[0050] Detailed description
[0051] Figures 1 to 3 represent all or part of a fixing device 1 intended to ensure the fixing of an external functional element on a formwork structure 2, the formwork structure 2 extending substantially parallel to an extension axis A1 and being obtained by pouring and hardening a casting fluid inside a formwork comprising at least one formwork element 3, such as a formwork for example. By casting fluid is meant any material compatible with being used in the field of construction such as concrete, resin, earth, plaster or expanded polystyrene for example. The casting fluid can also be reinforced by a reinforcing element which is embedded in the casting fluid.
[0052] By external functional element is meant an element intended to totally or partially cover the formwork structure 2, such as a facing element, a plasterboard, an acoustic and / or thermal insulation panel, a scaffolding element, a rod, a box, a beam, a rail or a slab for example. The fixing device 1 comprises an internal part 4 intended to be embedded in the formwork structure 2, as well as an external part 5 which makes it possible to ensure the maintenance of the external functional element with respect to the internal part 4.
[0053] In one embodiment of the invention shown in Figures 1 to 3, the internal part 4 comprises a contact part 6, a holding element 7 and a fixing part 8 which delimits a first securing element 9 configured to cooperate by form complementarity with a second securing element 10 provided on the external part 5.
[0054] The contact portion 6 internally delimits a fixing zone 11 which opens outwards at a peripheral edge 12. The peripheral edge 12 is configured to extend opposite an internal wall 13 of the formwork element 3 and substantially parallel to a contact plane PC. The contact portion 6 externally delimits a stop surface 14, said stop surface 14 being configured to oppose the withdrawal of the fixing device 1 from the shuttered structure 2 when a tensile force is exerted on the fixing portion 8. The stop surface 14 may be annular and / or frustoconical depending on the desired geometry of the fixing device 1.
[0055] The holding element 7 is made at least in part of a ferromagnetic element, such as a magnet for example, while the formwork element 3 is made at least in part of a magnetic material so that the holding element 7 is magnetically held in position on the inner wall 13 of the formwork element 3. The holding element 7 is configured to alternately occupy an insertion position in which it is inserted inside the fixing zone 11 so as to close the fluid communication between the fixing zone 11 and the outside of the contact part 6, and a withdrawal position in which the holding element 7 is configured to be able to be removed from the fixing zone 11 so as to allow access to the fixing part 8 from the outside of the shuttered structure 2.Advantageously, the holding element 7 is removed after solidification of the casting fluid in order to be reused during a subsequent implementation of the invention.
[0056] According to the embodiment of the invention as visible in the figures, the holding element 7 is flush with the peripheral edge 12 at the contact plane PC and is in contact with the internal wall 13 of the formwork element 3. However, according to other embodiments of the invention not shown in the figures, it is conceivable that the holding element 7 projects with the peripheral edge 12 when the holding element 7 occupies the insertion position, so that the holding element 7 is in contact against the formwork element 3; it is also conceivable that the peripheral edge 12 projects with the holding element 7 when the holding element 7 occupies the insertion position, so that the peripheral edge 12 is in contact against the formwork element 3. The fixing part 8 is provided inside the space delimited by the fixing zone 11, while being distinct from the internal part 4.The fixing part 8 further comprises a conical part 15, the conical part 15 having a top opening freely inside the first securing element 9. In other words, the top of the conical part 15 is the part having the smallest section. Thus the conical part 15 converges in the direction of the first securing element 9 and opens in the direction of the holding element 7. The fixing part 8 of the fixing device 1 is configured to be visible from the outside of the formwork structure 2 when the at least one formwork element 3 is removed after the casting and hardening of the formwork structure 2. Thus, the location of the fixing part 8 can be easily identified with the naked eye, by photogrammetry or by telemetry for example.
[0057] According to the embodiments of the invention shown in Figures 1 to 3, the first securing element 9 is a fixing orifice, and the second securing element 10 is a male element capable of being inserted inside the fixing orifice following a movement oriented transversely to the contact plane PC to occupy a locking position. The fixing orifice and the male element respectively delimit a first retaining element and a second retaining element of the same retaining mechanism, the first retaining element and the second retaining element being complementary and capable of cooperating with each other so that the retaining mechanism ensures locking of the male element in its locking position inside the at least one fixing orifice.According to an embodiment of the invention not shown in the figures, the first securing element 9 and the second securing element 10 may also be hermaphroditic fastening elements, that is to say they are both male and female.
[0058] The fixing device 1 further comprises a deflection system 16 which is interposed between the contact portion 6 and the fixing portion 8 of the internal part 4. The deflection system 16 is configured to exert a restoring force on the fixing portion 8 towards a nominal position of the fixing portion 8. The deflection system 16 is configured to offer the possibility of displacement of the fixing portion 8 relative to the contact portion 6 in any direction on a plane parallel to the contact plane PC. Furthermore, the deflection system 16 can offer a possibility of displacement in a direction which is transverse to the contact plane PC. The deflection system 16 is produced by means of a plurality of fins 17 which are each elastically deformable.
[0059] Figure 4 shows a variant of the embodiment of the invention. This variant differs in that the fixing part 8 of the internal part 4 comprises a plurality of first securing elements 9; it also differs in that the fixing part 8 is part of the same assembly as the internal part 4, thus forming a single-piece assembly. Advantageously, this variant embodiment makes it possible to adapt to the position of the second securing element 10 without resorting to a mobile compensation system such as the deflection system 16 shown in Figures 1 to 3.
[0060] The invention further relates to a fixing die 18 shown in Figure 5. The fixing die 18 is configured to allow the simultaneous placement of a plurality of fixing devices 1. The fixing die 18 comprises a plurality of receiving holes 19. Each receiving hole 19 is configured to at least partially receive a fixing device 1 from among said plurality of fixing devices 1. The fixing die 18 is configured to position the plurality of fixing devices on the inner wall 13 of the at least one formwork element 3 at different predetermined locations.
[0061] According to a variant of the embodiment shown in Figure 6, the fixing device 1 comprises a positioning element 20, such as a fixing clip for example, provided on the fixing part 8 of the internal part 4, and configured to be secured to a reinforcement element 200. The reinforcement element 200 is then configured to position one or more fixing devices 1 with respect to the formwork element 3.
[0062] Such a configuration of the invention advantageously makes it easier to install the fixing devices 1 inside the formwork on the one hand, and to increase the mechanical resistance to tearing of the internal part 4 in the shuttered structure 2 after hardening of the casting fluid on the other hand.
[0063] The invention also relates to a method for fixing a plurality of fixing devices 1, according to the first embodiment of the invention, to a shuttered structure 2. The fixing method comprises at least the following steps: providing a formwork comprising at least one formwork element 3, providing a plurality of fixing devices 1 according to the embodiment of the invention, providing a fixing matrix 18, arranging the plurality of fixing devices 1 inside the plurality of receiving orifices 19, placing the fixing matrix 18 comprising the plurality of fixing devices 1 on the inner wall 13 of the at least one formwork element 3, removing the fixing matrix 18 by detaching it and the plurality of fixing devices 1 from the plurality of receiving orifices 19,the plurality of fixing devices 1 being held in contact with the internal wall 13 by each of the respective positioning elements 7, introduction of a casting fluid inside a space delimited by the at least one formwork element 3, - hardening of the casting fluid so as to form a shuttered structure 2, removal of the at least one formwork element 3, removal of the holding element 7 of each of the fixing devices from the corresponding fixing zone 11 so as to make the fixing part 8 accessible, securing of a second securing element 10 of the external part 5 of at least one of the fixing devices 1 of the plurality of fixing devices 1 with a first securing element 9 of at least one of the fixing devices 1 of the plurality of fixing devices 1.,
[0064] Of course, the present invention is in no way limited to the embodiments described and illustrated, which have been given only as examples. Modifications remain possible, particularly from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
