Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Submersible mobile beach for swimming pool Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of swimming pools and more particularly concerns a submersible mobile beach for swimming pools. Prior art
[0002] In the field of swimming pools, it is known to construct a beach allowing users to lie on a surface containing a low depth of water, for example on one side of the pool. Such a beach can be provided when the pool is built or added later by carrying out masonry work. As a result, such a pool beach can be both complex and expensive.
[0003] A known alternative solution is to provide a movable pool floor that can be moved to form a pool deck. However, this solution can again prove to be both complex and expensive.
[0004] There is therefore a need for a simple and effective solution to at least partially remedy these drawbacks. Statement of the invention
[0005] To this end, the invention firstly relates to a submersible mobile beach for a swimming pool, said beach comprising a frame and a canvas, said frame being made of a water-resistant material and comprising a lower part configured to rest on the bottom of the swimming pool and an upper part delimiting an internal space and at the level of which said canvas is fixed so as to extend into said internal space, the canvas being made of a deformable water-resistant material.
[0006] The term "water-resistant material" means a material that is both waterproof and resistant to wear in water, in particular in chlorinated water and / or in sea water. The term "canvas" means a piece, a membrane or a weft.
[0007] The beach according to the invention can be easily moved and installed in a volume of water, in particular in a swimming pool, in a lake or in the sea. The canvas allows one or more users to lie down or sit while being at least partially immersed in the volume of water. This beach can in particular be used as an immersed sunbathing area or as a rest area or as a play area.
[0008] Preferably, the canvas is made of a plastic material resistant to wear in water, for example a polymer, in particular composed of polyethylene and / or polyester.
[0009] According to one aspect of the invention, the canvas is smooth in order to offer significant comfort to users.
[0010] Preferably, the canvas has a curved shape in order to effectively support users when they lie down on said canvas.
[0011] In one embodiment, the canvas is made of a non-elastic material in order to give it rigidity to prevent users from sinking, in particular to avoid sinking below the surface of the water.
[0012] In one embodiment, the canvas is non-openwork (or solid) in order to improve user comfort.
[0013] In one embodiment, the canvas is openwork in order to facilitate its immersion, and therefore that of the beach, in the water and the removal of the beach from the water.
[0014] Advantageously, the canvas can be made of a non-slip material so that users do not slip, particularly when they are lying or sitting on said canvas.
[0015] In one embodiment, the canvas is in the form of a single piece.
[0016] Alternatively, the canvas comprises several pieces connected together.
[0017] In one embodiment, the frame comprises a plurality of vertical support posts and a horizontal canvas support frame.
[0018] Advantageously, the frame comprises reinforcing uprights connecting the vertical support uprights together in order to reinforce the frame.
[0019] Preferably, the range comprises connectors for connecting the vertical support uprights and the frame, and where appropriate, the reinforcement uprights.
[0020] Advantageously, the frame comprises at least one hollow structural element, preferably several hollow structural elements, for example tubular, in order to lighten the frame and therefore the beach for easier handling, in particular out of the water.
[0021] Preferably, the at least one hollow structural element is pierced with at least one orifice, preferably a plurality of orifices, in order to allow the water in which the beach is immersed to penetrate into the frame to weigh it down, make it flow and effectively maintain it on the floor of the swimming pool by increasing its stability, but also to facilitate the handling of the beach outside the swimming pool because the water drains through the orifices when the frame is removed from the water.
[0022] Preferably, the canvas and the frame are removable so as to easily transport the beach.
[0023] More preferably, the lower part of the frame comprises feet.
[0024] Advantageously, the feet are made of or coated with a plastic material, for example example of rubber.
[0025] In one embodiment, the height of the feet is adjustable.
[0026] In one embodiment, the beach comprises a barrier device, preferably removable, mounted on the upper part of the frame.
[0027] Alternatively or additionally, the range comprises at least one fixing member configured to be fixed to a complementary fixing member of another submersible mobile beach for swimming pool, in particular identical.
[0028] The invention also relates to a method of installing a beach as presented previously, said method comprising the steps of assembling the frame and the canvas to form the beach and of immersing the beach thus assembled in a swimming pool so that the frame rests on the bottom of the swimming pool.
[0029] Advantageously, the method further comprises, for a beach comprising at least one fixing member configured to be fixed to a complementary fixing member of another submersible mobile beach for a swimming pool, a step of fixing the fixing member of said beach to a complementary fixing member of another submersible mobile beach. [0034] [Fig.4] schematically illustrates an embodiment of the method according to the invention. Description of the embodiments
[0035] Figures 1 and 2 illustrate an example of beach 1 according to the invention. Beach 1 according to the invention is mobile and is intended to be immersed in a swimming pool 100, as illustrated in [Fig.3].
[0036] In the following, the terms "vertical", "horizontal", "lower" and "upper" are understood to mean as illustrated in [Fig.l] which represents the placement of the beach 1 in the position of use in a swimming pool 100.
[0037] Beach 1
[0038] Range 1 comprises a frame 10 and a canvas 20.
[0039] Frame 10
[0040] In this non-limiting example, the frame 10 has a parallelepiped shape extending along a longitudinal axis X and is made from tubular elements connected by connectors so as to be easily assembled and disassembled.
[0041] The frame 10 is made of a water-resistant material, preferably resistant to chlorinated, brominated, or salt water. This water-resistant material can be a plastic, for example, Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), or a metal, for example, aluminum, or a metal alloy. For example, the tubular elements and connectors can both be made of PVC or both of aluminum, or the tubular elements can be made of PVC and the connectors of aluminum, or the tubular elements can be made of aluminum and the connectors of PVC.
[0042] The tubular elements of the frame 10 comprise four support uprights 110 extending essentially vertically, orthogonally to the longitudinal axis X. Each vertical support upright 110 comprises a foot 111 at its lower end. Allowing the frame 10 to rest on the bottom 101 of the swimming pool 100 ([Fig.3]). The end of the feet 111 comprises a protective end cap 112 made of plastic material, for example rubber, so as not to damage the bottom 101 of the swimming pool 100, in particular when the latter is covered with a liner. Alternatively, the end of the feet 111 could be rounded.
[0043] Preferably, the height of the feet 111 is adjustable, for example using a foot system 111 sliding in the tubular body of the support upright 110 and which can be locked by a pin or a pin, or foot by screwing / unscrewing the foot 111 or the protective end cap 112.
[0044] The frame 10 comprises, in its lower part 10A, two lateral reinforcements 121 and two longitudinal reinforcements 122.
[0045] The two lateral reinforcements 121 extend horizontally orthogonal to the longitudinal axis X and each connect two support uprights 110 in their lower part.
[0046] The two longitudinal reinforcements 122 extend horizontally parallel to the longitudinal axis X and each connect two support uprights 110 in their middle part.
[0047] The frame 10 comprises, in its upper part 10B, two lateral support uprights 131 and two longitudinal support uprights 132 extending in the same plane P. The two lateral support uprights 131 extend horizontally orthogonally to the longitudinal axis X and each connect two support uprights 110 in their upper part. The two longitudinal support uprights 132 extend horizontally parallel to the longitudinal axis X and each connect two support uprights 110 in their upper part.
[0048] In each upper corner of the frame 10, the connection between a support upright 110, a lateral support upright 131 and a longitudinal support upright 132 is made via a corner connector 141. Each corner connector 141 has a body and three circular openings whose diameter is slightly greater than the diameter of the tubes of the uprights 110, 131 and 132 in order to receive one end by force to keep them linked. This type of assembly being known in itself, it will not be detailed further here.
[0049] The lateral reinforcement uprights 121 are each connected to the support uprights 110 by a lateral connection connector 142. Each lateral connection connector 142 is in the form of a tubular part crossed by a vertical support upright 110 and comprising a circular lateral orifice allowing the reception of the end of a lateral reinforcement upright 121 by force fitting. The insertion of a support upright 110 into a lateral connection connector 142 can be carried out by force or not. In other words, when the frame 10 is assembled, the support upright 110 can be blocked in the lateral connection connector 142 or the lateral connection connector 142 can move in translation along the support upright 110, the latter case facilitating the assembly and disassembly of the frame 10.
[0050] Similarly, the longitudinal reinforcement uprights 122 are each connected to the support uprights 110 by a longitudinal connection connector 143. Each longitudinal connection connector 143 is in the form of a tubular part crossed by a vertical support upright 110 and comprising a circular lateral orifice allowing the reception of the end of a longitudinal reinforcement upright 122 by fitting, and preferably its blocking by a blocking member, for example of the pin or pin type. The insertion of a support upright 110 into a longitudinal connection connector 143 can be carried out by force or not. In other words, when the frame 10 is assembled, the support upright 110 can be locked in the longitudinal connecting connector 143 or the longitudinal connecting connector 143 can move in translation along the support upright 110, the latter case facilitating the assembly and disassembly of the frame 10.
[0051] In the example of a beach illustrated in the figures, the support uprights 110, the lateral reinforcement uprights 121 and the longitudinal reinforcement uprights 122 are each provided with a plurality of orifices 150 in order to allow the water from the swimming pool 100 to penetrate into the frame 10 to weigh it down and thus make the beach 1 sink more easily and thus effectively hold it on the bottom 101 of the swimming pool 100 by increasing its stability. This also makes it easier to handle the beach 1 in the air, outside the swimming pool 100, because the water drains through the orifices 150 when the frame 10 is removed from the water.
[0052] The beach 1 may comprise a barrier device (not shown), preferably removable, mounted on the upper part 10B of the frame 10 in order to prevent users of the beach 1, in particular children, from falling from the canvas 20.
[0053] In an embodiment not shown, range 1 comprises at least one fixing member configured to be connected to at least one complementary fixing member of another submersible mobile beach for swimming pool 100. For example, one beach may comprise a female fixing member and another beach may comprise a male fixing member, complementary to the female fixing member, making it possible to hook the two beaches together side by side in order to create an extended beach. Alternatively, the beaches may be identical and comprise both at least one female fixing member and at least one male fixing member, for example arranged on two opposite sides of the frame 10 in order to be able to connect one beach to two other beaches on either side. The fixing members between beaches may for example be of the hook or clip type or any other suitable means. The fixing members between the areas can for example be mounted on the frame 10 at the level of the support uprights 110 and / or the reinforcement uprights 121, 122 and / or the support uprights 131, 132 and / or the connectors 141, 142, 143.
[0054] Canvas 20
[0055] The upper part 10B of the frame 10 delimits an internal space 11 in which the canvas 20 extends.
[0056] The canvas 20 is in the form of a single-piece part (or membrane or frame), made of a deformable, water-resistant and preferably non-elastic or slightly elastic material. The canvas 20 may, for example, be made of a plastic material, for example of the polymer type. The material of the canvas 20 may be slippery or non-slip.
[0057] In this preferred but non-limiting example, the canvas 20 is smooth and non-perforated, i.e. solid. Alternatively, the canvas could be perforated to allow water to pass through. Alternatively or additionally, the canvas 20 may advantageously comprise reliefs and / or a specific material giving it an anti-slip character.
[0058] The canvas 20 is connected to the lateral support uprights 131 and to the longitudinal support uprights 132. For example, the canvas 20 may comprise a fixed fold of material forming a loop on each of its four edges between the corner connectors 141 and into which a lateral support upright 131 and a longitudinal support upright 132 are slid depending on the edge concerned. Alternatively, the canvas 20 could be connected to the lateral support uprights 131 and to the longitudinal support uprights 132 by any suitable type of fastening (zip, press studs, etc.).
[0059] Example of implementation
[0060] An example of implementation of the invention will now be described in particular with reference to Figures 3 and 4.
[0061] First of all, the range 1 is subject to a mounting step in a preliminary step E0. To do this, the lateral connecting connectors 142 are mounted by fitting at the ends of the two lateral reinforcement uprights 121, and preferably blocked by a blocking member, for example of the spike or pin type, and the longitudinal connecting connectors 143 are mounted by fitting at the ends of the two longitudinal reinforcement uprights 122, and preferably blocked by a blocking member, for example of the spike or pin type.
[0062] Then, the support uprights 110 are passed into the tubular sections of the lateral connecting connectors 142 and the longitudinal connecting connectors 143 (the feet 111 having been previously mounted on the support uprights 110 or being mounted on the support uprights 110 then if they are reported). The canvas 20 is then mounted on the lateral support uprights 131 and on the longitudinal support uprights 132 then the corner connectors 141 are fixed on the ends of the lateral support uprights 131 and on the longitudinal support uprights 132 by fitting, and preferably blocked by a blocking member, for example of the spike or pin type, in order to form a frame with the canvas 20 in its center. Finally, said frame is mounted on the upper ends of the support uprights 110 via the corner connectors 141 in order to constitute the assembled range 1.
[0063] Then, in a step E1, the beach 1 is immersed in the pool 100 so that the feet 111 come to bear on the bottom 101 of said pool 100. The immersion causes the filling of the tubular portions of the frame 10 being pierced with orifices 150, thus facilitating the descent of the beach 1 to the ground and its stability on the ground in the position of use. Preferably, the height of the beach 1 is slightly lower than the height of water at the place where the beach 1 is positioned, for example from 1 to 40 cm, in order to allow a user to sit or lie down on the canvas 20 while keeping the head outside the water to be able to breathe. The height of the beach 1 can be adjusted beforehand using the adjustable feet 111, if necessary.
[0064] Then, one or more users of beach 1 can place themselves on the canvas 20 in order to benefit from it.
[0065] Several beaches can optionally be attached to each other in a step E2 if they have the appropriate fixing members.
[0066] Finally, when it is necessary to remove the beach 1 from the swimming pool 100 (step E3), the frame 10 is first extracted from the water, the water then flowing from the inside of the frame 10 to the outside via the orifices 150.
[0067] The beach 1 can then be dismantled in a step E4, for example in the reverse order of assembly, then the elements of the frame 10 and the canvas 20 can for example be stored.
[0068] The beach 1 according to the invention makes it possible to reconcile the advantages of a fixed hard pool beach or a mobile pool bottom while avoiding the disadvantages of having to plan or modify the architecture of the pool. In particular, the mobility of the beach 1 makes it possible to install it in various places in the pool or in pools of different types. In addition, the assembly and disassembly nature of the beach 1 allows it to be transported and stored. The beach 1 according to the invention is notably inexpensive, lightweight and easy to assemble and disassemble.
[0069] The embodiment described in relation to the figures is a preferred example but is not intended to limit the intended scope of protection. In particular, the shape, structure, type of material and dimensions of the frame 10 and the fabric 20 as described above do not constitute limitations in any way. For example, the elements 110, 111, 121, 122, 131, 132 may be hollow or solid and, when they are hollow, may or may not include orifices 150.
