Description

Title of the invention: RAMP, BASE STATION AND CLEANING SYSTEM Technical field

[0001] The embodiments of the present utility model relate to the technical field of cleaning systems, and in particular, to a ramp, a base station, and a cleaning system. PRIOR ART

[0002] A sweeping robot needs to return to a platform by a ramp. Currently, the ramp is designed with a large inclined surface. To prevent the robot from getting stuck or slipping when climbing the large inclined surface, the ramp is severely limited in length. As shown in [Fig.l], the reason why a robot gets stuck when climbing a platform is illustrated. On the ramp with an inclined surface, the robot collides and interferes with the ramp before its wheels reach the ramp. In this case, the resistance is too large, which may cause the robot to slip and thus fail to climb the platform. Therefore, at the same height, a longer ramp is required to prevent the robot from colliding and interfering with the ramp before the robot's wheels climb the ramp, as shown in [Fig.2].However, this results in an excessively long ramp, an excessively deep base station, and increased size.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0036] For a better understanding of the foregoing technical solutions, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present utility model are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments. It should be understood that the embodiments of the present utility model and the specific features in the embodiments provide detailed descriptions of the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present utility model, and are not intended to limit the technical solutions in the present model. In the absence of a conflict, the embodiments embodiment of the present utility model and the technical features in the embodiments can be combined with each other.

[0037] A sweeping robot needs to return to a platform by a ramp. Currently, the ramp is designed with a large inclined surface. To prevent the robot from getting stuck or slipping when climbing the large inclined surface, the length of the ramp is severely limited. As shown in [Fig.l], the reason why the robot gets stuck when climbing a platform is illustrated.

[0038] Based on this, as illustrated in [Fig. 3] to [Fig. 6], in a first aspect of the embodiments of the present utility model, a ramp 100 is provided. The ramp comprises: a ramp body 110, wherein the ramp body 110 comprises a first flat section 111 and an ascending section 112 in a length direction of the ramp body 110; and an angle of the ascending section 112 is greater than an angle of the first flat section 111; and the angle of the ascending section 112 varies from 5° to 20°.

[0039] The ramp 100 of the embodiments of the present utility model comprises the ramp body 110. The ramp body 110 comprises the first flat section 111 and the ascending section 112. According to the ramp 100 provided in the embodiments of the present utility model, an original simple design of a large inclined surface is changed into two inclined surfaces having different angles, namely, the first flat section 111 and the ascending section 112. When the main body of the cleaning device returns to the base station, the main body of the cleaning device is first in contact with the first flat section 111. More specifically, the main body of the cleaning device is in contact with the ramp body 110.In this case, because the first flat section 111 is relatively soft, the cleaning device main body can move smoothly on the first flat section 111; and then, with the continuous movement of the cleaning device main body, the cleaning device main body moves on the ascending section 112 which is relatively steep. In this case, a front end of the cleaning device main body can be in contact with the ramp body 110. Nevertheless, the ramp body 110 can provide sufficient friction force for the cleaning device main body, so that the cleaning device main body . cleaning can move continuously and then move onto the ascending section 112, thereby completing the process of ascending onto a platform.

[0040] According to the ramp 100 provided in the embodiments of the present utility model, due to the configuration where the ramp body 110 comprises the first flat section 111 and the ascending section 112, the main body of the cleaning device first moves on the ramp 100 by the first flat section 111 which is relatively smooth, and then climbs on the ascending section 112 by using the sufficient friction force provided by the ramp body 110. Due to the configuration of the ascending section 112 having a relatively large angle, the length of the ramp 100 can be effectively shortened. Therefore, when this ramp 100 is applied to a base station, the depth of the base station can be reduced, which is beneficial for reducing the size of the base station.

[0041] In this technical solution, the angle of the ascending section 112 varies from 5° to 20°. Such a configuration can not only shorten the length of the ramp 100, but also ensure that even when the ascending section 112 and the main body of the cleaning device interfere with each other, the main body of the cleaning device can still move smoothly on the ascending section 112 by using the friction force provided by the anti-slip portions 120. It can be understood that if the angle of the ascending section 112 is less than 5°, the length of the ramp 100 can be increased; and if the angle of the ascending section 112 is greater than 20°, the ramp 112 may be too steep, and the anti-slip portions 120 may not provide sufficient friction force. As a result, it is difficult for the main body of the cleaning device to move on the ascending section 112.

[0042] In one embodiment, the ramp further comprises: anti-slip portions 120, wherein the anti-slip portions 120 are disposed on the first flat section 111 and the ascending section 112.

[0043] The ramp 100 provided in the embodiments of the present utility model comprises the ramp body 110 and the anti-slip parts 120. More specifically, the main body of the cleaning device is in contact with the anti-slip parts 120 on the first flat section 111.In this case, because the first flat section 111 is relatively soft, the main body of the cleaning device can move smoothly on the . first flat section 111; and then, with the continuous movement of the cleaning device main body, the cleaning device main body moves on the ascending section 112 which is relatively steep. In this case, a front end of the cleaning device main body can be in contact with the ramp body 110. Nevertheless, due to the configuration of the anti-slip portions 120, sufficient friction force can be provided for the cleaning device main body, so that the cleaning device main body can move continuously and then move on the ascending section 112, thereby completing the process of climbing onto a platform.

[0044] According to the ramp 100 provided in the embodiments of the present utility model, due to the configuration where the ramp body 110 comprises the first flat section 111 and the ascending section 112, the main body of the cleaning device first moves on the ramp 100 by the first flat section 111 which is relatively smooth, and then climbs on the ascending section 112 by using the sufficient friction force provided by the anti-slip portions 120. Due to the configuration of the ascending section 112 having a relatively large angle, the length of the ramp 100 can be effectively shortened. Therefore, when this ramp 100 is applied to a base station, the depth of the base station can be reduced, which is beneficial for reducing the size of the base station.

[0045] The ramp 100 provided in the embodiments of the present utility model comprises the first flat section 111, the rising section 112, and the anti-slip portions 120. Due to the first flat section 111, it is convenient for the main body of the cleaning device to move on the ramp 100. When the main body of the cleaning device moves on the ramp, the anti-slip portions 120 can provide sufficient friction force for the main body of the cleaning device. In this case, the length of the ramp 100 can be effectively shortened by using the rising section 112 which is relatively steep.

[0046] As illustrated in [Fig.3] to [Fig.6], in one embodiment, the angle of the first flat section 111 varies from 0° to 5°; and the angle of the ascending section 112 varies from 11° to 20°.

[0047] In this technical solution, the specific parameter information of the first flat section 111 and the ascending section 112 are further provided. The angle of the first flat section 111 varying from 0° to 5° means that the first flat section 111 may be arranged horizontally or may have a relatively small angle. In this case, it is convenient for the main body of the cleaning device to move on the first flat section 111, so that the wheels of the main body of the cleaning device can be prevented from slipping on the ground due to the interference between the main body of the cleaning device and the first flat section 111. It can be understood that if the angle of the first flat section 111 is greater than 5°, the main body of the cleaning device may interfere with the first flat section 111, which affects the movement of the main body of the cleaning device on the first flat section 111.

[0048] As illustrated in [Fig.5], in an upward direction on a platform of the main body of the cleaning device, a relatively gentle section at a free end of the ramp 100 is the first flat section 111, followed by a second section (i.e., the ascending section 112) and a second flat section 131 in sequence as the angle increases.

[0049] In this technical solution, the angle of the ascending section 112 varies from 11° to 20°. It can be understood that if the angle of the ascending section 112 is less than 11°, the length of the ramp 100 can be increased; and if the angle of the ascending section 112 is greater than 20°, the ramp 112 may be too steep, and the anti-slip portions 120 may not provide sufficient friction force. As a result, it is difficult for the main body of the cleaning device to move on the ascending section 112.

[0050] As illustrated in [Fig.3] to [Fig.6], in one embodiment, the anti-slip portions 120 are divided into two groups which are arranged on both sides of the ramp body 110; and the two groups of anti-slip portions 120 are configured to be in contact with the movable components of the main body of the cleaning device.

[0051] In this technical solution, the arrangement manner of the anti-slip portions 120 is further provided, that is, the anti-slip portions 120 are divided into two groups which are arranged on the two sides of the ramp body 110; and the two groups of anti-slip portions 120 are configured to be in contact with the movable components of the main body of the cleaning device. Because the anti-slip portions 120 are divided into two groups, a better friction force can be provided for the main body of the cleaning device.

[0052] It can be understood that the movable components of the main body of the cleaning device can be wheels.

[0053] As illustrated in [Fig.5] and [Fig.6], in one embodiment, the anti-slip portions 120 each comprise a plurality of projections 121 which are arranged at intervals.

[0054] In this technical solution, the shape of the anti-slip portions 120 is further provided, that is, the anti-slip portions 120 each comprise the plurality of projections 121 which are arranged at intervals. The projections 121 may be in contact with the movable components of the main body of the cleaning device, thereby providing a friction force for the main body of the cleaning device.

[0055] As illustrated in [Fig.5] and [Fig.6], in one embodiment, guide slopes 122 are formed on the projections 121 in a direction toward a free end of the first flat section 111.

[0056] In this technical solution, the shape of the projections 121 is further provided, that is, the projections 121 may include the guide slopes 122. The configuration of the guide slopes 122 makes it easier for the main body of the cleaning device to move in the direction of ascending on a platform; and in a direction of descending from the platform, the projections 121 may provide a stronger friction force. On this basis, it is easier for the main body of the cleaning device to move on the ascending section 112.

[0057] As illustrated in [Fig.3] to [Fig.6], in one embodiment, the boom 100 further comprises: a cleaning disc attachment bracket 130, wherein the cleaning disc attachment bracket 130 is connected to one end of the boom body 110 proximate the ascending section 112; and a cleaning disc 140, wherein the cleaning disc 140 is configured to be disposed on the cleaning disc attachment bracket 130.

[0058] In this technical solution, the ramp 100 may further comprise the cleaning disc fixing bracket 130; and the cleaning disc 140 may be arranged on the cleaning disc fixing bracket 130. After the main body of the cleaning device returns to a platform, the cleaning disc 140 can clean a cleaning element of the main body of the cleaning device, so that a cleaning system can be used more easily and quickly.

[0059] It can be understood that the ramp body 110 is equipped with an electrical apparatus; and the electrical apparatus is connected to the cleaning disc 140 on the cleaning disc fixing bracket 130, in order to rotate the cleaning disc 140, thereby cleaning the cleaning element of the main body of the cleaning device.

[0060] As illustrated in [Fig.3] to [Fig.6], in one embodiment, a second flat section 131 is formed on the cleaning disc attachment bracket 130; second flat section 131 is connected to the ascending section 112; and an angle of the second flat section 131 is greater than the angle of the first flat section 111.

[0061] In this technical solution, the second flat section 131 can also be formed on the cleaning disk fixing bracket 130. On this basis, when the cleaning device main body returns to a platform, the cleaning device main body successively passes through the first flat section 111, the ascending section 112, and the second flat section 131. Due to the configuration of the second flat section 131, it is convenient to stop the cleaning device main body, so that the cleaning member of the cleaning device main body can be aligned with the cleaning disk 140 conveniently.

[0062] In one embodiment, the angle of the second flat section 131 is greater than the angle of the first flat section 111. Due to this configuration, the main body of the cleaning device can climb to a greater height.

[0063] In one embodiment, anti-slip portions 120 are also provided on the second flat section 131.

[0064] In this technical solution, the anti-slip portions 120 are also arranged on the second flat section 131. Due to this configuration, the anti-slip portions 120 can provide sufficient friction force during the process of raising or lowering the platform of the main body of the cleaning device, so that the sliding of the main body of the cleaning device can be prevented.

[0065] As illustrated in [Fig.3] to [Fig.6], in one embodiment, the ramp body 110 is hinged to the cleaning disk mounting bracket 130. Due to this configuration, there is a specific degree of freedom between the ramp body 110 and the cleaning disk mounting bracket 130, so that the ramp 100 can be placed in a base station conveniently.

[0066] In some embodiments, when the ramp 100 is applied to the base station, the ramp 100 may be a movable ramp 100. Since the ramp body 110 is hinged to the cleaning disk attachment bracket 130, it is convenient for a user to move the ramp 100.

[0067] In one embodiment, a fixing member is formed on the ramp body 110; a clamping groove is formed in the cleaning disc fixing bracket 130; and the ramp body 110 is snap-fitted to the cleaning disc fixing bracket 130. Due to this configuration, the ramp body 110 is detachably connected to the cleaning disc fixing bracket 130, so that the ramp 100 can be conveniently assembled.

[0068] It can be understood that the ramp body 110 is connected to the cleaning disc fixing bracket 130 by means of the fixing element and the groove of clamping. In addition, there is a specific degree of freedom between the ramp body 110 and the cleaning disc fixing bracket 130, so that the ramp 100 can be placed in the base station conveniently. In addition, it is convenient for the user to move the ramp out of the base station.

[0069] As illustrated in [Fig.7], according to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present utility model, a base station is provided. The base station comprises: a base station body 210; and the ramp 100 according to any of the preceding technical solutions, wherein the ramp 100 is configured to be disposed in the base station body 210.

[0070] Because the base station provided in the embodiments of the present utility model comprises the ramp 100 according to any of the preceding technical solutions, the base station exhibits all the beneficial effects of the ramp 100 in the preceding technical solutions.

[0071] The base station provided in the embodiments of the present utility model comprises the base station body 210 and the ramp 100; the ramp 100 comprises the ramp body 110 and the anti-slip parts 120; and the ramp body 110 comprises the first flat section 111 and the ascending section 112. On this basis, according to the base station provided in the embodiments of the present utility model, when the main body of the cleaning device returns to the base station, the main body of the cleaning device is first in contact with the first flat section 111. More specifically, the main body of the cleaning device is in contact with the anti-slip parts 120 on the first flat section 111.In this case, because the first flat section 111 is relatively soft, the main body of the cleaning device can move smoothly on the first flat section 111; and then, with the continuous movement of the main body of the cleaning device, the main body of the cleaning device moves on the ascending section 112 which is relatively steep. In this case, a front end of the main body of the cleaning device can be in contact with the ramp body 110. Nevertheless, due to the configuration of the anti-slip portions 120, sufficient friction force can be provided for the main body of the cleaning device, so that the main body of the cleaning device can move continuously and then move on the ascending section 112, thereby completing the process of climbing onto a platform.

[0072] According to the base station provided in the embodiments of the present utility model, due to the configuration where the ramp body 110 comprises the first flat section 111 and the ascending section 112, the main body of the cleaning device first moves on the ramp 100 by the first flat section 111 which is relatively gentle, and then climbs on the ascending section 112 by using the sufficient friction force provided by the anti-slip portions 120. Due to the configuration of the ascending section 112 having a relatively large angle, the length of the ramp 100 can be effectively shortened. On this basis, when this ramp 100 is applied to the base station, the depth of the base station can be reduced, which is beneficial for reducing the size of the base station.

[0073] According to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present utility model, a cleaning system is provided. The cleaning system comprises: the base station according to the preceding technical solution; and a main body of the cleaning device stationed in the base station.

[0074] Because the cleaning system provided in the embodiments of the present utility model comprises the base station according to any of the preceding technical solutions, the cleaning system exhibits all the beneficial effects of the base station in the preceding technical solutions.

[0075] According to the cleaning system provided in the embodiments of the present utility model, due to the configuration where the ramp body 110 comprises the first flat section 111 and the ascending section 112, the main body of the cleaning device first moves on the ramp 100 by the first flat section 111 which is relatively smooth, and then climbs on the ascending section 112 by using the sufficient friction force provided by the anti-slip portions 120. Due to the configuration of the ascending section 112 having a relatively large angle, the length of the ramp 100 can be effectively shortened. On this basis, when this ramp 100 is applied to the base station, the depth of the base station can be reduced, which is beneficial for reducing the size of the base station.
