Title of the invention: SELF-FIXING HAIR JEWEL

[0001] The present invention relates to an ornamental device in which a fixing device is integrated for fixing to locks of hair, in such a way that the assembly is indivisible.

[0002] The field of the invention is the field of devices for fixing ornamental objects in the hair, in particular in one or more locks of hair, such as for example braids or plaits, dreadlocks or locks. STATE OF THE ART

[0003] There are many ornamental objects that can be attached to the hair or head of an individual.

[0004] Some of these ornamental objects are provided with a fastening system allowing them to be fixed directly onto or around a lock of hair. This solution has the disadvantage of handling which breaks the hair as the repetitive handling progresses.

[0005] There are also attachment devices for attaching one or more ornamental objects to the hair. These devices comprise, on the one hand, a means for attaching to the hair, and on the other hand, a means for attaching an ornamental object. It is thus possible to change, add or remove, on the fly, an ornamental object.

[0006] There are also ornamental objects requiring suitable tools for the installation of these objects, which makes handling complex and time-consuming.

[0007] Finally, the currently known devices have a complex and bulky architecture so that once in place, they remain visible.

[0008] One aim of the present innovation is to remedy these drawbacks.

[0009] Also, the objective of this invention is to provide an ornamental object that does not break hair.

[0010] Another object of the invention is to propose a fixing device integrated into the ornamental object, in other words a self-fixing ornamental object for a lock of hair which is reliable and can be worn without being removed for several days, while being less bulky than the devices currently known.

[0011] Finally, another aim of the invention is to propose a device for fixing an ornamental object to the hair having a simple architecture, easy to manufacture and less expensive. Statement of the invention

[0012] The invention makes it possible to fix an ornamental object to a lock of hair, thanks to retaining means contained in the inner face of the object, so that this fixing system, once inserted, is perfectly invisible.

[0013] The retaining means are pins arranged horizontally to the lock of hair. Thus, the device is attached to the lock of hair by rotary movement and is removed by exerting the opposite rotary movement.

[0014] The ornamental part and the retaining means are inseparable.

[0015] The invention provides a self-fixing ornamental object device which is fixed to at least one lock of hair by rotary movement.

[0016] Such a system is inexpensive, compact, uncomplicated, very simple to manufacture and invisible once installed since it is located in the lock of hair.

[0017] In addition, such a system allows for easy, quick and ergonomic handling for its installation and removal, in addition to a reliable means of retention.

[0018] Finally, such an object can be kept for several days on the lock of hair without needing to remove it and without risking damaging the hair or the hairstyle.

[0019] By "lock of hair" is meant a compact set of hair which may be in the form of a ponytail, a braid, a plait, dreadlocks or locks (or locs).

[0022] The device according to the invention may be made of metal, plastic, wood, glass, or any other material.

1. An ornamental object (200), comprising a retaining portion (100) for securing the ornamental object to the hair, characterized by securing the ornamental object (200) by rotation and removing it by reverse rotation, and wherein the retaining portion (100) and the ornamental object (200) are inseparable.

2. Ornamental object (200) according to the preceding claim characterized in that the retaining part (100) is static or mobile, the mobility being less than an angle of 90° relative to the ornamental object (200).

3. Ornamental object (200) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is linked to other ornamental objects (300), removable or not.

4. Ornamental object (200) according to the preceding claim characterized in that the other ornamental objects (300) are chosen from: a. A fixing clip b. A fixing ring c. A fixing cone d. A fixing ring e. A fixing hole f. A fixing groove

5. Ornamental object (200) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the retaining portion (100) forms an angle of between 10° and 90° with respect to the lock of hair.

6. Ornamental object (200) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is of a flat, rounded, circular shape, forming a tube, forming an octagon, a hexagon, a pentagon, a triangle, a square, a rhombus, a rectangle, an ellipse.

7. Ornamental object (200) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is manufactured by machining, by molding, or by 3D printing.

8. An ornamental object (200), comprising a retaining portion (100) for securing the ornamental object to textile or rope characterized by securing the ornamental object (200) by rotation and removing it by reverse rotation and in that the retaining portion (100) and the ornamental object (200) are inseparable.
