Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: CONTAINER FOR COSMETIC MATERIAL Technical field
[0001] The present application relates to a container for cosmetic material. STATE OF THE ART
[0002] Conventionally, a cosmetic material container for containing a cosmetic material such as a lipstick comprises a container body for containing the cosmetic material; a lid body which is detachably attached to the container body; and a feeding mechanism for feeding the cosmetic material out (for example, refer to US10548385B1, CN206964305U, WO2012 / 1154460A2, and KR200418934Y1). Although the container body and the lid body are mainly made of plastic materials due to their good moldability, they are also made of materials such as glass or metals, other than plastic materials, in order to improve their aesthetics and durability.Furthermore, although in such a cosmetic product container the lid body is attached to and detached from the container body by screwing the lid relative to the container body, various types of attachment and detachment mechanisms, such as quick connectors, are used in order to improve the maneuverability for attaching the lid body to and detaching it from the container body.
[0003] However, when applying a quick connector as an attachment and detachment mechanism, at least one of the container body and the lid body is formed from plastic material, and the attachment and detachment mechanism is realized by means of the elasticity of the plastic material. Therefore, it is difficult to use glass for the container body and the lid body. Therefore, there is a need to improve the aesthetics of a cosmetic product container. Furthermore, there is a need to improve the tangibility when detaching the lid body from the container body. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
[0004] Thus, the object of the invention is to provide a container of cosmetic material which improves its aesthetics and tangibility upon detachment of the cover body from the container body.
[0005] The present invention employs the following means to solve the above problem. A cosmetic material container according to the present invention comprises: a container body containing a cosmetic material; and a cover body detachably attached to the container body, wherein the container body comprises a glass container main body, and a plastic container mounting body which is mounted on an upper opening end of the container main body, and the container mounting body is formed with a first locking portion which engages with a second locking portion formed on the container main body around a container axis so as not to rotate around the container axis relative to the container main body, wherein the cover body comprises a glass cover main body, and a plastic cover mounting body which is mounted on a lower opening end of the cover main body, and the lid mounting body is formed with a third locking portion which engages with a fourth locking portion formed on the lid main body about the container axis so as not to rotate about the container axis relative to the lid main body, wherein the container mounting body comprises a first mounting cylinder formed with a first engagement portion, wherein the lid mounting body is detachably attached to the first mounting cylinder and comprises a second mounting cylinder formed with a second engagement portion engaging with the first engagement portion from below the first engagement portion, wherein the first mounting cylinder is formed with a first arc-shaped portion formed with the first engagement portion and a first linear-shaped portion connected to the first arc-shaped portion which are arranged around the container axis, wherein the second mounting cylinder is formed with a second arc-shaped portion formed with the second engagement portion and a second linear-shaped portion connected to the second arc-shaped portion which are arranged around the container axis, and wherein the second mounting cylinder is configured to rotate around the container axis between an attachment position where the first linear-shaped portion and the second linear-shaped portion are aligned around the container axis and the second engagement portion engages the first engagement portion from below the first engagement portion, and a release position where the first linear shaped portion and the second linear shaped portion are shifted about the container axis and an engagement of the second engagement portion with the first engagement portion is released.
[0006] According to the present invention, since the container main body of the container body and the cover main body of the cover body are made of glass, the cosmetic material container can be provided with excellent aesthetics. Furthermore, since the first engaging portion of the container body engages the second engaging portion engaging the cover portion from below the first engaging portion when the cover body is in the mounting position relative to the container body, it does not release the cover body from the container body. In addition, since the cover mounting body of the cover body is equipped with the container mounting body of the container body, the second engaging portion of the cover body is limited to passing through the first engaging portion of the container body to release the engagement of the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion.Furthermore, since the relationship between the container body and the lid body switches from a relationship where the first linear-shaped portion and the second linear-shaped portion face each other to a relationship where the first linear-shaped portion and the second linear-shaped portion are offset about the container axis upon rotation of the lid body relative to the container body from the mounting position to the release position, the user receives a sensory click to indicate that the lid body reaches the release position. In addition, since the container mounting body and the lid mounting body are made of plastic materials having elasticity greater than that of glass, the lid mounting body can be rotated about the O-axis of the container relative to the container mounting body even when the lid mounting body is firmly fitted with the container mounting body so as to increase said sensory click. Therefore, it is possible to provide a cosmetic material container that improves its aesthetics and tangibility upon detachment of the lid body from the container body.
[0007] Further, one of the first mounting cylinder and the second mounting cylinder may be arranged inside the other, the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion may be ridges extending around the container axis, and the first and second engagement portions may be formed with separating portions, respectively in the first and second linearly shaped portions.
[0008] According to the present invention, the lid body is prevented from being released from the container body by engaging the second engagement portion of a ridge with the first engagement portion of a ridge from below the first engagement portion in the mounting position, and the engagement of the second engagement portion with the first engagement portion is released by rotating the lid body relative to the container body about the container axis to the release position to align the first engagement portion of the container body with the separation portion of the lid body and align the second engagement portion of the lid body with the separation portion of the container body.
[0009] In addition, the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion may each be formed with the same number of separation portions, and the separation portions may be uniformly distributed around the container axis.
[0010] According to the present invention, since the same number of separating portions are evenly distributed on the container mounting cylinder and the lid mounting cylinder around the container axis, respectively, it would become easier for the lid body to align with the container body around the container axis when attaching the lid body to the container body, the workability of the cosmetic material container is further improved.
[0011] In addition, the container main body and the lid main body may have the same configuration.
[0012] According to the present invention, the same members can be used for the container main body and the cover main body, and the number of parts to be manufactured can be reduced.
[0013] In addition, the first mounting cylinder may be attached with a unit containing the cosmetic material.
[0014] According to the present invention, the unit is not attached to the container main body but to the first mounting cylinder, the configuration of the first mounting cylinder which is made of plastic material can be easily arranged according to the configuration of the unit. [0030] The first embodiment of the cosmetic material container of the present invention will be described. In the figures used in the following description, each element is scaled accordingly in order to make it recognizable. The cosmetic material container 1 according to the present embodiment is a container for holding a lipstick. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the cosmetic material container 1 comprises: a container body 2 of a cylindrical shape with a square bottom; a lid body 3 of a cylindrical shape with a square top for being detachably attached to the container body 2; and a unit 10 of a cosmetic material contained in the container body 2. The container body 2 and the lid body 3 are arranged so that their central axes are on a common axis, and the common axis will be referred to as the O axis of the container.Hereinafter, the direction toward the cover body 3 from the bottom of the container body 2 is called the upward direction, and the opposite direction of the upward direction is called the downward direction. In addition, the direction perpendicular to the O axis of the container is called the radial direction, and the direction around the O axis of the container is called the circumferential direction.
[0031] The container body 2 comprises: a container main body 21 of a cylindrical shape with a square bottom; a container mounting body 22 of a cylindrical shape which is mounted on an upper opening of the container main body 21 so as not to rotate relative to the container main body 21. The container main body 21 is made of glass, and as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the container main body 21 comprises a container lower portion 21A of a cylindrical shape square-bottomed lindric and a container upper portion 21B of a circular cylindrical shape which is connected to an upper end of the container lower portion 21A. An inner circumferential surface of the container lower portion 21A has a circular cylindrical shape. In addition, an inner diameter of the container lower portion 21A gradually increases slightly upward from its bottom wall. An outer circumferential surface of the container upper portion 21B is formed with a first attachment groove 21C embedded radially inward on its circumference. Furthermore, locations of an outer circumferential surface of the container upper portion 21B, which correspond to corners of the container lower portion 21A in the circumferential direction in a top view, are formed with a pair of container mounting grooves 21D (second locking portions). The pairs of container mounting grooves 21D are formed opposite each other so that the O axis of the container is located in the center.
[0032] As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 6 to 9, the container mounting body 22 is made of PP, and comprises a unit-containing cylinder 31 of circular bottom cylindrical shape, a container flange 32 of square annular shape projecting radially outward from the upper end of the unit-containing cylinder 31, and a container mounting cylinder 33 of square cylindrical shape extending downward from the outer circumference of the container flange 32.
[0033] A bottom wall of the unit-containing cylinder 31 is formed with a unit mounting cylinder 31A whose circular cylindrical shape protrudes upward and contains a lower end of a unit 10 to be described. The unit mounting cylinder 31A is arranged radially inward with respect to the inner circumferential surface of the unit mounting cylinder 31A. The inner circumferential surface of the unit mounting cylinder 31A is provided with first unit mounting ribs 31B extending upward and downward and protruding radially inward. A plurality of first unit mounting ribs 31B (e.g., 12 in this embodiment) are formed with a gap in the circumferential direction.
[0034] The bottom wall of the unit-containing cylinder 31 is provided with second unit mounting ribs 31C extending along the inner circumferential surface of the unit-containing cylinder 31 and in the up-down direction and protruding radially inward. A plurality of second unit mounting ribs 31C (e.g., 4 in this embodiment) are formed with a gap in the circumferential direction. The upper ends of the second unit mounting ribs 31C are located above the upper ends of the first unit mounting ribs 31B.
[0035] An outer circumferential surface of the unit-containing cylinder 31 is provided with container fitting ribs 31D extending downward from a lower surface of the container flange 32 and protruding radially outward. A plurality of container fitting ribs 31D (e.g., 12 in this embodiment) are formed with a gap in the circumferential direction. Thus, the container mounting body 22 is fitted inside the container main body 21.
[0036] The outer circumferential surface of the upper end of the unit-containing cylinder 31 is formed with a plurality of first arc-shaped portions 31E (e.g., 4 in this embodiment) and a plurality of first linear-shaped portions 31F (e.g., 4 in this embodiment) alternately in the circumferential direction. The outer circumferential surface of the upper end of the unit-containing cylinder 31 has arc shapes along the circumferential direction in the first arc-shaped portions 31E, and linear shapes along the circumferential direction in the first linear-shaped portions 31F, in a top view.
[0037] The first arc-shaped portions 31E are also arranged in the circumferential direction, and the first linear-shaped portions 31F are also arranged in the circumferential direction. In addition, the outer circumferential surface of the upper end of the unit-containing cylinder 31 is formed with a first engagement portion 31G protruding radially outward on its circumference. The first engagement portion 31G is formed with first separation portions 31H separating the continuity of the first engagement portion 31G. A plurality of first separation portions 31H (e.g., 4 in this embodiment) are formed with a gap in the circumferential direction.
[0038] The locations of a lower surface of the container flange 32, which correspond to the corners of the container flange 32 in the circumferential direction in top view, are formed with a pair of container mounting ribs 32A (first locking portions). The pair of container mounting ribs 32A are formed with opposition to each other so that the axis O of the container is located in the center. The pair of container mounting ribs 32A are received, respectively, in the pair of container mounting grooves 22D. Thus, the movement of the container mounting body 22 relative to the container main body 21 in the circumferential direction is prohibited.
[0039] The inner circumferential surface of the container mounting cylinder 33 is provided with first attachment protrusions 33A extending in the circumferential direction and protruding radially inward. The first attachment protrusions 33A are formed on the sides of the container mounting cylinder 33 except corners, and are contained in the first attachment groove 21C. Therefore, movement of the container mounting body 22 relative to the container main body 21 in the up-down direction is prohibited.
[0040] The cover body 3 comprises a cover main body 41 of a cylindrical shape with a square top, a cover mounting body 42 mounted on a lower opening end of the cover main body 41 so as not to rotate relative to the cover main body 41. The cover main body 41 has the same configuration as the container main body 21. In other words, the cover main body 41 is made of glass and, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, an upper cover portion 41A of a cylindrical shape with a square top, and a lower cover portion 41B of a circular cylindrical shape connecting the lower end of the upper cover portion 41A. An inner circumferential surface of the upper cover portion 41A has a circular cylindrical shape. In addition, an inner diameter of the lid upper portion 41A gradually increases slightly downward from its upper wall. An outer circumferential surface of the lid upper portion 41A is formed with a second attachment groove 41C embedded radially inward on its circumference. Furthermore, locations of an outer circumferential surface of the lid lower portion 41B, which correspond to corners of the lid upper portion 41A in the circumferential direction in a top view, are formed with a pair of lid mounting grooves 41D (fourth locking portions). The pairs of lid mounting grooves 41D are formed in opposition to each other so that the axis O of the container is located in the center.
[0041] As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 12 to 14, the cover mounting body 42 is made of PP, and has a cylinder 51 inserted into the unit in a circular cylindrical shape, a cover flange 52 in a square annular shape in top view, protruding radially from the lower end of the cylinder 51 inserted into the unit, and a cover mounting cylinder 53 in a square cylindrical shape extending upward from the outer circumference of the cover flange 52.
[0042] Inside the cylinder 51 inserted into the unit, the upper end of the cylinder containing the unit 31 is detachably fitted. The inner circumferential surface of the cylinder 51 inserted into the unit is formed with a plurality of second arc-shaped portions 51A (e.g., 4 in this embodiment) and a plurality of second linear-shaped portions 51B (e.g., 4 in this embodiment) alternately in the circumferential direction.
[0043] The inner circumferential surface of the cylinder 51 inserted into the unit has arc shapes along the circumferential direction in the second portions in arc shape 51A, and linear shapes along the circumferential direction in the second linear shape portions 51B, in a top view. The second arc shape portions 51A are also arranged in the circumferential direction, and the second linear shape portions 51B are also arranged in the circumferential direction. The second arc shape portions 51A face the first arc shape portions 31E, respectively, in the radial direction, and the second linear shape portions 51B face the first linear shape portions 31F, respectively, in the radial direction. Furthermore, the inner circumferential surface of the middle portion of the cylinder 51 inserted into the unit in the up-down direction is formed with a second engagement portion 51C protruding radially outward above its circumference. The second engagement portion 51C is formed with second separation portions 51D separating the continuity of the second engagement portion 51C. A plurality of second separation portions 51D (e.g., 4 in this embodiment) are formed with a gap in the circumferential direction. In addition, an upper end of the cylinder 51 inserted into the unit is formed with an annular projection 51E protruding radially inward from its circumference. The annular projection 51E covers the upper end of the unit-containing cylinder 31 from above.
[0044] The locations of an upper surface of the lid flange 52, which correspond to the corners of the lid flange 52 in the circumferential direction in a top view, are formed with a pair of lid mounting ribs 52A (third locking portions). The pair of lid mounting ribs 52A are formed in opposition to each other so that the axis O of the container is located in the center. The pair of lid mounting ribs 52A are received in the pair of lid mounting grooves 41D, respectively. Thus, movement of the lid mounting body 42 relative to the lid main body 41 in the circumferential direction is prohibited.
[0045] The inner circumferential surface of the cover mounting cylinder 53 is provided with second attachment protrusions 53A extending in the circumferential direction and protruding radially inward. The second attachment protrusions 53A are formed on the sides of the cover mounting cylinder 53 except the corners, and contained in the second attachment groove 41C. Therefore, the movement of the cover mounting body 42 relative to the cover main body 41 in an up-down direction is prohibited.
[0046] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the unit comprises a lipstick 71 in the shape of a circular column, a cylinder containing a stick 72 in the shape of a circular top cylindrically containing the lipstick 71, a sleeve 73 in the shape of a circular cylindrically surrounding the lipstick 71 from the outside radially, a cylinder a circular cylindrical feed cylinder 74 downwardly moving the stick-containing cylinder 72 up-down relative to the container body 2, and a circular cylindrical wrap-around cylinder 75 wrapping the upper end of the feed cylinder 74 from the outside radially.
[0047] The lipstick 71 is a circular column-shaped solid lipstick. The stick-holding cylinder 72 is configured to rotate about the axis O of the container with the sleeve 73 and be movable relative to the sleeve 73 in the up-down direction. The stick-holding cylinder 72 has a holding cylinder 72A of a circular-bottomed cylindrical shape that is inserted with the lower end of the lipstick 71, and a circular column-shaped guided stick 72B extending downward from the bottom wall of the holding cylinder 72A. An outer circumferential surface of the lower end of the guided stick 72B is formed with a guided projection 72C.
[0048] The sleeve 73 surrounds the lipstick 71, the holding cylinder 72A and the enveloping cylinder 75 from the outside radially. In addition, inside the sleeve 73, the holding cylinder 72A is arranged to be movable relative to the sleeve 73 along the axis O of the container, and inside the lower end of the sleeve 73, the enveloping cylinder 75 is adjusted so as not to rotate relative to the sleeve 73. Thus, the sleeve 73 rotates about the axis O of the container with the enveloping cylinder 75.
[0049] Inside the feed cylinder 74, the guided stick 72B is arranged, and the inner circumferential surface of the feed cylinder 74 is formed with a threaded groove 74A engaged in the guided projection 72C and guiding the guided projection 72C up-down. The lower end of the feed cylinder 74 is contained in the unit mounting cylinder 31A. The outer circumferential surface of the lower end of the feed cylinder 74 is formed with the first unit mounting grooves 74B embedded radially inward which contains the first unit mounting ribs 31B of the unit mounting cylinder 31A. A plurality of first unit mounting grooves 74B (e.g., 12 in this embodiment) are formed with a gap in the circumferential direction. Thus, the feed cylinder 74 is not rotatable about the axis O of the container relative to the cylinder containing the unit 31.
[0050] In addition, the middle portion of the feed cylinder 74 is equipped with a container fitting cylinder 74C of circular cylindrical shape. The container mounting cylinder 74C is fitted inside a portion of the cylinder containing the unit 31 which is above the cylinder attaching unit 31A, and an upper end of the container mounting cylinder 74C is connected to the outer circumferential surface of the middle portion of the feed cylinder 74. In addition, there is a gap between the inner circumferential surface of the container mounting cylinder 74C and the outer circumferential surface of the feed cylinder 74.
[0051] The enclosing cylinder 75 surrounds an upper portion of the feed cylinder 74 from the outside radially, and the outer circumferential surface of the enclosing cylinder 75 is equipped with the sleeve 73. In addition, the enclosing cylinder 75 can rotate about the axis O of the container relative to the feed cylinder 74. Thus, the enclosing cylinder 75 can rotate about the axis O of the container with the sleeve 73. In addition, the upper end of the enclosing cylinder 75 is formed with a rotating projection 75A protruding radially inward, and the rotating projection 75A rotates the guided stick 72B of the cylinder containing the stick 72 about the axis O of the container.
[0052] The use of the cosmetic material container 1 with this configuration will be described below. First, when the cover body 3 is in the mounting position around the axis O of the container relative to the container body 2 as shown in [Fig. 1], since the second engagement portion 51C of the cover body 3 engages in the first engagement portion 31G of the container body 2 from below the first engagement portion 31G, the cover body 3 cannot be removed from the container body 2.Then, when rotating the lid body 3 around the axis O of the container relative to the container body 2 in the release position, the second engagement portion 51C of the lid body 3 is aligned with the first separation portions 31H formed in the first engagement portion 31G in the circumferential direction and the first engagement portion 31G is aligned with the second separation portions 51D formed in the second engagement portion 51C in the circumferential direction, the engagement of the second engagement portion 51C of the lid body 3 with the first engagement portion 31G of the container body 2 is released. In addition, when moving the cover body 3 relative to the container body 2 from the mounting position to the unlocking position, the relationship between the cover body 3 and the container body 2 is switched from the state where the cover body 3 is fitted with the container body 2 with the second linear-shaped portions 51B of the cover body 3 facing the first linear-shaped portions 31F of the container body 2 to the state where the cover body 3 is fitted with the container body 2 with the second linear-shaped portions 51B of the cover body 3 facing the first arc-shaped portions 31E of the container body 2. Since the first arc-shaped portions 31E are located radially outside the first linear-shaped portions 31F, at the releasing position, the cover body 3 is fitted with the container body 2 more firmly.Switching these adjustment conditions of the cover body 3 with the body of . container 2 is transmitted to the user in the form of a sensory click. Since the first engagement portion 31G and the second engagement portion 51C are formed with the first separation portions 31G and the second separation portions 51D respectively, the protrusion amounts of the first engagement portion 31G and the second engagement portion 51C are increased to improve the engagement of the second engagement portion 51C with the first engagement portion 31G, the second engagement portion 51C can disengage from the first engagement portion 31G in the release position. Then, the cover body 3 is removed from the container body 2 by lifting the cover body 2 relative to the container body 2.
[0053] In addition, when reassembling the cover body 3 onto the container body 2, after the second separating portions 51D of the cover body 2 are aligned with the first separating portions 31H of the container body 2 in the circumferential direction and lowering the cover body 3 toward the container body 2, the cover body 3 is rotated relative to the container body 2 about the axis O of the container from the release position to the mounting position. The cover body 3 is thus mounted onto the container body 2. In the same vein as the cover body 3 being removed from the container body 2, when rotating the cover body 3 relative to the container body 2 about the axis O of the container from the release position to the mounting position, the fit condition of the cover body 3 with the container body 2 is switched, this switching is indicated to the user in the form of a sensory click.
[0054] Then, the container body 2 is rotated relative to the sleeve 73 about the axis O of the container. When rotating the container body 2 relative to the sleeve 73 about the axis O of the container, with the container body 2, the feed cylinder 74 rotates relative to the guided stick 72B of the stick-containing cylinder 72 about the axis O of the container. Thus, the guided projection 72C of the stick-containing cylinder 72 is guided along the threaded groove 74A formed in the feed cylinder 74 in the axis O of the container, and the stick-containing cylinder 72 moves upward relative to the feed cylinder 74. In addition, the stick-containing cylinder 72 moves upward relative to the sleeve 73, the lipstick 71 is fed from the sleeve.Upon rotation of the container body 2 relative to the sleeve 73 in an opposite direction about the axis O of the container, the lipstick 71 is contained in the sleeve 73 in the opposite sequence mentioned above.
[0055] According to the cosmetic material container 1 with the above configuration, the container main body 21 and the cover main body 41 being made of glass, the cosmetic material container 1 can be provided with excellent aesthetics. Furthermore, when rotating the lid body 3 relative to the container body 2 about the container axis O from the mounting position to the unlocking position, the fit condition of the lid mounting body 42 with the container mounting body 22 is reversed, and a sensory click is transmitted to a user to indicate that the lid body reaches the unlocking position. In particular, since the container mounting body 22 and the lid mounting body 42 are made of plastic materials that have greater elasticity than the glass material, the lid mounting body 42 can rotate about the container axis O relative to the container mounting body 22 even when the lid mounting body 42 is firmly attached to the container mounting body 22 so as to increase said sensory click. Therefore, it is possible to provide a cosmetic material container 1 which improves its aesthetics and tangibility upon detachment of the cover body from the container body.
[0056] In addition, since the same number of first separating portions 31H and second separating portions 51D are uniformly distributed on the first engaging portion 31G and the second engaging portion 51C around the axis O of the container, respectively, it would be easier for the lid body 3 to align with the container body 2 around the axis O of the container when attaching the lid body 3 to the container body 2, the workability of the cosmetic material container 1 is further improved. In addition, the same members can be used for the container main body 21 and the lid main body 41, and the number of parts to be manufactured can be reduced. In addition, since the unit 10 is not attached to the container main body 21 but to the first mounting cylinder, the configuration of the first mounting cylinder which is made of plastic can be easily arranged according to the configuration of the unit 10..
[0057] A second embodiment of the cosmetic material container according to the present invention will be described below. In the description below, elements and materials similar to the cosmetic material container according to the first embodiment will be omitted. As shown in [Fig. 15], the cosmetic material container 100 comprises the container body 101, the cover body 102 and the unit 103. The container mounting body 104 of the container body 101 is formed with the container fitting ribs 104A instead of the container fitting ribs 104D in the first embodiment. The container fitting ribs 104A contact the inner circumferential surface of the upper end opening of the container main body 21. Thus, the container mounting body 104 is fitted into the container main body 21.
