stroke linear shaft
system, obtaining initial state information of the
system, controlling the linear shaft to move along a preset initial direction and synchronously collecting position feedback signals of the linear shaft; when it is judged that the linear shaft triggers a zero-searching reference
signal, controlling the linear shaft to stop moving along the initial direction; controlling the linear shaft to move reversely, synchronously and continuously collecting the position feedback signals of the linear shaft and the state of the zero-searching reference
signal; controlling the linear shaft to move to a reference zero point position according to the collected signals in the reverse movement process, checking the reference zero point position, and after the checking is passed, setting the reference zero point position as an
absolute zero point of the linear shaft system, storing position information corresponding to the
absolute zero point to a system storage unit, synchronously updating system position coordinate parameters, and completing the whole zero-searching process. The application improves the zero-searching precision and the corresponding efficiency of power-on initialization.
