[0047] The ultrasound image monitoring system according to the present description will be discussed in detail below.
[0048] [Fig. 1] is a diagram illustrating an example of an ultrasound image monitoring system according to the present disclosure. [Fig. 2] is a diagram illustrating the configuration of the ultrasound image monitoring device of [Fig. 1].
[0049] With reference to [Fig.l] and [Fig.2], the ultrasound image monitoring system 1000 may comprise an ultrasound generating device 10, an ultrasound image acquisition device 20 and an ultrasound image monitoring device 100.
[0050] The ultrasound generating device 10 can irradiate an ultrasonic wave onto a skin or a human body. In this case, the ultrasound generating device 10 can output an ultrasound activation signal that irradiates ultrasound during an ultrasound activation period, and can output an ultrasound deactivation signal that does not irradiate ultrasound during an ultrasound deactivation period.
[0051] The ultrasound image acquisition device 20 can acquire an ultrasound image of the skin or the human body. Here, the ultrasound image acquisition device 20 can be an ultrasound probe. Without being limited to this, the ultrasound image acquisition device 20 can be any device for acquiring an ultrasound image of the skin or the human body. At this stage, the An ultrasonic image acquisition device 20 may acquire and transmit a first ultrasonic image to the ultrasonic image monitoring device 100, and acquire and transmit a second ultrasonic image to the ultrasonic image monitoring device 100. Here, the first ultrasonic image and the second ultrasonic image may be the same as or different from each other. For example, the first ultrasonic image may be an image of a peripheral portion of a target area irradiated with ultrasound, and the second ultrasonic image may be an image of the target area irradiated with ultrasound.
[0052] The ultrasound image monitoring device 100 may comprise a communication unit 110, a memory 120, a processor 130 and a display unit 140.
[0053] The communication unit 110 can carry out communication with the ultrasound generation device 10 and the ultrasound image acquisition device 20.

[0055] The memory 120 may store data on an algorithm for controlling the operation of components within the device or a program that reproduces the algorithm. The processor 130 may perform the operation described above using the data stored in the memory 120. Here, the memory 120 and the processor 130 may be implemented as separate chips. Furthermore, the memory 120 and the processor 130 may be implemented as a single chip.
[0056] The memory 120 may store data supporting various functions of the device, programs for the operation of components within the device, may store input / output data, and may store a plurality of application programs (or applications) running on the device, data for the operation of the device and controls. At least some of these application programs can be downloaded from an external server via wireless communication.
[0057] The memory 120 may comprise at least one type of storage medium from among a flash memory type, a hard disk type, a DSS type (solid state disk type), an SDD type (silicon hard disk type), a multimedia microcard type, a card type memory (e.g., SD or XD memory, etc.), a random access memory (RAM), a static random access memory (SRAM), a read only memory (ROM), an electrically erasable programmable read only memory (EEPROM), a programmable read only memory (PROM), a magnetic memory, a magnetic disk, and an optical disk. In addition, the memory 120 may be a database separate from the apparatus but connected by wire or wirelessly.
[0058] The memory 120 may store data related to ultrasound image monitoring. The processor 130 may control an operation related to ultrasound image monitoring.
[0059] In the event that the processor 130 receives an ultrasound activation signal from the ultrasound generating device 10 during an ultrasound activation period via the communication unit 110, the processor 130 may receive a first ultrasound image from the ultrasound image acquisition device 20 via the communication unit 110. In the event that the processor 130 receives an ultrasound deactivation signal from the ultrasound generating device 10 during an ultrasound deactivation period via the communication unit 110, the processor 130 may receive a second ultrasound image from the ultrasound image acquisition device 20 via the communication unit 110.
[0060] At this point, in the case where the processor 130 receives the ultrasound off signal from the ultrasound generating device 10 during the ultrasound off period, the processor 130 may separate and receive the second ultrasound image from the ultrasound image acquisition device 20 via different scan lines. Further, in the case where the processor 130 receives the ultrasound on signal from the ultrasound generating device 10 during the ultrasound on period, the processor 130 may simultaneously receive the first ultrasound image from the ultrasound image acquisition device 20 via the same scan lines. Here, the first ultrasound image and the second ultrasound image may be the same or different from each other. For example, the first ultrasound image may be an image of the periphery of the target area irradiated with ultrasound, and the second ultrasound image may be an image of the target area irradiated with ultrasound.
[0061] The processor 130 may display at least one of the first ultrasound image and the second ultrasound image on the display unit 140. For example, the display unit 140 may display the first ultrasound image corresponding to the image of the periphery of the target area irradiated by ultrasound, and the second ultrasound image corresponding to the image of the target area irradiated by ultrasound.
[0062] At this stage, the display unit 140 may be a monitor or a display module. Furthermore, the display unit 140 may be provided in the ultrasound generating device 10 or in the ultrasound image acquisition device 20.
[0063] [Fig. 3] is a diagram illustrating a method for monitoring ultrasound images according to the present disclosure. [Fig. 4] is a diagram illustrating an example of a process for receiving a first ultrasound image during an ultrasound activation period by the processor of [Fig. 1].
[0064] [Fig. 5] is a diagram illustrating an example of a process for receiving a second ultrasound image during an ultrasound off period by the processor of [Fig. 1]. [Fig. 6] is a diagram illustrating an example of a process for displaying a first ultrasound image acquired during an ultrasound on period and a second ultrasound image acquired during an ultrasound off period by the processor of [Fig. 1].
[0065] With reference to [Fig. 3], the method for processing ultrasound images may comprise a determination step S310, a first reception step S320, a first display step S330, a second reception step S340 and a second display step S350.
[0066] The processor 130 may determine whether an ultrasound activation signal is received from the ultrasound generating device 10 during the ultrasound activation period (step S310).
[0067] In the case where the processor 130 receives an ultrasound activation signal from the ultrasound generating device 10 during an ultrasound activation period, the processor 130 may receive a first ultrasound image from the ultrasound image acquisition device 20 via the communication unit 110 (step S320). Here, in the case where the processor 130 receives the ultrasound activation signal from the ultrasound generating device 10 during the ultrasound activation period, the processor 130 may receive the first ultrasound image from the ultrasound image acquisition device 20 via the same scan line at one time. For example, the first ultrasound image may be an image of a periphery of a target area irradiated with ultrasound.
[0068] For example, as illustrated in [Fig.4], the processor 130 may receive the first ultrasound image from the image acquisition device ultrasound 20 via the communication unit 110 during the ultrasound activation period PI to acquire an image frame for a period T1. At this time, the first ultrasound image may be a B-mode (brightness) ultrasound image that is resistant to external signals. In other words, B-mode is a mode that expresses the signal size in terms of brightness and is less affected by external noise than other modes.
[0069] Here, the processor 130 may use a grating converter of the ultrasonic probe to construct a B-mode cross-sectional image. At this time, the processor 130 may sequentially transmit and receive ultrasonic images in all directions of the scanning line constituting the cross-section based on the grating converter, acquire B-mode ultrasonic images through the signal processing unit in a B-mode echo processing unit, scan-convert the acquired B-mode ultrasonic images through the scan conversion unit, and display the converted B-mode ultrasonic images on the display unit 140. At this time, the processor 130 may simultaneously receive the first ultrasonic images through the same scanning line SL1 from the ultrasonic image acquisition device 20.For example, the first ultrasound image may be an image of the periphery of the target area under ultrasound irradiation. The processor 130 may control the display unit 140 to display the first ultrasound image (step S330). For example, the processor 130 may control the display unit 140 to display the first ultrasound image corresponding to the image of the periphery of the target area under ultrasound irradiation.
[0070] For example, as illustrated in [Fig. 6], the processor 130 may display, on the display unit 140, RII and RI2 images of the periphery of the target area under ultrasound irradiation corresponding to the first ultrasound image received via the scanning line SL1 during the ultrasound activation period PI among the image frames during a period T1. At this time, the RII and RI2 images of the periphery may be the first B-mode (brightness) ultrasound image that resists external signals.
[0071] In the case where the processor 130 receives the ultrasound deactivation signal from the ultrasound generating device 10 during the ultrasound deactivation period, the processor 130 can receive the second ultrasound image from the ultrasound image acquisition device 20 via the communication unit 110 (step S340). Here, in the case where the processor 130 receives the ultrasound deactivation signal from the ultrasound generating device 10 during the ultrasound deactivation period, the processor 130 can receive the second ultrasound image via lines of different scans from the ultrasound image acquisition device 20. For example, the second ultrasound image may be the image of the target area irradiated by ultrasound.
[0072] For example, as shown in [Fig. 5], the processor 130 may receive the second ultrasound image from the ultrasound image acquisition device 20 via the communication unit 110 during the ultrasound off period P2 to obtain an image frame for a period T1. At this time, the second ultrasound image may be an ultrasound image having a high-sensitivity signal for blood flow detection. For example, a high-sensitivity signal for blood flow detection may be at least one of C (color), M (motion), PD (power Doppler), PW (pulsed emission Doppler). In this case, since C, M, PD, and PW are very small signals, their sensitivity is very high, so that the ultrasound signal from the ultrasound generation device 10 may be induced and may appear as noise in the ultrasound image acquisition device 20.In this case, noise refers to a condition in which the ultrasound transmission signal appears irregularly when ultrasound is irradiated through the ultrasound generating device 10. .
[0073] Therefore, in the present description, the second ultrasound image may be provided as a C-mode (color) or M-mode (motion) or B-mode (brightness) + C (color) or B-mode (brightness) + M (motion) ultrasound image. At this point, a B + C mode may be a mode in which the B mode and the C mode are supported simultaneously, and a B + M mode may be a mode in which the B mode and the M mode are supported simultaneously.
[0074] Here, the processor 130 can receive the second C-mode ultrasound image or the second M-mode ultrasound image or the second B+C-mode ultrasound image, or the second B+M-mode ultrasound image via the scan line SL2.
[0075] At this point, the processor 130 may separate and receive the second ultrasound image via different scan lines SL21 and SL22. For example, the processor 130 may receive the C-mode ultrasound image via the first scan line SL21 and separate and receive a B-mode ultrasound image via the second scan line SL22. In another example, the processor 130 may receive the M-mode ultrasound image via the first scan line SL21 and separate and receive the B-mode ultrasound image via the second scan line SL22. In another example, the processor 130 may receive the C-mode ultrasound image via the first scan line SL21 and may separately receive the M-mode ultrasound image via the second scan line SL22. Here, the processor 130 may transmit and receive the second C-mode ultrasound image or the second M-mode ultrasound image or the second B+C-mode ultrasound image, or the second B+M-mode ultrasound image through different scanning lines SL21 and SL22 and perform signal processing. At this time, the processor 130 can transmit and receive the second C-mode ultrasound image or the second M-mode ultrasound image and perform Doppler signal processing.
[0076] In the case of C mode or M mode, since the processor 130 has a very high signal sensitivity, the ultrasonic signal of the ultrasound generating device 10 is induced, so that, to avoid it being considered as noise in the ultrasound image acquisition device 20, the second B mode ultrasound image and the second C mode ultrasound image or the second B mode ultrasound image and the second M mode ultrasound image can be acquired separately through different scan lines SL21 and SL22 during the ultrasound off period P2. For example, the second ultrasound image is the image of the target area irradiated with ultrasound.
[0077] The processor 130 may control the display unit 140 to display the second ultrasound image (step S350). For example, the processor 130 may control the display unit 140 to display the second ultrasound image corresponding to the image of the target area irradiated by ultrasound.
[0078] For example, as shown in [Fig. 6], the processor 130 may display the image TI of the target area irradiated by ultrasound corresponding to the second ultrasound image received via the scanning line SL2 during the ultrasound off period P2 among the image frames during a period T1 on the display unit 140. At this time, the image T1 of the target area may be the second C-mode ultrasound image, the second M-mode ultrasound image, the second B+C-mode ultrasound image, or the second B+M-mode ultrasound image, which has a high-sensitivity signal for noise-free blood flow detection.
[0079] In this way, the present disclosure can identify the location where ultrasound is focused and the tumor degeneration process during ultrasound irradiation using an image, and prevent safety accidents in advance through the identification of the image.
