Hair treatment agent according to one of the preceding claims, containing - relative to the total weight of the aqueous phase (I) - up to 10% by weight of at least one betaine ester of the following general formula [Chem. 3] (R^OCHîCHtORs^Hz^ in which - R1 represents -H or caprylate, caprate, laurate, myristate, palmitate, stearate, isostearate, oleate, ricinoleate, arachidate, behenate, - R2 represents -H, - x represents a number from 1.1 to 10, preferably from 1.1 to 6, particularly preferably from 2 to 4 and in particular 3, - A represents a physiologically acceptable anion such as formate, acetate, propionate, benzoate, citrate, oxalate, tartrate, (poly)acrylate, fumarate, maleate, lactate, itaconate, glycolate, gluconate, malate, mandelate, tiglate, succinate, ascorbate.
12. Hair treatment agent according to one of the preceding claims, which is free from - silicones - mineral oils - ethoxylated compounds.
13. A cosmetic method for conditioning hair, wherein a hair treatment agent according to one of claims 1 to 7 is stirred until homogeneous, is applied directly thereafter to wet or dry hair (preferably by spraying) and is left on the hair until the next hair wash.
14. Cosmetic use of a hair treatment agent according to one of claims 1 to 7 for improving hair care, in particular for improving - shine - suppleness - detangling - ease of combing - anti-frizz properties.
