Abstract

Method of managing (200) a home automation installation (100) comprising: - a control step (S1) of a position of the solar protection (3) according to a first control mode (Mjα (T1)); - a measurement step (S2) of the interior temperature (tint) of the building (1); - a first step of determining (S3) a period of discomfort (Tinc); - a second step of determining (S4) a discomfort indicator (DH, DH+(tincmax), DH-(tincmin)) as a function of a temporal accumulation of a difference between the interior temperature (tint) and the discomfort temperature (tincmax, tincmin), over the period of discomfort (Tinc); - an evaluation step (S5) of a second value (αT2) of the adjustment parameter (α) based on a comparison between the discomfort indicator (DH, DH+(tincmax), DH-(tincmin)) and an evaluation criterion; - an adjustment step (S6) of a second piloting mode (MJα (T2)) taking into account the second value (αJT2) of the adjustment parameter (α). Claims

1. Demands Method of managing (200) a home automation system (100) of a building (1) comprising at least one motorized sunshade (3), a management unit (102) for the position taken by the sunshade (3) over time, and at least one measuring device (104) for the interior temperature (tint) of the building (1), the method being implemented by the management unit (102) and comprising: - a piloting step (SI) over a first piloting time period (Tl) in which the position of the sun protection (3) is determined according to a first piloting mode (Mjc( (Ti)) taking into account at least a first value (aT1) of a setting parameter (a); - a measurement step (S2) of the indoor temperature (tint) of the building (1) during a measurement time period (Tl'a, Tl'b, Tl'c); - a first determination step (S3) in which at least one period of discomfort (Tinc) is determined according to a criterion of comparison between the indoor temperature (tint) of the building (1) and at least one discomfort temperature (tincmax, tincmin); - a second determination step (S4) in which at least one discomfort indicator (DH, DH+(tincmax), DH-(tincmin)) is determined at least as a function of a temporal accumulation of a difference between the indoor temperature (tint) of the building (1) and the discomfort temperature (tincmax, tincmin), over at least one discomfort period (Tinc); - an evaluation step (S5) of a second value (aT2) of the setting parameter (a) in which the second value (aT2) of the setting parameter (a) is determined based on a comparison between at least one discomfort indicator (DH, DH+(tincmax), DH-(tincmin)) and an evaluation criterion (DHi, DH2, DH3); - an adjustment step (S6) in which a second piloting mode (MJa(T2)) for a second piloting time period (T2) successive to the first piloting time period (Tl) is determined taking into account at least one second value (aJT2) of the setting parameter (a).

2. Method (200) according to claim 1, wherein the second value (aT2) of the adjustment parameter (a) is modified as a function of the first value (aT1) of the adjustment parameter (a) and an offset value (k).

3. Method (200) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the evaluation criterion (DHi, DH2, DH3) is expressed in degree-hours.

4. Method (200) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second value (aT2) of the adjustment parameter (a) is determined as a function of a quotient (m) rounded down to the nearest integer of the discomfort indicator (DH, DH+(tincmax), DH-(tincmin)) by the evaluation criterion (DHi, DH2, DH3).

5. Method (200) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising a definition step (S0') in which a thermo-luminous preference parameter (j) is determined by a user.

6. Method (200) according to the preceding claim, wherein the first control mode (MJa (nj) and the second control mode (MJa (T2j)) are functions of the thermo-luminous preference parameter (j)- 7. Method (200) according to any one of claims 5 or 6, wherein the thermo-luminous preference parameter (j) is selected from an ordered discrete set of values of the thermo-luminous preference parameter (j).

8. Method (200) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the first control mode (MJ(i(Ti)) and / or the second control mode (MJa (T2)) comprises at least one closure ratio (R) of at least one motorized sunshade (3), as a function of a comparison of the internal temperature (tint) to a minimum actuation temperature (tjmin), and a maximum actuation temperature (tjmax).

9. Method (200) according to claim 8, wherein at least one discomfort temperature (tincmax) is determined as a function of the minimum actuation temperature (tjmin).

10. Terminal of a home automation installation (100) implementing a method (200) according to any one of the preceding claims.
