Title: Ambient air treatment device comprising a compressor placed between two radiators through which an airflow passes. The invention relates to an air treatment device (1) comprising a first treatment circuit for expelling cold air outside said device and a second air treatment circuit for expelling hot air outside said device, the first circuit comprising a first inlet (7), a first radiator (13) through which a low-temperature refrigerant flows, a first fan (11) and a first outlet (8) for expelling the cold air outside said device, the second circuit comprising a second inlet (9), a second radiator (14) through which a high-temperature refrigerant flows, a second fan (12) and a second outlet (10) for expelling the hot air outside said device,said device further comprising a refrigeration circuit equipped with at least one compressor (16) and two radiators for generating cold in the first radiator and heat in the second radiator, characterized in that said device is portable and elongated in shape, the compressor (16) being placed between the first and second air treatment circuits.
