Abstract

Hair Treatment Device The invention relates to a hair treatment device (1) by moving a strand of hair from a root to a tip of a handpiece (2) of the device, the handpiece (2) being elongated along a longitudinal axis (X) and comprising: - two arms (5, 6) movable relative to each other in rotation about an axis of rotation (R) by means of a joint (8) and each carrying a jaw (3, 4), the jaws (3, 4) being able to assume an open and a closed configuration, - an inertial sensor (30) arranged at a distance (C) from the axis of rotation (R) of less than 20% of the length (L) of the handpiece (2) along the longitudinal axis (X), the inertial sensor (30) being configured to generate movement information of the handpiece (2).
