Abstract

The invention relates to an electronic compressed-air injection device for a compressed-air piston engine. The device comprises a compressed-air intake valve (S) comprising: - a bar (20) sliding in a channel perpendicular to the air intake passage admitting air into the chamber of the piston, the bar comprising a first part (21) provided with an intake orifice (210, 211), - a return means (40) for returning the bar (20) and, - at least one actuator (50) controllable by a control unit for moving the bar (20) between an open position in which the intake passage (110, 111) is open, in which position said intake orifice (210, 211) is entirely aligned with said intake passage (110, 111), and a closed position in which said intake orifice (210, 211) is entirely offset with respect to said intake passage (110, 111).
