Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: CHARGING SOCKET WITH ANTI-TOUCH MECHANISM AND CHARGING SYSTEM Technical field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of charging device technology, in particular to a charging socket with an anti-touch mechanism and a charging system. CONTEXT
[0002] As high-voltage products, the charging sockets of new energy vehicles lack mechanisms for blocking the hole pillars when not charging, which causes fingers to easily touch the live parts inside the hole pillars, resulting in a lack of safety. In addition, dust, water mist, and the like can easily enter the hole pillars. In order to protect the safety of users, prevent users from accidentally touching, and improve the safety of using the products, existing technologies use anti-touch components that block the sockets in the products. When the products are not in use, the anti-touch components are in a closed protection state. When plug accessories are inserted, the anti-touch components are opened to ensure that the plug accessories are properly connected to the sockets.
[0003] Existing anti-touch components generally use torsion springs to pull the cover plates. When the grip accessories are inserted, the cover plates are pushed to play a closing role. However, the torsion springs are not convenient to install and are assembled with scattered parts, which makes the assembly inconvenient, impairs the installation efficiency and results in higher production costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0031] In order to make clearer the technical problems to be solved, the technical solutions adopted and the technical effects realized in the present disclosure, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure are described clearly and completely below. Obviously, the described embodiments are some of the embodiments of the present disclosure, but not all of them. Furthermore, a first feature "on", "above" or "on top" of a second feature may include an embodiment in which the first feature is to the right or obliquely "on", "above" or "on top" of the second feature, or simply means that the first feature is at a greater height than that of the second feature.A first feature "below", "under" or "below" a second feature may include an embodiment in which the first feature is to the right or obliquely "below", "under" or "below" the second feature, or may simply mean that the first feature is at a smaller height than that of the second feature.
[0034] As shown in Figures 1 to 8, this embodiment provides a charging socket with an anti-touch mechanism, including a socket body 100 and a base 200, wherein the socket body 100 is arranged in the base 200 such that a hole pillar 110 is exposed to one side of the base 200, an anti-touch stopper 300 is arranged on a side of the base 200 the same as the hole pillar 110, a compression spring 400 is arranged between the anti-touch stopper 300 and a side wall of the base 200, where the compression spring 400 is set to always apply a thrust to the anti-touch stopper 300 such that the anti-touch stopper 300 blocks the hole pillar 110, and a surface of the anti-touch stopper 300 away from the hole pillar 110 is provided. hole 110 is an inclined guide surface;and when a charging plug is connected to the charging socket, the charging plug compresses the inclined guide surface to push the anti-touch stopper 300 to move toward a compression direction of the compression spring 400, such that an occlusion of the hole pillar 110 is released to realize electrical connectivity. ;
[0035] For the charging socket with an anti-touch mechanism in this solution, the anti-touch stopper 300 is pushed above the hole pillar 110 by an elastic force of the compression spring 400 in a non-charging state to block the hole pillar 110 to prevent fingers from accidentally touching the hole pillar 110 and causing an electric shock. During the process of connecting the charging plug to the charging socket, the charging plug compresses the inclined guide surface, so that that the inclined guide surface generates a component force along a contraction direction of the compression spring 400 to push the anti-touch stop 300 above the hole pillar 110, thereby exposing the hole pillar 110 to achieve electrical connectivity.
[0036] The operation on the anti-touch stopper 300 can be performed by means of the charging socket. The one-pass operation can remove the occlusion of the hole pillar 110 and realize the electrical connection between the charging plug and the charging socket. In other words, accidental touch prevention and release of the accidental touch prevention can be realized without adding any operation steps, which is convenient for use.
[0037] Specifically, in this embodiment, the base 200 is provided with a mounting hole 210, and a portion of the socket body 100 is positioned on one side of the base 200, while one side of the base 200 with the hole pillar 110 extends through the mounting hole 210 to the other side of the base 200.
[0038] In this embodiment, a specific installation structure of the anti-touch stopper 300 is provided. A spring mounting hole 310 is arranged on one side of the anti-touch stopper 300, facing the side wall of the base 200. A spring mounting pillar 230 is arranged on the side wall of the base 200 in correspondence with the spring mounting hole 310, and two ends of the compression spring 400 fit respectively with the spring mounting hole 310 and the spring mounting pillar 230. The compression spring 400 is installed and limited by means of the spring mounting hole 310 and the spring mounting pillar 230. In this way, it can be ensured that the compression spring 400 is installed between the base 200 and the anti-touch stopper 300.
[0039] Specifically, the spring mounting hole 310 is coaxial with the spring mounting pillar 230. In this embodiment, a section of the spring mounting hole 310 is circular, and a section of the spring mounting pillar 230 is circular. For example, the spring mounting hole 310 is a cylindrical hole and the spring mounting pillar 230 is cylindrical. An axial line of the spring mounting hole 310 and an axial line of the spring mounting pillar 230 are on a same straight line, where a direction of the straight line is a movement direction of the anti-touch stopper 300 driven by the compression spring 400.
[0040] It should be emphasized that "the spring mounting hole 310 is a cylindrical hole, and the spring mounting pillar 230 is cylindrical" does not serve as a limitation to this solution. In an alternative embodiment of the present disclosure, the spring mounting hole 310 is an arc-shaped hole whose cross-section is circular, and the spring mounting pillar 230 is a curved pillar whose axial line is arc-shaped. The axial line of the spring mounting hole 310 and the line axial movement of the spring mounting pillar 230 are on a same circular arc, and a movement path of the anti-touch stopper 300 is an arc circular path.
[0041] The movement path of the anti-touch stopper 300 above is a straight line or an arc line, which can be reasonably selected according to the installation space on the base 200. When the installation space of the anti-touch stopper 300 is smaller, space can be saved by arc-shaped installation.
[0042] To ensure that the anti-touch stopper 300 can accurately block the top of the hole pillar 110, it is necessary to effectively limit the movement trajectory of the anti-touch stopper 300. As shown in [Fig.7], in this embodiment, a stopper raceway 320 is arranged on the side of the anti-touch stopper 300 facing the base 200, and a raceway groove 220 is arranged on the base 200 in correspondence with the stopper raceway 320. By fitting the stopper raceway 320 with the groove 220, the anti-touch stopper 300 is slidably installed on the base 200.
[0043] It should be understood that a shape of the raceway groove 220 also has a limiting effect on the movement path of the anti-touch stopper 300. Therefore, in this solution, when a shape of the spring mounting hole 310 and a shape of the spring mounting pillar 230 are both straight lines, a shape of the raceway groove 220 is also a straight line. When the shape of the spring mounting hole 310 and the shape of the spring mounting pillar 230 are both circular arcs, the shape of the raceway groove 220 is also a circular arc.
[0044] In this embodiment, two anti-touch stops 300 are provided, and the two anti-touch stops 300 are symmetrically arranged in the base 200. Four hole pillars 110 are provided on the socket body 100, and either of the two anti-touch stops 300 correspondingly blocks two of the hole pillars 110.
[0045] Specifically, as shown in [Fig. 8], the anti-touch stopper 300 includes a stopper body 330 and a blocking portion 340 extending from the stopper body 330. The blocking portion 340 is arranged corresponding to the hole pillar 110 and is configured to block the hole pillar 110. In this embodiment, “the blocking portion 340 is arranged corresponding to the hole pillar 110” means that when the pressure of the compression spring 400 is released to cause the anti-touch limit hole to be pushed to a limit position, in such a state, the position of the blocking portion 340 corresponds to that of the hole pillar 110 to block the hole pillar 110.
[0046] It is to be understood that the anti-touch stop of the present disclosure is set to move until the locking portion 340 is completely separated from the hole pillar 110, such that the hole pillar 110 is exposed to facilitate connection. electrical connection between the charging plug and the charging socket for charging.
[0047] Alternatively, two locking portions 340 extend each of the stop bodies 330, and each of the locking portions 340 corresponds to a hole pillar 110. The two anti-touch stops 300 are respectively provided with two locking portions 340, and the four locking portions 340 correspond to four hole pillars 110.
[0048] A spacer ring 240 is arranged on the base 200, a stop limit portion 331 is arranged on the stopper body 330 in correspondence with the spacer ring 240, and the stop limit portion 331 abuts against the spacer ring 240 to limit a limit position in which the anti-touch stopper 300 can move under the thrust of the compression spring 400.
[0049] In this embodiment, the spacer ring 240 serves to reinforce the structure of the base 200 in one aspect, and serves as a limit structure for limiting the anti-touch stopper 300 in another aspect. When the anti-touch stopper 300 is pushed by the compression spring 400 to move toward the hole pillar 110, the limit position in which the anti-touch stopper 300 can move is limited by the stopper limiting portion 331 and the spacer ring 240. Therefore, in this solution, the anti-touch stopper 300 is set to a size such that the locking portion 340 is positioned above the hole pillar 110 to lock it at the limit position.
[0050] Furthermore, as shown in [Fig.l] and [Fig.5], this embodiment also includes an end cap 500 secured on the base 200, the end cap 500 being provided with a groove raceway 510. One side of the anti-touch stopper 300 facing the end cap 500 is fixed in the groove raceway 510 and can slide along the groove raceway 510, and the raceway groove 220 is consistent with a guide path of the groove raceway 510.
[0051] In this solution, the raceway groove structure 220 is provided on the base 200, and the groove raceway structure 510 is provided on the end cap 500 to guide the anti-touch stopper 300 on two sides of the anti-touch stopper 300 simultaneously, so that the movement trajectory of the anti-touch stopper 300 is more stable, making it more reliable to use.
[0052] Alternatively, a rib of the support rail 250 is arranged on the base 200 extending along a movement direction of the anti-touch stopper 300, and the support rail 250 is configured to support the anti-touch stopper 300. During operation, the anti-touch stopper 300 needs to pass through the spacer ring 240 on the base 200 to move above the hole pillar 110, however, the raceway groove 220 on the base 200 is set lower than the spacer ring 240. Therefore, the support rail 250 provided in this solution serves to support the stopper anti-touch 300.
[0053] Preferably, as shown in [Fig.l], the charging socket with anti-touch mechanism described in this embodiment also includes a sealing ring 600, a pressing plate 700, and a tail cap 800. The sealing ring 600 is arranged between the base 200 and the socket body 100.
[0054] Further, the present disclosure also provides a charging system, including a charging plug and a charging socket, wherein the charging socket is the charging socket with an anti-touch mechanism as described above.
