INCLINED RAILING WITH SOLAR PANELS GENERATING ENERGY

Abstract

The invention relates to an inclined railing with integrated solar panels for generating energy, suitable for balconies, terraces, rooftops, or uneven surfaces. The railing comprises an inclined fixing structure made of metal profiles, anchored to the building by means of multiple separate anchors. Photovoltaic, hybrid photovoltaic-thermal, and / or bifacial solar panels are attached to this structure, arranged at an optimized angle relative to the horizontal plane. The structure incorporates at least one baseboard configured as a hollow, accessible profile designed to house and conceal electrical wiring and, where applicable, plumbing pipes, allowing easy access for installation, maintenance, and repair. In various embodiments, the panels are secured at their top and bottom by support profiles and handrails, maintaining ergonomics regardless of the angle of inclination.The invention allows for tilt adjustment during installation, integration of safety features, and adaptation to corners, providing a robust, safe, and architecturally integrated solution for renewable energy generation.
