged centrally between the locking elements (45).

8. Support stand (4) according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in thatthe through-opening (43) on the front side (41) of the support block (4) is surrounded by a recess (44) for receiving the screw head (52) of a fastening screw (5).
