Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: ASSEMBLY FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC PANEL Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to an assembly for a photovoltaic panel, in particular in the context of the installation of such a photovoltaic panel to power a motorized drive system for a blind such as an electric roller shutter, or a system intended to provide shade such as an awning. STATE OF THE PRIOR ART
[0002] A roller shutter typically comprises a box in which the shutter is rolled up. It is typical for such a roller shutter to be electric, i.e. it comprises an electric motor which ensures the rolling up of the shutter in the box and the unrolling of the shutter under the box to close an opening such as a door or a window.
[0003] The electric motor can be powered by the building's electrical network, but it can also be powered by a photovoltaic panel which is generally fixed to the trunk.
[0004] Currently, the installation of such a photovoltaic panel requires the use of tools and it is desirable to find a different arrangement limiting the use of tools. Statement of the invention
[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a photovoltaic panel assembly which comprises a receptacle and a cover between which the photovoltaic panel is placed and where the connection and disconnection of the receptacle and the cover are simple and without tools.
[0006] For this purpose, a photovoltaic panel assembly is proposed comprising:
[0007] - a receptacle intended to receive the photovoltaic panel and having a bottom and at least one interior longitudinal wall extending from the bottom parallel to a longitudinal direction,
[0008] - a cover comprising a frame intended to be arranged above the photo panel tovoltaic and, for each interior longitudinal wall, an exterior longitudinal wall extending from the frame and arranged parallel opposite and outside the interior longitudinal wall, and
[0009] - for each pair of an outer longitudinal wall and a longitudinal wall interior, at least one fixing system which ensures removable fixing of said longitudinal walls between them,
[0010] where the or each fixing system comprises:
[0011] - a lug secured to said internal longitudinal wall and projecting towards the wall external longitudinal and presenting parallel to the longitudinal direction, a first length, and
[0012] - a counter-lug secured to said external longitudinal wall and projecting towards the interior longitudinal wall and arranged to come on the other side of the lug relative to the frame, where on either side of said counter-lug parallel to the longitudinal direction, a recess is arranged having parallel to the longitudinal direction, a second length greater than the first length.
[0013] Advantageously, each external longitudinal wall comprises a groove in which the associated internal longitudinal wall is housed.
[0014] Advantageously, the assembly comprises means for locking the cover in translation relative to the receptacle parallel to the longitudinal direction.
[0015] Advantageously, the locking means comprise two stops secured to the receptacle and arranged along the longitudinal direction, for each stop, a counter-stop secured to the cover, where the two counter-stops are arranged between the two stops, and when the lug and the associated counter-lug are aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, the distance between each stop and the associated counter-stop is less than the first length.
[0016] Advantageously, the bottom is pierced with at least one window, for each window, a tab is arranged in the window and has two first edges integral with the bottom, and the or each tab is equipped, on the face opposite the frame, with a clip fixing means intended to cooperate with a support and on the face on the side of the frame, with a protrusion projecting above the bottom.
[0017] Advantageously, the bottom is equipped with spring blades arranged to push the photovoltaic panel towards the frame.
[0018] The invention also proposes a box for concealment or system for creating shade comprising an assembly according to one of the preceding variants, a photovoltaic panel housed in the receptacle and a panel constituting a support and on which the receptacle is fixed. [0027] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0028] [Fig.l] and [Fig.2] show an assembly 100 according to the invention and intended for the installation of a photovoltaic panel 102, whether on a box for a blackout such as a roller shutter or on another fixed element such as a wall for example. The assembly 100 can also be implemented in a system for providing shade, such as an awning. The photovoltaic panel 102 is furthermore arranged to electrically power a motorized drive system for the blackout or the system for providing shade.
[0029] In the embodiment of the invention presented here, the assembly 100 is intended to be fixed to supports 50 which are here brackets intended to be fixed to a fixed element for example by screws or rivets. There is here a support 50 at each end of the assembly 100.
[0030] The support 50 can also take the form of a panel constituting an element of a box for a concealing device such as a roller shutter, a pergola with movable slats, etc. In this case, the support 50 is generally flat and it extends over at least the length of the assembly 100.
[0031] The assembly 100 comprises a receptacle 104 in which the photovoltaic panel 102 is received and which has a bottom 104a and at least one internal longitudinal wall 104b, here two in number parallel to each other. The internal longitudinal walls 104b extend from the bottom 104a parallel to a longitudinal direction X of the assembly 100 and corresponding here to the long length of the photovoltaic panel 102. The internal longitudinal walls 104b are integral with the bottom 104a and extend on either side of the photovoltaic panel 102. The receptacle 104 is fixed to the support 50.
[0032] To laterally close the receptacle 104, transverse walls 104c are also provided here extending from the bottom 104a perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X. The receptacle 104 is open between the walls 104b-c.
[0033] The two internal longitudinal walls 104b are opposite each other and in the same way, the two transverse walls 104c are opposite each other.
[0034] In the installation of the photovoltaic panel 102 in the receptacle 104, the front face 102a of the photovoltaic panel 102 which is the face which carries the photovoltaic cells is oriented towards the outside of the receptacle 104, that is to say opposite the bottom 104a while the back 102b of the photovoltaic panel 102 which is opposite the front face 102a faces the bottom 104a.
[0035] The assembly 100 also comprises a cover 106 which comprises a frame 106a which is arranged above the photovoltaic panel 102, revealing the front face 102a of the photovoltaic panel 102 and more particularly, the photovoltaic cells.
[0036] For each inner longitudinal wall 104b, the cover 106 has an outer longitudinal wall 106b extending from the frame 106a and arranged parallel opposite and outside the inner longitudinal wall 104b in question. The outer longitudinal walls 106b are integral with the frame 106a and extend from the frame 106a on either side of the photovoltaic panel 102.
[0037] Each outer longitudinal wall 106b thus covers the associated inner longitudinal wall 104b.
[0038] The photovoltaic panel 102 is thus located between the bottom 104a and the frame 106a.
[0039] For each pair consisting of an external longitudinal wall 106b and an internal longitudinal wall 104b opposite each other, the assembly 100 comprises at least one fixing system (here three in number) which ensures removable fixing of said longitudinal walls 104b and 106b between them.
[0040] As shown more precisely in Figs. 4 and 5, each fixing system comprises a lug 150 and a counter-lug 152. [Fig. 5] shows the receptacle 104 and the cover 106 in the disassembled position, that is to say separated.
[0041] The lug 150 is integral with the inner longitudinal wall 104b and projects towards the outer longitudinal wall 106b, i.e. towards the outside of the inner longitudinal wall 104b. The lug 150 has, parallel to the longitudinal direction X, a first length L0.
[0042] The counter-lug 152 is integral with the outer longitudinal wall 106b and projects towards the inner longitudinal wall 104b, that is to say towards the inside of the outer longitudinal wall 106b. In the assembled position, as shown in [Fig. 4], the counter-lug 152 comes on the other side of the lug 150 relative to the frame 106a. The lug 150 and the counter-lug 152 are thus engaged with each other and cannot separate from each other in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X.
[0043] On either side of the counter-lug 152 parallel to the longitudinal direction X, a recess 108a-b is provided which has, parallel to the longitudinal direction X, a second length L1 which is greater than the first length L0.
[0044] The placement of the cover 106 on the receptacle 104 consists of shifting the cover 106 so that the lug 150 is aligned with a recess 108a-b perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X. The cover 106 is brought closer to the receptacle 104 in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X so that the counter-lug 152 exceeds the lug 150 in this direction. direction. The cover 106 is then moved parallel to the longitudinal direction X so as to align the lug 150 and the counter-lug 152 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X. The lug 150 and the counter-lug 152 are thus engaged and in the assembled position.
[0045] Disassembly is carried out in the reverse manner by moving the cover 106 parallel to the longitudinal direction X so as to misalign the lug 150 and the counter-lug 152 and so that the lug 150 is positioned opposite a recess 108a-b. The cover 106 can then be removed.
[0046] Assembly therefore requires no tools.
[0047] To ensure better guidance along the longitudinal direction X, each outer longitudinal wall 106b comprises a groove 106c in which the associated inner longitudinal wall 104b is housed, and more particularly its top. The groove 106c also ensures locking along an axis transverse to the longitudinal direction X, eliminates play and prevents disassembly of the assembly 100.
[0048] To prevent involuntary disassembly of the cover 160 and the receptacle 104, the assembly 100 comprises means for locking the cover 106 in translation relative to the receptacle 104 parallel to the longitudinal direction X when they are in the assembled position.
[0049] As shown more particularly in Figs. 6 and 7, the locking means comprise two stops 110 which are integral with the receptacle 104 and arranged along the longitudinal direction X and for each stop 110, a counter-stop 112 integral with the cover 106.
[0050] The two counter-stops 112 are arranged between the two stops 110 and the stops 110 and counter-stops 112 are all aligned along the longitudinal direction X.
[0051] When the lug 150 and the associated counter-lug 152 are aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X, that is to say in the assembled position, the distance between each stop 110 and the associated counter-stop 112 is less than the first length L0, which limits the movement of the cover 106 below the distance necessary for disassembly.
[0052] The stop 110 has a sloping profile 110a along the longitudinal direction X, thus, when the cover 106 and the receptacle 104 are approached to each other with the lugs 150 and the counter-lugs 152 offset, the counter-stop 112 slides on the slope 110a which elastically deforms the cover 106. As the cover 106 moves along the longitudinal direction X, the counter-stop 112 slides on the stop 110, until reaching the end of the stop 110 where the cover 106 returns to its normal position by descending from the stop 110.
[0053] The deformation of the cover 106 takes place only on one side during assembly.
[0054] For disassembly, it is then sufficient to elastically deform the cover 106 to make a counter-stop 112 pass above the associated stop 110, which releases the translational movement of the cover 106.
[0055] As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the bottom 104a takes the form of a flat surface which is pierced with at least one through window 121.
[0056] For each window 121, a tab 120 is arranged in the window 121 and having two first edges 122 secured to the bottom 104a and two second edges 123 which are free, i.e. they are not fixed to any other element. In the embodiment of the invention, each tab 120 extends transversely with respect to the longitudinal direction X. Here, the two first edges 122 are parallel to the longitudinal direction X and the two second edges 123 are perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X. The two first edges 122 extend over the width of the tab 120 and the two second edges 123 extend over the length of the tab 120.
[0057] Each tab 120 is thus flexible and can move perpendicular to the plane of the bottom 104a.
[0058] The or each tab 120 is equipped, on the face opposite the frame 106a, that is to say towards the rear of the bottom 104a and therefore towards the support 50, with a clip fixing means 124, of the lug clip type. The fixing means 124 cooperates with the support 50, in particular by being inserted into a hole 52 of the support 50 provided for this purpose. The clip fixing means 124 is inserted into the hole 52 to fix the assembly 100 to the support 50. In the case where the support 50 is a panel of a box for a concealed blind, the support 50 has for each clip fixing means 124, a through hole 52 to house the clip fixing means 124 therein.
[0059] The or each tab 120 is equipped, on the face which is on the side of the frame 106a, that is to say towards the front of the bottom 104a, with a protrusion 126 which projects above the bottom 104a. This protrusion 126 which here takes the form of a dome is pressed in by the back 102b of the photovoltaic panel 102 which presses on it when it is in place.
[0060] By pressing on the protrusion 126, the photovoltaic panel 102 pushes the fixing means 124 which pushes into the hole 52 of the support 50 to be fixed there. The fixing of the assembly 100 is then simple and quick and does not require any special tools or supplies.
[0061] In the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig.2], the bottom 104a is equipped with spring blades 128 arranged to push the photovoltaic panel 102 towards the frame 106a to compensate for manufacturing tolerances.
