[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic packaging of the type specified in the preamble to the first claim.

[0002] The object of the present invention is a packaging for cosmetics which finds application mainly in the field of cosmetics.

[0003] Packaging for cosmetics are currently known for the application on the body of products that may be in powder form, in liquid phase or dispersions. These products may be used, for example, in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic field.

[0004] An example of a product in the cosmetic field can be mascara.

[0005] The application devices may consist of a container wherein there is the cosmetic product and an applicator. The applicator generally has the shape of a rod which is at least partially immersed inside the container and, in particular, immersed in the cosmetic product. At the end of the applicator immersed when the device is closed, an application tool such as, for example, a brush may be fixed. Therefore, it allows the collection of the product, its extraction from the container reducing or preventing dripping, and its application on the body once extracted from the container.

[0006] The known application devices, therefore, possess closure mechanisms that allow the airtight sealing of the container, so as to slow the alteration of the product contained therein due to exposure to air. Moreover, the closure mechanisms also allow to make the use of the device easier, by means of opening / closing systems that make its use more practical.

[0007] An example of a closure configuration for application devices is described in the European patent EP3308670B1 filed on 12 / 10 / 2017 in the name of Perego Andrea and Chen Wensheng.

[0008] The known technique described comprises some significant drawbacks.

[0009] In particular, these devices do not allow the selective replacement of some parts. Therefore, when it is necessary to replace components of the device, it must be replaced in its entirety. Moreover, a complete replacement of the device, especially when it includes more sophisticated closure mechanisms, involves high costs.

[0010] In this situation, the technical task underlying the present invention is to devise a packaging for cosmetics that can substantially overcome at least part of the aforementioned drawbacks.

Claims

1. A packaging (1) for cosmetics suitable for allowing application of a cosmetic product (10) on a user's body, defining a main axis (1a) and including: - a container (2) suitable for containing said product (10) and including an internal volume (21) developing along said main axis (1a) and a first opening (20) to access said internal volume (21); - an applicator (3) of said product (10), comprising: - an application head (30) designed to be immersed in said product (10), to retain part of said product (10) and to enable the application of said product (10) on said body; - an obstruction portion (31) suitable for reversibly obstructing access to said first opening (20) by defining a position of obstruction when placed at said first opening (20); - a stem (32) developing along said main axis (1a), integral with said head (30), constrained to said obstruction portion (31) at its own end opposite said head (30) and configured at least to support said head (30) to facilitate the insertion of said head (30) into said internal volume (21) and the extraction of said head (30) from said internal volume (21) for said application; and characterised in that it comprises: - a first tubular body (5) developing along said main axis (1a) shod reversibly around said container (2) in such a way that one end of said container (2) at said opening protrudes from said first body (5); - a second tubular body (6) developing along said main axis (1a) shod reversibly around said obstruction portion (31); - means of constraint (4) integral in part with said first body (5) and in part with said second body (6) and configured to reversibly constrain said first body (5) to said second body (6) by blocking said obstruction portion (31) at said position of obstruction.

2. The packaging (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein said second body (6) is tubular and developing along said main axis (1a) shod reversibly around and constrained to said obstruction portion (31).

The packaging (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein said first body (5) comprises a first through cavity (50) and designed to be occupied by said container (2), a second through opening (51) and a third through opening (52) designed to allow the insertion of said container (2) into said first cavity (50) and defines a first coupling configuration in which said container (2) is inserted along said main axis (1a) into said first cavity (50) through said second opening (51), and - said container (2) includes an access portion (22) configured to be sequentially inserted into said second opening (51) and said third opening (52), and to exit said first cavity (50) through said third opening (52) in said first coupling configuration, said access portion (22) comprising said first opening (20).

The packaging (1) according to any of the preceding claims, comprising first coupling means (7) configured to reversibly constrain said first body (5) to said container (2) and including a first thread (70) integral with said first body (5) and a second thread (71) compatible with said first thread (70) and integral with said container (2).

The packaging (1) according to any of the preceding claims, comprising second coupling means (8) configured to reversibly constrain said applicator (3) to said second body (6) and including a third thread (80) integral with said applicator (3) and a fourth thread (81) compatible with said third thread (80) and integral with said second body (6).

The packaging (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein said second body (6) comprises a second cavity (60) passing through and designed to be occupied by said applicator (3), a fourth through opening (61) and a fifth through opening (62) designed to allow the insertion of said applicator (3) into said second cavity (60), and defines a second coupling configuration in which said applicator (3) is inserted along said main axis (1a) into said second cavity (60) through said fourth opening (61) and said fifth opening (62), and said stem (32) is configured to be sequentially inserted into said fourth opening (61) and said fifth opening (62), said obstruction portion (31) being configured to be inserted into said fourth opening (60).

The packaging (1) according to at least claim 2, wherein said container (2) is counter-shaped to said first cavity (50), said container (2) defining a bottom portion (23) opposite to said access portion (22), said bottom portion (23) being configured at least to be inserted into said second opening (51), said bottom portion (23) having a greater extension than said third opening (52) in the plane of extension of said third opening (52), said third opening (52) hindering the insertion of said bottom portion (23) and allowing only the insertion of said access portion (22).

8. The packaging (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein said bottom portion (23) defines a bottom end (23a) opposite to said access portion (22), said bottom end (23a) having greater extent than said second opening (51) in the plane of extension of said second opening (51), said second opening (51) obstructing the insertion of said bottom end (23a) and allowing only the insertion of said bottom portion (23) and said access portion (22).

The packaging (1) according to at least claim 5, wherein said obstruction portion (31) comprises an outer portion (31a) opposite to said stem (32), said outer portion (31a) having an extension greater than said fourth opening (61) in the plane of extension of said fourth opening (61), said fourth opening (61) allowing the insertion of said obstruction portion (31) and obstructing the insertion of said outer portion (31a).

The packaging (1) according to any of the preceding claims, comprising an annular scraper (9) connected to said container (2), capable of allowing passage of said stem (32) and said head (30) and configured to remove part of said product (10) from said head (30) at least when said head (30) is extracted from said container (2), passing through said scraper (9) along said main axis (1a).

11. The packaging (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein said scraper (9) is constrained to said container (2) next to said first opening (20) and inserted into said internal volume (21) for most of its extent.

12. The packaging (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein said means of constraint (4) include magnets (40).

13. The packaging (1) according to at least claims 5 and 12, wherein said magnets (40) comprise first magnets (40a) constrained to said first body (5) next to said third opening (52), and second magnets (40b) constrained to said second body (6) next to said fifth opening (62), said first magnets (40a) and said second magnets (40b) being positioned so as to be mutually attracted.

14. The packaging (1) according to any of the preceding claims, defining a first decoupling configuration in which said first body (5) is slipped out of said container (2) and comprising a removable closure element configured to obstruct said first opening (20) and prevent said product (10) from pouring out of said container (2) when said packaging (1) is in said first decoupling configuration.

15. The packaging (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein said applicator (3) and said container (2) do not allow a closure mechanism when separated by said first body (5) and said second body (6), respectively.

The packaging (1) for cosmetics suitable for allowing application of a cosmetic product (10) on a user's body, defining a main axis (1a) and including: - a container (2) suitable for containing said product (10) and including an internal volume (21) developing along said main axis (1a) and a first opening (20) to access said internal volume (21); - an applicator (3) of said product (10), comprising: - an application head (30) designed to be immersed in said product (10), to retain part of said product (10) and to enable the application of said product (10) on said body; - an obstruction portion (31) suitable for reversibly obstructing access to said first opening (20) by defining a position of obstruction when placed at said first opening (20); - a stem (32) developing along said main axis (1a), integral with said head (30), constrained to said obstruction portion (31) at its own end opposite said head (30) and configured at least to support said head (30) to facilitate the insertion of said head (30) into said internal volume (21) and the extraction of said head (30) from said internal volume (21) for said application; and characterised in that it comprises: - a first tubular body (5) constrained to said container (2) in such a way that one end of said container (2) protrudes from said first body (5) at the level of said opening; - a second tubular body (6) developing along said main axis (1a) shod reversibly around said obstruction portion (31); - means of constraint (4) integral in part with said first body (5) and in part with said second body (6) and configured to reversibly constrain said first body (5) to said second body (6) by blocking said obstruction portion (31) at said position of obstruction.
