Claims

Demands

1. Applicator device (10) for applying a fluid or paste-like product to keratin fibers or to a portion of epidermis and / or mucous membrane, comprising: - a longitudinal core (100) extending along a longitudinal axis XX, - a plurality of pins (110A, 110C, 110a) arranged in at least a first row (120A, 120C, 120a) along at least a portion of the length of the core (100), each pin (110A, HOC, 110a) extending longitudinally from the core (100), or from a possible extension (103) of the core (100), having a proximal portion (111, 11a) to the core (100), or to said extension (103), and a distal portion (115, 115a) extending from the proximal part (111, 111a), the distal part (115, 115a) representing between 10 and 90% of a total length of said pin (110A, 110C, 110a), the applicator device (10) being characterized in that at least a part of the pins (110A, 110C,110a) include the distal part (115, 115a) comprising at least a first portion (116, 116a) of enlarged cross-section curved relative to the proximal part (111, 11a) with an enlargement along an enlargement line (D) included in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis XX so as to delimit a first retention surface for the fluid or paste product and for guiding keratin fibers (C) during the application of said fluid or paste product.

Applicator device (10) according to claim 1, wherein each spike (110A, 110C, 110a) of at least a portion of the spikes further comprises a second portion (117, 117a) of enlarged cross-section curved with respect to the proximal portion with an enlargement along the enlargement line (D) such that this second portion delimits a second surface for retaining the fluid or paste product and for guiding keratin fibers during the application of said fluid or paste product.

Applicator device (10) according to claim 2, wherein for each pin (110A, 110C, 110a) of the at least one part the spikes, the first portion (116, 116a) and the second portion (117, 117a) face each other over at least part of their width so as to delimit between them a basin extending longitudinally along the line of widening (D) to retain fluid or pasty product and for the guidance of keratotic fibers.

Applicator device (10) according to claim 3 or 4, wherein, for each pin (110A, 110C, 110a) of at least one part of the pins, one of the first and second portion (116, 116a, 117, 117a) widens from the proximal portion (111) in one direction of the widening line (D), the other of the first and second portion (117, 117a, 116, 116a) widens from the proximal portion (111) in two directions of the widening line (D).

5. Applicator device (10) according to claim 3 or 4, wherein for each pin (110A, 110C, 110a) of at least a portion of the pins, the first portion (116, 116a) and the second portion (117, 117a, 116, 116a) both widen from the proximal portion (111) in two directions of the widening line (D).

Applicator device (10) according to any one of claims 2 to 4 wherein each spike (110A, 110C) of the at least a portion of the spikes further comprises a third portion (118) of enlarged cross-section curved along the enlargement line (D) such that this third portion (118) delimits a third and fourth surface for retaining the fluid or paste product and for guiding keratin fibers during the application of said fluid or paste product, the third portion (118) being disposed between the first portion (116) and the second portion (117) so as to delimit between the first and third portions (116, 118) a first keratotic fiber guidance basin and between the second and third portions (117, 118) a second guidance basin.

7. Applicator device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein at least two pins (110A, 110a) of at least a portion of the pins and of the first row (120A) are connected to each other at their distal part.

Applicator device (10) according to any one of claims 2 to 5 in combination with claim 6, wherein the at at least two pins (110A, 110a) of the at least part of the pins and of the first row (120A) are connected to each other by one end of the first portion (116, 116a) of one and one end of the second portion (117, 117a) of the other.

Applicator device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the pins of at least a part of the pins are arranged in at least the first row (120A) and a second row (120C), said first and second row (120A, 120C) being separated from each other by a third row (120B) of pins (110B) of a type distinct from the pins (110A, 110C) of at least a part of the pins, said pins (110B) of the third row (120B) extending preferentially longitudinally from the core (100) with a decreasing cross-section.

10. Applicator device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the pins (110A, 110C) of the at least a portion of the pins are arranged in at least the first row (120A) and a second row (120C) successive to each other.

11. Applicator device (10) according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the pins (110C) of the second row (120C) have an orientation reversed from those of the pins of the first row.

12. Applicator device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the core (100) has at least one longitudinal extension and wherein at least one first row (120A) of pins (110A) extends along said longitudinal extension, said longitudinal extension preferably being an arch extending along the rest of the core and being connected to the latter at at least one end of the core (100).

Applicator device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the first portion (116) has a first and second lateral sub-parts (1161, 1162) having a distinct curvature from each other, the first and second lateral sub-part (1161, 1162) being preferably separated from each other by a plane (J) parallel to the longitudinal axis of the core.

14. Applicator device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the first portion (116) has a curvature about an axis substantially parallel to the widening line (D) or making an angle of less than 45° with the widening line (D).

15. Distributor (1) of cosmetic product, comprising: a cosmetic product applicator assembly (20) comprising a cap (211), a rod (212) and an applicator device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 14, the cap (211) having a skirt, adapted to cooperate with a neck (21) of a bottle (20), and the rod (212) extending from the skirt (211) and having a second end on which the applicator device (10) is mounted, the bottle (20) comprising a neck (21), the skirt (111) of stem / cap element (210) being shaped to cooperate with the neck (21) of the bottle (20), a wringer (40) arranged in said bottle (20).
