Title of the invention: Ergonomic cap

[0001] The present invention relates to caps allowing the user to pass their hair through them, in particular to pass braids of hair through them on either side

[0002] of the cap.

[0003] Indeed, hair braids can interfere with wearing a cap on the head.

[0004] The present invention aims to provide an ergonomic cap that facilitates the passing the braids of hair through the said cap.

[0005] Systems are known which allow a passage of hair on the sides of a cap, for example by the published patent document JP2018115401.

[0006] These solutions are nevertheless lengthy and complex to implement. In particular, they use impractical opening mechanisms, for example when one wants to use them with one hand.

[0007] Also, extensive prior art searches indicate that no patent application has been identified as disclosing and using magnetic closures or magnetic snap fasteners, which makes the concept innovative in relation to the prior art.

[0008] The invention aims to overcome at least some of the aforementioned disadvantages and to offer a cap capable of combining advantages of speed, simplicity and reliability for its implementation, regardless of the size of the user's head, in order to facilitate the exit of hair through the sides of the cap.

[0009] In view of the foregoing, the invention relates to an ergonomic cap comprising several panels and a visor, at least one closable opening, said cap being such that the opening is closable by complementary magnetic elements.

[0011] For example, the two closable openings are positioned laterally on either side of the cap.

[0012] Advantageously, the cap further comprises at least one portion of elastic back on at least one rear panel of said cap.

[0013] According to one embodiment, at least some of the complementary magnetic elements are distributed every four to six centimeters, preferably five centimeters, along at least one closable opening.

[0025] In view of the foregoing, the invention as illustrated in [Fig.1] in a first embodiment relates to a cap comprising several panels 2,5,6 and a visor 3 and at least one closable opening 10.

[0027] The cap 1 may have 8 eyelets on each panel.

[0051] The invention in this second embodiment relates to a cap 1 which has a top button 4 on the top of said cap 1 and joining panels 2,5,6 of said cap 1 at least an opening 10 extends as a slot between two panels 5,6 of the cap 1 from a gap 18 of about one to five centimeters from said top button 4.

[0052] In an embodiment with rectangular strips of the magnets, a cap 1 can be made whose magnetic elements are in a seam to connect the muslin fabric and the magnetic strip to the upper or lower panel of the cap 1.

[0057] The visor then has a width of about sixteen centimeters, and a length of about seven centimeters, for a cap of about fifteen centimeters high.

[0058] On such a cap 1, for example, in a preferred embodiment, a closure 18 of two centimeters from the top button 4 is provided, then an opening of four and a half centimeters, then a magnetic strip of three centimeters, then a seam of one centimeter, then finally a magnetic strip of three centimeters.

[0059] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the cap (1) has three magnets which are spaced five cm apart with two quilt openings to be as functional and ergonomic as possible.

[0060] The cap 1 can be produced in an adult version, in all sizes adapted, without departing from the scope of the invention.

Demands

1. Cap (1) comprising several panels (2,5,6) and a visor (3), at least one closable opening (10), said cap (1) being characterized in that the opening (10) is closable by complementary magnetic elements (11,13).

2. Cap (1) according to claim 1, wherein the at least one resealable opening (10) comprises two resealable openings (10).

3. Cap (1) according to claim 2, wherein the two resealable openings (10) are positioned laterally on either side of the cap (1).

4. Cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising at least one elastic back portion (7) on at least one back panel (6) of said cap (1).

5. Cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein at least some of the complementary magnetic elements (11,13) are spaced every four to six centimeters, preferably five centimeters, along at least one resealable opening (10).

6. Cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said cap (1) comprises four or five panels (2,5,6).

7. Cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein at least some of the complementary magnetic elements (11,13) comprise complementary magnets which form two magnetic strips (13).

8. Cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein at least some of the complementary magnetic elements (11,13) are concealed between two strips of fabric (14,15) so as not to be visible on the cap (1).

9. Cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein at least some of the complementary magnetic elements (11,13) are integrated into fastening pushbuttons.

10. A cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the cap (1) has a button top (4) on the top of said cap (1) and joining panels (2, 5, 6) of said cap (1) at least one opening (10) extends as a slit between two panels (5,6) of the cap (1) from about one to five centimeters from said top button (4).
