Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: composition for the care and / or MAKE-UP of keratinous materials Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to a composition. In particular, the present invention relates to a composition for the care and / or makeup of keratinous materials. The present invention also relates to a non-therapeutic method for the care and / or makeup of keratinous materials. background art
[0002] Consumers worldwide are looking for new cosmetic products to improve the appearance of keratinous materials and in particular the skin, in particular to give the skin an optical cosmetic effect, such as a toning effect and a good glow.
[0003] Cosmetic products capable of providing the skin with the optical effects mentioned above are known, for example foundation products containing pigments.
[0004] However, these products are still not satisfactory. For example, they can leave a powdery and dry feeling on the skin after application. This may be due to their poor ability to envelop large amounts of water.
[0005] Document US 11033471B2 discloses a composition for topical application on the skin comprising: a) a first synthetic fluorphlogopite having an average particle size of 25 pm; b) a first mica having an average particle size of 42 pm or less, completely or partially coated with one or more layers of red iron oxides, further coated with titanium dioxide; and c) a second mica having an average particle size of 42 pm or less, completely or partially coated with one or more layers of titanium dioxide, further coated with iron dioxide.
[0006] In addition to the toning effect mentioned above, consumers have increasing demands on the sensory properties of the skin. Among these, hydration is today one of the highest requirements.
[0007] Document WO2021077320A1 discloses a composition comprising in an aqueous phase (i) a combination of acetylated hyaluronic acid and / or a salt thereof with hyaluronic acid and / or a salt thereof; and (ii) a solubilizer.
[0008] Current products either focus on hydration and sacrifice the toning effect, or on the toning effect while losing long-term hydration.
[0009] Thus, there is still a need in the cosmetic industry to offer consumers cosmetic products that provide long-lasting hydration, and a good balance between radiance and toning effect. Summary of the invention

[0125] Each composition was applied to the face of several volunteers, and then the hydration, toning effect and radiance were evaluated as follows. Hydration
[0126] The measurement of skin hydration is based on the world-renowned method of the CORNEOMETER^, which is a capacitance-based process.
[0127] During the measurement, the measuring capacitor exhibits capacitance changes depending on the moisture content of the samples. A glass slide separates the metal (gold) tracks of the probe head from the skin to prevent current conduction into the sample. An electric diffusion field penetrates the skin during the measurement and the dielectricity is determined. One track accumulates a surplus of electrons (minus charge), the other accumulates a lack of electrons (plus charge).
[0128] Volunteers were asked to stay in a room at constant temperature and humidity (21 ± 1 °C, 45 ± 5% RH) for 1 h before testing. Each sample was applied at 2 mg / cm2 to an area of 3*3 cm2 on one arm with a finger cot, the measurement was carried out after 30 minutes.
[0129] The measurement was performed for 1 second each time. The measurement was initiated by placing the probe on the skin area to be measured. The probe was placed vertically on the area to be measured according to the spring pressure inside the probe head. Each area was tested 3 times to obtain an average value. The data from the sixth hour was recorded as the test data. Glow
[0130] In vitro brightness was assessed using a gloss meter.
[0131] Each example was applied at 1 mg / cm2 over an area of 2*7 cm2 on artificial skin with a finger cot, the measurement was carried out after 30 minutes.
[0132] Each test was performed 3 times to obtain average brightness values at 20°, 60° and 80°. The brightness value at 60° was recorded. A higher value means greater brightness. Toning effect
[0133] The toning effect was assessed by in vitro measurement of color using a colorimeter.
[0134] Each sample was applied at 1 mg / cm2 over an area of 2*7 cm2 on artificial skin with a finger cot, the measurement was carried out after 30 minutes.
[0135] Each test was carried out 3 times in order to obtain average values for L* (brightness), a* (red to green), and b* (blue to yellow), where b* represents the tonicity (lower means less yellowish, which provides an anti-dull and yellowish effect).
[0136] The results obtained have been summarized in Table 3.
[0137] [Tables3] El. 1 El. 2 El. 3 EC.l EC.2 EC.3 EC.4 EC.5 EC.6 EC.7 Water content (CU) 46.97 50.53 40.3 38.43 32.3 43 46 55 38 36.56 Brightness at 60° 3.37 3.07 3.5 3.38 3.39 3.8 2.21 2.84 3.9 3.37 b* 5.36 8.69 5.43 5.4 5.3 14.82 2.66 8.5 10.15 5.4
[0138] It can be seen from Table 3 that the compositions of inventive examples (El.) 1-3 can provide long-lasting hydration, and a good balance between radiance and toning effect.
