[0038] The present utility model recognizes that in conventional technologies, most intelligent cleaning systems include base stations and mobile cleaning robots, and the areas of traditional base stations for storing cleaning robots are mostly open, which has poor aesthetics and allows pets to easily enter the base station, resulting in a poor user experience.
[0039] In view of this, in a first aspect of the embodiments of the present utility model, a base station is provided. The base station comprises: a base station body 110, wherein the base station body 110 is formed with a docking compartment 111; a door body 120, hinged to the base station body 110; and a drive assembly 130, wherein the drive assembly 130 is connected to the base station body 110, and an output end of the drive assembly 130 is connected to the door body 120 and configured to drive the door body 120 to close or open the docking compartment 111.
[0040] The base station provided in the embodiments of the present utility model comprises the base station body 110, the door body 120, and the drive assembly 130. On this basis, when using the base station provided in the embodiments of the present utility model, the accommodating compartment 111 in the base station body 110 can be configured to accommodate a functional device. For example, when the base station is applied to a cleaning system, the accommodating compartment 111 in the base station can be configured to accommodate a cleaning apparatus main body. When the functional device is located inside the base station, the drive assembly 130 can drive the door body 120 to move, so that the door body 120 closes the docking compartment 111; when the functional device needs to move out of the docking compartment 111 to operate, the drive assembly 130 can be started to drive the door body 120 to move to open the docking compartment 111, so that the functional device can move by itself; when the functional device is operating, the drive assembly 130 drives the door body 120 to close the docking compartment 111; and when the functional device needs to return to the docking compartment 111 after completing the operation, the drive assembly 130 can be started again to drive the door body 120 to move to open the docking compartment 111.Of course, the functional device can also be provided without the autonomous movement function, and the accommodation compartment 111 can only be used to accommodate the functional device.
[0041] With the base station provided in the embodiments of the present utility model, the door body 120 can open the docking compartment 111 when the functional device moves, and close the docking compartment 111 when the functional device is operating or stored in the docking compartment 111, to protect a device inside the base station, so that the base station is more aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, an outer surface of the door body 120 can adapt to the decoration styles of users, and the base station can integrate well with the interior decorations of users. On this basis, the base station can be more aesthetically pleasing, and the probability of other objects or pets entering the base station can be reduced. In addition, the base station provided in the embodiments of the present utility model can be fixed by furniture or a wall, and then the docking compartment 111 is closed by the door body 120, which can be more aesthetic and reduce the occupied space, thereby improving the user experience.
[0042] In the base station provided in the embodiments of the present utility model, the door body 120 is hinged to the base station body 110, and the drive assembly 130 is also connected to the door body 120, so that the door body 120 is fixed more reliably.
[0043] It can be understood that the base station provided in the embodiments of the present utility model can be used as a base station of a cleaning system or as a base station of other devices, the base station can recharge or store the functional device, and the specific styles of the functional devices to be stored in the base station are not limited in the present utility model.
[0044] As illustrated in Figures 2-4 and Figures 8-10, in one possible embodiment, the drive assembly 130 comprises a drive member 131 connected to the base station body 110, a push rod 132 connected to an output end of the drive member 131, and a connecting rod 133 having one end connected to the push rod 132 and the other end connected to the door body 120.
[0045] In this technical solution, the structural composition of the drive assembly 130 is further provided. The drive assembly 130 may comprise the drive member 131, the push rod 132 and the connecting rod 133. In the working process, the drive member 131 drives the push rod 132 and the connecting rod 133 to move. When the connecting rod 133 moves, the door body 120 can be driven to move in a linear direction, so that the connecting rod 133 can support the door body 120. When the drive member 131 drives the connecting rod 133 to move in an opposite direction, the connecting rod 133 can drive the door body 120 to close.
[0046] It can be understood that in the drive assembly 130 provided in the embodiments of the present utility model, the drive member 131 pushes the connecting rod 133 or retracts the connecting rod 133 by means of the push rod 132 to realize the opening and closing of the door body 120, which can reduce the structure of the drive assembly 130 and thus the size of the base station, thereby improving the user experience.
[0047] As illustrated in [Fig.5], in one possible embodiment, the connecting rod 133 comprises: a straight rod portion 1331 and a curved portion 1332. One end of the straight rod portion 1331 is connected to the door body 120, and the other end of the straight rod portion 1331 is connected to the curved portion 1332. The curved portion 1332 is connected to the push rod 132.
[0048] In this technical solution, the style of the connecting rod 133 is further provided. The connecting rod 133 may comprise the straight rod portion and the curved portion 1332. The straight rod portion is configured to be connected to the door body 120 to push the door body 120 to open or pull the door body 120 to close. By providing the curved portion 1332, it is convenient to establish a connection relationship between the connecting rod 133 and the push rod 132 without other transition elements, which can further reduce the size of the drive assembly 130 and thus the size of the base station.
[0049] As illustrated in Figures 4 and 5, in one possible embodiment, there are at least two curved portions 1332, and each curved portion 1332 is connected to the push rod 132.
[0050] In this technical solution, there may be two or more curved portions 1332, and each curved portion 1332 is connected to the push rod 132, so that there may be a plurality of connection points between the push rod 132 and the connecting rod 133. The connecting rod 133 can be pushed more easily to move as the push rod 132 moves, thereby causing the door body 120 to open and close more smoothly.
[0051] As illustrated in Figures 2 to 5, in one possible embodiment, the base station further comprises a guide block 140. The guide block 140 is disposed on the base station body 110, and the connecting rod 133 passes through the guide block 140.
[0052] In this technical solution, the base station may further comprise the guide block 140. By arranging the guide block 140 on the base station and allowing the connecting rod 133 to pass through the guide block 140, the guide block 140 can guide the movement of the connecting rod 133 and limit the degree of freedom of the connecting rod 133 in other directions, so that the connecting rod 133 can move smoothly along an intended path, which can make the opening or closing of the door body 120 more stable and reduce the probability of shaking of the door body 120.
[0053] As illustrated in [Fig.9], in one possible embodiment, the door body 120 comprises a door panel 121, a rotating shaft 122 and a sliding rail 123. The door panel 121 is hinged to the base station body 110 via the rotating shaft 122. The sliding rail 123 is disposed on the door panel 121, and the output end of the drive assembly 130 is slidably disposed inside the sliding rail 123.
[0054] In this technical solution, the structural composition of the door body 120 is further provided. The door body 120 may comprise the door panel 121 and the rotating shaft 122. The door panel 121 is connected to the base station body 110 via the rotating shaft 122, so that the door body 120 can pivot relative to the base station body 110.
[0055] In this technical solution, the door body 120 may further comprise the sliding rail 123. The output end of the drive assembly 130 is arranged inside the sliding rail 123. On this basis, the connecting rod 133, while pushing the door body 120, can slide inside the sliding rail 123 when the driving member 131 of the drive assembly 130 drives the connecting rod 133 to move, so that the connecting rod 133 can push the door body 120 to open or close. At the same time, the sliding rail 123 can also limit the output end of the drive assembly 130, so that the connecting rod 133 can only open or close the door body 120 without causing any shaking of the 120 door body, which further improves the user experience.
[0056] As illustrated in FIGs. 5 and 6, in one possible embodiment, the base station body 110 comprises a housing 112. The drive assembly 130 is disposed on the housing 112, and the door body 120 is hinged to the housing 112.
[0057] In this technical solution, the base station body 110 may include the drive assembly 130 and the door body 120, both of which are connected to the housing 112. The housing 112 provides installation positions for the drive assembly 130 and the door body 120. Furthermore, for the housing 112, an outer wall of the housing 112 may be wrapped, and thus the drive assembly 130 is wrapped, so that the base station is more aesthetic. Furthermore, the moving door body is closed to make the use of the base station safer.
[0058] As illustrated in [Fig.7], in one possible embodiment, the door body 120 further comprises a dust collection bin 114. The receiving compartment 111 is located below the dust collection bin 114. The door body 120 pivots towards the dust collection bin 114 upon opening.
[0059] In this technical solution, the base station body 110 may further include the dust collection bin 114, the dust collection bin 114 is configured to collect the dust collected during cleaning by the main body of the cleaning apparatus, and the receiving compartment 111 is located below the dust collection bin 114. Thus, on the one hand, the structure of the base station is more compact; and on the other hand, since the receiving compartment 111 is located below the dust collection bin 114, it is convenient for the main body of the cleaning apparatus to return or exit the receiving compartment 111.
[0060] In one possible embodiment, the base station further comprises a bin door 150. The bin door 150 is connected to the base station body 110 to open or close the dust collection bin 114.
[0061] In this technical solution, considering that in current technologies, the dust collection bin is mainly removed by pulling or lifting when cleaning the dust collection bin 114 from the base station, which requires a large maneuvering space, the base station provided by the present utility model may further include the bin door 150 configured to close or open the dust collection bin 114, which, compared to traditional pulling or lifting means, requires less space for opening during the process of cleaning the dust collection bin 114.
[0062] In this technical solution, by providing the bin door 150 and the door body 120, the bin door 150 and the door body 120 can substantially cover an exterior surface of the base station. The bin door 150 and the door body 120 can be represented as planes. The bin door 150 and the door body 120 can better adapt to users' decoration styles and make the base station more aesthetic, and the base station is particularly suitable for use as a built-in base station.
[0063] In one possible embodiment, the base station further comprises a dust bag detachably disposed within the dust collection bin 114, and a box body 160 disposed within the dust collection bin 114 and configured to contain a liquid.
[0064] In this technical solution, the base station may further include the dust bag, by which dust can be collected. By detachably connecting the dust bag to the base station body 110, a user can remove the dust bag from the dust collection bin 114 when the bin door 150 is opened, making cleaning and replacing the dust bag more convenient.
[0065] In this technical solution, the base station may further include the box body 160. The box body 160 may be provided to contain a cleaning liquid or water, and the main body of the cleaning apparatus may perform cleaning using water and / or the cleaning liquid during cleaning.
[0066] By providing the bin door 150, the dust bag and box body 160 can be concealed to make the base station more aesthetically pleasing.
[0067] In one possible embodiment, the base station further comprises a damping element. The tray door 150 and the base station body 110 are connected to the damping element.
[0068] In this technical solution, considering that the door body 120 opens from top to bottom, that is, in the normal state, the opening speed of the bin door 150 may increase with the increase of the opening degree under the effect of gravity, and the bin door 150 generates a sense of impact and a large noise when opening, resulting in a poor user experience. On this basis, the damping member can be assembled. The damping member is provided to decrease the opening speed of the bin door 150, reduce the sense of impact, suppress noise, and provide a high-quality experience, so that the user experience can be improved.
[0069] In one possible embodiment, the drive assembly 130 is configured to drive the door body 120 to pivot with a middle of the base station body 110 in a height direction as an axis, in order to open or close the docking compartment 111. With this arrangement, the docking compartment 111 can be opened when the door body 120 pivots upward, and closed when the door body 120 pivots downward. Thus, the space required for opening the door body 120 is smaller.
