Title of the invention: Part and method for renovating stairs by applying a covering

[0001] The invention relates to the field of stairs, and it relates more particularly to the repair and restoration of stairs according to a process which consists of covering in order to renovate any type of existing staircase by installing a set of parts specifically designed for this purpose.

[0002] Conventional staircases, such as those found in many residential buildings, are subject to the effects of time and the resulting wear and tear. The consequences of aging can be numerous, sometimes requiring simple renovation or, in extreme cases, replacement.
