Title of the invention: Ergonomic cap

[0001] The present invention relates to caps allowing the user to pass their hair through them, in particular to pass braids of hair through them on either side

[0004] The present invention aims to provide an ergonomic cap that facilitates the passing the braids of hair through the said cap.

2. Cap (1) according to claim 1, wherein the at least one resealable opening (10) comprises two resealable openings (10).

3. Cap (1) according to claim 2, wherein the two resealable openings (10) are positioned laterally on either side of the cap (1).

4. Cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising at least one elastic back portion (7) on at least one back panel (6) of said cap (1).

5. Cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein at least some of the complementary magnetic elements (11,13) are spaced every four to six centimeters, preferably five centimeters, along at least one resealable opening (10).

6. Cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said cap (1) comprises four or five panels (2,5,6).

7. Cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein at least some of the complementary magnetic elements (11,13) comprise complementary magnets which form two magnetic strips (13).

8. Cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein at least some of the complementary magnetic elements (11,13) are concealed between two strips of fabric (14,15) so as not to be visible on the cap (1).

9. Cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein at least some of the complementary magnetic elements (11,13) are integrated into fastening pushbuttons.

A cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the cap (1) has a button top (4) on the top of said cap (1) and joining panels (2, 5, 6) of said cap (1) at least one opening (10) extends as a slit between two panels (5,6) of the cap (1) from about one to five centimeters from said top button (4).
