Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: ELECTRIC OR HYBRID MOTOR VEHICLE FEATURING A REFRIGERATION HATCH FLEXIBLE LOADING
[0001] The invention relates to electric or hybrid motor vehicles, and more particularly to the charging ports of these vehicles.
[0002] Prior art patent application US20230228130 is known, describing a system for assisting the opening of a refueling hatch, particularly in the event of a blockage caused by frost, which also serves as a locking device in the closed position. The system comprises an opening and closing device including a hatch, or flap, rotatably mounted on an articulated arm, and an actuator for actuating the hatch. The actuator includes an electric motor comprising a screw, said screw driving a gear. The actuator is connected to a rotating spindle which is associated with an actuating element. The actuating element is a key having an internal thread that interacts with the rotating spindle having an external thread. When the rotating spindle rotates, a combined translational and rotational movement is generated to close and move the hatch. However, some drawbacks remain. The invention described is an assistance system, not an automated system. The driver or another vehicle user must manually open and close the shutter. The invention described simply provides assistance. Furthermore, the opening of the shutter breaks the frost, which risks damaging the shutter itself. Moreover, it does not allow for cleaning the shutter if it is covered in mud or dust, for example.
[0003] The objective of the present invention is to remedy these drawbacks and to prevent the blockage of said hatch, in particular due to ice or mud.
[0004] To achieve this objective, the invention proposes an electric or hybrid motor vehicle comprising an electric motor, said vehicle comprising a front axle and a rear axle whose points of contact with the ground define a base plane defined by a first longitudinal direction corresponding to straight-line driving, by a second transverse direction orthogonal to the first longitudinal direction, and a third vertical direction orthogonal to the first and second directions and oriented away from the ground, said vehicle comprising a battery, a casing, and a housing including a charging base for recharging said battery, said housing being positioned under said casing along the third direction, said housing comprising a hatch configured to close said housing and at least one guide configured to hold said hatch in said housing, said at least one guide comprising a heating wire configured to heat said at least one guide, said housing comprising at least one first push system and one second push system, the first push system and the second push system being configured to permit movement of said hatch vertically in the third direction, said first push system and said second push system each being capable of having a compressed configuration in which said first push system and / or said second push system have a first length and a relaxed configuration in which said first push system and / or said second push system have a second length, the first length being less than the second length, said at least one first push-button system and said second push-button system comprise a return system configured to move said at least one first push-button system and said second push-button system from the relaxed configuration to the compressed configuration, notable in that said hatch is flexible, said hatch being capable of presenting three positions: , - a first position in which said hatch is positioned against said at least one guide in the third direction so that said housing is closed, said first push system and said second push system (6b) having the relaxed configuration; - a second position in which said hatch is flexed, said first push-button system having the compressed configuration and said first push-button system having the relaxed configuration; - a third position in which said hatch is positioned at a predetermined distance from said at least one guide so that said housing is open, said first push system and said second push system having a compressed configuration.
[0005] Thanks to the invention, the hatch 3 is less likely to be blocked by external elements, in particular by frost and mud.
[0006] Preferably, said at least one guide includes a sealing gasket.
[0007] The sealing gasket prevents water from entering said housing 1 when said vehicle is moving.
[0008] Advantageously, said hatch is motorized.
[0009] This configuration allows the automatic change of position of said plate, without intervention from the driver.
[0010] Advantageously, the hatch includes a water ejection system for cleaning said hatch.
[0011] This helps to reduce the presence of dust, debris or mud on said trapdoor.
[0012] Advantageously, said hatch includes a hot air ventilation system.
[0013] The hot air removes the dust present on said hatch and allows, in cooperation with the electric heating wire, the frost present on said hatch to melt.
[0014] Preferably, said housing includes a third push-button system and a fourth push-button system.
[0015] Thus, in the event of failure of one of the pusher systems, deformation of the hatch is still possible.
[0016] Advantageously, said at least a first push-button system and said second push-button system each comprise a spring.
[0017] A spring has a long service life. Furthermore, a spring cannot fail, unlike an electric push-button system.
[0018] Preferably, said return system is a mechanical, electromechanical or electromagnetic system.
[0019] Preferably, said electric heating wire is powered by a low voltage 12V or 24V battery.
[0020] This avoids using the battery's electrical energy, which is thus conserved to power the electric motor. The vehicle's range is therefore improved.
[0021] Advantageously, said vehicle includes a means for warning a driver and a computer configured to measure the force required to move the hatch from the first position to the third position, said warning means being configured to activate when said force is greater than a predetermined threshold value.
[0022] This allows the driver to know that said hatch is blocked and to react accordingly, without having to move outside said vehicle.
[0023] The invention will be further detailed by describing non-limiting embodiments, and based on the accompanying figures illustrating variants of the invention, in which: - [Fig.l] schematically illustrates a hatch in a first position in a housing of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle according to an embodiment of the invention; - [Fig.2] schematically illustrates said hatch in a second position in said housing of the electric or hybrid motor vehicle; - [Fig.3] schematically illustrates said hatch in a third position in said housing of the electric or hybrid motor vehicle.
[0024] Figure [1] schematically illustrates a hatch in a first position within a housing of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle. The vehicle comprises a front axle and a rear axle whose points ofThe vehicle's ground contact area defines a base plane XY, defined by a first longitudinal direction X corresponding to straight-line travel, a second transverse direction Y orthogonal to the first longitudinal direction X, and a third vertical direction Z orthogonal to the first direction X and the second direction Y, oriented away from the ground. The vehicle comprises a body, an electric motor, and a battery. The battery stores and distributes electrical energy to power the electric motor. Furthermore, the vehicle includes a housing 1 positioned under the body along the third direction Z. Housing 1 contains a charging base for recharging the battery. The charging base is a receiver capable of interacting with a transmitter connected to a charging station. The connection between the base and the transmitter is either mechanical or electromagnetic. In the case of a mechanical connection, the transmitter is an electrical plug, usually connected to a charging cable that links the plug to the charging station. In the case of an electromagnetic connection, the transmitter is a transmitting base. Thus, charging is carried out by electromagnetic induction. Housing 1 includes a hatch 3 configured to close housing 1 in order to protect the charging base and prevent the entry of water, mud, dust, or unwanted debris, particularly when the vehicle is in motion. Furthermore, housing 1 includes at least one guide 4. By way of example, at least one guide 4 is a rail allowing the hatch 3 to be moved along the third direction Z.Preferably, at least one guide 4 has a sealing gasket to prevent water from entering housing 1 when housing 1 is closed. In [Fig. 1] and the following figures, housing 1 has two guides 4. In another embodiment, housing 1 has only one guide 4, which runs around the entire perimeter of housing 1. Each guide 4 has a heating wire 5 configured to heat the corresponding guide 4. In this way, if frost blocks the hatch 3, the heating wire 5 melts the frost, either partially or completely, so that the hatch 3 can be opened. Preferably, the heating wire 5 is powered by a low-voltage battery, for example, a 12V or 24V battery.Advantageously, said hatch 3 also includes a hot air ventilation system for melting frost, in cooperation with said heating wire 5. In addition, the airflow over hatch 3 allows for the removal of dust accumulating on said hatch 3. Housing 1 includes at least a first push system 6a and a second push system 6b. The push system is a component for transmitting a force, i.e., a "push," to another component, in this case to said hatch 3. Advantageously, said housing 1 includes a third. a push-button system and a fourth push-button system. The first push-button system 6a and the second push-button system 6b are configured to allow vertical movement of said hatch 3 along the third direction Z. The first push-button system 6a and said second push-button system 6b are each capable of having a compressed or a relaxed configuration. In the compressed configuration, said first push-button system 6a and / or said second push-button system 6b have a first length. In the relaxed configuration, said first push-button system 6a and / or said second push-button system 6b have a second length. The first length is shorter than the second length. The first push-button system 6a and the second push-button system 6b each include a return system 7 configured to move said at least one push-button system 6a and said second push-button system 6b from the relaxed configuration to the compressed configuration.Advantageously, the return system 7 is mechanical, electromechanical, or electromagnetic. Preferably, the at least one first push-button system 6a and the second push-button system 6b each have a spring 8. The hatch 3 is flexible. Indeed, the hatch 3 is made of a malleable material that allows for its mechanical deformation. Thus, the hatch 3 is capable of three positions: a first position, a second position, and a third position. The first position is the position in which the hatch 3 is positioned against the at least one guide 4, downwards in the housing 1 along the third direction Z. Thus, the housing 1 is closed. The first pusher system 6a and the second pusher system 6b each having the relaxed configuration such that said first pusher system 6a and said second pusher system 6b exert a force along the third direction Z against said hatch 3 in order to hold it against said at least one guide 4. In [Fig.1], said hatch 3 is illustrated in the first position.
[0025] In [Fig. 2], said hatch 3 is shown in the second position. The first pusher system 6a is in its compressed configuration, while the second pusher system 6b is in its relaxed configuration. This generates an asymmetrical force on said hatch 3 along the third direction Z. Indeed, said second pusher system 6b pushes said hatch 3 towards said at least one guide 4 along the third direction Z. Due to its flexibility, said hatch 3 deforms as shown in [Fig. 2]. The hatch 3 is therefore flexed. The deformation of said hatch 3 allows the removal of mud, dust, or debris. Furthermore, in the event of frost, the deformation of the hatch 3 allows the ice formation to break up, preventing said hatch 3 from becoming blocked and, consequently, the electrical energy supply to said battery from being impossible.Preferably, said hatch 3 includes a water ejection system for cleaning said hatch 3. Indeed, mud, for example, is likely to block said hatch 3 in the first. position when the mud is dry. It is therefore preferable to remove the mud using the aforementioned water ejection system.
[0026] The hatch 3 is shown in the third position in [Fig. 3]. The hatch 3 is positioned at a predetermined distance d from at least one guide 4 such that the housing 1 is open. In the third position, the first push-button system 6a and the second push-button system 6b are in a compressed configuration. Thus, no force is exerted on the hatch 3 in the third direction Z. The hatch 3 is therefore held in the third position. Advantageously, the hatch 3 is motorized. Thus, the hatch 3 is capable of changing position automatically, without intervention from a vehicle user. Preferably, the vehicle includes a means for warning the driver and a computer configured to measure the force required to move the hatch 3 from the first position to the third position. The warning means is configured to activate when the force exceeds a predetermined threshold value. Thus, if the force required to open hatch 3 exceeds the predetermined threshold value, this means that hatch 3 is at least partially blocked. The driver is then warned so that they can unblock hatch 3 by activating the means described above. Alternatively, the aforementioned means are activated automatically. For example, the warning means is an audible and / or visual warning. This could be a specific noise emitted inside the vehicle or a warning light that illuminates on the vehicle's dashboard.
