Abstract

Device: The invention aims to treat skin imperfections (spots, angiomas, freckles, marks, spots, discolorations, stretch marks, scars, etc.), to erase them, and to diminish their appearance. More and more people are experiencing problems with skin imperfections (spots, angiomas, freckles, marks, spots, discolorations, stretch marks, scars, etc.), and are particularly sensitive to what they consider a problem. This constitutes a real societal phenomenon. Many people are distressed by these visual aspects of their skin. It is therefore necessary to make these features invisible or less visible. The proposed technical solution is to use colored inks to create a skin tone match and to tattoo the area to be treated with this ink. [Fig. 1] A specific needle [Fig. 2] can be used for this procedure.

Description

Title of the invention: Aesthetic skin care

[0001] Many people suffer from various noticeable or specific aspects of their skin.

[0002] Spots, angiomas, discolorations following sun exposure, ... are sometimes the cause of discomfort, suffering or trouble.

[0003] To date, there are not many solutions for these problems.

[0004] The invention provides a solution by making it possible to reduce these traces (stains, angiomas, freckles, marks, spots, discolorations, stretch marks, scars, ...) using a suitable and quick process.

[0005] The proposed technical solution is to use colored inks to create a countertype of the skin color and to mask the area to be treated with this ink. [Fig. 1]

[0006] Several steps are carried out for this aesthetic skin care procedure:

[0007] The area to be treated is assessed by taking an overall region larger than the tasks remarkable.

[0008] This allows us to calculate the quantity of ink to be produced and the surface area concerned.

[0009] Several photos are taken for addition to the file including: area to be treated from different angles, and skin from different angles and artificial lighting.

[0010] Several possibilities are used for color matching, including:

[0011] The use of an application that will select from the color chart established with Various colors are referenced; the sample that most closely matches the photo taken

[0012] The use of a colorimeter (integrated into the application or not) to determine the different color parameters under different lighting conditions (example: under 4000K and 6000K, ...). The color is then produced according to the information obtained.

[0013] The color is achieved using different methods:

[0014] Iterative method with a dosage of different inks to achieve the desired countertype

[0015] Use of a machine inspired by paint tinting machines but adapted to the desired application (smaller volumes, specific inks with different fluidities, preserved environment to limit the production of germs or bacteria, ...)

[0016] A check of the shade obtained can then be tested on artificial skin in the laboratory.

[0017] A sample is then sent to the center which will carry out a test operation and will be used as a basis and BAT / bon à tirer.

[0018] Once this validation has been obtained, we proceed to the aesthetic treatment operation.

[0019] Production is carried out according to the calculated volumes and the validated shade.

[0020] The treatment is then carried out using this specific ink and a conventional or adapted tattooing process as indicated below.

[0021] A specific needle [Fig.2] can then be used (it is also possible to use a conventional system): the various parameters and dimensions (caliber, length, number, profile, ...) are optimized to allow for time savings, simpler and error-free use achievable by non-specialists in tattooing but trained in this operation.

[0022] Disinfection of the treated areas is carried out before and after the operation, but also in the week following the intervention.

[0023] A moisturizing ointment can also be applied to optimize the result obtained.
