Detailed description of the invention In the remainder of the description, elements having an identical structure or similar functions will be designated by the same references. By convention, the "axial" direction corresponds to that of the main extension of the pot, illustrated by the X axis in [Fig.1], and the "radial" direction is orthogonal to the axial direction. In the detailed description of the figures which follow, we will use in a non-limited manner- mitative the terms "upper" and "lower" or "top" and "bottom" in reference to the axial direction. Similarly, the terms "outer or external" and "inner or internal" are used in reference to the radial direction, an outer element being radially further from the X-axis than an inner element. With reference to [Fig. 1], the invention relates to a cosmetic product packaging pot comprising a receptacle 4 and a refill 1 inserted into the receptacle 4. Refill 1 corresponds to a cup, and contains the cosmetic product. The refill is removable and can be manually removed from the packaging pot, especially when it is empty, so that the user can insert a new filled refill. Refill 1 and receptacle 4 can therefore be sold separately. According to one embodiment of the invention, the receptacle 4 is rigid. In addition to the fact that this gives it improved mechanical strength, this gives it a longer service life. By way of non-limiting example, the receptacle can be made of glass. Refill (1) for a jar for packaging a cosmetic product extending along a central axis X, capable of receiving the cosmetic product, and comprising a rigid body (2) defined by a peripheral wall (10) having an open upper end surrounded by a collar (16) extending outwardly, and a lower end closed by a bottom wall (11), characterized in that it comprises means of wedging in the pot, deformable and defining, with an ex- surface inner (14) of the peripheral wall (10), at least one cavity (5) variable volume depending on the timing.

Refill (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that said wedging means consist of at least one wedging wall (3), external and flexible, arranged opposite and at least partially at distance from the external surface (14) of the peripheral wall (10), said cavity (5) being defined between the wedging wall (3) and the peri-wall spherical (10).

3. Refill (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that each wedging wall (3) is curved in shape.

4. Refill (1) according to one of claims 2 to 3, characterized in that each wedging wall (3) is mounted on the peripheral wall (10) by nesting of corresponding shapes.

5. Refill (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the peripheral wall (10) has a female shape made in its outer surface (14), into which a provided male form fits for this purpose on the wedging wall (3).

6. Refill (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that each wedging wall (3) has a curved shape towards the inside with a top arranged in contact with the peripheral wall (10) of the bucket (2), said male shape projecting from the top of the wedging wall (3).

7. Refill (1) according to claim 5, characterized in that each wedging wall (3) has a curved shape towards the outside with a top located at a distance from the peripheral wall (10) of the bucket (2), said male shape projecting from a lower end of the wedging wall (3).

8. Refill (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that each wedging wall (3) has an upper end in contact of the body (2).

9. Refill (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the upper end of the wedging wall (3) is supported against the collar (16).

10. Refill (1) according to claim 8, characterized in that the end upper part of the wedging wall (3) is supported on the outer surface (14) of the peripheral wall (10), in the vicinity of the collar (16).

11. Refill (1) according to claim 8, characterized in that the end upper part of the wedging wall (3) is supported in the angle formed between the peripheral wall (10) and the collar (16).

12. Refill (1) according to one of claims 2 to 11, characterized in that that it comprises a single wedging wall (3) extending over the entire upper body circumference (2).

13. Refill (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the shim wall (3) consists of a removable ring.

14. Refill (1) according to one of claims 2 to 11, characterized in that that it comprises several regularly distributed wedging walls (3) around the body (2).

15. | Refill (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that each wedging wall (3) extends over an angular sector of the body (2).

16. Refill (1) according to one of claims 2 to 15, characterized in that the body and the wedging wall(s) are made of the same material.

Packaging pot for a cosmetic product comprising a re- receptacle (4) and a refill (1) according to any one of the re- previous indications inserted in the receptacle (4), the means of wedging (3) of the refill (1) being wedged against the receptacle (4) so to absorb the play existing between the refill (1) and the receptacle (4).
