The device for contactless release of the cleaning element from the holding frame comprises a pressure element in a recess in the holding frame, which, when actuated, pushes the cleaning element out of the holding frame. The invention also relates to a mop head with a cleaning element and such a holding frame, and to a mop.
[0005] A holding frame of the generic type is known from US Pat. No. 2,764,774. This document relates to a mop with a holding frame for a disposable wiping element. The disposable wiping element is detachably attached to the underside of the holding frame. The holding frame further comprises a device for contactless release of the disposable wiping element from the holding frame. This device consists of a recess in the holding frame near a joint connected to the handle, and a plunger arranged in the recess on the upper side of the holding frame. [0039] Fig. 1 shows a holding frame 1 for a cleaning element (not shown here) with a carrier plate 2 and an edge 3 which runs at least partially around the outer circumference of the carrier plate 2 and extends downwards. The carrier plate 2 is essentially triangular in shape, with the legs, for example, slightly curved outwards and the corners rounded. The underside of the carrier plate 2 and the surrounding edge 3 form a receptacle for a cleaning element. The cleaning element is clipped into the receptacle, usually by means of locking elements not shown here, e.g. into the edge 3. A one-sided lever designed as a push button 5 is arranged in a recess 4 in the carrier plate 2. The upper side 6 of the push button 5 projects beyond the upper side of the carrier plate 2 and slopes down towards the edge 3 of the carrier plate 2. The push button 5 is resiliently connected to the edge 3 via a hinge joint 7.

Claims
Patent claims 1. Holding frame (1 ) for a cleaning element (15) with a device for releasably fastening the cleaning element (15) to the holding frame (1 ) and a device for contactless detachment of the cleaning element (15) from the holding frame (1 ), wherein the device for contactless detachment of the cleaning element (15) from the holding frame (1 ) comprises a pressure element in a recess in the holding frame (1 ), which when actuated presses the cleaning element (15) out of the holding frame (1 ), characterized in that the pressure element comprises at least one lever which is articulated in a recess in the holding frame (1 ).
2. Holding frame (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a carrier plate (2) and an edge (3) which runs at least partially around the outer circumference of the carrier plate (2) and extends downwards.
3. Holding frame (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the at least one lever in the recess is articulated to the support plate (2) or to the edge (3).
4. Holding frame (1) according to at least one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the at least one lever is designed as a one-sided lever which is articulated to the support plate (2) or to the edge (3) via a hinge joint in the recess.
5. Holding frame (1) according to at least one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the at least one lever is resiliently articulated.
6. Holding frame (1) according to at least one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the at least one lever is designed as a push button (5) with a pressure surface projecting beyond the upper side of the carrier plate (2) and beveled towards the articulated connection to the carrier plate (2) or the edge (3).
7. Holding frame (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the at least one lever is designed as a flap-like element (12a, 12b, 14a, 14b) in the carrier plate (2).
8. Holding frame (1) according to at least one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the carrier plate (2), the at least one lever and the hinge joint (7) are formed from a single material and in one piece.
9. Holding frame (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the at least one lever is arranged on the outer circumference of the carrier plate (2).
10. Holding frame (1) according to at least one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the device for releasably fastening the cleaning element (15) comprises locking elements.
11. Holding frame (1) according to at least one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the locking elements (15) are assigned to the edge (3).
12. Holding frame (1) according to at least one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that means for articulated connection to a handle are provided on the upper side of the support plate (2).
13. Holding frame (1) according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the carrier plate (2) has a triangular outer contour with rounded corners.
14. Mop head with a holding frame (1) according to one of claims 1 to 13 and a cleaning element (15), characterized in that the cleaning element (15) comprises a supporting body (16) and cleaning fringes and / or strips (17) fixed to the supporting body (16).
15. A mop head according to claim 14, characterized in that the support body (16) is annular and can be snapped into the locking elements on the edge (3) of the holding frame (1).
16. A mop comprising a handle and a mop head according to claim 14 or 15, as well as a joint for articulately connecting the handle to the mop head.
