Description

Title of the invention: Roller shutter tube support, protective installation, in particular for roller shutters, and associated assembly method

[0001] The present invention relates to a roller shutter tube support, a protection installation comprising such a support and a method of assembling such a support.

[0002] In buildings whose walls facing the exterior have openings receiving joinery such as a door or a window, these openings are generally equipped with a protection installation, for example against intrusions, with a screen such as a roller shutter, or a solar protection installation, with for example a screen such as a solar canvas, a roller shutter, a slatted blind or an adjustable sunshade, also called "BSO", or even an anti-insect protection installation, with a mosquito net.

[0003] In general, the protective screen is attached to a tube, which is housed in a receiving volume provided in the upper part of an opening. According to non-limiting examples, the receiving volume is delimited by a casing of the roller shutter installation, or is provided directly in the wall, for example in a lintel, etc. The tube comprises two end bearings, which are each supported by a flange, so that the tube is pivotally mounted, relative to the flanges, around a winding axis.

[0004] Each flange is generally supported by a tab, which is fixed to other elements of the protection installation, in particular each tab is generally fitted into a respective guide slide of the protection screen. A guide tulip for the apron is provided at each slide, to guide the apron in the corresponding slide. Each tulip is generally clipped onto the tab. Each flange forms, with the associated tulip, a support for the roller shutter.

[0005] FR-3 115 809-A1 describes, for example, a tube support comprising a flange, a tab and a tulip. The flange comprises an elastic tab cut into the body of the flange and pins fixed to the body of the flange, while the tab comprises notches complementary to the pins, the assembly of the flange to the tab being locked by the elastic tab. During assembly, the force required to push back the elastic tab is generally significant. In addition, to secure the assembly, an additional step is necessary, the installer deforming the tab using a tool, which requires significant force.

[0006] It is these problems that the invention more particularly intends to remedy, by proposing a tube support which is easier to assemble, in particular without require significant effort.

[0007] To this end, the invention relates to a support, configured to support a winding tube of a roller shutter installation.

[0008] According to the invention, the support comprises: - a flange, which has a front face extending orthogonally to a winding axis, and a rear face opposite the front face, the flange comprising: • a footprint configured to receive an end bearing of the winding tube, and • a portion of attachment, - a leg, which includes: • a fixing stud, which has a flattened and elongated shape, the stud extending in a stud plane along a fixing axis and being configured to be fixed to the attachment portion of the flange, and • a fitting, which has an elongated and flattened shape extending in a fitting plane along a fitting axis, the fitting being configured to be secured to a wall, the fitting having a free end and a captive end, which is opposite the free end and which is connected to the tenon, - a tulip, which provides a conduit for fitting the fitting and which comprises a first elastic clip configured to cooperate, in particular by complementarity of shape, with a first orifice provided in the fitting, so as to fix the tulip to the fitting when the fitting is fitted into the conduit, the tulip and the tab fixed to the tulip together forming a first subassembly in a fitted configuration,

[0009] in which: - the attachment portion comprises a bottom wall, which is set back from the front face and which is connected to the rest of the attachment portion by two side walls, the side walls being substantially parallel to a direction of insertion of the attachment portion and delimiting between them a passage for the tenon, - the attachment portion comprises an opening, which is cut out in the flange and which defines a front side of the bottom wall, the passage opening on the side of the rear face through the opening, - the tenon is configured to be inserted into the passage according to an insertion movement, the insertion movement being a translation movement parallel to the insertion direction, the fixing axis being aligned with the insertion direction, so that one end of the tenon, passing through the opening, bears against the rear face of the flange, - when the fitting is fitted into the conduit, forming the first sub-assembly, and the tenon is inserted into the passage, the movements of the first sub-assembly relative to the flange are limited to a translation parallel to the direction of insertion, - the tulip comprises a second elastic clip, which is configured to cooperate with a second orifice provided on the flange when the first subassembly is in the fitted configuration, so as to prevent translational movements of the first subassembly relative to the flange parallel to the insertion direction, the support being in an assembled configuration when the second elastic clip cooperates with the second orifice.

[0010] Thanks to the invention, the assembly of the support is particularly easy and quick, requiring no particular effort, the support parts being held in place by means of the first and second clips of the tulip. The effort to be provided corresponds to the deformation of the elastic clips, this effort being reduced and not very painful.

[0011] According to advantageous but not obligatory aspects of the invention, such a support may incorporate one or more of the following characteristics taken in isolation or in any technically admissible combination: - the tab is in an assembled position relative to the flange when the support is in the assembled configuration,

[0012] whereas the flange comprises a stop, which is configured to bear against the tab so as to limit the insertion movement of the tenon into the passage, the tab bearing against the stop when the tab is in the assembled position relative to the flange,

[0013] and that the second clip is configured to prevent translational movements of the first subassembly relative to the flange in a direction opposite to the insertion direction. - The tenon plane and the fitting plane are coplanar with each other, the tenon and the fitting forming an elbow, the fixing axis being inclined relative to the fitting axis,

[0014] while the stop is arranged so as to bear on an inner edge of the fitting, on an inner side of the elbow. - The tulip comprises an outer wall and an inner wall, which are arranged opposite each other and which are connected to each other by a bottom, the inner wall, the outer wall and the bottom being configured to guide an edge of a screen 24 of the roller shutter installation on a front side of the bottom,

[0015] while the tulip also comprises a second wall, which is arranged opposite a rear side of the bottom, the rear side being oriented opposite the front side, the

[0022] second wall and the bottom together delimiting the tulip conduit and being connected to each other by guides, that the guides are configured to guide the fitting fitted into the conduit, so that the fitting is kept at a distance from the second wall, leaving a gap, and that the gap is configured so that, when the support is in the assembled configuration: • a part of the bottom wall of the attachment portion is received in the gap, • the front face of the flange rests against the rear side of the bottom of the tulip. The invention also relates to a mounting subassembly, comprising - two tube supports, at least one of the supports being as defined above, and - a winding tube with two end bearings, each of the bearings being supported by a respective flange, the tube being pivotally mounted relative to the flanges. The invention also relates to a protection installation, in particular a roller shutter, comprising: - a mounting sub-assembly as defined previously, - a protective screen, in particular a roller shutter screen, which is attached to the winding tube and which is configured to wind around the tube or unwind from the tube, depending on the rotational movements of the tube, in which the supports are integral with a wall and are located above an opening made in this wall. According to another aspect, the invention relates to a method of assembling a flange as described above, the assembly method comprising the successive steps of: a. fit the fitting into the tulip conduit until the first elastic clip engages with the first orifice provided on the fitting, so as to form the first sub-assembly, b. then insert the tenon into the passage in the direction of insertion, until the second elastic clip cooperates with the second hole provided on the flange, so as to form the support. The invention will be better understood, and other advantages thereof will appear more clearly in the light of the following description of an embodiment of a roller shutter flange, of a roller shutter installation and of an assembly method, in accordance with its principle, given solely by way of example and with reference to the appended drawings, in which:

[0027] [Fig.5] [Fig.5] represents in perspective, on two inserts a) and b), the support of [Fig.3], the support being represented respectively in the first intermediate configuration, certain parts being hidden, and in an assembled configuration, and

[0028] [Fig.6] [Fig.6] represents respectively, on two inserts a) and b), two sections, according to two parallel planes Via and VIb in [Fig.5], of the mounting subassembly of [Fig.3] in assembled configuration.

[0029] A protection installation 10 is schematically represented in [Fig.l]. The installation 10 is here an intrusion protection installation, which comprises a roller shutter. The protection installation 10 is therefore here a roller shutter installation.

[0030] The installation 10 is fixed to a wall 12, assumed to be flat and vertical, in which an opening 14 is provided which passes through the wall 12. The opening 14 is here hidden by a protective screen 24, which belongs to the protective installation 10. The protective screen 24 is here a roller shutter apron. According to non-limiting alternatives, the screen 24 is a solar canvas, or even a mosquito net, etc.

[0031] The installation 10 here comprises a box 18, which is schematically represented in dotted lines. The box 18 is fixed to the wall 12, above the opening 14. The box 18 has an elongated, generally parallelepiped shape and extends in its length along a box axis A18. The box axis A18 is assumed to be horizontal. The description is made in relation to the orientation of the parts of the installation 10 as represented in the drawings, knowing that it may be otherwise in reality. The installation 10 has a structure that is generally symmetrical with respect to a transverse plane T18 of the installation, the transverse plane T18 being orthogonal to the box axis A18.

[0032] The trunk 18 provides a receiving volume VI8 for other parts of the installation 10, as described below. According to non-limiting examples, the Chest 18 is made by assembling planks.

[0033] According to a first alternative not shown, the receiving volume VI8 is delimited in part by the wall 12, for example is managed in the wall 12, in particular in a lintel delimiting the opening 14 in the upper part of the opening 14. This configuration corresponds to a so-called “half-lintel” assembly. According to a second alternative not shown, the receiving volume VI8 is essentially contained in the lintel, according to a so-called “lintel” assembly configuration. These alternatives are not limiting.

[0034] The installation 10 comprises a tube 20, which is here a winding tube of the screen 24, and two supports 30, which are integral with the wall 12 and which are configured to support the tube 20. The two supports 30 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the transverse plane T18 of the installation 10, the two supports 30 having overall a symmetrical structure with respect to each other. What is valid for one of the two supports 30 is transposable to the other support 30.

[0035] The tube 20 comprises two opposite ends, each of which is equipped with an end bearing 22. Each of the end bearings 22 is supported by a respective support 30, so that the tube 20 is pivotally mounted relative to the supports 30, around the trunk axis A18.

[0036] Each of the supports 30 respectively supports one of the end bearings 22 of the winding tube 20, so that the tube 20 is pivotally mounted relative to the supports 30 around the winding axis A18. The two supports 30 assembled to the tube 20 together form a mounting subassembly 40 of the installation 10.

[0037] An upper end 25A of the screen 24 is attached to the tube 20, here by means of two locks 26 belonging to the installation 10. It is understood that depending on the direction of rotation of the tube 20 around the trunk axis A18, the screen 24 winds around the tube 20, or unwinds, a lower end 25B of the screen 24 rising or falling in front of the opening 14. By extension, the trunk axis A18 is also a winding axis of the tube 20.

[0038] The rotation of the tube 20 is controlled by a user by means of a drive device. The drive device is not shown. Depending on the configurations, the drive device is either manual, for example with a crank and a gear system or with a belt device, or motorized, with an electric motor. In the case of a motorized drive device, a part of the motor is generally received in the tube 20, while a pivoting head of the motor protrudes from the tube and forms one of the bearings of the tube.

[0039] Each support 30 is secured to the wall 12, that is to say fixed to the wall 12, either directly or by means of another element of the installation 10. In the example illustrated, each support 30 is fixed to a respective slide 32, the slide 32 being fixed to the wall 12. The installation 10 thus comprises two slides 32, which are located opposite one another, symmetrically with respect to the transverse plane T18. Each slide 32 extends vertically along one side of the opening 14, the two slides 32 serving to guide the screen 24, in particular during the upward or downward movements of the lower end 25B of the screen 24.

[0040] In the illustrated example, each bearing 22 comprises a part with a star shape, which is received in a complementary shaped imprint formed in the support 30. Each bearing 22 thus received in the complementary imprint is locked in rotation, relative to the support 30, around the winding axis A18. The shape of the bearing 22 is not limiting as long as the bearing 22 is locked in rotation when it is in the imprint 312.

[0041] In the example illustrated, the star-shaped imprint 312 receives the bearing 22 of the winding tube 20. Of course, the flange 300 is configured to receive any type of part having a shape compatible with the imprint 312, in particular an adaptation part, as described in the published application FR3118479 (A1).

[0042] The support 30 shown on the right of [Fig. 1] is shown on a larger scale, with the associated slide 32 and the associated end bearing 22, in [Fig. 2]. The remainder of the description is made with reference to this support 30.

[0043] Each support 30 comprises a tab 100, a tulip 200 and a flange 300.

[0044] The tab 100 is here formed in a metal plate, preferably made of steel. The tab 100 is for example manufactured by cutting. With reference to [Fig. 4], the tab 100 comprises a fixing tenon 102, by which the tab 100 is configured to be assembled to the flange 300, and a fitting 104, by which the tab 100 is configured to be secured to the wall 12. The fitting 104 having a free end 105, which here has a tapered shape, and a captive end, which is opposite the free end 105 and which is connected to the tenon 102. In the example illustrated, the tabs 100 are secured to the wall 12 by means of the slides 32, the fitting 104 of each tab 100 being fixed to a respective slide 32, which is fixed to the wall 12.

[0045] The tenon 102 has a flattened and elongated shape, the tenon 102 extending in a tenon plane P102 along a fixing axis A102. The fitting 104 has an elongated and flattened shape extending in a fitting plane P104 along a fitting axis A104.

[0046] With reference to Figures 2 and 3, the tulip 200 comprises an outer wall 202A and an inner wall 202B, which are arranged opposite each other and which are connected to each other by a bottom 202C. The outer wall 202A and the inner wall 202B diverge from each other, hence the name “tulip”. The outer wall 202A, the inner wall 202B and the bottom 202C are configured to guide an edge of the screen 24 of protection of a front side of the bottom 202C, so as to limit the friction of the screen 24 on the corresponding slide 32.

[0047] The tulip 200 provides a conduit 204 for fitting the fitting 104, in particular for fitting the free end 104 of the fitting 104. The tulip 200 comprises a first elastic clip 206 configured to cooperate, in particular by complementarity of shape, with a first orifice 106 provided in the fitting 104, so as to fix the tulip 200 to the fitting 104 when the fitting 104 is fitted into the conduit 204, in a fitted position of the tab 100 relative to the tulip 200. When the fitting 104 is in the fitted position in the conduit 204, the tulip 200 and the tab 100 together form a first subassembly 50, which is then in a so-called “fitted” configuration.

[0048] The flange 300 has a front face 302A, which is generally planar and which extends orthogonally to the winding axis A18, and a rear face 302B opposite the front face 302A. The flange 300 comprises a fixing portion 310, which comprises an imprint 312, configured to receive one of the end bearings 22 of the winding tube 20. The front face 302A faces the tube 20 when the tube 20 is assembled to the support 30.

[0049] The flange 300 also comprises a peripheral portion 350, which is configured to be secured to the rest of the roller shutter installation 10 and in which a slot 352 is provided for receiving the fixing portion 310. The slot 352, which here has the shape of an oblong hole, comprises two opposite straight edges 352A and 352B which are parallel to an adjustment axis A352. The shape of the slot 352 is not limiting.

[0050] The fixing portion 310 is configured to be assembled to the peripheral portion 350 by being received in the lumen 352 in an assembled configuration of the flange 300. The fixing portion 310 is here made of synthetic polymer material, and is preferably produced by hot injection. The peripheral portion 350 is here made of a metal plate, preferably steel, and is produced in particular by cutting and / or stamping.

[0051] As described below, the fixing portion 310 is advantageously adjustable in position relative to the peripheral portion 350 along the adjustment axis A352. It is thus possible to adjust a position of the tube 20 relative to the supports 30, during the assembly of the installation 10, in particular as a function of the size of the screen 24.

[0052] In the illustrated example, the fixing portion 310 comprises a wall 314, which defines the imprint 312. The wall 314, and by extension the imprint 312, have a cylindrical shape centered on the winding axis A18, the wall 314 delimiting an internal volume V312 which is configured to receive one of the end bearings 22 of the winding tube 20 according to an insertion movement F312 of the bearing 22 into the imprint 312. The wall 314 has an internal side, oriented towards the internal volume V312, and an external side, oriented opposite the internal side.

[0053] The insertion movement F312, which is represented by an arrow in [Fig. 3], is a translation movement parallel to the winding axis A18. The bearing 22 has a shape complementary to the imprint 312, so that the bearing 22 is locked in rotation relative to the fixing portion 310, and by extension relative to the flange 300, around the winding axis A18.

[0054] Advantageously, the flange 30 incorporates a locking device, which facilitates the assembly of the bearing 22 to the flange 30. Thus, the fixing portion 310 also comprises an opening 380, which is formed through the wall and which opens into the internal volume. In the example illustrated, the fixing portion 310 comprises three openings 316, which are distributed regularly around the winding axis A18.

[0055] The flange 300 also comprises a locking part 380, which here generally has the shape of a ring 382 with a control tab 384. The control tab 384 is connected to the ring 382 and is configured to be actuated by an installer, so as to control the movements of the locking part 380.

[0056] The ring 382 is arranged on an external side of the wall 314 and cooperates with the wall 314, in particular by sliding surfaces, so that the ring 382 is guided in rotation relative to the fixing portion 310 around the winding axis A18.

[0057] The locking part 380 comprises at least one protrusion 386, which is provided projecting from the ring 382 and which extends from the ring 382 centrifugally to the winding axis A18. Each protrusion 386 is associated with a respective opening 316.

[0058] The locking part 380 is movable relative to the fixing portion 310 between a locking position, in which each protrusion 386 of the locking part 380 protrudes from the associated opening 316 into the internal volume V312 of the imprint 312, and a withdrawn position, in which each protrusion 386 does not protrude into the internal volume V312 of the imprint 312.

[0059] Each protrusion 386 is configured to be received in a complementary hollow 22A, provided in the bearing 22, so as to prevent translational movements of the bearing 22 relative to the fixing portion when the bearing is received in the cavity and the locking part is in the locking position. Each protrusion 386 thus forms a blocking portion of the locking part 380.

[0060] The protrusions 386 here have a tooth shape, while the complementary hollows 22A have a groove shape. These shapes are not limiting. In the example illustrated, each opening 316 is arranged in a plane transverse to the winding axis A18.

[0061] In the example illustrated, the ring 382 is guided in rotation relative to the part of fixing 310, also the locking and retracted positions are angular positions of the ring 382 relative to the fixing portion 310 around the winding axis A18. The control tab 384 thus makes it possible to move the locking part 380 between its retracted position and its locking position.

[0062] The flange 300 advantageously comprises inscriptions 304, for example pictograms and / or alphanumeric characters, which are arranged so as to indicate to the user, as a function of an angular position of the control tab 384 around the winding axis A18, whether the locking part 380 is in one or the other of the locking position or the withdrawn position.

[0063] In the illustrated example, the inscriptions 304 are engravings, which are located on the peripheral portion 350 and which here represent a closed padlock and an open padlock.

[0064] The fixing portion 310 and the peripheral portion 350 each comprise a front face, which together form the front face 302A of the flange 300 when the fixing portion 310 is assembled to the peripheral portion 350, as shown in [Fig.2], where the flange 300 is in a so-called “engaged” configuration.

[0065] The flange 300 comprises stop means, which are arranged in at least one of the elements chosen from the peripheral portion 350 and the fixing portion 310. The stop means are configured to limit the relative movements of the fixing portion 310 with respect to the peripheral portion 350 to translational movements along the mounting axis A352 when the stop means are in an engaged configuration, the flange then being in the engaged configuration.

[0066] In the example illustrated, the stop means comprise a peripheral rim 354, which is provided on the peripheral portion 350 at the edge of the light 352. The peripheral rim 354 includes two straight segments 354A and 354B, which are each provided set back from the front face of the peripheral portion 350 and which form the straight edges 352A and 352B of the light 352. The peripheral rim 354 is here discontinuous, so as not to generate the movements of the tongue 384.

[0067] The stop means also comprise two complementary segments 332A and 332B, which are arranged on the fixing portion 310, each complementary segment 332A or 332B being configured to cooperate, in particular by complementarity of shapes, so as to slide against a respective straight segment 354A or 354B when the flange 30 is in the engaged configuration. Advantageously, when the flange 300 is in the engaged configuration, the front face of the fixing portion 310 is coplanar with the front face of the peripheral portion 350. This avoids the risks of interference with the screen 24 during use of the installation 10. The arrangement and the shape of the stop means are not limiting.

[0068] The flange 300 also comprises adjustment means. The stop means and the adjustment means are configured so that, when assembling the portion of attachment 310 to the peripheral portion 350, the attachment portion 310 is adjustable in position relative to the peripheral portion 350 along the adjustment axis A352.

[0069] In the illustrated example, the adjustment means comprise notches 356, which are regularly distributed along at least one of the straight edges 352A or 352B of the light 352, the notches 356 arranged along the same edge forming a row 358 of notches. In the illustrated example, notches 356 are arranged along each of the straight edges 352A and 352B, the peripheral portion thus comprising two rows 358 of notches 356. The notches 356 here have a rectangular profile and are arranged by notches cut out in the straight segments 354A and 354B. Two successive notches 356 are thus separated by a notch, a pitch between two successive notches 354 being equal to a length, measured parallel to the adjustment axis A352, of one notch and one notch.

[0070] The adjustment means also comprise teeth 336, which are provided on the fixing portion 310 and which are configured to cooperate, by complementarity of shape, with a portion of the notches 356, so as to prevent translational movements of the fixing portion 310 relative to the peripheral portion 350 along the adjustment axis A352 when the flange is in the engaged configuration. The teeth 336 are then engaged in some of the notches 356. By extension, the adjustment means are also said to be in an engaged configuration.

[0071] The teeth 336 here each have a profile corresponding to the notches between two successive notches 356. Preferably, the teeth 336 have the same profile as the notches 356. In the example illustrated, several teeth 336 are provided along each straight segment 332A and 332B of the fixing portion 310, forming rows 338 of teeth 336.

[0072] Thus, during assembly of the flange 300, the position of the fixing portion 310 relative to the peripheral portion 350 along the adjustment axis A352 is adjustable incrementally, according to an adjustment step corresponding to a step between two successive notches 356. The adjustment step depends on the shape of the notches 356 and the teeth 336, which allows a finer adjustment compared to the known devices of the prior art, in particular an adjustment independent of the size of the imprint 312, which accommodates the bearing 22. In the example illustrated, the step between two successive notches 356 is equal to 10 mm, compared to a diameter of the star-shaped bearing 22, of the order of 60 mm. Each row 358 of notches 356 here has five notches, while each row 338 of teeth 336 here comprises three teeth 336. It is thus possible to choose between three different positions.

[0073] Advantageously, inscriptions are provided on the flange 300, so as to indicate to the installer the position in which he must assemble the fixing portion 310 and the peripheral portion 350. The inscriptions are not shown.

[0074] More generally, it is understood that the adjustment in position of the fixing portion 310 relative to the peripheral portion 350 is possible with a single row 358 of notches 356. The configuration with two rows 358 of notches is however preferred because it allows better recovery of the forces transmitted during use of the installation 10, which reduces the risks of accidental breakage of the fixing part 310.

[0075] The support 30 is now detailed, with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6.

[0076] The tenon plane P102 and the fitting plane P104 are here coplanar with each other the other, the tenon 102 and the fitting 104 forming an elbow. In other words, the fixing axis A102 is inclined relative to the fitting axis A104 by an angle a100. The angle a100 is zero when the fixing axis A102 is aligned with the fitting axis A104. In the context of the invention, the angle a100 is non-zero. Typically, the angle a100 is between 10° and 90°, preferably between 20° and 70°, more preferably between 30° and 60°. In the example illustrated, the angle a100 is equal to 45°. The fitting 104 comprises an inner edge 108, which is located on an inner side of the bend formed by the tenon 102 and the fitting 104.

[0077] The flange 300 comprises, in addition to the fixing portion 310, an attachment portion 390, by which the flange 300 is configured to be fixed to the tenon 102. In the example illustrated, the flange comprises the peripheral portion 350 and the fixing portion 310, the attachment portion 390 here being a part of the peripheral portion 350. Of course, the principles of the invention can be transposed to other flange structures.

[0078] The attachment portion 390 comprises a bottom wall 392, which is set back from the front face 302A of the flange 300 and which is connected to the rest of the attachment portion 390 by two side walls 394A and 394B. The two side walls 394A and 394B are substantially parallel to each other, are arranged opposite each other and delimit between them, with the bottom wall 392, a passage 396 for the tenon 102. The two side walls 394A and 394B define an insertion direction A396 of the attachment portion 390.

[0079] The tulip 200 comprises, in addition to the first clip 206 for assembly to the fitting 104, a second clip 210, which is configured to cooperate with a second orifice 398 provided on the flange 300, so as to prevent translational movements of the first subassembly 50 relative to the flange 300 parallel to the insertion direction A 396, when the tenon 102 is received in the passage 396. The support 30 is then in an assembled configuration, as shown in FIG. 5a).

[0080] In the example illustrated, the second clip 210 comprises an elastic tab 212, of elongated shape, which is connected by one end to the rest of the tulip 200 and which comprises, at another end, a bulge 214, which here has the shape of a cylinder of circular section, with a bevel 216. The second orifice 398 has a complementary shape of the second clip 210, here a cylindrical shape, configured to receive the bulge 214. The bevel 214 makes it possible to elastically deform the tab 212 during the assembly of the first subassembly 410 to the flange 300.

[0081] The assembly of the support 30 is thus particularly easy and quick to implement, and does not require any particular effort. Thus, according to examples, a method of assembling the support 30 comprises the successive steps consisting of: a. fitting the fitting 104 into the conduit 204 of the tulip 200 until the first elastic clip 206 cooperates with the first orifice 106 provided on the fitting 104, so as to form the first subassembly 410, b. then, inserting the tenon 102 into the passage 396 in the insertion direction A396, until the second elastic clip 210 cooperates with the second orifice 398 provided on the flange 300, so as to form the support 30.

[0082] With reference to [Fig.5] a), the tulip 200 advantageously comprises a second wall 220, which is arranged opposite the bottom 202C of the tulip 200, on a rear side of the bottom 202C, the rear side being oriented opposite the front side. The second wall 220 and the bottom 202C together delimit the duct 204 of the tulip 200. The second wall 220 and the bottom 202C are connected to each other by guides 222, which are configured to guide the fitting 104 fitted into the duct 204, so that the fitting 104 is kept at a distance opposite the second wall 220, providing a gap 224 between the fitting 104 and the second wall 220. The gap 224 is therefore a portion of the duct 204. The guides 222 here have a parallelepiped shape. When the fitting 104 is fitted into the duct 204, the fitting 104 is guided by the guides 222, the movement of the parallel fitting 104 being a translational movement.

[0083] As illustrated in FIG. 6a), the gap 224 is configured so that, when the support is in the assembled configuration, a portion of the bottom wall 392 of the attachment portion 390 is received in the gap 224, while the front face 302A of the flange 300 bears against the rear side of the bottom of the tulip.

[0084] The attachment portion 380 comprises an opening 400, which is cut out in the flange 300 and which delimits a front side 392A of the bottom wall 392, the passage 386 opening on the side of the rear face 302B of the flange 300 via the opening 400. The opening 400 is here a slot, which extends orthogonally to the insertion axis A396.

[0085] The flange 300 comprises a stop, which is configured to bear against the tab 100 so as to limit the insertion movement of the tenon 102 into the passage 396, the tab 100 bearing against the stop when the tab 100 is in position assembled in relation to the 300 flange.

[0086] In the example illustrated, the stop is formed by a third wall 394C, which extends one of the two side walls 394A and 394B connecting the bottom wall 392 to the rest of the attachment portion 390. The third wall 394C, and by extension the stop, is arranged so as to bear on the inner edge 108 of the fitting, on an inner side of the elbow formed by the fitting 104 and the tenon 102.

[0087] The second clip 210 is configured to cooperate with the second orifice 380 when the tab 100 is in abutment against the third wall 394C. When the support 30 is used in an installation 10, as illustrated in [Fig.l], gravity tends to keep the tab 100 in abutment against the third wall 394C.

[0088] In a variant not shown, the stop is arranged differently, for example the stop is formed on the side opposite the bottom wall 312 relative to the opening 400, so that a free end of the tenon 102 comes to bear against the stop, limiting the insertion movement of the tenon 102 into the passage 396.

[0089] In the example illustrated, the bottom wall 392 is formed, in one piece, by cutting and deforming a metal plate. The bottom wall 362 thus forms a continuous surface, on which the tenon rests. It is understood that in the absence of the tulip 200, the tab 100 is not perfectly guided in translation along the insertion axis A396. For example, if one end of the tenon is inserted into the opening 400, it is possible to pivot the fixing tab 100 relative to the flange 300, around an axis substantially aligned with the front edge 392A of the bottom wall 392. The tulip 200, assembled to the tab 100 to form the first subassembly 410, prevents this rotational movement, limiting the movements of the tab 100 relative to the flange 200 to a translational movement along the insertion axis A396.

[0090] In a variant not shown, the bottom wall 392 is made in several parts, for example in two parts, which are cut during the manufacture of the flange 300, the two parts of the bottom wall, located set back from the front face 302A of the flange 300, being separated by a bridge of material which remains aligned with the front face 302A of the flange. The bottom wall 392 and the bridge of material delimit between them the passage 396, so that when the tenon is inserted into the passage, the tenon is guided in translation along the insertion axis A396. Most of the mechanical forces, in particular the torsion forces of the tab 100 inserted in the passage 396, are thus taken up by the flange 300 and the tab 100, which are here metal parts, while the second clip 210 of the tulip 200 serves essentially to secure the assembly of the tab 100 and the flange 300.

[0091] In the example illustrated, the roller shutter installation 10 comprises two flanges 300, the peripheral portions 350 of these two flanges 300 being symmetrical to each other. relative to each other. Therefore, two types of flanges 300 are required to assemble the two protective reinstallation supports 30.

[0092] In a variant not shown, each flange 300 has a symmetrical shape relative to a plane orthogonal to the adjustment axis A352, in particular comprises two attachment portions 390 each providing a passage 396 for receiving a tenon 102. Flanges 300 of the same type can thus be used to assemble the two supports 30 of the protection installation 10, which reduces the number of different spare parts.

[0093] The embodiments and variants mentioned above can be combined with each other to generate new embodiments of the invention.
