Description

Title of the invention: Sliding system and associated assembly method Technical field

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of pocket systems. It finds application in particular in the field of building construction and / or renovation. A particularly advantageous application concerns the installation of a pocket system on an interface requiring good thermal insulation performance, for example between the exterior and the interior of a building. STATE OF THE ART

[0002] Generally speaking, a pocket system comprises a frame intended to be fixed to a wall comprising an opening, the wall at least partially delimiting a room of a building. The frame typically comprises a lower crosspiece, an upper crosspiece, the lower crosspiece and the upper crosspiece each extending in a horizontal direction, and a plurality of uprights each extending in a vertical direction from the lower crosspiece to the upper crosspiece. The frame forms at least two spaces: a doorframe facing the opening of the wall and at least one push-out box. The pocket system further comprises at least one leaf mounted to slide in the frame in a sliding direction parallel to the horizontal direction, between the push-out box and the doorframe. Typically, in the closed position of the pocket system, the leaf is arranged so as to conceal the space defined by the doorframe. The leaf can be arranged in a plurality of open positions, in which the leaf is at least partly arranged in the discharge box.

[0003] A pocket system can in particular be placed on an interface wall requiring good thermal insulation performance, for example an entrance airlock or even on a wall at the interface between the exterior and the interior of a building. Therefore, the pocket system comprises one or more insulating panels to maintain good insulation at least thermal. This or these insulating panels are arranged at the level of the discharge box and fixed on the frame.

[0004] The sliding system can be covered after its installation, for example by placing an interior partition on the sliding system, on the inside of the room.

[0005] In order to fix an insulating panel to the frame, a generally used solution is to fix the panel directly to the profiled frame. For this, the sliding system is generally assembled on site piece by piece. However, fixing the Insulating the panel directly onto the frame requires multiple steps and is difficult to achieve good thermal insulation. It also requires experienced personnel.

[0006] There is therefore a need to facilitate the assembly of such sliding systems.

[0007] An object of the present invention is therefore to propose a solution facilitating the installation of a pocket door with good thermal insulation.

[0008] Other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and accompanying drawings. It is understood that other advantages may be incorporated. SUMMARY

[0009] To achieve this objective, according to one aspect, a sliding system is provided comprising: - a frame comprising a lower crosspiece, an upper crosspiece, the lower crosspiece and the upper crosspiece each extending in a horizontal direction, and a plurality of uprights each extending in a vertical direction from the lower crosspiece to the upper crosspiece, the frame forming a doorframe and at least one discharge box, the frame having an inner face intended to be turned towards the inside of a room delimited in part by the system and an outer face intended to be turned towards the outside of this room, - at least one leaf mounted to slide in the frame in a sliding direction parallel to the horizontal direction, between the discharge box and the door frame, the at least one leaf comprising a lower profile configured to cooperate with the lower crosspiece and an upper profile configured to cooperate with the upper crosspiece, - at least one insulating panel placed in the discharge box, - a system for fixing the insulating panel to the frame.

[0010] Advantageously, the at least one insulating panel is arranged on and / or directly above the inner face and / or the outer face of the frame. The fixing system comprises at least one fixing device comprising at least one wedge fixed to the frame and a plurality of wedge locks, each wedge lock being configured to cooperate with said wedge so as to clamp the insulating panel between said wedge and the plurality of wedge locks to support the latter, the at least one wedge and the plurality of wedge locks being configured to cooperate by clipping.

[0011] Thus, the panel is mounted on the frame by means of the fixing device, being clamped and supported between the at least one wedge and the wedge locks. The clip-on cooperation between the at least one wedge and the wedge locks which makes it possible to support the insulating panel. The mounting of the panel is thus facilitated compared to the existing solutions that involve attaching the panel directly to the frame. This solution is simpler to implement than on-site assembly, which remains complex and requires experience. Thermal insulation using the insulating panel is therefore more efficient and reproducible. Assembly time is also reduced.

[0012] In order to limit the disadvantages associated with the on-site assembly of existing solutions, the person skilled in the art would have sought to maximize the assembly steps in the factory by directly fixing the insulation panel to the frame in the factory. However, this assembly remains complex and poorly suited to industrial manufacturing. The pocket system according to the first aspect therefore makes it possible to facilitate assembly of the pocket system, and in particular the assembly of the insulation panel on the frame, while presenting a reduced manufacturing cost.

[0013] Furthermore, since the insulating panel is sandwiched between the at least one wedge and the wedge locks, it is not necessary to drill it, for example by screwing. Thermal bridges are thus reduced, and preferably eliminated, at the level of the insulating panel. The thermal insulation performance of the pocket system is consequently improved.

[0014] A second aspect relates to a method of mounting the pocket system according to the first aspect, comprising: - a supply of the frame, - a supply of the at least one insulating panel and the system for fixing the insulating panel to the frame, comprising at least one fixing device, said device comprising at least one wedge and a plurality of wedge locks, - mounting the at least one insulating panel on the frame, comprising: • fixing the at least one wedge of the fixing device in a discharge box of the frame on at least one of the upper crosspiece, the lower crosspiece and an upright, so as to receive an insulating panel placed on and / or directly above the inner face and / or the outer face of the frame, • bringing the insulating panel into contact with the at least one wedge, • clipping the plurality of wedge locks of the fixing device onto the at least one wedge, so as to clamp the insulating panel between said wedge and the plurality of wedge locks to support the latter.

[0015] The mounting method has the effects and advantages discussed for the pocket system according to the first aspect. The method according to this aspect and the pocket system according to the first aspect are therefore particularly suitable for mounting on an interface wall requiring good thermal insulation performance, for example example between the exterior and the interior of a building. [0033] Before commencing a detailed review of embodiments of the invention, are set out below are optional features that may be used in combination or alternatively.

[0034] According to one example, the wedge locks and the at least one wedge are configured to support the insulating panel on their own.

[0035] According to one example, the insulating panel is only held by clamping. According to one example, the insulating panel is not crossed, or even partially crossed, by a fixing means such as a screw.

[0036] According to one example, the fixing device is capable of being mounted in two orientations so that: - in a first orientation, the at least one wedge is configured to be mounted on a face of a crosspiece and / or an upright facing the discharge box - in a second orientation, the at least one shim is configured to be mounted on a face of a crosspiece and / or an end upright not facing the discharge box, and more particularly on a face of a crosspiece and / or an upright located on the side of the inner face of the frame.

[0037] The same fixing device thus allows the insulating panel to be mounted in different positions. The installation of the pocket system is further facilitated. The production cost is also reduced. More particularly, depending on the orientation of the fixing device, the insulating panel can be arranged in the discharge box, directly above the frame, or projecting from the frame.

[0038] According to one example, the at least one insulating panel is arranged directly above the outer face of the frame, the fixing device being mounted in the first orientation, and / or the at least one insulating panel is arranged on the inner face of the frame, the fixing device being mounted in the second orientation. At the outer face of the frame, facing the outside of the room and therefore towards the wall supporting the pocket system, the insulating panel can therefore be arranged directly above the frame. This makes it possible not to form excess thickness against the wall to improve the thermal insulation by the pocket system. At the inner face of the frame, the insulating panel can thus be placed projecting relative to the frame, which offers a better thermal break and makes it possible to limit the dimensions of the frame profiles and therefore the cost of the pocket system.

[0039] According to one example, the pocket system comprises a first insulating panel, called an “exterior panel”, arranged in line with the exterior face of the frame by at least one first fixing device, the at least one first fixing device being mounted in the first orientation. The pocket system may comprise a second insulating panel, called an “interior panel”, arranged on the interior face of the frame by at least one second fixing device, the at least one second fixing device being mounted according to the second orientation. The sliding system comprising two panels, the thermal insulation performance of the system is improved.

[0040] According to one example, the at least one wedge comprises a first and a second support surface of the insulating panel, arranged substantially perpendicular to each other, each wedge lock being configured to: - in the first orientation, slide on the first support surface to a clipping position of the wedge lock on the at least one wedge, the fixing device then being configured to clamp the insulating panel between the second support surface and the wedge lock, and - in the second orientation, slide on the second support surface to a clipping position of the wedge lock on the at least one wedge, the fixing device then being configured to clamp the insulating panel between the first support surface and the wedge lock.

[0041] A sliding-to-clip configuration allows each wedge lock to be guided onto the corresponding wedge during assembly, which is made easier.

[0042] According to one example, the system comprises a fixing device on each of the upper crossbar, the lower crossbar and an upright. The support of the insulating panel is thus improved.

[0043] According to one example, at least one fixing device, and preferably each fixing device, comprises a plurality of wedges each configured to cooperate with at least one wedge lock, preferably each wedge is configured to cooperate with a single wedge lock. A plurality of wedges per fixing device makes it possible to multiply the fixing points of the insulating panel on the frame to make it more reliable to hold it, while reducing the dimensions of each wedge. In addition, this allows simplified maintenance in the event of replacement of a wedge or a wedge and wedge lock assembly.

[0044] According to one example, each wedge extends in a direction parallel to the main extension direction of the crosspiece or upright on which it is mounted, over a distance less than or equal to 10 cm, preferably substantially equal to 40 mm.

[0045] According to one example, at least one fixing device, and preferably each fixing device, comprises at least three wedge locks. This number of wedge locks makes it possible to multiply the clamping points of the insulating panel on the at least one wedge to make it more reliable to hold.

[0046] According to one example, the wedge locks, and preferably the wedge and wedge lock assemblies of at least one fixing device, and preferably each fixing device, are separated by a distance substantially less than or equal to 400 mm, preferably the distance is substantially equal to 300 mm, in a direction substantially parallel to the main extension direction of the frame profile on which at least one fixing device is mounted.

[0047] According to one example, the at least one shim comprises at least one positioning lug configured to cooperate with a complementary housing formed in the frame, the cooperation of the positioning lug and the housing allowing positioning, and preferably holding in position, of said shim on the frame. Thus, the positioning of the at least one shim on the frame is made easier and more precise. The shim can in fact be placed without having to resort to complex alignment steps. The assembly of the pocket system is made easier and more reproducible.

[0048] According to one example, the at least one shim is configured so as to be fixed by screwing onto the frame. The fixing of the shim is thus improved, to further improve the support of the insulating panel. In synergistic manner with the positioning lug, the lug allows precise positioning of the shim which can then be easily screwed. For example, positioning by the lug allows the shim to be aligned with a screw hole already present in the frame.

[0049] According to one example, the at least one wedge and the plurality of wedge locks are further configured to be fixed together by screwing. Following clipping, the wedge and the wedge lock can thus be fixed to ensure good retention of the insulating panel. Preferably, the at least one wedge and the plurality of wedge locks are configured to be screwed together in an area distinct from the clamping area of the insulating panel, so that the insulating panel is not crossed by a screw.

[0050] According to one example, at least one fastening device, and preferably each fastening device and even more preferably each wedge lock, comprises a flexible tab configured to deform, preferably elastically, upon contact with the insulating panel clamped by clipping between the at least one wedge and the wedge lock. Thus, the fastening device can accommodate different thicknesses of insulating panels.

[0051] According to one example, the doorframe does not include an insulating panel.

[0052] According to one example, at least one fixing device being capable of being mounted in two orientations such that in a first orientation, the at least one wedge is configured to be mounted on a face of a crosspiece and / or an upright facing the discharge box and in a second orientation, the at least one wedge is configured to be mounted on a face of a crosspiece and / or an upright not facing the discharge box, and more particularly on a face of a crosspiece and / or an upright located on the side of the inner face of the frame, - the at least one wedge is mounted on the frame in the first orientation, and the insulating panel is brought into contact with said wedge so as to be arranged in line with the outer face of the frame.

[0053] As seen previously, at the level of the external face of the frame, facing the outside of the room and therefore towards the wall supporting the sliding system, the insulating panel can therefore be arranged directly above the frame. This makes it possible not to form excess thickness against the wall to improve the thermal insulation by the sliding system.

[0054] According to one example, at least one fixing device being capable of being mounted in two orientations such that in a first orientation, the at least one wedge is configured to be mounted on a face of a crosspiece and / or an upright facing the discharge box and in a second orientation, the at least one wedge is configured to be mounted on a face of a crosspiece and / or an upright not facing the discharge box, and more particularly on a face of a crosspiece and / or an upright located on the side of the inner face of the frame, - the at least one wedge is mounted on the frame in the second orientation, and the insulating panel is brought into contact with said wedge so as to be arranged on the inner face of the frame.

[0055] As seen previously, at the level of the inner face of the frame, the insulating panel can thus be placed projecting relative to the frame, which offers a better thermal break. This also makes it possible to limit the dimensions of the profiles of the frame on the inner side, in the transverse direction Y. Indeed, it is thus not necessary for these profiles to extend in such a way as to contain the inner panel 12 in the discharge box 104. The cost of the pocket system is therefore reduced.

[0056] According to one example, the method comprises mounting a first insulating panel, called an “outer panel” by at least one first fixing device, the at least one wedge of the first fixing device being mounted on the frame in the first orientation, and the outer panel is brought into contact with the wedge so as to be arranged in line with the outer face of the frame. The mounting of the inner panel may be followed by the mounting of a second insulating panel, called an “inner panel”, by at least one second fixing device, the at least one wedge of the second fixing device being mounted on the frame in the second orientation, and the inner panel is brought into contact with the wedge so as to be arranged on the inner face of the frame. This exemplary embodiment combines the advantages previously stated and reinforces the thermal insulation performance thanks to the inner and outer insulating panels.

[0057] According to one example, the assembly method comprises mounting the at least one insulating panel on the frame, followed by fixing the frame to a wall. The pocket system can thus be entirely assembled in the workshop, and then fixed to the wall. The assembly of the pocket system is therefore further facilitated and made more reliable. Note that it can be provided that the method comprises the mounting of the external insulating panel on the frame, and then fixing the frame to the wall, and then mounting the interior insulation panel on the frame.

[0058] In the remainder of the description, use will be made of terms such as "vertical", "longitudinal", "transverse", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "above", "below", "inside", "outside". These terms must be interpreted relatively in relation to the normal position of use of the pocket system. For example, in the case where the pocket system is intended to be fixed vertically to a wall, the upper faces of the elements of the system correspond to the faces of the elements which are turned upwards. In the remainder, reference will be made to the case where the normal position of use of the system is vertical.

[0059] A reference will also be used whose longitudinal or left / right direction corresponds to the X axis, the transverse or front / back direction corresponds to the Y axis and the vertical or bottom / top direction corresponds to the Z axis.

[0060] The term “monobloc” assembly or set means an assembly or set made of a single piece, or in an equivalent manner forming a block, as opposed to an assembly or set formed of separate parts.

[0061] In the present patent application, when it is indicated that two parts are distinct, this means that these parts are separate. They can be: - positioned at a distance from each other, and / or - movable relative to each other and / or - secured to each other, by fixing with or without added elements, this fixing being removable or not.

[0062] The term "on" does not necessarily mean "directly on". Thus, when it is indicated that a part or member A is supported "on" a part or member B, this does not mean that the parts or members A and B are necessarily in direct contact with each other. These parts or members A and B may be either in direct contact or be supported on each other by means of one or more other parts. The same applies to other expressions such as, for example, the expression "A acts on B", which may mean "A acts directly on B" or "A acts on B by means of one or more other parts".

[0063] A parameter “substantially equal / greater / less than” a given value means that this parameter is equal / greater / less than the given value, to within plus or minus 10%, or even plus or minus 5%, of this value.

[0064] An element “based” on a material A is understood to mean an element comprising this material A and possibly other materials, for example additives.

[0065] The pocket system 1 is now described according to several particular embodiment examples, with reference to figures 1 to 9.

[0066] The pocket system 1, as illustrated by figures 1 and 8, can be intended for be mounted on a wall 2 having an opening. This wall 2 is preferably arranged at an interface requiring good thermal insulation, for example a wall 2 of a building arranged at the interface between the interior and the exterior, or even a wall of an entrance hall, the wall 2 being located between the exterior and the interior or between two interior spaces. The wall 2 partly delimits a room 3.

[0067] The pocket system comprises a frame 10. The frame 10 has an inner face 10a intended to be turned towards the inside of a room 3 and an outer face 10b intended to be turned towards the outside of this room 3, and more particularly facing the wall 2. The frame 10 comprises several profiles, and in particular a lower crosspiece 100, an upper crosspiece 101 and uprights 102. In the following, the term profile can designate indifferently the lower crosspiece 100, the upper crosspiece 101 or an upright 102. Typically, the lower crosspiece 100 and the upper crosspiece 102 each extend in the horizontal direction X. The uprights 102 each extend in the vertical direction Z from the lower crosspiece 100 to the upper crosspiece 101.

[0068] As illustrated for example in [Fig.2], the profiles of the frame 10 form a doorframe 103 and at least one discharge box 104. The doorframe 103 delimits the opening space of the pocket system 1, for example a passage space. The doorframe 103 can therefore be placed opposite an opening in the wall 3. According to example, the frame 10 comprises two end uprights 102 and one or more intermediate uprights 102'. The doorframe 103 can for example be delimited by the lower crosspiece 100, the upper crosspiece 101, an end upright 102 and an intermediate upright 102'.

[0069] As illustrated in [Fig.l], the pocket system 1 further comprises a leaf 11, for example a door, mounted to slide in the frame 10. The leaf 11 is configured to slide in a sliding direction parallel to the horizontal direction X between the doorframe 103 and the delivery box 104. For this, and in a conventional manner, the leaf 11 may comprise a lower profile configured to cooperate with the lower crosspiece 100 and an upper profile configured to cooperate with the upper crosspiece 101.

[0070] In the closed position of the pocket system 1, the leaf 11 occupies the space delimited by the frame 103. The leaf 11 can occupy a plurality of open positions in which it at least partly occupies the delivery box 104. Preferably, in the fully open position of the pocket system 1, the leaf 11 is concealed in the delivery box 104. In the following description, it is considered that the pocket system 1 comprises a sliding leaf 11 and a delivery box 104.

[0071] It can be provided that the pocket system 1 comprises a plurality of leaves configured to slide in a discharge box 104, for example the system 1 comprises two leaves 11 and a discharge box 104, each leaf 11 being able to slide between the frame 103 and the discharge box 104. The same discharge box 104 can therefore house several leaves 11. It is also possible to provide, as an alternative or in addition, that the pocket system 11 comprises a plurality of leaves configured to slide in several discharge boxes 104, for example the system 1 comprises two leaves 11 and two discharge boxes 104, each leaf 11 being able to slide between the frame 103 and a discharge box 104, distinct between the leaves 11. The discharge boxes 104 can be arranged on either side of the frame 103. We therefore understand that the dimensions of the sliding system 1 can vary. For example, the pocket system has a height substantially equal to 2500 mm, in the z direction. The pocket system may have a length in the x direction substantially between 2500 mm and 6500 mm (including the discharge box(es) 104).

[0072] The pocket systems 1 are generally installed against a wall 3, and more particularly on the masonry of the wall 3. In order to obtain thermal insulation, the pocket system 1 comprises at least one insulating panel 12 arranged in the discharge box 104. The insulating panel 12 may for example be an extruded polystyrene plate, for example of the Styrodur ® type. Other types of insulating panels 12 are known to those skilled in the art and may be used within the scope of the invention. The insulating panel 12 may be made of a single element. Alternatively, in particular if the pocket system 1 is large, the insulating panel 12 may be made of two or more elements. In this case, the elements are arranged so that their faces are contained in the same plane. They are for example arranged end to end.

[0073] In order to fix the insulating panel 12 in the pocket system 1, and more particularly on the frame 10, the pocket system 1 comprises a fixing system 13. The fixing system 13 comprises at least one fixing device 13', and preferably a plurality of fixing devices 13', fixed on the frame 10.

[0074] At least one, and preferably each, fixing device 13' comprises at least one wedge 130 and a plurality of wedge locks 131. The wedge 130 is fixed to the frame 10, and more particularly to one of the profiles of the frame 10. Each wedge lock 131 is configured to cooperate by clipping with a wedge 130 so as to clamp the insulating panel 12 between the wedge 130 and the wedge lock 131. The clamping of the insulating panel 12 allows it to be held. Preferably, the panel 12 is only held by clipping by one or more fixing devices 13'. The pocket system 1 is thus mounted without drilling the insulating panel 12.

[0075] According to an example not illustrated, a fixing device 13', and preferably each fixing device 13', may comprise a wedge 130 cooperating by clipping with several wedge locks 131. For example, the wedge 130 forms a profile fixed on a profile of the frame 10. According to another example illustrated in [Fig.l], a fixing device 13', and preferably each fixing device 13', may comprise several wedges 130, and for example at least two and preferably three wedges 130. Each wedge 130 may cooperate with a wedge lock 131. This thus forms a plurality of point fixing points, preferably distributed around the panel 12. In addition, maintenance of the pocket system 1 is facilitated since a defective fixing point can be more easily changed.

[0076] In the following, it is considered, without limitation, that the pocket system 1 comprises three fixing devices 13', each fixed respectively to the lower crosspiece 100, an end upright 102 and the upper crosspiece 101, these profiles delimiting at least in part the discharge box 104. It is further considered that each fixing device 13' comprises several wedges 130 each cooperating with a wedge lock 131. The characteristics and assembly steps described below are nevertheless compatible with the variants cited above. It can also be provided that fixing devices 13' have configurations distinct from each other for the same system 1. For example, a device 13' may comprise a wedge 130 cooperating with several wedge locks 131, and another device 13' may comprise a plurality of wedges 130 each cooperating with a wedge lock 131.

[0077] The pocket system 1 and its assembly method are now described in general with reference to figures 1 to 7. Particular examples and variant embodiments will then be detailed.

[0078] The shims 130 can be mounted on the corresponding profile of the frame 10. For this purpose, and as illustrated by FIGS. 2 and 3, each shim can comprise a positioning lug 1300 cooperating with a complementary housing 105 arranged in the corresponding profile of the frame 10. The positioning lug 1300 can be configured to clip into the complementary housing 105. Thus, the shim 130 can be positioned in a precise and reproducible manner by a simplified mounting step. According to an alternative or complementary example, each shim 130 can be fixed by screwing onto the frame 10 by means of a screw 132. Preferably, this screwing step occurs after the shim 130 has been placed on the frame by its positioning lug 1300.

[0079] The insulating panel 12 is then brought into contact with each wedge 130 to place it in the discharge box 104, as illustrated for example in FIGS. 4 and 5. The wedge 130 thus partially surrounds the panel 12 on a portion of one face and its edge 120. In order to enclose and maintain the panel 12, the wedge locks 131 are inserted until clipped onto each wedge 130, as illustrated for example in [Fig.6]. Each wedge lock 131 thus partially surrounds the panel 12 on a portion of a face opposite the face in contact with the wedge 130 and on its edge 120. The assembly of the wedge 130 and the wedge lock 131 therefore forms a jaw which grips the panel 12.

[0080] In addition to clipping, the wedge 130 and the wedge lock 131 can be secured by another fixing means, for example by screwing using a screw 132. This is for example illustrated in [Fig.7].

[0081] The insulating panel 12, once mounted on the frame 10, at least partially, and preferably completely, conceals the discharge box 104. Preferably, the doorframe 103 does not have any insulating panel.

[0082] In order to simplify the figures, figures 2 to 7 illustrate the mounting of only one insulating panel 12 on the inner face 10a of the frame 10, called the “inner panel”. An insulating panel 12 may alternatively or additionally be mounted directly above the outer face 10b of the frame 10, as illustrated in [Fig.8]. Equivalently, the “directly above” insulating panel 12 is at least partly contained in the space defined by the frame 10 between its profiles. With respect to the upper crosspiece, the insulating panel 12 may be at least partly arranged under the lower crosspiece in projection onto a horizontal plane. With respect to the lower crosspiece, the insulating panel 12 may be at least partly arranged on the lower crosspiece in projection onto a horizontal plane. It is therefore understood that when it is specified that the panel 12 is mounted directly above the outer face of the frame, the outer face of the insulating panel 12 may be slightly set back from the outer face of the profile of the corresponding frame 10.

[0083] The pocket system 1 is now described in more detail with reference to figures 8 and 9.

[0084] According to the illustrated example, the lower 100 and upper 101 crosspieces comprise several profiles, for example an inner profile 1000, 1010, an outer profile 1001, 1011. Each inner profile can be secured to the outer profile by means of a thermal break profile 1002, 1012. The inner profile 1000 can comprise a portion 1013 on which a rail can be mounted, the leaf 11 cooperating with the rail to slide. The inner profile 1010 can comprise a portion 1014 on which the leaf 11 cooperates by form complementarity, preferably with a sealing joint (not illustrated). The upright 102 may comprise several profiles, for example an interior profile 1020, an exterior profile 1021. The interior profile 1020 may be secured to the exterior profile 1021 by means of a thermal break profile 1022.

[0085] The system 1 may preferably comprise two insulating panels 12. A first insulating panel 12, called the “external panel”, may be arranged directly above the face exterior 10b of the frame 10. A second insulating panel 12, called “interior panel”, can be arranged on the interior face 10a of the frame 10. Better thermal insulation is thus obtained.

[0086] The placement of the outer panel 12 directly above the frame 10 makes it possible to prevent the outer panel from protruding relative to the frame 10. Thus, the frame 10 can be pressed against the wall 2 while minimizing the space between them. It is understood that the outer panel 12 can be contained in the discharge box 104. The space between the frame 10 and the wall 2 can be sealed by a seal 20, for example a sealing foam or a silicone seal.

[0087] The inner panel 12 is preferably mounted projecting relative to the frame 10, in the transverse direction Y. Preferably, the inner panel 12 at least partially covers the frame 10. Alternatively, it is possible to provide for the inner panel 12 to also be mounted directly above the inner face 10a of the frame 10. This nevertheless requires an addition of material at the level of the profiles of the frame 10 which would result in an additional cost. In addition, the fact that the inner panel 12 at least partially covers the frame 10 offers a better thermal break by the sliding system 1.

[0088] Due to the different arrangement of the insulating panels 12 between the inner face 10a and the outer face 10b of the frame 10, the fixing device 13' can have two orientations configured to allow these different assemblies. More particularly, the wedge 130 can be configured to be fixed on the frame 10 and allow cooperation with the edge 120 of the panel 12 according to two different orientations. Thus, the same fixing device 13' can be used, which simplifies the assembly of the pocket system 1 and limits its manufacturing cost. This is now described in more detail for a fixing device 13', it being understood that this can apply to a plurality of fixing devices 13'.

[0089] As illustrated for example in [Fig.8], a fixing device 13' can be mounted, in a first orientation, on an upper face 100c of the lower crosspiece 100. A fixing device 13' can be mounted, in the first orientation, on a lower face 101c of the upper crosspiece 101. Similarly, as illustrated for example in [Fig.9], a fixing device 13' can be mounted, in the first orientation, on a transverse face 102c of an upright 102, facing the discharge box 104. Thus the outer faces 100b, 101b, 102b of the lower 100 and upper 101 crosspieces and of the upright 102 can be directly facing the wall 2.

[0090] For the second orientation, as illustrated for example in [Fig.8], a fixing device 13' may be mounted on an inner face 100a of the lower cross member 100. A fixing device 13' may be mounted on an inner face 101a of the upper cross member 101. Similarly, as illustrated for example in [Fig.9], a fixing device 13' can be mounted on an inner face 102a of an upright 102.

[0091] The shim 130 can be mounted on the corresponding profile by the same face 130c of the shim 130, regardless of the orientation of the fixing device 13'. One, and preferably two, positioning lugs 1300 can more particularly be arranged on this face 130c opposite which the corresponding face of the profile is arranged. The complementary housings 105 can be arranged on the corresponding face of the profile.

[0092] The wedge 130 and the wedge lock 131, and their cooperation with the insulating panel 12, are now described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 10 to 15.

[0093] The wedge is described with reference to Figures 10A to 10C. The wedge 130 is configured to allow clipping of the wedge lock 131 in these two orientations. For this, the wedge 130 comprises a first 130a and a second 130b support surface, arranged substantially perpendicular to each other. As illustrated by [Fig. 14] each wedge lock 131 is then configured to: - in the first orientation, slide on the first support surface 130a to a clipping position, - in the second orientation, slide on the second support surface 130b to a clipping position.

[0094] In the first orientation, the fastening device 13' is then configured to clamp the insulating panel 12 between the second support surface 130b and the wedge lock 131, as illustrated for example in Figures 8 and 9. The fastening device 13' therefore defines a jaw delimited by the second support surface 130b and the wedge lock 131, into which the insulating panel 12 is inserted in contact. In the second orientation, the fastening device 13' is then configured to clamp the insulating panel 12 between the first support surface 130a and the wedge lock 131 as illustrated for example in Figures 8 and 9. The fastening device 13' therefore also defines in this orientation, a jaw delimited by the first support surface 130a and the wedge lock 131, into which the insulating panel 12 is inserted in contact.

[0095] The wedge 130 may more particularly have a square shape, having two portions extending in main extension directions perpendicular to each other. Those skilled in the art are able to design other configurations making it possible to achieve the two desired orientations. The wedge 130 is preferably a single piece. The face 130c of the wedge 130 may have the positioning lug(s) 1300. This face 130c may further have an opening 1301 for the passage of a screw 132 for screwing it onto the frame 10 as illustrated in FIGS. 12A and 13A.

[0096] The wedge lock is described with reference to Figures 11A and 11B. For its clipping onto the wedge 130, the wedge lock 131 may comprise a first surface 131a intended to be slidably mounted on the corresponding surface of the wedge 130. The wedge lock 130 may further comprise clipping tabs 1311 configured to cooperate by clipping with complementary housings 1302 of the wedge 130. These complementary housings 1302 are more particularly placed at the end of the travel of the sliding movement of the wedge lock 131 on the wedge 130, for each of the orientations of the fixing device 13', as illustrated in [Fig. 14].

[0097] Furthermore, the wedge lock 131 may comprise stops 1312 configured to grip the wedge 130 when the wedge lock 131 is in its clipped position on the wedge 130. Thus, once the wedge lock 131 is clipped, a movement of movement of the wedge lock 131 on the wedge 130 is avoided. For this, the stops 1312 may come into contact with complementary surfaces 1303 of the wedge 130, these surfaces being more particularly opposite the sliding surface 130, 130b of the wedge 130, depending on the orientation of the fixing device 13'.

[0098] In addition to clipping the wedge lock 131 onto the wedge 130, the latter may be fixed by a complementary fixing element. For example, as illustrated in FIGS. 12A to 13B, for each orientation the wedge lock 131 may be screwed onto the wedge 130 by means of a screw 133. For this, the wedge lock 131 may comprise an opening 1313, the opening 1313 extending opposite a complementary opening 1304 of the wedge 130 for each orientation. Thus, the retention of the insulating panel 12 is further improved. This may also serve as a clamp for the fixing device 13', for example for its transport.

[0099] The wedge lock 131 may comprise a surface 131b intended to be in contact with the edge 120 of the insulating panel 12, as illustrated for example in [Fig. 15]. Alternatively, it may be provided that a surface of the wedge 130 is in contact with the edge 120 of the insulating panel 12.

[0100] To hold the insulating panel 12, the wedge lock may further comprise a flexible tab 1310. As illustrated by [Fig. 15], the flexible tab 1310 may be configured to deform, preferably elastically, upon contact with the insulating panel 12 gripped by the clipping of the wedge 130 and the wedge lock 131. Thus the fixing device 13 may accommodate a variation in thickness Ad of the insulating panel 12. The flexible tab 1310 may more particularly laterally delimit in part the jaw into which the insulating panel 12 is inserted, as discussed previously. According to one example, the thickness of the insulating panel 12 can vary between a length dl and d2, typically between 25 and 35 millimeters, preferably between 28 and 30 millimeters, along the transverse direction Y. The fixing device 13' is thus compatible with the manufacturing tolerances between the insulating panels 12, or even different types of insulating panels 12 not having the same thickness.

[0101] According to one example, the flexible tab is deformable under the mechanical action of the insulating panel 12. According to one example, the flexible tab is deformable by a user's finger under manual pressure without tools. This facilitates assembly by an operator. The flexible tab may have a Shore hardness substantially between 80 and 100 Shore D, preferably substantially equal to 90 Shore D.

[0102] According to one example, the wedge and the wedge lock are based on polyamide, for example polyamide 6-6, preferably with a load of substantially 30% by mass of glass fibers. Preferably, the wedge and the wedge lock can each be in one piece, for example these elements are formed by injection. In view of the above description, it is clear that the invention provides a solution facilitating the assembly of a pocket door with good thermal insulation.

[0103] The invention is not limited to the embodiments previously described and extends to all embodiments covered by the invention. The present invention is not limited to the examples previously described. Many other variant embodiments are possible, for example by combining previously described characteristics, without departing from the scope of the invention. In particular, provision may be made for the pocket system 1 to comprise only one interior insulating panel 12 or only one exterior insulating panel 12 or both. Furthermore, as stated previously, the pocket system 1 may comprise two discharge boxes 104 arranged on either side of the door frame 103, and each configured to receive one or two insulating panels 12.

[0104] Furthermore, the features described in relation to one aspect of the invention may be combined with another aspect of the invention. In particular, the assembly method may comprise any step resulting from or making it possible to obtain a characteristic of the pocket system 1, and conversely the pocket system 1 may have any characteristic resulting from the implementation of the method.
