DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0039] To better understand the above technical solutions, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present utility model will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments. It should be understood that the embodiments of the present utility model and the specific features of the embodiments are detailed descriptions of the technical solutions of the present utility model, and not limitations of the technical solutions of the present utility model. In the absence of conflict, the embodiments of the present utility model and the technical features of the embodiments may be combined with each other.

[0040] As illustrated in Figs. 1 to 8, according to the first aspect of the embodiment of the present utility model, a base station is provided. The base station comprises: a base station body 210, wherein a docking cavity is formed in the base station body 210; a door body 220 configured to close or open the docking cavity; a transmission assembly 100 according to any one of the above technical solutions, the transmission assembly 100 being provided on the base station body 210, and an output end of the transmission assembly 100 being connected to the door body 220; and a drive member 230 connected to the transmission assembly 100. The transmission assembly 100 comprises a planetary gear transmission assembly 110 and a parallel shaft transmission assembly 120; the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 is connected to the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120; and the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 is arranged along a first direction, the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 is arranged along a second direction, and the first direction intersects the second direction.

[0041] The base station provided by the embodiment of the present utility model comprises the base station body 210, the door body 220 and the transmission assembly 100. On this basis, when the accommodating cavity needs to be opened or closed, the driving member 230 can be activated, and the driving member 230 drives the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 of the transmission assembly 100 to move, then, the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 drives the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 to move, and then, the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 drives the door body 220 to move, so that the rotation speed of the door body 220 can be reasonably controlled.

[0042] The transmission assembly 100 provided by the embodiment of the present utility model comprises the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 and the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120. The planetary gear transmission assembly 110 is arranged along the first direction, the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 is arranged along the second direction, and the first direction intersects the second direction. On this basis, in an operation process, if the door body 220 is driven to open by the transmission assembly 100, the transmission ratio can be provided by the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 and the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120, thereby facilitating the opening and closing of the door body 220.In addition, the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 is arranged along the first direction, the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 is arranged along the second direction, and the first direction intersects the second direction, so that the spatial footprint of the transmission assembly 100 during mounting can be reduced, facilitating the arrangement of the transmission assembly 100.

[0043] According to the transmission assembly 100 provided by the embodiment of the present utility model, the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 is arranged along the first direction, the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 is arranged along the second direction, and the first direction intersects the second direction. On this basis, the characteristics of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 and the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 are fully utilized, the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 has a specific length, the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 has a length specific, and the arrangement directions of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 and the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 intersect. When assembling the transmission assembly 100, the transmission assembly 100 does not occupy too much space in length or too much space in width. Taking the application of the transmission assembly 100 to the base station as an example, the arrangement of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 may be along the width direction of the base station, and the arrangement of the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 may be along the depth direction of the base station. On this basis, the assembly of the transmission assembly 100 can be completed only by reserving smaller spaces in the width and depth directions of the base station, replacing a transmission solution of multiple gears in traditional technology and facilitating the assembly of the transmission assembly 100.

[0044] It can be understood that the first direction refers to the length direction of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110, and in most cases, the length direction of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 is the same as a transmission direction of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110.

[0045] It can be understood that the second direction refers to the length direction of the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120, and in most cases, the length direction of the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 is the same as a transmission direction of the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120.

[0046] As illustrated in Figures 1 to 4, the x direction is the first direction and the y direction is the second direction in [Fig.2]. In one embodiment, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.

[0047] In this technical solution, the relationship between the first direction and the second direction is further provided. By arranging the first direction perpendicular to the second direction, assembly of the transmission assembly 100 on a device is facilitated. One of the planetary gear transmission assemblies 110 and the parallel shaft transmission assemblies 120 can be arranged along the length direction, and the other can be arranged along the width direction, so that assembly and fixing are more convenient, and the space required for mounting is smaller, thereby facilitating better reservation of the assembly space.

[0048] As illustrated in Figures 1-4, in one embodiment, the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 comprises at least two planetary gear transmission components, and the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 comprises at least two parallel shaft transmission components.

[0049] In this technical solution, the specific configurations of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 and the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 are further provided. The planetary gear transmission assembly 110 comprises at least two planetary gear transmission components and the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 comprises at least two parallel shaft transmission components, so that the mechanical strength of the transmission assembly 100 is ensured; and at the same time, the transmission ratio is ensured, and the volume of the transmission assembly 100 is reduced.

[0050] In one embodiment, a ratio of the transmission ratio of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 to the transmission ratio of the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 is 1 to 3.35.

[0051] In this technical solution, the relationship between the transmission ratio of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 and the transmission ratio of the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 is further provided. The ratio of the transmission ratio of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 to the transmission ratio of the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 is 1 to 3.35. By selecting this ratio range, the relationship between the length of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 and the length of the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 is further defined, so that the length of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 can be close to the length of the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120, thereby facilitating the assembly of the transmission assembly 100 on the device.

[0052] It can be understood that if the ratio of the transmission ratio of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 to the transmission ratio of the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 is less than 1, this may cause the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 to be excessively long; and if the ratio of the transmission ratio of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 to the transmission ratio of the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 is greater than 3.35, this may cause the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 to be excessively long.

[0053] As illustrated in Figures 1 to 4, in one embodiment, the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 comprises an input gear 111; a first-level planetary carrier 112, where at least two first projections 113 are provided on one side of the first-level planetary carrier 112, and a second transmission gear 114 is provided on the other side; at least two first transmission gears 115, where each of the first projections 113 is fitted with one of the first transmission gears 115, and the input gear 111 is meshed with the first transmission gears 115; and a external gear ring 116, where the first transmission gears 115 are meshed with the external gear ring 116.

[0054] In this technical solution, the structural composition of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 is further provided. The planetary gear transmission assembly 110 may include the input gear 111, the first-level planetary carrier 112, the at least two first transmission gears 115, and the outer ring gear 116. In an operating process, the output end of the drive member 230 is connected to the input gear 111, and the input gear 111 is meshed with the first transmission gear 115 on the first-level planetary carrier 112; and the first transmission gear 115 is meshed with the outer ring gear 116, which can be fixed. On this basis, the first transmission gear 115 can rotate on its own axis around the corresponding projection, and can also drive the first-level planetary carrier 112 to rotate, so that the first transmission is realized; and the first transmission is more stable due to the arrangement of the at least two first transmission gears 115.

[0055] As illustrated in Figures 1 to 4, in one embodiment, the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 further comprises: a second-level planetary carrier 117, wherein at least two second projections 118 are provided on one side of the second-level planetary carrier 117, and a third transmission gear 119 is provided on the other side; and at least two fourth transmission gears 1110, wherein each of the second projections 118 is fitted with one of the fourth transmission gears 1110, the second transmission gear 114 is meshed with the fourth transmission gears 1110, the fourth transmission gears 1110 are meshed with the outer ring gear 116, and the third transmission gear 119 is connected to the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120.

[0056] In this technical solution, the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 may further comprise the second-level planetary carrier 117, the third transmission gear 119, and two fourth transmission gears 1110. On this basis, in an operating process, the second transmission gear 114 located on the first-level planetary carrier 112 is meshed with the fourth transmission gears 1110, so that the fourth transmission gears 1110 are driven to rotate; and the fourth transmission gears 1110 are meshed with the outer gear ring 116, allowing the fourth transmission gears 1110 to rotate on their own axes around the second projections 118 while simultaneously driving the second-level planetary carrier 117 to rotate. The third transmission gear 114 is transmission 119 on the second-level planetary carrier 117 can transmit power to the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120. Based on this, the second transmission of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 can be realized. With the arrangement of the at least two fourth transmission gears 1110, the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 can operate more smoothly. With the arrangement of the first-level planetary carrier 112 and the second-level planetary carrier 117, the structure of the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 can be more compact.

[0057] As illustrated in Figures 1 to 4, in one embodiment, the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 further comprises: a planetary output shaft 1120, where the third transmission gear 119 is splined to the planetary output shaft 1120, and the planetary output shaft 1120 is connected to an input end of the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120; and a carrier 1130, where the carrier 1130 is fitted onto the planetary output shaft 1120.

[0058] In this technical solution, the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 may further comprise the planetary output shaft 1120 and the carrier 1130. The arrangement of the planetary output shaft 1120 facilitates the connection between the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 and the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120. Due to the arrangement of the carrier 1130, the rotation of the planetary output shaft 1120 can be more stable.

[0059] In some examples, the bracket 1130 is connected to a housing 130 of the transmission assembly 100.

[0060] In one embodiment, the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 comprises: a plurality of transmission gears, wherein the plurality of transmission gears are meshed in sequence to form a gear set, and an output end of the parallel shaft transmission assembly is connected to an input end of the gear set; and an output shaft, wherein the output shaft is connected to an output end of the gear set. The transmission ratio can be guaranteed by providing the plurality of transmission gears, and the volume can be compressed as much as possible.

[0061] As illustrated in Figures 1 to 4, in one embodiment, the plurality of transmission gears comprises: a fifth transmission gear 121 meshed with the output end of the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120; a sixth transmission gear 122 meshed with the fifth transmission gear 121; and a seventh transmission gear 123 meshed with the sixth transmission gear 122, where the output shaft 126 is connected to the seventh transmission gear 123.

[0064] In this technical solution, the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 further comprises the first parallel shaft 124 and the second parallel shaft 125. In this way, the rotation of the fifth transmission gear 121, the sixth transmission gear 122 and the seventh transmission gear 123 can be made more stable.

[0065] It can be understood that one end of each of the first parallel shaft 124, second parallel shaft 125 and output shaft 126 can be inserted into the housing 130.

[0066] As illustrated in [Fig.l], in one embodiment, the transmission assembly 100 further comprises a housing 130, and the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 and the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 are encapsulated in the housing 130. [0071] In the base station provided by the embodiment of the present utility model, the planetary gear transmission assembly 110 of the transmission assembly 100 can be arranged along the width direction of the base station, and the parallel shaft transmission assembly 120 can be arranged along the depth direction of the base station. On this basis, the depth and width space of the base station can be utilized, so that the assembly of the transmission assembly 100 can be facilitated, and the space required for assembly is reduced.

[0072] In one embodiment, the door body 220 and the transmission assembly 100 satisfy the following relationship: mxL«ixT, where m is a mass of the door body 220, L is a torque of the door body 220 to the transmission assembly 100, i is a transmission ratio of the transmission assembly 100, and T is a resistance torque of the drive element 230.
