Abstract

Versatile device for constituting either an opening whose width or height can be varied for crossing jumps or a ground-based development module. It consists of two identical L-shaped modules (1) and (1)' which can be assembled at the desired spacing using a self-gripping system (2). The device is equipped with another peripheral attachment system (3), located on the two main faces, of the self-gripping type, which allows, by the use of an additional junction (4), to reinforce the connection between the two L-shaped modules (1) (1)' or to make other connections. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the practice of gymnastics and acrobatic sports in general. Figure for the abstract: Fig. 2

Description

Title of the invention: Multipurpose module for the sport of crossing and jumping

[0001] The present invention relates to an L-shaped module which, when used in double vertically, allows an opening to be created through which one can jump and whose crossing section on the two axes can be varied progressively. The L module can also be used on the ground alone or in combination for other types of developments, in particular for performing precision jumps by combining modules equipped with self-gripping material.

[0002] Crossing modules usually have a fixed crossing section and are made of a single piece. This has several drawbacks, including monotony in the crossing practice, bulkiness and a high purchase cost for limited use.

[0003] The device according to the invention makes it possible to overcome these drawbacks. It comprises, in fact, according to a first characteristic, a first self-gripping type attachment system on each perimeter face by which 2 L modules can be assembled to the desired dimension. The holding in position can be increased by another peripheral attachment system, located on the two main faces, self-gripping type, which makes it possible, by the use of an added part, to make the connection between the two L modules. This joining system also makes it possible to make the connection with other support modules equipped with self-gripping.

[0004] According to particular embodiments: • the junctions can be made by parts attached to the modules. • the module can be used with a trapezoidal or parallelepiped support by example to increase height. • the L module can be made in foam structure or in inflatable structure.

[0005] The attached drawings illustrate the invention:

[0006] [Fig-1] represents the module L (1)

[0007] [Fig.2] represents the modules (1) (1)' assembled with the self-gripping (2)

[0008] [Fig.3] represents the modules (1) (1)' assembled with the self-gripping (2) and the additional junction system (3) (4).

[0009] [Fig.4] represents the modules (1) (1)' assembled and offset with the self-gripping (2) and the additional junction system (3) (4).

[0010] [Fig.5],

[0011] [Fig.6],

[0012] [Fig.7], and

[0013] [Fig-8] represent the possibilities of horizontal adjustment of the modules (1) (1') in combination with a trapezoidal raising support (5).

[0014] [Fig.9],

[0015] [Fig. 10], and

[0016] [Fig. 11] represents the possibilities of vertical adjustment of the modules (1) (F) in com combination with a trapezoidal extension support (5).

[0017] [Fig.12] represents the possibilities of using the modules L (1)' (1)” on the ground (l)”'with add-ons (6) (7) (8).

[0018] As a non-limiting example, the module L (1) will have dimensions of the order of 150 cm x 120 cm for the length, 30 cm for the width and 40 cm for the thickness.

[0019] The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the practice of gymnastics and acrobatic sports in general.
