Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Motor vehicle hatch comprising an illuminated logo.
[0001] The invention relates to a motor vehicle hatch comprising a frame inside which is provided a housing and an opening mounted to move relative to the frame between an open position and a closed position, and comprising a contactor for closing the opening, an outer face of the opening being provided with a logo.
[0002] Electric vehicles often have a hatch of this type intended to conceal a charging socket. As it is located on a grille of the vehicle situated between the hood, the shield and the optics, it is then equipped with the vehicle logo, usually placed in the center of the front face.
[0003] As the logos can be illuminated, it may be interesting to add this function to the logo placed on the hatch.
[0004] The logo lighting means are usually connected to a means of controlling and supplying electricity to the vehicle.
[0005] However, since the logo is located on a hatch opening, the wires can be a hindrance to its opening, risking getting stuck or being damaged. It is also necessary to provide sufficient length for the wires to allow the opening to move.
[0006] In order to overcome these drawbacks, the invention relates to a hatch whose opening includes a logo provided with lighting means whose power supply is simple, easy to implement and whose risks of deterioration are limited.
[0007] To this end, the invention proposes a hatch of the type cited above, characterized in that the hatch comprises a first electrical circuit arranged on a periphery of the bottom of the housing of the frame connected to a power supply of the contactor and having a first series of contact pads spaced apart from each other so that the first circuit is open, and a second electrical circuit, carried by an internal face of the opening at the periphery of the logo connected to means for lighting the logo and having a second series of contact pads spaced apart from each other so that the second circuit is open, the hatch being able to occupy: - its closed position in which the opening is closed against the frame, the first and second series of contact pads being connected together so as to connect the first and second electrical circuits and turn on the logo lighting means and - its open position in which the opening clears the housing of the hatch, the first and second series of contact pads being disconnected so that the second circuit is open and cuts off the power supply to the logo lighting means.
[0008] According to other characteristics of the invention:
[0009] The electrical circuits are glued respectively to the bottom of the housing and to the internal face of the opening.
[0010] The electrical circuits are clipped onto the bottom of the housing and onto the internal face of the opening.
[0011] The electrical circuits are overmolded on the bottom of the housing and on the internal face of the opening.
[0012] Electrical circuits are electrical sheets.
[0013] Electrical circuits are small section electrical wires.
[0014] The hatch conceals a charging socket, the charging socket being arranged in an opening provided in the bottom of the housing.
[0015] The first electrical circuit is arranged around the opening.
[0016] Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the description of examples of embodiment of a conduit with reference to the appended drawings in which:
[0017] [Fig-1] [Fig.l] is a general perspective view of a part of the grille of vehicle comprising a hatch according to the invention in the closed position.
[0018] [Fig.2] [Fig.2] is a general perspective view of the hatch of [Fig.l] in open position.
[0019] [Fig.3] [Fig.3] a front view of the frame of the hatch according to the invention.
[0020] [Fig.4] [Fig.4] is a rear view of the frame of the hatch according to the invention.
[0021] [Fig.5] [Fig.5] is a front view of the hatch opening according to the invention.
[0022] [Fig.6] [Fig.6] is a rear view of the hatch opening according to the invention.
[0023] In the following description, we will take, without limitation, a longitudinal, vertical and transverse orientation indicated by the trihedron L,V,T of figures 1 to 6.
[0024] Identical or similar elements are designated by the same reference numerals.
[0025] With the exception of the specific elements of the driving position, the vehicle has a general symmetry with respect to a median longitudinal plane.
[0026] As described in Figures 1 and 2, a vehicle (not shown) comprises a load hatch 10 located on a grille 12 of the vehicle between a hood, a shield and optics (not shown).
[0027] As shown in Figures 1 to 4, the hatch 10 is composed on the one hand of a fixed frame 18 comprising a housing 20 whose bottom 21 is pierced by an opening 22 capable of receiving a load socket 24, and on the other hand of an opening 26.
[0028] As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 5, the opening 26 is mounted to move around a hinge 28 capable of occupying a closed position in which it closes the housing 20 and an open position in which it completely clears the housing 20 so as to allow access to the charging socket 24.
[0029] The control of the passage from one position to the other of the opening 26 is ensured automatically by means of a contactor 30 fixed on an internal face 32 of the fixed frame 18, shown in [Fig.3].
[0030] The opening 26 can be moved from one position to another manually or by motorized means.
[0031] An external face 33 of the opening 26 comprises a logo 34 capable of being illuminated by lighting means not shown.
[0032] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the fixed frame 18 comprises a first electrical circuit 36 controlled by the electrical supply of the contactor 30 and having a first series of contact pads 38. The first series of pads 38 can comprise the power supply, ground, and signal functions with two wires. The contact pads 38 are spaced apart from each other so that the first electrical circuit 36 is open.
[0033] The first electrical circuit 36 extends along the bottom 21 of the housing 20, all around the opening 22.
[0034] According to one embodiment of the invention, the first electrical circuit 36 is an electrical sheet glued to the bottom 21 of the housing 20.
[0035] According to other embodiments of the invention, the electrical circuit 36 can also be clipped or overmolded onto the bottom 21 of the housing 20.
[0036] The electrical circuit 36 may be a flat sheet of copper (or any other conductive material) or simple electrical wires with a small cross-section.
[0037] Concerning the case of flat sheets, an anti-corrosion type surface treatment may be provided for example.
[0038] As shown in [Fig.5], the opening 26 comprises on an internal face 40, opposite its external face 33, a second electrical circuit 42 connected to the logo lighting means 34. It comprises a second series of contact pads 44 distant from each other so that the second electrical circuit 42 is open.
[0039] The second circuit 42 extends around the perimeter of the opening 26 opposite the first circuit 36.
[0040] According to one embodiment of the invention, the second electrical circuit 42 is an electrical sheet glued to the internal face 38 of the opening 26.
[0041] According to other embodiments of the invention, the electrical circuit can also be clipped or overmolded onto the internal face 38 of the opening 26.
[0042] The electrical circuit 42 may be a flat sheet of copper (or any other conductive material) or simple electrical wires with a small cross-section.
[0043] Concerning the case of flat sheets, an anti-corrosion type surface treatment may be provided for example.
[0044] Thus, when the opening 26 is in the open position, the second series of contact pads 44 is not connected to any electrical power supply. The second electrical circuit 42 therefore remains open and the lighting means are switched off.
[0045] When the opening 26 passes into its closed position, the first and second series of contacts 38 and 44 are connected to each other, the first and second circuits 36 and 42 then forming a closed circuit, in which the lighting means of the logo 34 are connected to the power supply means of the contactor 30. The logo 34 is then illuminated.
[0046] The arrangement of the hatch 10 according to the invention thus makes it possible to very simply do away with electrical cables which may be in the way when opening and closing the opening 26.
[0047] The hatch 10 described here relates to an electric vehicle charging hatch, but it could be any type of hatch carrying a lighting means on its opening.
