Description

Title of the invention: Rotating replacement brush head device for an electric toothbrush Technical field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of electric toothbrush technology, in particular to a rotating replacement brush head device for an electric toothbrush. Prior art

[0002] Electric toothbrushes are usually equipped with removable and replaceable brush heads, also called "replacement heads", so that a common handle can be used by several members of the family, and each has their own individual replacement brush head. And when the brush head is worn out and / or needs to be replaced, in other words, it is enough to replace the brush head, instead of the entire electric toothbrush, including the handle.

[0003] When brushing, various forces must be transmitted by coupling between the replacement brush head and the handle during the brushing operation. These forces specifically include a cleaning force, a driving force, an axial force and a radial force acting on the replacement brush head and / or the handle. The coupling between the replacement brush head and the handle is often achieved by having the radial force absorbed or dissipated in the handle and the axial force absorbed or dissipated in the drive shaft. This is achieved by pushing a tubular connecting element of the replacement brush head towards a coupling rod or the neck of the toothbrush, and coupling the drive shaft disposed in the brush tube of the replacement brush head to a drive shaft projecting from the end of a coupling rod of the handle.

[0004] The electric toothbrush provides high efficiency, portability and good cleaning effect and is therefore widely used, the existing electric toothbrush mainly works on the basis of the rapid rotation of the motor and therefore drives the brush head to vibrate, thus ensuring a good cleaning effect. The existing electric toothbrush has a complex internal structure, too many assembly parts cause corresponding costs in production and a high damage rate of the entire toothbrush; in addition, the high-speed rotation of the motor drives the brush head to vibrate through a transmission component, and instability of the internal structure is likely to cause structural damage, which affects the normal use of the electric toothbrush, thus causing poor cleaning of the teeth.

[0005] At present, for electric toothbrushes on the market, the brush head device is difficult to disassemble and replace flexibly, and it is inflexible and inconvenient to replace the brush head part. Therefore, consumers need an electric toothbrush that is more convenient to use, more flexible to assemble and disassemble, and provides a better tooth cleaning effect. Disclosure of the invention

[0095] In the present embodiment, the cavity 101 comprises at its lower part an opening 16, the opening 16 comprises on its two side walls a first elastic blade 161 and a second elastic blade 162; a first mounting clamping groove 163 is formed between the first elastic blade 161 and the second elastic blade 162, and a spacing groove 164 is formed between the second elastic blade 162 and the side wall 165 of the opening 16; the first elastic blade 161 comprises a first positioning groove 1611; the second elastic blade 162 comprises a second positioning groove 1612; the first elastic blade 161 comprises a first reinforcing block 1631, and the second elastic blade 162 comprises a second reinforcing block 1632.

[0096] The opening portions of the first mounting clamping groove 163 and the spacing groove 164 are notched to guide the brush handle 10 and main motor 30 assembly of the electric toothbrush.

[0097] Preferably, the first positioning groove 1611 and the second positioning groove 1612 each have a semicircular shape to fit a clamping clasp of the main motor 32 of the toothbrush, thereby preventing the brush handle 10 from coming loose. In the first mounting clamping groove 163, the first positioning groove 1611 and the second positioning groove 1612 form a first positioning position and a second positioning position whose shapes are semicircular.

[0098] When mounting the replacement brush head 100, the first mounting clamping groove 163 of the brush handle 10 is opened, so that the main motor clamping clasp 32 can enter the first positioning position and the second positioning position respectively through the first mounting clamping groove 163 and the second mounting clamping groove 164, the first positioning position and the second positioning position of which both sides have a semicircular shape act simultaneously to clamp the main motor clamping clasp 32, so that the replacement brush head 100 is reliably assembled with the main motor 30 of the electric toothbrush.

[0099] The present invention consists in carrying out a drive using an external force (the main motor 30 of the electric toothbrush), the return of the com spring pressure 12 is used as a power source to drive, through the elastic connecting rod 11 and the pin 117, the brush 20 to oscillate relative to the stainless steel rotating shaft 23 as the center to achieve the cleaning effect on the teeth by the bristles 214.

[0100] The replacement brush head device for an electric toothbrush of the present invention optimizes the existing design, and has a simpler structure, simpler mounting, better transmission efficiency and better cleaning effect.

[0101] The above embodiments are only possible embodiments of the present invention, but should not be considered as limiting the scope of protection of the present invention, and any equivalent structural modifications according to the description and figures of the present invention or direct or indirect applications in the related technical fields should be included within the scope of protection of the present invention.
