Abstract
Description
Title of invention: Highly integrated electronic oil pump Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of electronic oil pumps for new energy vehicles, more specifically, to a highly integrated electronic oil pump. Technical background
[0002] With the accelerated progress of vehicle electrification technology and new energy vehicles, the integrated electronic oil pump has been more widely applied for its high efficiency, energy saving, easy and diverse control, etc., it is mainly composed of three parts: rotor pump, electric motor, controller, etc.
[0003] Nowadays, most of the electronic oil pumps are large in size, occupying a wider space, and the manufacturing cost is high; most of the bearing between the electric motor and the rotor pump is installed on the bearing bracket, making the height of the electronic oil pump higher; in most cases, the cavity is present in the pump housing and the rotor pump, and the friction of the rotor pump end is larger, resulting in a large loss of the rotor pump; to prevent the stator temperature of the driving electric motor from being too high and causing damage to the stator of the driving electric motor, it is necessary for the gearbox oil to cool the stator of the driving electric motor, but in most cases, the flow path of the lubricating oil to the stator is long, thus reducing the cooling effect.
[0004] The present invention is to provide a highly integrated electronic oil pump, with rational structural design, small size, good cooling effect and low manufacturing cost. Content of the invention

[0009] Advantageously, said ball bearing is machined by the same mechanical template as the pump housing, to ensure the regularity of the air gap between the stator and the rotor of the electric motor.
[0010] Advantageously, the thermal expansion coefficients of the stator of the electric motor and the body of the rotor pump are identical, considerably reducing the effect of temperature on the air gap of the oil pump.
[0011] Advantageously, the pump housing is equipped with an oil inlet and an oil outlet.
[0012] Advantageously, said rotor of the electric motor and the external gear wheel drive the internal gear wheel to rotate on the shaft sleeve to pressurize a cooling oil entering through the oil inlet, so that one circuit of the pressurized cooling oil passes through the pin to reach the stator component, and to cool it, and the cooling oil which exchanges heat returns in a low pressure zone; the other circuit of the pressurized cooling oil passes through a high pressure zone and is drained directly through the oil outlet.

[0029] The present invention is described in detail below with the attached figures, in an illustrative and non-limiting manner.
[0030] As shown in [Fig.l], it is a highly integrated electronic oil pump, comprising the pump housing 1, the oil inlet 101 at the bottom of the pump housing 1, and the oil outlet 102 at the side of the pump housing 1, where a filter grid 14 is provided at the oil inlet 101 to filter the lubricating oil.
[0031] In the present application case, the housing of the pump 1 is made of aluminum.
[0032] The pump housing 1 is provided with the electric motor and the rotor pump at inside, the latter is installed in the electric motor, a ball bearing 7 is installed between the electric motor and the rotor pump so that it is mounted at the end of the rotor pump, and the electric motor is composed of the stator component and the electric motor rotor 2, and the rotor pump is composed of the internal gear wheel 6, the external gear wheel 3 and the pin 5.
[0033] As shown in [Fig.2], the rotor of the electric motor 2 is installed on the inner side of the stator component and is provided with the external gear 3 which is integrated with the rotor of the electric motor 2 and assembled into a single unit, the center of the rotor of the electric motor 2 is provided with the shaft sleeve 4, and the latter is provided with the pin 5 on the inner side, and the internal gear 6 on the outer side, the internal gear 6 and the pin 5 are respectively assembled with the shaft sleeve 4 into a single unit, where the internal gear 6 is meshed with the external gear 3.
[0034] In the present invention, the external gear wheel is integrated with the rotor of the electric motor 2 and assembled into a single unit, on the one hand, the volume and weight of the system are greatly reduced, and the material and production costs of the system are significantly reduced; on the other hand, the friction of the rotor pump cavity is effectively reduced, thus contributing to the improvement of the efficiency of the system.
[0035] The ball bearing 7 of the present invention is installed between the rotor of the electric motor 2 and the external gear wheel 3, it supports the rotor of the electric motor 2 and ensures the rotation of the external gear wheel 3 of the rotor pump, the ball bearing 7 is installed at the end of the rotor pump, which allows the elimination of the cavity between the electric motor and the rotor pump, the reduction of the height of the electronic oil pump, as well as the considerable reduction of the weight and volume of the rotor pump.
[0036] Unlike the traditional electronic oil pump, where the rotor of the electric motor is assembled in the ball bearing holder, and then assembled in the ball bearing and the gear wheel of the pump, the ball bearing holder is omitted in the present invention, which makes it possible, on the one hand, to reduce the overall height of the electronic oil pump, to shorten the path of the pressurized cooling oil to the stator component, and thus to reduce the time cooling and thus improve the cooling effect, and, on the other hand, avoid cumulative mounting errors and prevent potential air gap eccentricity problems.
[0037] In the present application case, the ball bearing 7 and the pump housing 1 are machined by the same mechanical jig, which gives them very precise coaxiality and concentricity, and which can precisely control the eccentricity of the air gap.
[0038] In the present invention, since the external gear wheel is integrated with the rotor of the electric motor, the thermal expansion coefficient of the stator of the electric motor 8 and the pump body is the same, which greatly reduces the effect of temperature on the air gap of the oil pump, accurately ensures the air gap of the pump end, and effectively reduces or avoids the effect of temperature on the flow efficiency in the system.
[0039] The cooling mechanism of the stator component by the cooling oil of the present invention is as follows:
[0040] The rotor of the electric motor 2 and the external gear wheel 3 together drive the internal gear wheel 6 to rotate on the shaft sleeve 4 to pressurize the cooling oil entering through the oil inlet 101, to make a circuit of the pressurized cooling oil pass through the pin 5 to reach the stator component, and to cool it, thereby effectively reducing the temperature of the heating component.
[0041] In addition, the other circuit of the pressurized cooling oil passes through the high pressure zone and is drained directly through the oil outlet 102.
[0042] In the present application, the pin 5 is provided with an internal flow channel for the passage of the cooling oil.
[0043] Furthermore, the pin structure 5 is hollow or solid.
[0044] It is particularly noted that, in the present invention, the pin 5 is designed to be statically fixed, the shaft sleeve 4 is directly assembled on the pin 5, under the drive of the external gear wheel 3, the internal gear wheel 6 rotates relative to the shaft sleeve 4, the two parts lubricate each other to reduce friction, losses of the pump system, and thus effectively improve the rotation stability of the pump.
[0045] Due to the reduced height of the entire electronic oil pump, the passage time of the pressurized cooling oil of the present invention to the stator component is shorter and its cooling effect is better compared with that of the traditional electronic oil pump.
[0046] In the present application case, the stator component consists of the stator 8 and the stator winding 9 installed on the stator 8, the latter being made of sheet steel. silicon to reduce manufacturing costs and friction of rotating parts; the stator winding 9 cable diameter is 1.8 mm, compared to the traditional 1.6 mm, significantly improving the performance of the rotor pump.
[0047] In the present application case, the soft magnetic alloy rotor 2 is equipped with the radial magnet 10 to monitor its position.
[0048] To simplify the design of the electronic control component, the conventional winding is simplified by installing the hub 11 above the stator component. The pins of the stator winding 10 are threaded onto the hub 6.
[0049] The controller 12 is installed above the hub 11, and the controller 12 of the present invention can respond quickly; its features are: reverse connection protection, signal interference prevention, oil temperature monitoring, overheat prevention, independent communication channel, detection of the angular position of the electric motor, reception and calculation of the rotation speed ratio, and adjustment of the rationalization of the actual rotation speed of the rotor.
[0050] To separate the oil circuit and the electrical control part, the thermal insulation plate 13 is installed between the controller 12 and the hub 11, thereby improving the sealing, and the thermal insulation plate 13 and the hub 11 cooperate for fixing, thereby eliminating the use of screws for assembly and the fixing structure inside the oil pump.
[0051] The thermal insulation plate 13 is equipped with the PTC temperature sensor (not shown in the figure) for detecting the feedback of the cooling oil temperature, this sensor (not shown in the figure) is electrically connected to the controller 12. In the present invention, the PTC temperature sensor detects the oil temperature with an accuracy of 0.1°C.
[0052] In the present invention, the specific process of cooling the stator component is as follows:
[0053] 1) First, the device must be powered on, then the controller 12 is powered, the controller 12 transforms the electricity into three-phase electricity to power the stator winding 9 on the concentrator 11, then the electromagnetism drives the rotation of the rotor of the electric motor 2 and the external gear wheel 3, and the two components rotate so that the cooling oil entering from the inlet 101 passes through the filter grid 14 and enters the low pressure zone;
[0054] 2) The rotor of the electric motor 2 and the external gear wheel 3 together drive the internal gear 6 to rotate on the shaft sleeve 4 to pressurize the cooling oil entering through the oil inlet 101, so that a circuit of the pressurized cooling oil passes through the pin 5 to reach the stator component, and to cool it, and that the cooling oil which exchanges heat returns to the low pressure area, the cooling oil is then pressurized by the centrifugal force created by the difference between the internal and external gears, at this time the PTC temperature sensor reports the current oil temperature and transmits it to the controller 12, then the controller 12 transmits the current oil temperature to the external control system;
[0055] 3) The other circuit of the pressurized cooling oil passes through the high zone pressure and is drained directly through the oil outlet 102.
