TITLE: Floating interface device for a storage rack, transport and storage system, and method of mounting such a device.A floating interface device (1) for enabling the ascent of a vehicle (V) along a storage device, the device (1) comprising: A vertical upright (M) having at least one attachment interface (3), A vertical rack (4) having at least two floating rack sections (41, 42) stacked vertically one on top of the other, the rack (4) having a toothed face (5) configured to cooperate with climbing means (6) for a vehicle (V), each floating rack section (41, 42) having at least one attachment member (7), and wherein said attachment interface (3) and said attachment member (7) are for maintaining the floating sections (41, 42) against the vertical upright (M) while allowing their vertical movement to be free to cancel the vertical play (J) between them, the floating sections (41, 42) resting on the ground by the action of gravity.
