[0003] The invention relates to a shelf label holder for use in industrial refrigeration systems in which cold consumer products and foods are offered for sale, and more particularly in multi - shelf vertical type refrigerated display cabinets.

[0004] The invention particularly relates to a shelf label holder which prevents the label holder profile from being dislodged by bending upwards by flexing during bumps that may occur during product placement or product removal on the shelves of vertical type refrigerated display cabinets, and thus ensures the continuity of the air curtain and efficiently ensures that the products are kept within the desired temperature ranges.

[0006] In vertical type refrigerated display cabinets in which cold consumer goods and foods are offered for sale, shelf label holders called price label holder or price label holder profile are used to show product prices to the consumer. These shelf label holders, which are used in front of the shelf in vertical type refrigerated display cabinets, are very diverse in terms of label stance, ergonomic use, visual differences according to the type of material it is made of and the characteristics of the place where it will be used.

[0007] In the present technique, one of the most important technical problems encountered in vertical type refrigerated display cabinets, particularly in vertical type refrigerated display cabinets and shelf label holders, is that the air flow cannot be provided at the desired level. Air flow, also referred to as air curtain, defines the air zone in vertical type refrigerated display cabinets, which is created to prevent the ambient air and the air cooled in the cooler from mixing with each other. The standard label holders used in the present technique do not have the function of regulating the air coming from the top of the shelf, but only indicate product information and product price. However, in industrial applications, system efficiency is always at the forefront.

[0008] Label holders in present applications cause more cold air to be generated and more energy to be consumed to keep the products in the desired temperature ranges. Furthermore, problems such as dislocation of the existing label holder profile due to bumps that may occur during product placement on the shelves of the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet or during product retrieval are also encountered. When the dislodged label profiles are installed by non - experts, air curtain continuity cannot be ensured. Therefore, it is not possible to keep the products in the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet at the desired temperature ranges. Therefore, in the known state of the art, there is a need to eliminate the problems experienced due to shelf label holder in vertical type refrigerated display cabinets.

This application relates to improvements in the stabilization of air curtains in open front refrigerators using airfoils. In the invention, the air curtain system of the refrigerator is adapted to pass an air curtain of chilled air between the air outlet and the air recovery inlet, with the air curtain passing in front of the shelves. It is stated that energy savings are achieved by using one or more airfoils on the shelves in the upper half of the refrigerator to stabilize the air curtain. The energy savings are disproportionate compared to the average energy savings per airfoil when airfoils are installed on all shelves of the refrigerator. However, the document does not mention shelf label holder for stabilization of air curtains.

The said application relates to the technical field of vertical cabinets, and particularly to an efficient and optimized layered incremental rectifier air curtain structure. In the said invention, the cooled air from the blowing duct is first passed through the label holder (price column) area and the non - cooled suction air from the other air duct is passed outside the label holder area. This is intended to reduce the temperature difference between the air curtain and the ambient environment and therefore reduce the rate of heat gain. However, the said document does not mention any structuring to improve the structure of the shelf label holder that causes heat loss.

[0011] As a result, the existence of the above problems and the inadequacy of existing solutions necessitated a development in the relevant technical field.

[0012] Purpose of Invention

[0013] The present invention relates to a shelf label holder for vertical type refrigerated display cabinets, which eliminates the above - mentioned disadvantages and brings new advantages to the relevant technical field.

[0014] The main purpose of the invention is to provide a shelf label holder that prevents the label holder profile from dislodging by bending upwards by flexing during bumps that may occur during product placement or product removal on the shelves of the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet, thus ensuring the continuity of the air curtain and keeping the products within the desired temperature ranges.

[0015] The purpose of the invention is to provide a shelf label holder which, by means of the surface form of the label profile, allows the air coming from the top of the shelf to be directed into the cabinet by maintaining the flow form after passing through the surfaces of the label holder. [0053] In this detailed description, preferred alternatives to the inventive shelf label holder (100) are described only for the purpose of a better understanding of the subject matter and without any limiting effect.

[0054] Figure 1 shows the appearance of the inventive shelf label holder (100) on a vertical type refrigerated display cabinet (200). Accordingly, the shelf label holder (100), in its most basic form, comprises a profile holder (10) connected to the front end of the shelf (201 ) of the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet (200), a label holder profile (20) which is located in the profile holder (10) and has a label holder profile (20) with a label containing the price information of the product on the shelf (201 ) of the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet (200).

At the same time, said wing (22) ensures that the air coming from the top of the shelf (201 ) of the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet (200) is directed into the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet (200) while maintaining its flow form, thus providing efficient thermal protection. During impacts that may occur during product placement or product removal on the shelves (201 ) of the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet (200), the wing (22) opens upwards by flexing through the flexible joining section (221 ) as shown in Figures 12 and 13. In this way, the label holder profile (20) is prevented from coming out of the profile holder (10) and the continuity of the air curtain is ensured and the products are kept within the desired temperature ranges.

Claims

CLAIMS1. A shelf label holder (100) used in vertical type refrigerated display cabinets (200) in which cold consumer products and foods are offered for sale, characterised by comprising;- a profile holder (10) having a label holder channel (1 1 ) on the front side and a shelf holder channel (12) on the rear side, which can be inserted into and removed from the front end of the shelf (201 ) of the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet (200) by means of said shelf holder channel (12),- a label holder profile (20) having a holder body (21 ) on its rear side and connected to the profile holder (10) by means of the said holder body (21 ) engaging with the label holder channel (11 ),- a wing (22) located on the front side of the label holder profile (20), which can be opened and closed on the upper side of the holder body (21 ) in order to direct the air coming from the top of the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet (200) shelf (201 ) into the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet (200), and which has a label containing the price information of the product on the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet (200) shelf (201 ),- a soft flexible joining section (221 ) located on the upper rear side of the wing (22) and fixed to the holder body (21 ), which allows the wing (22) to open and close by flexing.

The shelf label holder (100) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; at least one bridge (13) located between the said label holder channel (1 1 ) and the said shelf holder channel (12) and connecting the said label holder channel (1 1 ) and the said shelf holder channel (12) each other.

The shelf label holder (100) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; a tab (121 ) extending downwardly at an angle from the upper side of the said shelf holder channel (12) and securing the shelf (201 ) of the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet (200) to the shelf holder channel (12) by clamping it from the upper side.

The shelf label holder (100) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; a stop (122) extending forwardly from the underside of said shelf holder channel (12) and resting on the underside surface of the shelf (201 ) of the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet (200), allowing the profile holder (10) to be supported on the underside of the shelf (201 ) of the vertical type refrigerated display cabinet (200).

5. The shelf label holder (100) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; the said holder body (21 ) has a convex form in accordance with the form of the label holder channel (1 1 ) in the profile holder (10).

6. The shelf label holder (100) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; a stop tab (21 1 ), which curves upwards on the said holder body (21 ) and prevents the wing (22) from moving backwards when in the closed position.

7. The shelf label holder (100) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; a joining tab (212) curving inwards on the upper side on the said holder body (21 ) and enabling it to be movably fixed to the holder body (21 ) at the upper end of the wing (22).

8. The shelf label holder (100) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; the said wing (22) has a double - walled structure.

9. The shelf label holder (100) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; an opening (222) located on the upper front surface of said wing (22) opposite said flexible joining section (221 ), which allowsfreedom of movement of said wing (22) when said wing (22) is closed by means of said flexible joining section (221 ).
