[0009] To this end, a device for packaging and dispensing a cosmetic product is proposed, comprising: - a cylindrical reservoir extending mainly in the direction of an axis of the reservoir, the reservoir being adapted to contain the cosmetic product to be dispensed, - a pump without air intake for dispensing the cosmetic product contained in the reservoir, and - a piston movable in the reservoir under the action of the pump without air intake, the piston comprising a first, flexible part, in contact with the cylindrical wall of the reservoir, and a second, rigid part, the first and second parts being fixed together.

1. Device for packaging and dispensing (10) a cosmetic product comprising: - a cylindrical reservoir (12) extending mainly in the direction of an axis (A) of the reservoir (12), the reservoir (12) being adapted to contain the cosmetic product to be dispensed, the reservoir (12) being at least partly, at least partially transparent, - a pump without air intake (14) for dispensing the cosmetic product contained in the reservoir (12), and - a piston (16) movable in the reservoir (12) under the action of the pump without air intake (14), the piston (16) comprising a first part (38), flexible, in contact with the cylindrical wall of the reservoir (12), and a second part (40), rigid, the first and second parts (38, 40) being fixed together in which the second part (40) comprises on a radially external surface (40e) at least a first pattern (64) visible through the reservoir (12),the at least one first pattern (64) preferably being hollowed out in the radially external surface (40e) of the second part (40).,
2. Device for packaging and dispensing cosmetic products according to claim 1, in which the first part (38) forms a first skirt (42) whose free end (44) is in contact with the wall of the reservoir (12).
3. Device for packaging and dispensing cosmetic products according to claim 2, in which the first skirt (42) is frustoconical, the diameter of the first skirt (42) at its free end (44) being substantially equal to or greater than the diameter of the reservoir (12).
4. Device for packaging and dispensing cosmetic products according to one of the preceding claims, in which one of the first and second parts (38, 40) is attached to the other of the first and second parts (38, 40).

Cosmetic product packaging and dispensing device according to claim 4, in which the first part (38) forms a second skirt (46) with a first elastic fitting relief (48) in the vicinity of a free end and the second part (40) forms a cylindrical or frustoconical with a second elastic fitting relief (50) in the vicinity of a free end, the first and second elastic fitting reliefs (48, 50) cooperating to fix the first and second parts (38, 40) together.

Cosmetic product packaging and dispensing device according to claim 5, in which the first part (38) comprises a disc-shaped portion (56), inside the second skirt (46), the disc-shaped portion being arranged, along the axis (A) of the reservoir opposite the cylindrical or frustoconical portion (52) of the second part (40).
7. A cosmetic product packaging and dispensing device according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the first part (38) forms an annular portion (54) between the first and second skirts (42, 46), the annular portion (54) preferably extending perpendicular to the axis (A) of the reservoir (12).
8. A cosmetic product packaging and dispensing device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second part (40) has a cylindrical portion (60) of diameter substantially equal to or less than the diameter of the reservoir (12).
9. A cosmetic product packaging and dispensing device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the first part (38) has a cylindrical section (58) preferably extending in the extension of the first skirt (42), more preferably from the annular portion (54), if applicable.

Device for packaging and dispensing cosmetic products according to claims 8 and 9, in which the cylindrical section (58) is in contact via the radially external face of its cylindrical surface with the radially internal face of the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical portion (60) of the second part (40).
11. Device for packaging and dispensing cosmetic products according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the second part (40) comprises on a bottom surface (40f), at least one second pattern (66), the second pattern preferably being hollowed out in the bottom surface (40f).
12. Device for packaging and dispensing cosmetic products according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the reservoir (12) is made of an at least partially transparent material, more preferably of a transparent material.
13. Device for packaging and dispensing cosmetic products according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising a covering housing (18) receiving at least part of the reservoir (12) and / or a pump body of the pump (14).
14. Device for packaging and dispensing cosmetic products according to claim 13, in which the covering case (18) comprises at least a first covering shell (20) at least partially transparent, receiving at least in part the reservoir (12).
