Description
Title of the invention: Layout of a modular storage device for the trunk of a motor vehicle
[0001] The invention relates to an arrangement of a modular storage device inside a motor vehicle trunk, delimited by two parallel longitudinal side walls, a transverse front and rear wall, and a horizontal bottom wall, the storage device comprising two side supports fixed to the side walls of the trunk, a false floor, at least one storage bin and at least one partition, the false floor, the bin and the partition being removable.
[0002] Such arrangements make it possible to delimit, inside the trunk, separate storage areas for the storage of specific items or a small number of items, so as to prevent these, for example, from moving or getting mixed up in the trunk while the vehicle is moving, which could then be damaged and could also generate annoying noises during their movement.
[0003] Various solutions are known in the prior art for achieving such compartmentation.
[0004] US patent 7665790B2 describes such a compartmentalization device.
[0005] However, it has the disadvantage of not being sufficiently modular.
[0006] In order to overcome these drawbacks, the invention relates to an arrangement of a modular storage device.
[0007] To this end, the invention proposes an arrangement of a storage device of the type mentioned above, characterized in that the lateral support elements comprise:

[0009] - at least one upper fastening means, intended to cooperate with a means of additional fixing of the storage bin or partition wall,
[0010] - and a support edge for the false floor of the vehicle.

[0012] - The lower fastening means carried by the lateral support elements is arranged on a lower part of the support elements so that the storage tray rests on the bottom wall of the trunk when it is fixed by means of lower fixing.

[0014] - The additional means of fixing the storage tray is a rib made of T-shaped structure supported by a side wall of the container.

1. Arrangement of a modular storage device (22) inside a motor vehicle trunk (10), delimited by two parallel longitudinal side walls (14), a transverse front and rear wall (18), and a horizontal bottom wall (12), the storage device (22) comprising two lateral support elements (24) fixed to the side walls (14) of the trunk (10), a false floor (28), at least one storage bin (26), and at least one partition (30), the false floor (28), the bin (26), and the partition (30) being removable, the lateral support elements (24) comprising: - at least one lower attachment means (32) intended to cooperate with a supplementary attachment means (34) of the storage bin (26), - at least one upper attachment means (36) intended to cooperate with a supplementary attachment means (34, 38) of the storage bin (26) or the partition (30), - and a support edge (39) of the false floor (28),characterized in that two opposite edges (266) of the storage bin (26) have a recess (268) whose width is slightly greater than that of the partition (30) and whose height is slightly greater than the thickness of the partition (30).
2. Arrangement of a storage device (22) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the lower fixing means (32) carried by the lateral support elements (24) is disposed on a lower part of the support elements (24) so that the storage tray (26) rests on the bottom wall (12) of the chest (10) when it is fixed to the lower fixing means (32).
3. Arrangement of a storage device (22) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the upper fixing means (36) carried by the lateral support elements (24) is a vertical notch formed in an upper edge (244) of the support element (24).
4. Arrangement of a storage device (22) according to any one of claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the additional fixing means (34) of the storage bin (26) is a T-shaped rib carried by a side wall (260) of the bin (26).
5. Arrangement of a storage device (22) according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the additional fixing means (38) of the partition (30) is a rib disposed at one of its ends (300).
6. Arrangement of a storage device (22) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the partition (30) has on one of its faces (302) at least one additional fastening means (40) capable of cooperating with the additional fastening means (34) of the tray (26) or an accessory.
7. Arrangement of a storage device (22) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the support edge (39) of the false floor is a horizontal edge disposed between the lower fixing means (32) and the upper fixing means (36) of the support element (24).
8. Arrangement of a storage device (22) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, in a first configuration of use, the storage bin (26) is placed on the bottom wall (12) of the chest (10) and fixed to at least one of the lateral support elements (24), the false floor (28) is placed horizontally on the edge (39) and the partition (30) is fixed by means of upper fixing (36) extending along a transverse plane.

Arrangement of a storage device (22) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that, in a second configuration of use, the false floor (28) is placed horizontally on the support edge (39) and in that the storage bin (26) is placed on the false floor (28) and fixed by means of upper fixing (36) of the support element (24).

Arrangement of a storage device (22) according to claim 1, characterized in that in a third storage configuration, the storage bin (26) is placed on the bottom wall (12) of the chest (10) and fixed by means of lower fixing (32) of at least one of the lateral support elements (24), in that the partition (30) is placed in the recesses (268) provided in the upper edge (266) of the storage bin (26) so that it is flush with the edge (266) and in that the false floor (28) is placed on the edges (39) and covers the storage bin (26) and the partition (30).
