Description

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a multiple bag consisting of a first bag and a second, smaller bag located inside the first bag and attached to it by one of the handles, whereby the multiple bag has only three handles.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The sector of bags intended to carry products has undergone major development, especially since users have become more aware of how polluting plastic bags are. In this way, the use of reusable bags, in particular supermarket shopping bags, where the user is responsible for carrying them so that they can be loaded with products, has proved to be a product with growing demand.

[0003] A first development was to replace carrier bags with wheeled trolleys. This option, however, has been largely relegated to supermarket or bulk purchases, so that the problem of the weight of the load could be eliminated.

[0004] On the other hand, the development has been designed for bags made from recyclable materials, such as paper, or reusable bags, such as those made from natural or synthetic fibre.

[0005] Document ES-2183501_T3 discloses a shopping bag for use in a self-service retail environment. The bag is made of a flexible material and has carrying handles on top of the respective side walls of the bag. The handles cooperate with each other, one of the handles having a safety tab on which the other handle can be hooked, each of the handles having another hook for securing to a shopping cart.

[0006] Document ES-1062784_U relates to a shopping bag with a bottom, with opposing longitudinal walls, with opposing transverse walls, as well as with an opening in front of the bottom, where at least one housing compartment is provided for the insertion of the shopping product through the opening, with at least one carrying handle for manually transporting the bag, in addition to a hanging fixture for hanging the bag on shopping carts known in supermarkets, building markets and the like. The bag also incorporates at least one thermally insulated cooling compartment for housing chilled and frozen products and / or at least one compartment for bottles for housing, respectively, a bottle of a food for commercial sale.DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0007] The present invention relates to a multiple bag comprising a first bag with a first compartment and two first handles and a second bag with a second compartment and two second handles.

[0008] The second bag is housed inside the first bag. Furthermore, the two bags are fastened by one of the handles, turning the multiple bag into a bag with three handles.

[0009] The first bag is larger than the second bag. Thus, the multiple bag of the present invention allows direct access to a large bag without having to remove the small bag, so that a user can organise products by weight, volume or type.

[0010] Preferably, the handles are fastened by a means to be selected from a zip, buttons and laces.

[0011] Moreover, the first bag may comprise at least one inner strap. This strap is intended to secure bottles, so that transport is more comfortable.

[0012] The inner strap may be closed and made of an elastic material, or open and made up of two sections incorporating a fastening system to be closed.

[0013] The first bag may also comprise at least one inner receptacle.

[0014] Moreover, the handles of at least one of the bags incorporate a distinguishing feature between them, such as material, fabric or size. This way, it is possible to see where the free handles of the multiple bag are at a glance, so that the bag can be opened quickly.

[0015] The second bag may also comprise at least one inner receptacle.

[0016] The second bag may also comprise at least one outer receptacle.

[0017] The second bag may comprise an external fastening element intended to fasten the first bag after it has been collected, or even a second external fastening element intended to also fasten to the second bag after it has been collected.

[0018] Moreover, the fastening element is preferably an open strap comprising a fastening system to be closed.DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0019] As a complement to the description provided herein, and for the purpose of helping to make the features of the invention more readily understandable, in accordance with a preferred practical exemplary embodiment thereof, said description is accompanied by a set of drawings constituting an integral part of the same, wherein by way of illustration and not limitation, the following has been represented: Figure 1 represents a perspective view of the multiple bag of the invention with the two bags closed. Figure 2 represents a perspective view of the multiple bag of the invention with the first, larger bag open. Figure 3 represents a perspective view of the multiple bag of the invention with the two bags open. Figure 4 represents a perspective plan view of the multiple bag of the invention shown in figure 3. Figure 5 represents an elevation view of the multiple bag of the invention with the first, larger bag collected in the second bag. Figure 6 represents a perspective view of a person carrying the multiple bag of the invention with the two bags open. Figure 7 represents a perspective view of a person carrying the multiple bag of the invention with the two bags closed.

[0020] A list is provided below of the different elements represented in the figures with the number references associated therewith: 1. First bag. 2. Second bag. 3. First compartment. 4. First handles. 5. Inner strap. 6. Second compartment. 7. Second handles. 8. Outer receptacle. 9. Fastening element. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

[0021] A preferred embodiment of the multiple bag with three handles of the present invention is described below with the aid of the figures.

[0022] As shown in the figures, the multiple bag of the invention comprises a first bag (1) and a second bag (2). The second bag (2) is smaller than the first bag (1) and is located inside it.

[0023] The first bag (1) is made up of a first compartment (3) and two first handles (4).

[0024] The first compartment (3) is designed to hold bulk or everyday products and is therefore made of a mesh or net, made from cotton, plastic or synthetic textile material, as known in the state of the art, with the only requirement being that it is resistant and can be see-through.

[0025] It may also be made of a textile or non-textile, transparent or translucent material, so that the interior can be seen.

[0026] The first compartment (3) also incorporates an inner strap (5) intended to fasten bottles for safer transport. The inner strap (5) may be closed, for which it is made of an elastic material, or open, for which it incorporates some kind of closure for the two sections, such as Velcro, a snap fastener, a buckle, a lace, a magnet or the like. The figures show a single inner strap (5), although there may be several.

[0027] Although not shown in the figures, the first compartment (3) may also incorporate inner receptacles that can be quickly and easily accessed for housing smaller objects.

[0028] The second bag (2) is made up of a second compartment (6) and two second handles (7).

[0029] The second bag (2) is designed to hold more special products, either because of their particular characteristics or simply because they are more personal or delicate. For this reason, it is made from a material which, in addition to being opaque, can be thermal and / or waterproof.

[0030] As shown above and as represented in the figures, the second bag (2) is housed inside the first bag (1). For this purpose, the two bags (1, 2) are fastened by one of the handles (4, 7), turning the multiple bag into a bag with three handles.

[0031] The handles (4, 7) are fastened by means of a zip, buttons, Velcro, laces, stitching or any other fastening means known in the state of the art, with the sole function that the two bags are firmly attached together.

[0032] For easy handling of the multiple bag, it is important to immediately distinguish which handle (4, 7) of the bags (1, 2) is not attached, so that the bag can be opened naturally without having to stop to check it. For this purpose, this handle (4, 7) has a distinguishing property with respect to its fellow handle, which may be made from a different type of material, colour, fabric or size that distinguishes it at a glance and so that no time is lost in looking for which side the first bag (1) opens from. In fact, this distinguished handle (4, 7) may be one of the first handles (4), one of the second handles (7), or one of the two handles (4, 7).

[0033] The second bag (2) may not only incorporate inner receptacles, as does the first bag (1), but may also include outer receptacles (8).

[0034] In fact, one of the outer receptacles (8) is designed to hold the first bag (1) once it has been folded. In this way, the second bag (2) can be used more discreetly.

[0035] In addition to the outer receptacles (8), the second bag (2) may also incorporate a fastening element (9) made up of a strap with some kind of closure, just like the inner strap (5) of the first bag (1), i.e., a lace, a snap fastener, Velcro, etc. This provides a very practical and easy way to collect the first bag (1), rolling it up, together with the first free handle (4), to surround it with the fastening element (9).

[0036] In the same way, once the first bag (1) has been folded or rolled up, the second bag can also be folded so that it is collected. For this purpose, it also incorporates another fastening element (9) like the one used for the first bag (1).
