Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: framework system for lining a structure
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of framework systems for lining a vertical or horizontal, interior or exterior wall. Prior art
[0002] Currently, the facades of buildings can be insulated from the outside in order to preserve the interior space of said buildings.
[0003] A first solution consists of implementing an external thermal insulation solution. Such a facing consists of installing panels of insulating materials such as mineral wool or polystyrene on the facade using mortar, glue, adhesive mortar or dowels fixed to the said facade. The whole thing is then covered with plaster.
[0004] A second solution consists of creating a cladding, that is to say, mounting a frame on the wall onto which facing plates are fixed. This frame is such that it allows the installation of panels made of insulating materials such as mineral wool (glass or rock). These panels are fixed to the facade by rosettes.
[0005] In particular, there is a construction which is a cladding whose frame comprises U or C-shaped profiles, that is to say comprising a central core and through which two parallel wings extend, perpendicular to said central core. These profiles are fixed to the facade by means of fixing plates. More particularly, the profiles are arranged so that one of the parallel wings is in contact with the facade.
[0006] Profiles can be used because the two parallel branches of the C form a space into which an insulating material can be inserted. On these profiles, a facing is arranged by means of a horizontal or vertical counter-frame.
[0007] The disadvantage of this construction is that it is necessary to install an air gap to allow ventilation of the building. This air gap then requires additional construction. It also does not allow the facing to be placed at a variable distance from the wall, without modifying the thickness of the profiles. Profile thickness means the width of the profile core. The invention solves the problem by allowing, for a given profile thickness, the facing to be placed at different distances from the wall, thus allowing the use of a variable thickness of the insulating material, depending on the thermal requirements of the structure to be insulated. Summary of the invention
[0008] Thus, the invention seeks to solve the problems of the prior art by providing a lining frame which offers superior thermal performance, in particular without adding a second layer of insulating material.
[0009] To this end, the invention relates to a framework for lining a structure, said framework comprising a frame carrying a facing, said frame comprising a plurality of frame elements arranged to form at least one space in which an insulating material in the form of at least one panel of insulating material is capable of being placed, said frame being fixed to the structure by fixing means characterized in that the thickness of the frame fixed to the wall is greater than that of the at least one panel of insulating material in order to create an empty space between the insulating material and the facing.
[0010] The present invention thus has the advantage of integrating the air blade which ventilates the building without the need for adding an additional structure. According to one example, the thickness of the frame fixed to the structure is the thickness of the frame elements.
[0011] According to one example, the thickness of the reinforcement fixed to the structure is the thickness of the reinforcement elements and the fixing elements.
[0012] According to one example, the reinforcement elements are profiles comprising a central core and at least one first wing extending orthogonally to said central core, said first wing allowing the facing to be fixed.
[0013] According to one example, the frame elements comprise a second wing extending orthogonally to said central core.
[0014] According to one example, said first wing comprises a return extending parallel to the central core.
[0015] According to one example, the return of the first wing has a length equal to the empty space between the insulating material and the facing.
[0016] According to one example, the fixing means comprise fixing elements making it possible to distance the reinforcement from the structure.
[0017] According to one example, the fixing elements comprise a first portion serving for its fixing on the frame and a second portion for its fixing to the structure, the second portion preferably extending orthogonally to the first portion.
[0018] According to one example, the second portion comprises a multitude of aligned through holes, the central core comprises a multitude of aligned through holes, and in which the fixing of the structural element to the fixing element is done by screwing or bolting through at least one hole in the fixing element and at least one hole in the reinforcement element. This advantageously makes it possible to have a single type of reinforcement element to obtain different reinforcement thicknesses.
[0019] The invention further relates to a frame kit to be assembled comprising at least one reinforcement element, at least one fixing element, at least one insulating panel and means for producing at least a portion of the facing.
[0020] According to one example, the reinforcement elements are profiles comprising a central core and at least one first wing extending orthogonally to said central core.
[0021] According to one example, the frame elements comprise a second wing extending orthogonally to said central core.
[0022] According to one example, said first wing comprises a return extending parallel to the central core.
[0023] According to one example, the fixing means comprise fixing elements making it possible to distance the reinforcement from the structure.
[0024] According to one example, the fixing elements comprise a first portion serving for its fixing on the frame and a second portion for its fixing to the structure, the second portion preferably extending orthogonally to the first portion.

[0034] In [Fig.l], a facade 1 is shown. This facade 1 comprises a lining frame 10 arranged to be fixed to a structure 2 such as a building in order to form a facade. The supporting structure 2 is made of wood or masonry. The structure 2 is a floor or ceiling slab or a wall. The wall can be vertical or horizontal or inclined.
[0035] The frame 10, visible in figures 2 and 3, comprises a plurality of reinforcement elements 12 arranged together to form a frame 11. This frame 10 is arranged to allow the installation of an insulation layer 14. This insulation layer 14 comprises a plurality of insulating panels 140. These insulating panels 140 are made of an insulating material of the glass wool or rock wool or polystyrene or wood wool type or any other possible insulating material. These panels have a thickness E1 of between 70 and 300 mm.
[0036] The frame 10 also comprises a facing 16. This facing 16 comprises, in the case of an exterior lining, a cladding which can be made of wood or PVC or stone or any other exterior cladding such as at least one plate covered with a coating.
[0037] The reinforcement elements 12 are profiles as seen in [Fig.4]. These profiles 12 comprise a central core 121 and at least one wing 122 called the first wing. This wing 122 extends perpendicular to the central core so as to form at least an L. The reinforcement elements 12 are made of metal or metal alloy or plastic or composite materials. The facing 16 is fixed to the reinforcement 11 by the first wing 122. The facing 16 is fixed directly or indirectly to the first wing 122. It is then understood that the cladding is fixed to the first wing 122 directly or by means of a secondary reinforcement (not shown) in contact with said first wing 122 and which carries the cladding.
[0038] The reinforcement elements 12 are arranged to form a reinforcement 11. This reinforcement 11 comprises reinforcement elements 12 extending vertically, along a y axis, i.e. orthogonally to the ground and reinforcement elements extending parallel to the ground, i.e. along an x axis. The reinforcement elements 12 are arranged to extend from the structure 2 along a z axis thus defining a depth.
[0039] More particularly, the reinforcement 11 then comprises a plurality of lines comprising at least one reinforcement element 12, the lines are parallel to each other. These lines are vertical or horizontal and extend over the entire height or width of the structure to be lined. The lines are, for example, arranged to have a spacing between two lines of at least 0.6m, preferably between 0.6 and 4m.
[0040] The frame elements 12 are then arranged to form spaces into which the insulating material panels 14 are able to be inserted.
[0041] Frame elements 12 arranged between the lines, parallel to the ground, are used for the window headers. The frame elements 12 arranged parallel to the ground are fixed to the frame elements 12 extending vertically. Optionally, connecting pieces are used to fix the frame elements 12 arranged parallel to the ground to the frame elements 12 extending vertically. can also use a first set of reinforcement elements that are only horizontal (along the x axis), or only vertical (along the y axis), in combination or not with a second set of reinforcement elements 12 in a perpendicular direction.
[0042] The frame 11 further comprises fixing means 13 allowing the fixing reinforcement elements 12 to structure 2 as seen in [Fig.5].
[0043] In a first form, the fixing means 13 comprise at least one fixing element 130. This fixing element 130 is in the form of a bracket or a profile having an L or T shape. Each fixing element 130 thus comprises two portions, a first portion 130a serving for its fixing on the frame 11 and a second portion 13b for its fixing to the structure 2. The second portion 130b preferably extends orthogonally to the first portion 130a. The fixing to the structure 2 and / or to the frame 11 is done by bolting or screwing. Two frame elements 12 can be fixed to the same fixing element 130.
[0044] The reinforcement elements 12 are fixed to the fixing elements 130 by their central core 121. It is then understood that the plane of a central core 121 of a reinforcement element 12 extends orthogonally to the plane of the facade. Said at least one wing 122 of the reinforcement elements 12 is used for the installation of the facing 16. The central core 121 has a length of between 70 and 400 mm.
[0045] The attachment of the reinforcement element 12 to the fixing element 130 by its central core 121 makes it possible to have a mechanical resistance greater than a situation in which the central core was directly attached to the structure 2. This better mechanical resistance makes it possible to reinforce the mechanical moment of inertia. Therefore, as the mechanical moment of inertia is increased, the distance between two fixing elements 130 can be increased up to 2 or 3 meters. In this case, the number of fixing elements 130 decreases.
[0046] The central cores 121 of two reinforcement elements 12 of two adjacent lines are then parallel and form a space 30 between which one or more panels 140 of insulating material are inserted.
[0047] Cleverly according to the invention, the frame 10, that is to say the assembly of the reinforcement elements 12 and the fixing elements 130, is arranged to have a thickness greater than that of the panels 140 of insulating material. This thickness is the distance between the facade and the wing of the reinforcement elements 12 which carries the facing 16.
[0048] However, the panels 140 of insulating material, inserted between two lines of reinforcement elements 12, are in direct contact with the structure 2. Thus, once the facing 16 is installed, there is then a space 30 between the panel 140 of insulating material and said facing 16 as visible in [Fig. 6]. This space 30 then has a thickness, preferably of at least 20 mm. Even more preferably, this space has a thickness between 40 and 90mm.
[0049] This space 30 between the panel 140 of insulating material and the facing 16 then takes the form of an empty space 30. This empty space is likened to an air gap which allows the building to be ventilated. The presence of this air gap makes it possible to avoid having to install an additional structure or reinforcement to provide such ventilation. This difference in thickness between the panel 140 of insulating material and said facing 16 is obtained in different ways.
[0050] A first way consists of providing reinforcement elements 12 whose thickness is greater than that of the insulating panels 140. This thickness of the reinforcement elements 12 is equal to the length of the central core 121 of the profile forming the reinforcement element 12.
[0051] A second way to obtain a difference in thickness between the panel 140 of insulating material and said facing 16 consists in having the thickness of the reinforcement elements 12, that is to say the length of the central core 121 of the profile forming the reinforcement element 12, which is identical to that of the insulating panel 140 but to have this reinforcement element 12 arranged at a distance from the structure. It is then understood that the fixing elements 130 are arranged to move the reinforcement 10 away from the structure, the reinforcement elements 12 being offset from the facade.
[0052] A third way to obtain a difference in thickness between the panel 140 of insulating material and said facing 16 consists in combining the thickness of the reinforcement elements 12, that is to say the length of the central core 121 of the profile forming the structural element, and that of the fixing elements 130 arranged to move the reinforcement 10 away from the structure 2, to obtain the air gap. In this case, it is possible to have a first portion 130a of the fixing element 130 with a great length and a reinforcement element 12 with a central core 121 of short length or the reverse, that is to say a first portion 130a of the fixing element 130 with a short length and a reinforcement element 12 with a central core 121 of long length. Having a reinforcement element 12 with a reduced central core 122 makes it possible to limit the influence of thermal bridges compared to a solution in which the reinforcement element 12 would have a longer central core.
[0053] The advantage of placing the reinforcement 11 at a distance from the structure 2 is that it makes it possible to reduce contact between the reinforcement elements 12 and the structure. Indeed, when the reinforcement elements 12 are not placed at a distance from the facade, said reinforcement elements 12 are in contact with the structure 2, the contact being made over the entire length of said reinforcement elements 12, it promotes the appearance of thermal bridges. Placing the reinforcement elements 12 at a distance makes it possible to reduce this risk.
[0054] In a variant, the fixing elements 130 are arranged to allow a adjustment of the position of the reinforcement elements 12 which are fixed thereto as visible in figures 12 and 13. For this, the first portion 130a comprises a multitude of through holes 131 aligned along the length of the first portion 130a. these holes 131 are possibilities offered for fixing the reinforcement element 12. These possibilities make it possible to bring the reinforcement element 12 closer to or further away from the structure 2. The reinforcement element 12 can also comprise a multitude of through holes 1210. This variant also makes it possible to reduce the number of parts in the manufacturing units, because with a single type of reinforcement element 12, it is possible to make different lining frames with different thicknesses in Z.
[0055] In a variant, the profile forming the reinforcement elements 12 is arranged to be inserted into the panel 140 made of insulating material. For this, the reinforcement element 12 comprises a second wing 122 extending orthogonally to the central core 121 as visible in FIGS. 7 to 10. This second wing extends parallel to the first wing. This second wing extends in the same direction as the first wing to form a U-shaped profile or in an opposite direction to form a Z-shaped profile. the second wing 122 has an identical or different length, greater or less, than that of the first wing.
[0056] This second wing 122 is arranged to cooperate with the panel of insulating material. This cooperation takes the form of an insertion of said second wing 122 into the panel of insulating material. For this, said panel optionally comprises an incision. In the event that it is made, this incision is arranged on the edge of the panel 140 of insulating material. This incision is then made prior to the installation of the panel or during its installation. This incision allows the second wing 122 to be inserted therein. This insertion allows better support of the panel since it is engaged with a reinforcement element 12. This insertion also allows the reinforcement element 12 to serve as a guide rail. It is then possible to move the panel 140 of insulating material along the reinforcement element 12, in particular to put it in place.
[0057] In another variant, the first wing 122 comprises a return 123 as visible in [Fig.l 1]. This return extends parallel to the central core. This return extends in the direction towards the facade. This return 123 is used as a stop in the event that the insulating material panel(s) were to become detached from the facade.
[0058] Preferably, the return of the first wing 122 has a length equal to the thickness of the desired air gap. This allows the return 123 to hold the insulation in place to ensure that the air gap maintains a constant thickness.
[0059] In a variant, the panels 140 made of insulating material are fixed to the structure by dowels or rosettes. These dowels are accessories inserted into holes made in the facade by embedding the insulating material to fix it. These dowels or rosettes allow better support of the 140 panel in insulating material on the structure.
[0060] In another variant, the fixing means 13 comprise bolts or screws or directly fix the reinforcement elements 12 to the structure 2.
[0061] The invention is also presented in the form of a frame kit to be assembled. This kit comprises at least one frame element 12, at least one fixing element, at least one insulating panel 140 and means for producing at least a portion of the facing 16. This kit can be completed by at least one dowel or rosette for anchoring the insulating panel 140 to the structure.
[0062] The frame kit can be separated into sub-kits comprising, for example, a frame sub-kit comprising at least one frame element 12 and at least one fixing element.
[0063] Of course, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example but is susceptible to various variants and modifications which will appear to those skilled in the art.
[0064] Indeed, it is possible to use the lining frame 1 according to the invention for interior lining. In this case, the frame 10 is fixed to the interior wall and the facing is, for example, in the form of a plate sheet which can be covered with a coating and / or paint.
