ALARM MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, ALARM MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND ALARM MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

[0001] The present invention relates to an alarm management apparatus, an alarm management method, and an alarm management program.

[0002] Alarm management systems in plants are strictly standardized according to international standards, such as ISA18.2 and IEC62682, because of features that are functions for quickly sensing the risks at the plant site, protecting the assets of the companies, and protecting the lives of workers who work at the plant site. [0057] Problem 1 First of all, Problem 1 relating to the handling-operator O will be described. It is necessary for the handling-operator O to look away from the HMI in order to check the handling manual and have communication with the higher-operator M. For this reason, there is a possibility that the status changes, for example, the status of the alarm changes and furthermore an alarm having a higher priority is generated while the handling-operator O looks away, which leads to a risky condition in some cases.

1. An alarm management apparatus comprising:    a storage unit that stores an operation procedure of each measure that can be implemented against an alarm of a device to be monitored;    a transmitter that transmits an alarm of the device to be monitored;    a receiving unit that receives the measure against the alarm that is selected by a user; and    an output unit that acquires the operation procedure that is associated with the measure that is selected by the user from the storage unit and outputs the operation procedure to the user.

The alarm management apparatus according to claim 1, wherein    the storage unit stores the operation procedure containing an instant handling flow screen on which an operation procedure of an instant handling operation of handling the alarm instantly is presented and a shelving flow screen on which an operation procedure of a shelving operation of suspending handling the alarm for a given time and handling the alarm after the given time passes is presented, and    the output unit acquires the instant handling flow screen or the shelving flow screen that is associated with the handling that is selected by the user from the storage unit and displays the acquired screen on a user terminal device of the user.

3. The alarm management apparatus according to claim 2, wherein    the output unit displays a handling manual presenting content of work that the user implements against the alarm according to selection by the user on the instant handling flow screen or the shelving flow screen.

The alarm management apparatus according to claim 2, wherein    the instant handling flow screen has an input screen to which content of work of a measure that is implemented by a first user is input, and    after the instant handling operation against the alarm is received from the first user and when the instant handling operation against the same alarm is received from a second user, the output unit displays the instant handling flow screen that is associated with the instant handling operation, a progress in the instant handling operation, and the content of work that is input by the first user to the input screen of the instant handling flow screen.

The alarm management apparatus according to claim 2, wherein    the shelving flow screen has an input screen to which a reason or purpose of selecting the shelving operation against the alarm by the first user is input, and    after the shelving operation to the alarm is received from the first user and when the shelving operation against the same alarm is received from a second user, the output unit displays the shelving flow screen that is associated with the shelving operation, a progress in the shelving operation, and the reason or the purpose that is written in the input screen of the shelving flow screen by the first user.

The alarm management apparatus according to claim 2, wherein    the output unit displays a screen via which a request for approval of content of work that the user implements against the alarm can be made on the instant handling flow screen on a manager terminal device of a manager who manages the device to be monitored in which the alarm occurs.

The alarm management apparatus according to claim 2, wherein    the output unit displays a screen via which a request for approval of the shelving operation against the alarm can be made on the shelving flow screen on a manager terminal device of a manager who manages the device to be monitored in which the alarm is generated.

8. The alarm management apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein    the alarm is an alarm representing an abnormality in a plant or the device to be monitored in a plant control system that controls the plant.

9. An alarm management method performed by a computer to execute a process comprising:    storing an operation procedure of each measure that can be implemented against an alarm of a device to be monitored;    transmitting an alarm of the device to be monitored;    receiving the measure against the alarm that is selected by a user; and    acquiring the operation procedure that is associated with the measure that is selected by the user and outputting the operation procedure to the user.

An alarm management program that causes a computer to execute a process comprising:    storing an operation procedure of each measure that can be implemented against an alarm of a device to be monitored;    transmitting an alarm of the device to be monitored;    receiving the measure against the alarm that is selected by a user; and    acquiring the operation procedure that is associated with the measure that is selected by the user and outputting the operation procedure to the user.
