Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL DOMAIN
[0001] The present invention refers to bases and structured walls in "kit of parts" format for building compartments in the field of construction civil. The "kit of parts" format refers to the technical field of the object-oriented construction, where the construction components are pre-designed / pre-designed / pre-fabricated for including in structures based on panels, modules and systems of construction for quick assembly.PRIOR ART
[0002] In the context of the construction civil of a building that has compartments with hydraulic and electric installations, a construction of the walls of said compartments is typically made on the work site itself.
[0003] It is commonplace in the state of the art that the walls of the compartments be raised during the course of the work, according to the design of the building, wherein practically all the phases of construction of the compartments is carried out on-site.
[0004] In order to overcome the low productivity relating to the construction of walls at the work site, principally motivated by the need to break down walls, for the opening of passages for electric and sanitary installations, and for the need to finishing stages being carried out on-site, which consume significant time, various pre-fabricated wall models have been developed.PROBLEMS OF THE PRIOR ART
[0005] The pre-fabricated modular buildings for the assembly of compartments from the state of the art overcome some problems related to the techniques of construction of walls on-site. However, these buildings present drawbacks related to the fact of being typically transported with their components separate or organized on common pallets, for example wooden pallets.
[0006] Although transport on wooden pallets significantly improves the efficiency of the transport of the individualized components of a modular structure, this form of transport still involves significant manpower, which is related to the manual activities of organization and stacking of individualized components on the wooden pallet and the withdrawal of the individualized components from the pallet at the time of the assembly of the compartment at work.
[0007] Additionally, while the work does not advance for the assembly of the compartment, the pallet accommodating the individualized components for the assembly of the compartment occupies a significant area of the work site, which diminishes the maneuvering margin for movements of people and materials at the construction site / yard.
[0008] Naturally, the use of wooden pallets also consumes wood for manufacturing the pallets, especially when these are not adequately recycled.
[0009] Therefore, there is no need to come up with a technical solution that reconciles practicality of the construction of compartments by means of modular structures that are easy to assemble at the work site with the added facility in transporting the modular structures from their production zones or commercialization up to the place of the work.SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM
[0010] In order to solve the problems of the state of the art, a base (1) of a building compartment was developed, being connected to a perimetral beam (2), wherein these constructive elements are configured to act as the base of the very modular structure at the site of construction of the base (1) of a building compartment. The base (1) is also an integral part of a modular structure, acting as a housing and support base for the wall panels (7,7a) and for the ceiling panel (8) during the course of transport of the unassembled modular structure to the work site and at the work site itself.ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION
[0011] The modular structure for building compartments according to the invention accelerates the assembly process of the compartments directly on-site and permits the installation of tubing and the respective hydraulic, sanitary, electric and gas equipment as well as data flow in the compartments, namely in bathrooms and kitchens.
[0012] Additionally, the manpower time associated to the works of the specialties with responsibilities is reduced, for example the plumbers present at a construction. Plumbers are not required to go to the work site for prolonged periods.
[0013] The present invention also promotes the reduction in the quantity of work to be carried out at a work site and consequent reduction in manpower displaced and work accident risks, since the flow of people working at the site is reduced.
[0014] Furthermore, the transport conditions of the components of the modular structure are optimized, from its manufacturing site up to its assembly site at an enterprise or for housing in a warehouse.
[0015] The fact that the base (1) and the perimetral beam (2) are configured to delimit a housing zone, and since the wall panels (7,7a) and the ceiling panel (8) are disposed along said housing zone, means that the components of the modular structure are transported without the assistance of wooden pallets, but keeping the practicality of the palletized transport system. Accordingly, productivity is enhanced in terms of transport of the individualized components and the facility of the management of the modular structures in the warehouse. Additionally, better use is made of the areas available for storage of construction materials at work sites, considering the dual functionality of the set of the base (1) with the perimetral beam (2), that is, based on the compartment itself and as base of the palletized transport.
[0016] Moreover, the "kit of parts" format, namely on the floor, incorporates a raising subsystem that can be used by a hoist at the same time allows it to be used as a structure for tying down on the transport.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
