Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR AN ANTI-ODOR FILTER ELEMENT Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to a support system for an anti-odor filter element where the support system is integrated into a pipeline, in particular a ventilation pipeline of a tank such as a sanitation tank. STATE OF THE PRIOR ART
[0002] In certain tanks, such as a sanitation tank or a wastewater pumping station, it is necessary to provide an evacuation pipe which allows the air contained in the tank to be evacuated to the outside in order to replace it with fresh air.
[0003] This air evacuation is generally accompanied by odors. To limit odors, it is known to install an anti-odor cartridge in the evacuation pipe. The evacuation pipe is thus cut to a height corresponding to the height of the cartridge, then the anti-odor cartridge is installed at the cutout and held in place by sealing strips at the top and bottom.
[0004] Even if such an installation is easy, the anti-odor cartridge remains in contact with the exterior and is then subject to external aggressions such as rain, cold, etc.
[0005] However, the anti-odor cartridge is made up of a cardboard support filled with activated carbon and due to external aggressions and the humidity contained in the air which is evacuated, the support deteriorates quickly with the risk of letting the activated carbon fall into the evacuation pipe which can block it at least in part.
[0006] Furthermore, degradation of the support can cause difficulties in its disassembly. Statement of the invention
[0007] An object of the present invention is to provide a support system for an anti-odor filter element where the support system is integrated into a pipeline and allows the filter element to be kept safe from external aggressions and prevents the activated carbon from falling into the pipeline.
[0008] For this purpose, a support system is proposed intended to be inserted between an upper part and a lower part of a pipeline, said support system comprising:
[0009] - a body comprising a hollow X-axis barrel and an openwork and extending plate inside the barrel and intended to serve as support for a filter element, where the body is intended to fit onto the lower part, where the barrel has an upper end intended to be oriented towards the upper part of the pipeline and a lower end intended to be oriented towards the lower part of the pipeline,
[0010] - a slide in the form of a tubular element and mounted to move in translation around the barrel parallel to the X axis, alternately between a retracted position in which the slide is pressed onto the barrel and an extended position in which the slide projects so as to extend the barrel, where the slide is intended to fit around the upper part, and
[0011] - locking means which alternately take a free position in in which the slide is free to move or a locking position in which the locking means lock the slide in the extended position.
[0012] With such an arrangement, the filter element is protected and changing the filter element is made easier.
[0013] Advantageously, the blocking means comprise:
[0014] - at least one groove which extends parallel to the X axis and is made on the outside of the barrel,
[0015] - for each groove, a tenon which is integral with the inside of the slide and which extends radially with respect to the X axis,
[0016] - for each groove, a housing which is made on the outside of the barrel, which communicates with the groove and which extends from the groove on the side and towards the lower end where each tenon moves in the groove in the free position, and lodges in the housing in the locking position.
[0017] Advantageously, the or each groove opens at the upper end via a passage.
[0018] Advantageously, for each pair consisting of a groove and the associated housing, the barrel comprises a veil which separates said groove and said housing from the interior of the barrel.
[0019] Advantageously, the upper end takes the form of a truncated cone which widens as it progresses towards the lower end and each passage crosses the truncated cone.
[0020] Advantageously, the body has a rim which projects relative to the outer surface of the barrel and which extends around the perimeter of said barrel.
[0021] Advantageously, the body has on the periphery of the barrel between the rim and the lower end, first raised elements which protrude relative to the external surface of the barrel.
[0022] Advantageously, the slider has on its periphery, second raised elements which protrude relative to the external surface of the slider.
[0023] Advantageously, the body has at its lower end a skirt which is integral with the barrel and arranged around said barrel so as to delimit between them a slot which is open towards the lower part of the pipe. Brief description of the drawings

[0030] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0031] [Fig.l] shows a support system 100 according to the invention which is installed on a pipe 50 at a cutout which separates the pipe 50 into an upper part 50a and a lower part 50b. The pipe 50 may be a pipe coming from a tank for which the air it contains must be evacuated, such as a sanitation tank, a water lifting tank, etc. The pipe 50 has an axis X.
[0032] The support system 100 is intended to contain a filter element, in particular an anti-odor filter, which may be, for example, an anti-odor filter or loose activated carbon. The filter element is represented schematically by the reference 10 in [Fig.4].
[0033] The support system 100 comprises a body 102 and a slider 104.
[0034] The body 102 and the slider 104 each take the form of a hollow tubular element of axis X and the body 102 and the slider 104 are mounted coaxially with respect to each other and with respect to the axis X.
[0035] The body 102 has a barrel 110 which is cylindrical and hollow and a plate 302 ([Fig.3]) which is perforated and extends inside the barrel 110. The plate 302 is thus crossed by lights 304 which allow the passage of the air to be evacuated. The filter element 10 is placed on the plate 302. In the embodiment of the invention presented here, the plate 302 is in the lower part of the barrel 110, but it could be in a different position.
[0036] The slide 104 is movable in translation around the barrel 110 parallel to the axis X.
[0037] The slider 104 is thus movable alternately between a retracted position and an extended position. In the retracted position, the slider 104 is pressed onto the barrel 110 and in the extended position ([Fig.l]), the slider 104 projects so as to extend the barrel 110 and the body 102 towards the upper part 50b of the pipe 50.
[0038] The support system 100 also comprises locking means 106 which alternately take a free position or a locking position. In the locking position, the locking means 106 lock the slide 104 in the extended position and in the free position, the slide 104 is free to move between the retracted position and the extended position and vice versa.
[0039] [Fig.2] shows the body 102 alone, [Fig.3] shows a top view of the body 102 and [Fig.4] shows a section of the body 102.
[0040] [Fig.5] shows a section of the slide 104.
[0041] The installation of the support system 100 consists of:
[0042] - place the slide 104 in the retracted position,
[0043] - place the filter element 10 on the plate 302,
[0044] - fit the body 102 onto the lower part 50b of the pipe 50,
[0045] - raise the slider 104 along the body 102 so that the slider 104 fits around the upper part 50a of the pipe 50, and
[0046] - place the locking means 106 in the locking position.
[0047] Disassembly is carried out in the reverse manner, for example to replace the filter element 10. Replacement of the filter element 10 is thus made easier.
[0048] The air coming from the lower part 50b of the pipe 50 then rises through the plate 302 and the filter element 10 placed on the plate 302 and is evacuated through the upper part 50a of the pipe 50.
[0049] The body 102 and the slider 104 are made of rigid materials such as plastic materials and in particular bio-plastic which allows composting at the end of its life.
[0050] The filter element 10 is thus protected from external aggression and even if the anti-odor filter used is made of cardboard, and it deteriorates due to humidity, the activated carbon that it contains remains held by the plate 302.
[0051] The barrel 110 has an upper end 110a which is oriented towards the upper part 50a of the pipe 50 and a lower end 110b which is oriented towards the lower part 50b of the pipe 50.
[0052] The locking means 106 here generally take the form of a bayonet system and the body 102 and the slide 104 are then free to rotate relative to each other around the axis X. The locking means 106 comprise at least one groove 112 which extends parallel to the axis X and is produced on the outside of the barrel. 110. In the embodiment of the invention presented here, there are three grooves 112 for better stability.
[0053] For each groove 112, the locking means 106 comprise a tenon 114 which is integral with the interior of the slide 104 and which extends radially relative to the axis X.
[0054] For each groove 112, the locking means 106 also comprise a housing 116 which is made on the outside of the barrel 110, which communicates with the groove 112 and which extends from the groove 112 on the side and towards the lower end 110b.
[0055] In the free position, each tenon 114 is in the associated groove 112 and can therefore move along said groove 112 parallel to the axis X. To move into the locking position, the slide 104 and / or the body 102 are rotated around the axis X so as to place each tenon 114 in the associated housing 116. When the slide 104 is released, it descends a little along the body 102 so that each tenon 114 comes to a stop in the bottom of the associated housing 116. Each tenon 114 thus moves in the associated groove 112 in the free position and is housed in the associated housing 116 in the locking position.
[0056] To facilitate the introduction of each tenon 114 into the associated groove 112, said groove 112 opens at the level of the upper end 110a via a passage 115.
[0057] To limit the movement of the slide 104 towards the lower end 110b, each groove 112 has on the side of this lower end 110b, a closed end which blocks the tenon 114.
[0058] In the embodiment of the invention presented here, the body 102 has a rim 120 which projects relative to the outer surface of the barrel 110 and which extends over the perimeter of said barrel 110. This rim 120 also blocks the movement of the slider 104 towards the lower end 110b.
[0059] To prevent the air circulating in the support system 100 from escaping through the grooves 112 and the housings 114, the latter do not open towards the interior of the barrel 110. Indeed, a web 118 separates each groove 112 and each housing 114 from the interior of the barrel 110. Thus, for each pair consisting of a groove 112 and the associated housing 114, the barrel 110 comprises a web 118 which separates said groove 112 and said housing 114 from the interior of the barrel 110.
[0060] To facilitate the handling of the body 102, the latter has on the periphery of the barrel 110 between the rim 120 and the lower end 110b, first raised elements 122 which protrude relative to the external surface of the barrel 110.
[0061] To facilitate the handling of the slide 104, the latter has on its periphery, second raised elements 124 which protrude relative to the external surface of the slide 104.
[0062] To facilitate the installation of the lower part 50b of the pipe 50, the body 102 has at its lower end 110b, a skirt 130 which is integral with the barrel 110 and arranged around said barrel 110 so as to delimit between them a slot 402 which is open downwards, that is to say towards the lower part 50b. The slot 402 is of cylindrical shape and its thickness is sufficient to allow the lower part 50b of the pipe 50 to be housed therein.
[0063] The upper end 110a of the barrel 110 takes the form of a truncated cone 132 which widens as it progresses towards the lower end 110b. The truncated cone 132 is arranged under the upper part 50a of the pipe 50. Each passage 115 passes through the truncated cone 132. Thus, when condensates descend along the upper part 50a, they fall onto the truncated cone 132 and are directed towards the outer sides of the truncated cone 132 and towards at least one of the passages 115 so as to flow through the associated groove 112 and thus towards the outside due to the presence of the veil 118 which prevents the condensates from flowing inside the body 102.
