Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: RECOVERY PANEL FOR AGRICULTURAL SPRAYING SYSTEM Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to a recovery panel for an agricultural spraying system, in particular for viticulture or arboriculture, an agricultural spraying system comprising at least one such recovery panel, as well as an agricultural machine comprising such an agricultural spraying system. STATE OF THE ART
[0002] Agricultural spraying systems for agricultural machinery, particularly for viticulture or arboriculture, are known, comprising a spray boom and recovery panels arranged face to face, two by two.
[0003] The spray boom is oriented generally transversely to the direction of travel of the agricultural machine and the recovery panels are suspended from it.
[0004] These recovery panels comprise a plurality of spray assemblies through which treatment liquid, such as phytosanitary product or liquid fertilizer, is sprayed onto plants to be treated arranged between two facing recovery panels. For this, air diffusers are provided to produce an air flow which carries or blows the treatment liquid from the spray boom towards the plants to be treated.
[0005] In particular, each recovery panel comprises at least one air duct comprising an inlet orifice through which the air duct is supplied with air, in particular pressurized air. The air inlet orifice forms the top of the recovery panel and cooperates with a ventilation configured to circulate an air flow through the inlet orifice into the air duct. This ventilation is in particular fixed, directly or indirectly, to the air duct.
[0006] However, the known recovery panels, being fixed relative to the ventilation, can collide with an obstacle or even the ground in the case where it is uneven or if it has a slope for example. Such collisions damage the recovery panels and thus limit their operation and longevity.
[0007] It is also known that the recovery panels further comprise at least one sleeve, in particular made of rubber, allowing ventilation air to be brought into the recovery panels. The flexibility of the sleeve does not, however, allow the recovery panels to be articulated. Indeed, said sleeves cannot be sized to withstand the significant weight of each of the recovery panels.
[0008] The present invention therefore aims to solve the aforementioned problems by proposing a recovery panel, a spraying system comprising at least one such panel, as well as an agricultural machine comprising at least one such system, in particular a recovery panel movable between a vertical position and a plurality of inclined positions, said panels being configured to tilt into one of the inclined positions upon contact with an obstacle. Thus, collisions and impacts are avoided and the resulting damage is also avoided. PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION
[0009] To achieve this result, the present invention relates to a recovery panel for an agricultural spraying system. In particular, said panel is configured to be connected to a ventilation device and to be connected to a spray boom, said recovery panel extending mainly in a vertical direction relative to the ground, between a base and a top, characterized in that said recovery panel comprises a fixing support configured to connect the ventilation device, the spray boom and the recovery panel, said fixing support comprising at least one base, a connector, a support and at least one pair of actuators, the base being fixed on the top of said recovery panel, the connector and the support being configured to be connected to the ventilation device, to the spray boom and to the base, said actuators being movable between a retracted position and a deployed position along a longitudinal axis, said support being connected to the base by means of said actuators, said actuators each comprising a first end and a second end, said actuators being arranged on each side of a first plane of symmetry extending in the vertical direction of said panel, said first end of each actuator being connected to the base and said second end of each actuator being connected to the support, the connector being configured to be connected by means of a pivot connection to said base or to said spray bar, the actuator being configured to, when a force is applied to said panel, move between a rest position and the deployed and / or retracted position so as to allow the tilting of said panel relative to said vertical direction, and to,when said force is no longer applied to said panel, return to the rest position so that said panel extends mainly in said vertical direction.
[0010] The fixing support can thus adopt at least three movements, namely a first movement, a second movement and a third movement. In the first movement, the panel can move in a front-back direction, in the second movement, the panel can move in a left-right direction and in the third movement, the panel can move in the forward-backward and left-right direction, also diagonally. The articulation of the third movement corresponds to that of a ball joint. Such movements of the mounting bracket allow the panel to tilt into a plurality of inclined positions when a force is applied to the panel, said force being generated by an obstacle in the path of the panel. Collisions between the panel and the obstacle are therefore avoided, as is the resulting damage.
[0011] Advantageously, the connector comprises a first pivot connection and a second pivot connection, said connector being connected to said base by means of said first pivot connection and being configured to be connected to said spray bar by means of said second pivot connection, the axis of rotation of the first pivot connection and the axis of rotation of the second pivot connection being intersecting.
[0012] Advantageously, the actuator is connected to the base via a support part, said support part being connected on the one hand to the base by a pivot-type connection and on the other hand to the first end of the actuator by another pivot-type connection, so that said support part makes it possible to increase the travel of the actuator between its rest position and its deployed position.
[0013] The support part makes it possible to increase the stroke of the actuator between its rest position and its deployed position and therefore to increase the stroke of the panel before it is at the stop. Increasing the stroke makes it possible to avoid excessive rigidity and resistance of the fixing support, and therefore of the panel. The support part makes it possible to prevent the fixing support from breaking.
[0014] Advantageously, said fixing support comprises two pairs of actuators, said pairs being arranged on each side of a second plane of symmetry in the vertical direction of said panel, said first end of each actuator being connected to the base and said second end of each actuator being connected to the support.
[0015] The distribution of the actuators in pairs on either side of the plane of symmetry of the panel allows for better distribution of forces when tilting the panel.
[0016] Advantageously also, the longitudinal axis of each actuator is inclined relative to any one of the planes of symmetry in the vertical direction of said panel, said longitudinal axes being substantially concurrent at a point belonging to one of said planes of symmetry in the vertical direction.
[0017] The distribution of the actuators into two pairs of actuators allows an even better distribution of the forces when tilting the panel. In the first movement of the fixing support, two actuators move into the deployed position and two actuators move into the retracted position. In particular, a first pair of actuators each arranged on either side of a first plane of symmetry of the panel move into the deployed position and a second pair of actuators arranged each on either side of the first plane of symmetry of the panel but opposite the first pair along a second plane of symmetry of the panel, move into the retracted position. Such a movement of the actuators allows the panel to be tilted, backwards or forwards. In the second movement of the fixing support, two actuators move into the deployed position and two actuators move into the retracted position. In particular, a first pair of actuators each arranged on either side of the second plane of symmetry of the panel move into the deployed position and a second pair of actuators each arranged on either side of the second plane of symmetry of the panel but opposite the first pair along the first plane of symmetry of the panel, move into the retracted position. Such a movement of the actuators allows the panel to be tilted, to the right or to the left.In the third movement of the mounting bracket, a front-back movement at the same time as a left-right movement is then permitted. In particular, the actuators no longer operate identically in pairs, but operate individually, so that each adopts its own position, between its retracted and deployed position. Thus, the actuators coupled to the two pivot links form a ball joint, allowing movement of the panel in the front-back direction and the left-right direction simultaneously. The panel can then adopt an inclined position along several axes. It is also possible for the mounting bracket to move in a forward-backward direction and a left-right movement, with the actuators operating identically in pairs. This would then be the combination of the first movement of the mounting bracket and the second movement of the mounting bracket.Such a configuration prevents the panel from rotating.
[0018] Advantageously again, the connector being configured to be connected by means of a pivot connection to said base, characterized in that the base is configured to come into abutment against the connector when said panel is tilted relative to said vertical direction, around the axis of rotation of the pivot connection connecting the connector to the base.
[0019] The longitudinal axes of the actuators are inclined and substantially converge at a point belonging to one of the planes of symmetry of the panel in the vertical direction. Such an orientation of the actuators allows a better distribution of the forces when tilting the panel in any of the inclined positions.
[0020] Advantageously again, the connector is configured to be connected by means of a pivot connection to said spray bar, characterized in that the connector is configured to come into abutment against the support when said panel is tilted relative to said vertical direction, around the axis of rotation of the pivot connection configured to connect the connector to the spray bar.
[0021] This stop makes it possible to stop the stroke of the actuators, and thus to define the maximum inclination that the panel can adopt in its front-back movement. If the actuators are gas compasses, this stop makes it possible to avoid reaching the mechanical stop of said gas compasses.
[0022] Advantageously, the panel comprises an end-of-travel sensor associated with each actuator, configured to detect when an actuator reaches the deployed position.
[0023] This stop makes it possible to stop the travel of the actuators, and thus to define the maximum inclination that the panel can adopt in its left-right movement.
[0024] The invention also relates to an agricultural spraying system for agricultural machinery, comprising at least one recovery panel as previously described, a ventilation device and a spray boom, the fixing support of said panel connecting the ventilation device, the spray boom and said recovery panel, the connector being connected by means of a pivot connection to the base and / or to said spray boom.
[0025] The invention also relates to an agricultural machine comprising a spraying system as described above. PRESENTATION OF FIGURES

[0035] It should be noted that the figures set out the invention in detail to enable the invention to be implemented; although not limiting, said figures serve in particular to better define the invention where appropriate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0036] The invention relates to a recovery panel 1 for an agricultural spraying system. The spraying system 1 is configured to be connected to a ventilation device 2. It is also configured to be connected, in particular suspended, to a spraying boom 3.
[0037] In the remainder of the description, a global reference system is adopted, without limitation, comprising a longitudinal direction X oriented from back to front in the direction of advancement of the recovery panel 1, a transverse direction Y oriented from right to left, and a vertical direction Z oriented from bottom to top. The longitudinal directions X and transverse directions Y are horizontal and substantially parallel to a ground (not shown).
[0038] The recovery panel 1 extends mainly in the vertical direction Z, from bottom to top, between a base 100 and a top 110 ([Fig.l]).
[0039] The recovery panel 1 comprises a fixing support 4 at its top 110. This fixing support 4 is configured to connect the ventilation device 2, the spray bar 3 and the recovery panel 1. In particular, the fixing support 4 connects, on the one hand, the panel 1 to the spray bar 3 and, on the other hand, connects the panel 1 to the ventilation device 2.
[0040] As shown in [Fig.2], the fixing support 4 comprises a base 5, a connector 6, a support 7 and at least one actuator 8.
[0041] The base 5 is fixed on the top 110 of the recovery panel 1. The connector 6 is connected on the one hand to the base 5 and on the other hand to the spray bar 3. The support 7 is connected on the one hand to the spray bar 3 and supports the ventilation device 2.
[0042] In particular, the connector 6 is connected to the base 5 by means of a first pivot connection 9 and / or to the spray bar 3 by means of a second pivot connection 10.
[0043] In a particular embodiment of the invention (not shown), the connector 6 is connected to the base 5 by means of the first pivot connection 9. The first pivot connection 9 then allows movement of the panel 1 in the longitudinal direction X, i.e. a front-back movement of the panel 1. In this embodiment, the pivot connection 9 is the only pivot connection of the fixing support 4. Thus, the only permitted movement of the panel is a front-back movement, in the longitudinal direction X.
[0044] In another particular embodiment of the invention (not shown), the connector 6 is connected to the spray bar 3 by means of the second pivot connection 10. The second pivot connection 10 then allows a movement of the panel 1 in the transverse direction Y, that is to say a left-right movement of the panel 1. In this embodiment, the pivot connection 10 is the only pivot connection of the fixing support 4. Thus, the only authorized movement of the panel is a left-right movement, in the transverse direction Y.
[0045] In yet another embodiment, shown in the figures, the connector 6 is connected to the base 5 by means of the first pivot connection 9 and to the spray bar 3 by means of the second pivot connection 10. The first pivot connection 9 allows the movement of the panel 1 in the longitudinal direction X, that is to say the front-rear movement of the panel 1 and the second pivot connection 10 allows the movement of the panel 1 in the transverse direction Y, that is to say the left-right movement of the panel 1. Thus, two movements are permitted, a front-rear movement, in the longitudinal direction X and a left-right movement, in the transverse direction Y.
[0046] In this embodiment, the axis of rotation of the first pivot connection 9 and the axis of rotation of the second pivot connection 10 are intersecting. Advantageously, said axes of rotation 9 and 10 are orthogonal.
[0047] In addition, the base 5 is connected to the support 7 by means of the actuator 8.
[0048] Advantageously, the fixing support 4 comprises at least one pair of actuators 8. The actuators 8 are arranged on each side of a first plane of symmetry of the panel 1, formed by the vertical direction Z and the longitudinal direction X. The first end 81 of each actuator 8 is then connected to the base 5 and the second end 82 of each actuator 8 is connected to the support 7.
[0049] In the embodiment shown in the figures, the fixing support 4 comprises four actuators 8, arranged in pairs, on either side of the recovery panel 1, on each side of a second plane of symmetry of the panel 1, formed by the vertical direction Z and the longitudinal direction Y. The first end 81 of each actuator 8 is connected to the base 5 and the second end 82 of each actuator 8 is connected to the support 7.
[0050] The actuators 8 are movable between a retracted position and a deployed position along a longitudinal axis of the actuator ([Fig.3]). Said actuators 8 can also adopt an intermediate position called the rest position, visible in [Fig.2], in other words, the actuators are at an open center distance in the rest position.
[0051] Each actuator 8 comprises a first end 81 and a second end 82. The first end 81 is connected to the base 5 and the second end 82 is connected to the support 7.
[0052] The actuator 8 is configured to, when a force is applied to said panel 1, move from the rest position ([Fig.2]) to the deployed and / or retracted position ([Fig.3]) so as to allow the panel to tilt relative to the vertical direction Z, around the axis of rotation of the pivot connection 9 and / or the pivot connection 10, and to, when said force is no longer applied to said panel 1, move from the deployed and / or retracted position to the rest position so that said panel 1 extends mainly in the vertical direction Z. The first end 81 of each actuator 8 is connected to the base 5 and said second end 82 of each actuator 8 is connected to the support 7.
[0053] Furthermore, the longitudinal axis of each actuator 8 is inclined relative to the first and / or second plane of symmetry of the panel 1, said longitudinal axes being concurrent at a point belonging to one of said planes of symmetry.
[0054] Thus, as shown in [Fig.2], when the actuators 8 are in the rest position, the recovery panel 1 extends mainly in the vertical direction Z. In this rest position of the actuators 8 and this vertical position of the panel 1, the fixing support 4 is in a so-called initial position.
[0055] [Fig. 3] represents a first movement of the fixing support 4. Following this first movement, two actuators 8 are in the rest position and two actuators 8 in the retracted position (only one actuator in the retracted position is made visible). In particular, a first pair of actuators 8, each arranged on either side of the first plane of symmetry of the panel 1, are in the deployed position, and a second pair of actuators 8, each arranged on either side of the first plane of symmetry of the panel 1 but opposite the first pair along the second plane of symmetry of the panel 1, are in the retracted position. Such a position of the actuators 8 allows the panel 1 to be tilted, backwards or forwards.
[0056] Furthermore and as shown in [Fig.7], the base 5 is configured to come into abutment against the connector 6 when the panel 1 is tilted relative to the vertical direction Z, around the axis of rotation of the pivot connection 9 connecting the connector 6 to the base 5.
[0057] This stop makes it possible to stop the travel of the actuators 8, here of the first pair of actuators 8 and thus to define the maximum inclination that the panel 1 can adopt.
[0058] Also, the first pair of actuators 8 can be in the retracted position and the second in the deployed position, the actuators 8 would then allow the tilting of the panel 1, towards the front.
[0059] [Fig.4] represents a second movement of the fixing support 4. Following this second movement, two actuators 8 are in the deployed position and two actuators 8 in the retracted position (only one actuator in the retracted position is made visible). In particular, a first pair of actuators 8 each arranged on either side of the second plane of symmetry of the panel 1 are in the deployed position and a second pair of actuators 8 each arranged on either side of the second plane of symmetry of the panel 1 but opposite the first pair along the first plane of symmetry of the panel 1 are in the retracted position. Such a position of the actuators 8 allows the panel 1 to tilt to the right.
[0060] Furthermore and as shown in [Fig.8], the connector 6 is configured to come into abutment against the support 7 when the panel 1 is tilted relative to the vertical direction Z, around the axis of rotation of the pivot connection 10 connecting the connector 6 to the spray bar 3.
[0061] This stop makes it possible to stop the travel of the actuators 8, here of the first pair of actuators 8 and thus to define the maximum inclination that the panel 1 can adopt.
[0062] Also, the first pair of actuators 8 can be in the retracted position and the second in the deployed position, the actuators 8 would then allow the tilting of the panel 1, towards the left.
[0063] [Fig. 5] represents a third movement of the fixing support 4. Due to this third movement, the connector 6 has pivoted relative to the base 5 around the first pivot connection 9 and the connector has pivoted relative to the spray bar 3 around the second pivot connection 10. A front-back movement at the same time as a left-right movement is then permitted. In particular, the actuators 8 no longer operate in pairs, but individually, so that each adopts its own position, between their retracted and deployed position. Thus, the actuators coupled to the two pivot connections form a ball joint, allowing movement of the panel 1 in the front-back direction and the left-right direction simultaneously. The panel 1 can then adopt a plurality of inclined positions.
[0064] Furthermore, the fixing support 4 comprises a support part 11. The support part 11 connects on the one hand the actuator 8 to the base 5. In particular, the support part 11 is connected to the base 5 by a pivot-type connection and to the first end 81 of the actuator 8 by another pivot-type connection. Thus, the support part 11 makes it possible to increase the travel of the actuator 8 between its rest position and its deployed position.
[0065] Increasing the stroke makes it possible to avoid excessive rigidity and resistance of the fixing support 4, and therefore of the panel 1. The support part 11 makes it possible to prevent the fixing support from breaking.
[0066] According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the support part 11 comprises a connecting rod. The use of a connecting rod in fact allows the stroke of the actuator 8 to be increased, as described above, before the panel 1 is in mechanical stop. Said connecting rods thus ensure the safeguarding of the actuators, in particular the gas compasses which are at an open center distance in the rest position.
[0067] Advantageously, the actuator 8 is a gas cylinder or a gas compass. When the actuator is a gas compass, the support part 11 is all the more suitable, in order to avoid any breakage of the gas compass, which is open in the rest position.
[0068] According to a variant not shown, the actuator may be a hydraulic cylinder.
[0069] Advantageously again, the actuator 8 is configured to, when the force applied to the panel having caused it to tilt is no longer so, return to its rest position, allowing the panel to extend mainly in the vertical direction Z. To this end, the actuator comprises a return force allowing the actuator to return to the rest position from its retracted position and / or from its deployed position.
[0070] Advantageously, the actuator 8 is configured to dampen the oscillations of the panel 1 during its movement from the vertical position to the inclined position or during the movement from the inclined position to the vertical position.
[0071] The invention also relates to an agricultural spraying system for agricultural machinery. The system comprises at least one recovery panel 1, advantageously two panels 1 facing each other. The system further comprises a ventilation device 2 and a spray bar 3, the fixing support 4 of the panel 1 connects the ventilation device 2, the spray bar 3 and the recovery panel 1, the connector 6 being connected by means of a pivot connection to the base 5 and / or to the spray bar 3.
[0072] The fixing support 4 of the recovery panel 1 allows the panel to tilt into a plurality of inclined positions upon contact with an obstacle generating a force on said panel 1. Thus, collisions of the panel 1 against the obstacle are avoided and the resulting damage is also avoided.
[0073] The invention also relates to an agricultural machine comprising at least one spraying system as described previously.
[0074] According to a variant not shown, the recovery panel 1 of the invention comprises one or a plurality of end-of-travel sensors associated with each actuator and configured to detect when the corresponding actuator reaches the deployed position.
[0075] In particular, these end-of-travel sensors allow the user to be warned when the recovery panel 1 has collided with an obstacle.
[0076] The invention is not limited to the embodiments previously described but extends to any embodiment consistent with its spirit.
