Abstract

The heat-insulating cover for a fixable cup is an object consisting of four parts. This invention aims to address the technical problem of heat loss from the contents of a cup by insulating and re-emitting the heat from the contents into the cup, thus extending the time during which the contents can be pleasantly consumed. It also allows for temporary attachment to the container using parts (b) and (c). The best embodiment of the present invention is machining the four parts previously detailed.

Description

[0001] 1- The present invention relates to a thermal insulation and closing device hermetic allowing attachment to a cylindrical container, with the aim of limiting heat loss from the contents of said container.

[0002] 2- Devices from prior techniques are known which serve as lid for cylindrical container, some with spouts facilitating the absorption of the contents, or disposable lids intended to prevent spillage during transport, which is often disposable. And although all types of lids allow in one way or another better heat retention by preventing the vapors of the hot contents from partially escaping from the cup system, the fact remains that poor heat retention, i.e. a significant drop in the heat of the contents, can deteriorate the appreciation of said content over time by the consumer of the content.

[0003] 3- The present invention therefore aims to remedy the technical problem of loss of heat of a hot drink consumed in a cylindrical container in a lasting manner as well as allowing the device to be fixed to the container, but also to straighten the lid part (a( 1 ) and a(2)) relative to the fixing system. To this end, the present invention which will allow optimal conservation of heat thanks to the use of materials allowing excellent thermal insulation between the inside of the cup and the outside, but also good thermal emissivity thus allowing the lid to restore a large part of the heat received by the contents towards the inside of the cup, the present invention also aims to allow a hermetic closure of the container as well as a fixing on the wall of the container.

A thermal insulation system fixable on a cylindrical container, said thermal insulation system fixable on a cylindrical container comprising: • a) A lid made up of two pieces (a(1) and a(2)) allowing better conservation of the heat of the contents. • b) A closure system connecting the lid to the container, said system consisting of part b) and c). • c) A torsion spring connecting parts b) and c) of the closing system.
