Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Exterior carpentry intended to dress a bay window of a building Technical field of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of exterior joinery intended to dress a bay of a building. State of the art
[0002] Some exterior joinery is now equipped with at least one electrical device.
[0003] In this sense, there are for example motorized openings, or motorized rolling shutters, in which the operation is provided by an electric motor.
[0004] To avoid complex and tedious connections to the general electrical supply of the dwelling, the exterior joinery can be equipped with photovoltaic sensor means adapted to the electrical supply of said at least one electrical device.
[0005] For example, there are “solar” roller shutters in which the electric motor is powered by photovoltaic cells placed either directly on the shutter box or on the facade of the house.
[0006] However, in practice, this approach is not entirely satisfactory. In particular, the arrangement of the photovoltaic cells makes them particularly conspicuous and does not allow for optimal performance. Presentation of the invention

[0020] - the mechanical assembly means comprise a groove in which comes accommodate the lower edge of the drop, and clamping means, intended to pinch the lower edge of the drop in said groove;
[0021] - said location comprises (i) an upper groove, intended to receive a upper edge of the photovoltaic sensor means, (ii) a front strip, intended to receive a lower part of the photovoltaic sensor means, and (iii) a recess, separating said upper groove and said front strip, intended to receive technical elements of said photovoltaic sensor means;
[0022] - the lower edge of the drop has an attached chute, which is intended to receive at least one electrical cable extending from said photovoltaic sensor means to said at least one electrical device; preferably, said trunking is made of an elastic material;
[0023] - said photovoltaic accessory comprises two lateral cheeks, cooperating with said photovoltaic sensor means and said support member, advantageously by interlocking, in particular to ensure locking of the photovoltaic sensor means with said support member;

[0046] It should be noted that, in these figures, the structural and / or functional elements common to the different variants may have the same references.
[0047] As partially shown in the figures, the present invention relates to exterior joinery 1 intended to dress a bay B of a construction N.
[0048] By “bay B” or “construction bay” is meant an opening made in a wall M of construction N.
[0049] Bay B includes in particular, in the lower part, a lower face Bl, also called a “window sill”.
[0050] By “exterior carpentry”, we advantageously include bay windows, preferably windows.
[0051] Generally speaking, the exterior carpentry 1 comprises:
[0052] - a sleeping frame 2 (also called “sleeping”), and
[0053] - advantageously an opening 3.
[0054] Such exterior joinery 1 is described for example, without being limiting, in the document EPI 129270. Electrical device
[0055] The exterior joinery 1, according to the invention, advantageously forms part of equipment for the construction bay B.
[0056] As shown schematically in [Fig.2], this equipment advantageously comprises:
[0057] - the exterior carpentry 1 according to the invention,
[0058] - at least one electrical device D, and
[0059] - possibly solar protection P, internal or external.
[0060] Said at least one electrical device D is advantageously installed on the exterior woodwork 1 or near the exterior woodwork 1.
[0061] The electrical device D is chosen for example from:
[0062] - a motorization of the opening 3 of the exterior joinery 1,
[0063] - operating means P3 of the solar protection P.
[0064] An external solar protection P advantageously comprises:

[0068] - slides C (preferably two side slides), for guiding the P2 occultant when rolling it up / unrolling it.
[0069] The slides C can route the power cable of the electrical device D. Sleeping frame
[0070] The fixed frame 2 of the exterior joinery 1 is advantageously formed by an assembly of profiles which are for example made of a material chosen from plastic, metal (for example aluminum), wood or a wood / metal mix.
[0071] The sleeping frame 2 (also called “sleeping frame”) comprises a lower crosspiece 21.
[0072] The lower crosspiece 21 advantageously comprises a batten 211, intended to cooperate with the opening 3 in the closed position.
[0073] This flap 211 is advantageously connected to the lower crosspiece 21 by an intermediate flap 212, here horizontal.
[0074] The intermediate flap 212 here carries at least one through passage 213, for the evacuation of runoff water.
[0075] The lower crosspiece 21 also advantageously comprises a panel 214, covering the lower face B1 of the bay B.
[0076] The intermediate flap 212 extends opposite and at a distance from the table 214 to together define a groove 215, opening outwards, intended to prevent infiltration of runoff water. Flapjack
[0077] The lower crosspiece 21 is associated with a flap 4, advantageously added.
[0078] The main role of the flap 4 is to protect the lower crosspiece 21 and the lower face B1 of the bay B against climatic hazards.
[0079] The flap 4 is advantageously made of a material chosen from aluminum, PVC, zinc or galvanized steel.
[0080] Preferably, the flap 4 comprises two parts or two strips, advantageously forming a general L shape:
[0081] - an upper wall 41, secured to the lower crosspiece 21 and advantageously overlying the table 214 of the lower crosspiece 21, and
[0082] - a drop 42, cantilevered or projecting, falling, relative to the table 214 of the lower crosspiece 21 (oriented towards the lower face B1 of bay B).
[0083] The upper wall 41 has two borders:
[0084] - a front edge 411, connected to the drop 42, and
[0085] - a rear edge 412, adjoining the lower crosspiece 21 and housed here in the groove 215 of the sleeping frame 2.
[0086] The bulge 42 also has two edges:
[0087] - a lower border 421, free, and
[0088] - an upper edge 422 connected to the front edge 411 of said wall superior 4L
[0089] As illustrated in connection with [Fig.3], the lower edge 421 of the drop 42 of the flap 4 advantageously comprises a groove 4211 opening downwards (here towards the lower face B1 of the bay B).
[0090] This groove 4211 advantageously has a generally U-shaped section.
[0091] This groove 4211 is advantageously intended to cooperate with a support member 8 and / or a chute 9 described below.
[0092] The flap 4 advantageously extends over the entire length of the lower crosspiece 21. Photovoltaic accessory
[0093] The exterior carpentry 1 according to the invention comprises a photovoltaic accessory 6, added, which comprises:
[0094] - photovoltaic sensor means 7 suitable for the electrical supply of at least least one electrical device D, and
[0095] - a support member 8, carrying the photovoltaic sensor means 7.
[0096] Preferably, as illustrated in [Fig.2], the photovoltaic accessory 6 extends under a general plane 41' passing through the upper wall 41 of the flap 4.
[0097] More preferably, the photovoltaic accessory 6 extends opposite, and cantilevered, relative to the drop 42 of the flap 4.
[0098] More preferably, as illustrated in [Fig.l], the length dimension L6 of the photovoltaic accessory 6 is less than the length dimension L4 of the flap 4.
[0099] For example, such a photovoltaic accessory 6 has a length ranging from 20 cm to 100 cm.
[0100] Due to this particular dimension, the water will then be able to run off the flap 4 and flow out of at least one side of the photovoltaic accessory 6.
[0101] Generally speaking, by “photovoltaic sensor means 7” is meant for example a photovoltaic panel which transforms solar radiation into electricity; this electricity is advantageously stored in a battery.
[0102] The battery can be fixed, for example, near the photovoltaic sensor means 7 or near the electrical device D.
[0103] Furthermore, the support member 8 comprises:
[0104] - a location 81 adapted to the reception of the photovoltaic sensor means 7, the where appropriate installed in front of a slide C of an external solar protection P, and
[0105] - mechanical assembly means 82, adapted to the mechanical assembly of this support organ 8 with the fall 42 of the flap 4.
[0106] According to a preferred embodiment, the support member 8 is formed by at least one profile, preferably made of metallic material (for example steel or aluminum) or composite.
[0107] More preferably, the support member 8 consists of at least one profile comprising the location 81 and the mechanical assembly means 82.
[0108] Preferably, the profile 8 has a length which is advantageously identical, or at least approximately identical, to the photovoltaic sensor means 7. The support member 8 is then formed by a single profile.
[0109] Alternatively, the support member 8 comprises at least two profiles 8 which each have a length which is advantageously less than the photovoltaic sensor means 7.
[0110] The support member 8 then advantageously comprises at least two profiles 8 in the form of legs. The photovoltaic sensor means 7 are then associated with at least two profiles 8 in the form of legs, distributed along its length.
[0111] Each profile 8, forming a leg, has for example a length ranging from 5 to 15 cm.
[0112] Such profiles 8 in the form of legs are advantageously positioned on the length of photovoltaic sensor means 7:
[0113] - two profiles 8 at the two lateral ends of the sensor means photovoltaic 7, and
[0114] - possibly at least one intermediate profile 8.
[0115] Preferably, the location 81 is configured so that the photovoltaic sensor means 7 have an angle ranging from 20° to 50° relative to the horizontal.
[0116] More preferably, as described in connection with [Fig.3], the location 81 comprises:
[0117] - an upper groove 811, intended to receive an upper edge 71 of the 7 photovoltaic sensor means,
[0118] - a front strip 812, intended to receive a lower part 72 of the means photovoltaic sensors 7 (in particular a front strip of its lower face), and
[0119] - a recess 813, separating this upper groove 811 and this front strip 812, intended to receive technical elements 73 from the photovoltaic sensor means 7 (for example electric wires intended to be connected to the battery).
[0120] The front strip 812 advantageously ends with a free edge 8121 which comprises a rib 8122 (advantageously of the water drop type).
[0121] This free edge 8121 is adapted to receive a possible connecting member (not shown) between the front strip 812 and the photovoltaic sensor means 7, for example in the form of clips.
[0122] Alternatively, as shown in [Fig.5], the front strip 812 ends with a lower groove 815, intended to receive a lower edge 75 of the photovoltaic sensor means 7.
[0123] Generally speaking, the connection between the front strip 812 and the photovoltaic sensor means 7 can also be obtained by adhesive means.
[0124] In a complementary or alternative manner, this connection can be ensured by the lower groove 815.
[0125] Preferably, as described in more detail below in connection with [Fig. 3], the mechanical assembly means 82 are adapted to be secured to the lower edge 421 of the drop 42.
[0126] The mechanical assembly means 82 comprise:
[0127] - a groove 821 in which the lower edge 421 of the drop is housed 42, and
[0128] - clamping means 822, intended to pinch the lower edge 421 of the fall 42 in this gorge 821.
[0129] In this case, the groove 821 of the mechanical assembly means 82 is intended here to fit into the groove 4211 formed at the level of the lower edge 421 of the drop 42 of the flap 4.
[0130] In particular, the groove 821 of the mechanical assembly means 82 comprises a rear wall 8211 which is housed in the groove 4211 formed at the level of the lower edge 421 of the drop 42 of the flap 4.
[0131] The clamping means 822 here consist of at least one screw 8221 which is intended to clamp the lower edge 421 of the drop 42 of the flap 4, in collaboration here with the rear wall 8211 of the groove 821 of the mechanical assembly means 82.
[0132] More preferably, the photovoltaic accessory 6 comprises two lateral cheeks 65 (one of these lateral cheeks 65 is illustrated exploded in [Fig.2]).
[0133] These lateral cheeks 65 cooperate with the photovoltaic sensor means 7 and the support member 8, advantageously by interlocking, in particular for finishing and / or to participate in locking the photovoltaic sensor means 7 with the support member 8.
[0134] According to another advantageous embodiment, illustrated in [Fig.4], the lower edge 421 of the drop 42 comprises a chute 9, added, which is intended to receive at least one electric cable 73 extending from the photovoltaic sensor means 7 to said at least one electrical device D.
[0135] The chute 9 is preferably made of an elastic material, for example of a material chosen from EPDM, silicone, TPE, Santoprene or other.
[0136] This chute 9 is advantageously attached to one side, or to each side, of the support member 8.
[0137] Preferably, this chute 9 specifies a generally U-shaped section, comprising two side walls 91. And one of said side walls 91 is intended to be housed, for example by elastic fitting, in the groove 4211 formed at the level of the lower edge 421 of the drop 42 of the flap 4. Installation of the photovoltaic accessory
[0138] In practice, the photovoltaic accessory 6 is attached to the level of the fall 42 of the flap 4.
[0139] For this purpose, in this case, the groove 821 of the mechanical assembly means 82 is positioned so as to fit into the lower edge 421 of the drop 42.
[0140] Then, the clamping means 822 are actuated to lock this assembly.
[0141] If necessary, the photovoltaic accessory 6 can be adjusted along the length of the drop 42 of the flap 4, depending on the exposure of the bay B.
[0142] If necessary, at least one chute 9 is attached to one side, or to each side, of the support member 8.
[0143] Of course, various other modifications may be made to the invention within the scope of the appended claims.
