[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of block-bay assemblies, intended to equip a bay provided in a wall of a construction. State of the art

[0002] In the construction industry, it is common to equip bays with bay block assemblies.

[0003] Such a bay block assembly comprises joinery equipped, directly, with concealment means.

Bay block assembly (1), intended to equip a bay (B) formed in a wall (M) of a building, which bay block assembly (1) comprises joinery (2) equipped with concealing means (3), which joinery (2) comprises a fixed frame (21) which carries at least one glazed frame (22), which concealing means (3) comprise: - at least one concealing fabric (31), - a box (32), surmounting said fixed frame (21) and containing a winding roller (33) which cooperates with said at least one concealing fabric (31) and which is rotatable for maneuvering said at least one concealing fabric (31) between a deployed configuration and a retracted configuration, - slides (34), equipping said fixed frame (21), for guiding in translation said at least one concealing fabric (31) over the height of said fixed frame (21) between said configurations,which at least one blackout canvas (31) comprises: - an upper transverse edge (311) cooperating with said winding roller (33), - a lower transverse edge (312) comprising a transverse bar (313), intended to run along said slides (34), and - two lateral edges (314), guided along said slides (34).,

Bay unit assembly (1), according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the box (32) comprises a set of longitudinal walls: - a lower wall (321), delimiting a passage slot (F) for the routing of said at least one occulting canvas (31), - a first front wall (322), intended to come opposite said wall (M), - a second front wall (323), opposite said first front wall (322) and intended to remain at a distance from said wall (M), and - an upper wall (324), opposite said lower wall (321).

Bay block assembly (1), according to claim 4, characterized in that the first front wall (322) comprises a lower strip (3221) which is offset towards said second front wall (323), advantageously to preserve a space suitable for the installation of sealing means (5) between said lower strip (3221) and said wall (M).

Bay unit assembly (1), according to any one of claims 4 or 5, characterized in that the lower wall (321) is secured to the first front wall (322): - directly, or - by means of an intermediate profile (326), forming an extension, which comprises first means of securing (3271) with said lower wall (321) and second means of securing (3272) with said first front wall (322), so as to be able to hide the transverse bar (313) in a high position within said box (32).

7. Bay block assembly (1), according to any one of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that the lower wall (321) comprises a return (3211) which covers the first front wall (322), useful when the box (32) extends below said wall (M) and within the space of said bay (B).

8. Bay block assembly (1), according to any one of claims 4 to 7, characterized in that the second front wall (323) comprises a lower lip (3232) cooperating by fitting with a complementary slot (2111) formed at the level of an upper crosspiece (211) of said fixed frame (2).

Bay unit assembly (1), according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the slides (34) each comprise two longitudinal grooves: - a first groove (341) in which a lateral edge (314) of said at least one occulting fabric (31) is guided and held, and - a second groove (342) receiving fixing means (343) for securing with the fixed frame (21).

10. Bay block assembly (1), according to claim 9, characterized in that the second groove (342) is closed by a finishing profile (344).
